I’m fully convinced I literally just made this shit up because the only friend I have who would know wtf I’m talking about doesn’t remember it at all, but in elementary school, the 4th Grade classes had to put on annual Christmas plays. Except this wasn’t any normal shit like Rudolph or A Christmas Carol or whatever the fuck they’d have us do. It was (from what I can understand) a fully original narrative about.

The whole idea was that there are multiple secondary Santas(???) who appear in parades, theme parks, and malls while the real Santa stays at the North Pole. And you have to go to SANTA COLLEGE to get the role. And the protagonist is a girl wants to be a Santa but gETS REJECTED FROM SANTA UNIVERSITY BECAUSE THE HEAD ELF DEAN IS SEXIST AGAINST WOMEN SANTAS. AND THEN SHE FILES A LAWSUIT AND MRS CLAUS TESTIFIES WITH HER IN COURT. (Which is where I came in iirc, I was Mrs Claus and had an inspirational discussion about why misogyny is bad on stage.)

A GROUP OF 9 YEAR OLDS HAD TO DO A CHRISTMAS PLAY ABOUT INSTITUTIONAL SEXISM, WOMEN’S RIGHTS, AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM.

I genuinely wish someone could confirm this actually happened and isn’t some wild hallucination from the depths of my unconscious because I’m dying thinking about it.

Ok. So I was close. The longest was sixteen, usually thirteen to fourteen though I found one with close to twenty! Dang! Also, I found my old evanescence cd my dad stole it (I let him keep it)

So for the hip hop Christmas album i picked eight-

EDIT: Hey, I just wanna come back and say that if you go looking up these Groups of music, be aware they are NSFW and feature a lot of words/actions that I do not agree with. These artists were working out their frustrations with the world around them in the rawest sense, and their music is a reflection of that. Expect lots of cussing, talk of murder, degrading towards women, etc.

and as far as just hip pop music I could see them all singing because they are dorks, I know they were watching MTV because at the first of the 2014 movie they had them watching a video that looks JUST like MTV like it walloped me upside the head. Now, there's a lot of hip hop that comes to my mind, but i think they'd gravitate towards the old school hip hop, and unfortunately that's just a little bit before my time, and I wasn't allowed to listen to that music growing up- i knew of Wu Tang Club or NWA but hip pop didn't really bust out of the east coast/west coast of america until they were able to play the songs on the radio- and there was no way they could play those groups on the radio. Now, once hip pop started becoming club music though, that's when I started hearing it. People like 50 cent (in the club) or J-Kwon (tipsy) suddenly became easier to hear because it wasn't just on a 'parental advisory' album that you couldn't buy with out an id. It boggles my mind that Snoop Dogg is like, a household name now like wtf. I didn't even know about Tupac until he died. So...um..... i rambled. sorry. but yeah that 50 cent song or J-Kwon are very popular, could see them singing that (Raph and Mikey would probably be singing the last one solo, can't see Leo liking that one lol) but maybe also Wu Tang songs I just *shrug* don't know a lot of them.
