I only have 5 or 6 left of this style then the newer styles will be the RTS of this blend.
I will have another shipment of The Evil Eye in various colors and designs - every color and design of The Evil Eye varies on the culture/country that practices the talisman with The Evil Eye.
Generally, they do mean the same thing and what you would need the color/design of The Evil Eye for but it’s still good to know what each color and design means.
I have a future Evil Eye Collection in the works where I’ll be giving useful information per design and color so you know which best suits your needs at that time of need.
Details soon!

aaaaa i remember when i first heard kasvetli kutlama in 2012 <3 also, if you haven't checked them out yet, i'd heartly recommend the end of electronics/ конец электроники
the first she past away song I heard was Durdu Dünya so i got into them fairly recently (2020 ish). Their music makes me insane tho
I've never heard of the end of electronics before but they're so good, I'm listening to them right now. They're right up my alley with the reverb vocals and synth. Thanks for the recommendation!

Vampires. Of all the horror staples, vampires are the ones I feel the least connection with. Such a fine line, for me, between vampires and "some guy who's kind of a dick." Bit of a challenge to put a spin on the idea that makes me sit down and pay attention. Like, sure sure, keep your draculas and edgy goths or emos and nihilists, they're not it for me.
We got pretty close with Near Dark though. Southern fried vampire found family with Bill Paxton rocking a leather jacket and ray bans. Really something, mmm, something to it, like those first garage bands that were almost punk. You got Martin and A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night. All these little corner pieces of something like my kinda Vampire. You can see the picture and the rejects. No Dracula, no 30 Days of Night, no Interview With A Vampire (movies and books mind you). Something about those ones that work for me, the lack of romanticism of death, the humanity and pragmatism of immortality, the amoral consumption of humans. The unaffected coolness that comes with not trying to be cool.
All the years pacing around the edge of the Vampire, but make it rock, I think my first complete album fell into my lap, the movie that exploded into beautiful technicolor in the middle of all those outlines. It's as if everything snapped into focus all at once.
The Funeral [Cenaze] (2023), is a Turkish movie which starts out very simple, where a man who drives a refrigerated van (Cemal) is told to hide the body of a woman for a month. Take her away, make her disappear. As the woman, Zeynep, slowly becomes less dead, the thread of her experiences are drawn out, and Cemal falls deeper under her thrall to provide the human flesh she needs to grow strong. The Funeral moves in a slow spiral of hopelessness from a bitter cold world into something like a fantasy, a blood soaked fairy tale where Cemal and Zeynep can thrive in a way neither could in the dingy world of cheap motels and office buildings they came from. The camera work is gorgeous and the actors spend lingering moments finding their emotional place in the story - the shift in the relationship of Cemal and Zeynep from horrified caretaker to empathetic thrall is silent, and Zeynep herself barely speaks any real words. Her language is physical, agonic breathing and growls, predation and hunger. She is the synthesis of every vampiric concept into something that puts all the organic physicality of a vampire together with their uncanny supernatural power, and awe inspiring nobility.
What is the story if not the story of finding a way back from being dead, a way of finding magic in a broken world. It's beautiful and true and the vampire which feels complete for me.

