ワイルドアームズプレイ日記⑥（最終回）

とうとう長年未クリアのまま積んでいたワイルドアームズ（無印）をクリアしました。まだ隠しボスは全然倒しておらず、本筋を追っただけですが…本筋のボリュームは4の次くらいかな？ 社会人になるとむしろこのくらいでクリアできる方が助かります。最終プレイ時間は30時間ほど、Lvは40台前半でした。

シナリオも終盤だけあってグッとくるイベントが多数。ザックとハーケン（エルミナ）の関係性は、今の私の年齢だからこそ、よりグッときました。あとアルハザードにはムカつきました。

WA無印の名シーン（セリフ）の1つに「アースガルズはがんばったもんね」というのがあるんですが、このシーンも知っていたけどめちゃくちゃ良かった。もう少しラストより前で起こるイベントなのかな？と思っていったんですが、本当の本当にラストだったんですね。ラスボス戦で忘れてたところだったので不意打ちでウッ…となった……アースガルズは喋らなくて、行動でしかコミュニケーションを取れないのでなおのこと切ない。

ラスボス戦、ジークフリートと、マザーに乗っ取られたジークの2戦は予想していたけど、まさか3戦目があると思ってなくて焦りました。なんとか勝ててよかったけど…！ 1戦目のジーク戦はそんなに大変じゃなかったけど、HP回復できないまま2戦目に入ったので出だしボロボロでフル・リヴァイヴ使いまくって死ぬかと思った。でも中盤のマザー戦に比べたら、ステータスロック使えるようになっていたので、そこはちょっと安心できましたね。上位魔法が強いよね。

ラスト、なんだか晴れ晴れしい終わり方で気持ちが良かったです。ED曲はボーカルコレクションを持っていたので聞いたことはあったんですが、これまでの旅路を経て聞くからこその良さがあって染みました……。

ゲームはオーソドックスなターン式RPGで、パーティが3人固定、役割がきっちりしていて楽しかったです。私はメンバー入替えじゃない固定パーティのほうが好きなので（なのでWA3、4も好き）セシリアの魔法は前半・後半で作成できるものが違うものの、LVに準じて習得ではなく、自分で好きなものを作成・分解できたので自由度があって好きでした。ほとんど使わないやつもあったけど、わりとどの魔法を多用するかはその人のプレイスタイルでガラッと変わってきそうです。難しかったのは、次のダンジョンはどこなのか分かりづらいところですかね…自由に回れるところもあって、フラグ建てと攻略順で悩みました。悩んだと行っても今回は困ったらすぐに攻略サイト見ていたので、自力だったらこの倍くらい時間かかってたと思います。

これでネタバレも怖くなくなったので、前から見たかった実況動画も見始めました。同じ配信者さんの3rdの実況が面白かったので、無印も見たかったんですよね。でもプレイしてからじゃないと見たくなかったので。もうWA2もすぐに始めたい前のめりな気持ちですが、同人原稿があるのでしばらくお休みします。WA2もネタバレは多少知ってるんですが、ラストとか決定的なところは回避できてるはずなので、楽しみです。

以前日記ネタにした、WA州のMt.Bakerは国境を隔てた私の暮らす所からも、いつも拝見。形は違いますけど雪を被り遠くても雄大な姿が見ていて落ち着きます。

山の標高も富士山と同じくらいなので余計に想いを寄せてしまいます。そんな山があるのですが、子供達は綺麗な富士山が見れてとても喜んでいました。写真も沢山撮ってましたね。

子供の頃からいつも見ていた富士山が、私の子供達の目にはどの様に映っていたのか、どんな想いなのかは私には分かりませんが、この写真を送ってもらい、富士山の歌を口ずさむオヤジでありました。

お仕事休みだったのでガツガツ進めました。話も面白くなってきたし…（最初から面白いと思ってるけど、どんどん佳境に入っているので）

デモンズラボはしかけは難しくなかったかな？　パスワードの中に「・」があったので、どこで表示させるのかはちょっと迷いました笑　レディ・ハーケンとまた戦ったけどあんまり強くない、というか、上位魔法を覚えたおかげで戦闘が楽になったな。MPも増えたし。

ゲートジェネレーターもそんなに大変ではなかったし、ゼットは癒やしなのでもう人間の味方になれ、ゼット。ようやくジークフリートと戦闘。こいつ、ネガティブレインボウ使うぞ！（WA3ではジェイナスが多用する技でめちゃくちゃ手こずった）でもすまんな、ハイ・シールドだっけ？全員シールドかけられるし…ハイパーも覚えたし…余裕でしたわ…今回のプレイでは裏ボスとか隠し要素までは攻略しないつもりですけど、さすがにラギュ様にはそんなこと言ってられないんだろうな。このダンジョンのあとで、とうとうロディの正体が…

フォレストプリズンというか、まさかエルゥ界が別に存在して、そこに行けるとは思わなかった！ マリエルが本当に一人ぼっちだったら可愛そうすぎる…と思ったけどお兄ちゃんがいたんだね。再会できてよかったね。まあエルゥって他のゲームだと閉鎖的なエルフみたいなもんだよな多分。フォレストプリズン自体はそんなに迷わなかったけど（道がわかったんじゃなくて適当に歩いてたら偶然大丈夫だった）目的の場所に行くまえに森を抜けてしまって二度手間にはなった。ここらへんまでくると、エスケープとワープのありがたさが身にしみますな。

デ・レ・メタリカは特に難しい仕掛けもボスもいなかったんで楽だったんですけど、その後のジェミニのなきがらですよ。ここもダンジョンの難易度としては低いと思うんですが、途中で見落とした小部屋が1つあって、それに気がつかずにず～～～っとぐるぐる回ってはエスケープで入り口まで戻って行き止まりまで行って…を2度繰り返しました。流石にうんざりしてしまって攻略サイトを見たところ、この前に「天の回廊」というところに寄り道すると良いとあったので、先に行きました。これ、攻略サイトなかったら気が付かずにスルーしてた可能性が高すぎる。（そういうところいっぱいあるし、取りこぼしてるのでいつかは攻略サイト見ながらやりたい気持ちもある）ここもボスもおらずあっさり終わったので、気を取り直して再び「ジェミニのなきがら」へ。見落としていた隠し通路（ってほどでもなかったのに…）をよ～やく見つけて、無事ジェミニサーキットを入手しました。やったね。これで飛空艇が完成するので、また行ける場所が増えるんだろうな。そろそろ旅の終焉を肌で感じながら、僕たちの度は続くのだった。
