This is Honey! She is Future Leo’s PTSD dog!

She loves her papa and cheese.

She is an English Bull Terrier and she is a cuddle bug!

Leonardo was sent back in time, and the present boys found him and took him in. Now he’s not fighting Krang he realised how much his body hurt and has knee problems. Also, he has bad PTSD and night terrors. And with Casey not needing Leonardo to look after him anymore, Leonardo feels useless. The boys and Casey noticed and pulled some strings to get him a service dog. At first, Leo didn’t want her or think he needed her. But over time, he came to accept and love her.

With how often his portals screwed up in the beginning, there’s absolutely no way Leo didn’t end up in multiple scenarios where he was trapped in random places chasing after his odachi as it gets separated from him, causing him to have to chase after it as it somehow evades his grasp in increasingly comedic yet unlucky ways.

The Faceless Foot Ninja

I just wanna know who these people are. Shredder obvi doesn't have a World's Best Boss Mug, or like, a hiring manager. It's been a minute since I read IDW and I guess they addressed it there, but the 2003 show just gives Shredder this endless supply of ninja who hardly say a word. I'm imagining Karai setting up one of those military recruitment tables that we get in the US in a Japanese high school, but maybe I missed someone saying it's a generational thing, I tend to get bored with the origin story stuff.

Like, I know that they're faceless and unopinionated and not quite good enough to kill anyone because the turtles need to fight some dudes and not feel bad about it. It's kinda interesting though. With the purple dragons, you can identify recurring characters. Are the same 50 or so foot ninja fighting the turtles repeatedly? Do they know their names? Do they have a favorite to fight, or learn their moves over time? Maybe they only speak Japanese, but still start to catch on to certain turtle catch phrases and dynamics?

In Scion of the Shredder and The Prodigal Son- where Karai finds the lair and thinks the Turtles Minus Leo are killed in their escape attempts- the Foot makes zero attempt to check whether their bodies are actually in the wrecked vehicles. I wonder if when they see the lair - the couches, the blankets, the evidence of life, and the turtle's panic - whether they realize that they're attacking a family. Even that they're attacking KIDS. I wonder if the nameless henchmen chasing Mikey through the tunnels saw him scrambling to keep Klunk safe and secretly hope they survived the wreckage. When Karai calls for backup from Leo's attack, I hope they stall outside the library, see his mercy, and feel a bit of relief - his family must be alright.