Pan-Turkism has been characterized by pseudoscientific theories known as Pseudo-Turkology.[64][65] Though dismissed in serious scholarship, scholars promoting such theories, often known as Pseudo-Turkologists,[64] have in recent times emerged among every Turkic nationality.[66][67] A leading light among them is Murad Adzhi, who insists that two hundred thousand years ago, "an advanced people of Turkic blood" were living in the Altai Mountains. These tall and blonde Turks are supposed to have founded the world's first state, Idel-Ural, 35,000 years ago, and to have migrated as far as the Americas.[66]
According to theories like the Turkish History Thesis, promoted by pseudo-scholars, the Turkic peoples are supposed to have migrated from Central Asia to the Middle East in the Neolithic. The Hittites, Sumerians, Babylonians, and ancient Egyptians are here classified as being of Turkic origin.[65][66][67][68] The Kurgan cultures of the early Bronze Age up to more recent times are also typically ascribed to Turkic peoples by pan-Turkic pseudoscholars, such as Ismail Miziev.[69] Non-Turkic peoples typically classified as Turkic, Turkish, Proto-Turkish or Turanian include Huns, Scythians, Sakas, Cimmerians, Medes, Parthians, Pannonian Avars, Caucasian Albanians, and various ethnic minorities in Turkic countries, such as Kurds.[69][70][71][67][68] Adzhi also considers Alans, Goths, Burgundians, Saxons, Alemanni, Angles, Lombards, and many Russians as Turks.[66] Only a few prominent peoples in history, such as Jews, Chinese people, Armenians, Greeks, Persians, and Scandinavians are considered non-Turkic by Adzhi.[66]
Philologist Mirfatyh Zakiev, former Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Tatar ASSR, has published hundreds of "scientific" works on the subject, suggesting Turkic origins of the Sumerian, Greek, Icelandic, Etruscan and Minoan languages. Zakiev contends that "proto-Turkish is the starting point of the Indo-European languages".[66] Not only peoples and cultures, but also prominent individuals, such as Saint George, Peter the Great, Mikhail Kutuzov and Fyodor Dostoevsky, are proclaimed to have been "of Turkic origin".[66] As such the Turkic peoples are supposed to have once been the "benevolent conquerors" of the peoples of most of Eurasia, who thus owe them "a huge cultural debt".[66][72]
The pseudoscientific Sun Language Theory states that all human languages are descendants of a proto-Turkic language and was developed by the Turkish president Mustafa Kemal Atatürk during the 1930s.[73] Kairat Zakiryanov considers the Japanese and Kazakhgene pools to be identical.[74] Several Turkish academics (Şevket Koçsoy, Özkan İzgi, Emel Esin) claim that Zhou dynasty were of Turkic origins.[75][76][77][78]

I'm never going to fully understand when people want Dynasty Warriors characters to stop color coordinating based on faction or for Samurai Warriors characters to start doing that more strictly. It's such an interesting expression of character design because it broadcasts the different political and social backgrounds of their periods, in the Chinese Three Kingdoms era there were a lot of smaller factions at first but they convalesced into the main three within about three decades, whereas in the Sengoku era everyone was splintering off and betraying each other for the political equivalent of a sandwich's worth of profit until the last few decades of the era, an era that lasted well over a century, when the three conquerors emerged.
So most of the characters in Dynasty Warriors neatly fitting into one of three colorways (four, if you count Jin getting light blue when it's introduced and Wei being assigned dark blue retroactively, which interestingly enough are actually considered totally separate colors in some languages like Russian and Turkish) and most of the Samurai Warriors characters doing their own thing is very thematically fitting. Moreover it's always interesting and kinda hilarious when one or two characters in a certain faction in Dynasty Warriors basically get a free pass to mostly do their own thing despite being in one of the main three kingdoms for Reasons™, Xiao Qiao only has one main outfit where red features majorly, orange and mint green are her most common main colors, dark blue has pretty much always features in Zhao Yun's outfits, and often more prominently than green, honestly I feel like it's because the devs decided early on that those were Their Colors and changing them would be weird.
You know Jia Chong is only very begrudgingly wearing a tiny bit of light blue because it clashes with his edgy goth vibe, meanwhile almost everyone else who's classified as being in Jin is mostly decked out in it. It's especially interesting because despite that and him falling into just about every shady, backstabby advisor trope, he's among the most loyal and is often the one rooting out the traitors. Zhang Chunhua is also an interesting exception, dunno if it's purposeful but I find it fitting amd hilarious given her dynamic with her husband Sima Yi in that series and how he's the one who's often beholden to her and he's intimidated by her).
But also in Dynasty Warriors color coordination isn't really all that sentimental for most of them. It means you're aligned with the same kingdom, it says fairly little about your loyalty to that kingdom or if you ascribe to your leader's and colleagues' commonly shared ideologies. You're coworkers, basically.
Meanwhile in Samurai Warriors color coordination suggests a much closer tie between those who do partake in it. It's often reserved for lords and their retainers or romantic couples, but there are certainly exceptions that go both ways. If you color coordinate with someone in Samurai Warriors it suggests a certain bond and sense of dedication that isn't as nearly as strong in Dynasty Warriors. It means at least one of the people who's color coordinating is very loyal to and closely identifies with the other(s) and usually it means both or all people involved are. That doesn't mean people who don't coordinate can't also be deeply loyal to one another, but it's less likely.
So if they were to suddenly break that trend it would take so much away from the series' design philosophies.
