Anyways, time to get straight to the point. I really liked your dating headcanons for Uhtred. Could you please do something similar with Osferth where they’re like complete opposites; sun x moon, shy x confident. I could really imagine Osferth with a warrior s/o, preferably with a lot of experience in life, and perhaps someone of a different religion. You can decide if you want to write a nsfw section or not but I’d love it if you did.

I would be absolutely HONOURED to write this for you. I love Osferth so much. Yesterday I officially finished the series and then watched the movie, Seven Kings Must Die, and ... whew. This show is actually brilliant.

And I do not understand why The Last Kingdom barely has anything written for it?! So you can bet your sweet bippies I'm going to be writing for this show!

P.s. I also loved that you added what kind of relationship you wanted reader to have with Osferth - it narrows it down a lot for me. And makes it easier to encapture the dynamics.

EVERY SINGLE DAY there are MILLIONS of characters in their late 20s who get falsely accused of being father figures to teenagers when in reality the description of "weird older cousin" or "step-sibling that moved out before you were born" is 1000000x more apt

my main advice for writing an enemies to lovers relationship is to resist the urge to make the characters' loathing and attraction mutually exclusive opposing forces. it's okay if they're getting weirdly into it and having Thoughts whilst also sincerely wanting to kill each other with hammers.
