the scene in wano when sanji calls out for robin asking her to help him means so much to me. this is a man whose father looked him in the eyes when he was just a child asking for help when he was hurt and asked him “why should i?”, a man who had it ingrained in him that he didn’t deserve help and when he asked for it wouldn’t come, a lesson learnt the hard way in that dungeon. needing help is a sign of weakness and the last thing he was allowed to be was weak. sanji allowing himself to ask for help when he needs it really is a testimony to how far he has come, both since his childhood and since whole cake island. he knows it isn’t weak to ask for help and he knows, with absolute certainty, that when he calls his crew will answer. he goes from a child whose pleas were ignored to a man whose family will be there for him in a heartbeat. and on robins end, the fact that sanji trusts her so whole heartedly means so much to her and god they mean so much to me as a duo

these two are just my general hc that when Ingo gets eeby deebied, Emmet takes over the singles line as well on alternating days and wears one of Ingos bajillion coats on single line days.

these three are from the other night of talking with my boytoy. we were talking about how Ingo and Emmet can probably perfectly(to untrained ears) imitate train horns and whistles. then we were talking about Ingo and his Big Feelings at a wedding and how he'd be sobbing in the corner the whole time. I like gogo a lot and his sobbing train noises

boytoy ate raw spaghetti. was bemmet type behavior. plus the starer.

the last two are because I think for the years Ingo is gone Emmet has been stretching himself thin running the station trying to juggle what both he and his brother would be doing and it leaves him EXGHAUSTED. When Ingo comes back and gets into the groove of things and he's able to even slightly relax, it hits him like a truck and he finds himself genuinely incapable of doing the tasks he needs to do. Gear Station is surprisingly more hectic for the first handful of weeks Ingo is back because Emmet isn't doing his duties. neat to me.

I know I've talked about how Chujin wasn't providing around the house after getting fired from the Steamworks so Ceroba had to pick up the responsibility in his stead and how much Chujin sucks for that but also.. Ceroba does have a responsibility to talk about these sorts of things with Chujin. They're supposed to be equals in the relationship. I'm certain that if she flat out told him "Hey, money is tight around the house and the job I'm working makes me miserable, I need you to find a job and help with things too because I can't be the only one financially contributing and sacrificing myself like this," Chujin would've done that in a heartbeat. He loves Ceroba, he wouldn't want her to suffer like that. His first instinct upon getting fired should've been to find another job and discuss what happened and what happens next with his wife instead of lying and declaring himself retired and getting into volunteer work, but I digress.

The problem is that Ceroba enables a lot of Chujin's habits. She sees him as this perfect figure, so much so that she sides with Chujin even when he's clearly in the wrong/when it's unreasonable. (For example: Messing up building a robot 8 times and lighting the Prince's grave on fire on the final attempt should've at least earned a "Well, even though he finally managed to make Axis work now, I can see why he got fired. I wish he talked about this with me though" instead of a "Screw the Royals, Chujin was right!") On top of that, Chujin's volunteer work came from a place of altruism: he wanted to make the world a better place from the bottom of his heart. So of course she'd be fine with having to take on extra work that made her miserable if Chujin can spread his dream through the Underground.

That's also why she and Chujin would get super-mega-turbo-divorced the split second they encountered a period in their relationship where there was no room for romantic love in it. Because the second the rose-tinted glasses slipped and her Chujin-shaped blind spot stopped being so Chujin-shaped would be the second that she realizes that their relationship isn't as good as she thinks it is. And then it would blow up.

So you know when for the last year and a half content creators have been shitting and pissing on the game as a full-time job and the amount of negativity and ragebait content became the only thing to make content about for them? Well they certainly won't take the blame, but I will let it be known. These people either don't understand the influence they have or they do and they're doing it on purpose, and I don't know which of these two options is worse, but I am 100% confident that their campaign of rage and hate contributed to this.

You don't base your entire community around constantly hating everything about the only game you play (despite clearly not enjoying it anymore) and somehow avoid galvanising thousands and thousands of people into perceiving the game negatively. Imagine being employees who have barely worked there for 2 years and the only community reception they've seen is 24/7 hate train for their work and then they get fired because of "poor reception" and "drop in popularity." How can they not take that personally? I am absolutely devastated for these people who delievered a banger product and who were met with an unrelenting barrage of toxic gamer children which ended up having more sway over their boss than them.

Which brings me to the next bit and that's FUCK THE CEO. He is now my mortal enemy #1. I am projecting psychic blasts directly into his brain. What an absolute spineless coward who is more willing to bow down to fucking gamers than to protect his own employees. This is absolutely rage inducing because this has happened before.
