Lucy still keeps in touch with her fathers staff. They basically raised her and she loves them all deeply

Laxus is still really blunt about which members of the guild he likes and dislikes. It’s hard to get on his dislike list nowadays tho

The pirates that helped Erza get to Galuna offer their help to any fairy tail members. None of them are surprised to find out they are ally’s of her

The pirates don’t like Jellal btw. He spent years trying to figure out what he could’ve possibly done to anger them. Only to find out on a job with Erza that they consider him their love rival

i realized i pretty much exclusively enjoy male characters when they come in one of two heavily traumatized flavors. and he has to be either: A) the domineering aggressor, infallible abuser, perpetrator of patriarchal (often sexual) violence, who is deeply repressed and merely continuing the cycle of male violence foisted onto him in childhood, OR B) a thoroughly un-sexed male victim, meek and pathetic and pliable, typically coded as a child because of dubious nymphet waifery and/or lack of bodily autonomy, who exploits their perceived helplessness in service of MALEVOLENT REVENGE
