I actually can't stop thinking about how the losing party last election dressed like vikings and tried to break into the white house and the losing party this election are sharing suicide prevention hotlines

Women can't speak to each other in Afghanistan
Women can't speak to each other in Afghanistan
Women can't speak to each other Afghanistan
Women. Can't. Speak. To. Each. Other. In. Afghanistan.
No conversations
No hearing another woman's voice, no hearing her speak or pray
No way to share experiences no way to ask questions no way to organize
And if you ban education then they can't communicate by writing either
Women can't speak to each other in Afghanistan
Women can't communicate with other women in Afghanistan
People can't communicate with other people
That's how low we've gotten
Please don't forget about them.

I think people need to be more comfortable with illegalism and I’m not kidding. Of course the more legal something is, the safer and easier it is to do, but the more people who disregard the law, the harder it is to enforce. There are plenty of laws on the books that people just ignore and are never or rarely policed.
Becoming more comfortable with little illegal activities makes you more comfortable with bigger more important illegal activities. Additionally, it is crucial to build a wall of silence. Nobody talks everybody walks.
People who give out food without a permit, hold a march without a permit, grow a garden without a permit, are more likely to be people you could turn to to work with on preventing an eviction, or keeping people out of cop hands, or helping your friend Jane get crucial healthcare when it’s not legal in your state.
Communities comfortable with these acts won’t call the cops, and then nobody knows that it’s happening.
People have got to shift from both the idea that lawful = good/ illegal = bad, and that the illegality of something means that’s the end of it, and the only fight left is to make it legal again.

I see a lot of hate toward humanity in the alterhuman community- toward one's own human form, toward the bullies and antis, toward the way that humans have wrecked the natural world- and frankly I don't blame you, but I just want to shout out the alterhumans who love humanity.
Shoutout to the alterhumans who are grateful for the opportunities that only humans have and/or love their human bodies (yay for art, medicine, books, internet, opposable thumbs, and complex speech!!)
Shoutout to the domestic animal therians who feel safe and cared for among humans, the dogs and cats who want to be beloved family pets or trusty service animals.
Shoutout to the alterhumans who exist to protect and guide humans, the angels and deities and spirits who care so deeply for humans that you walk among them.
Shoutout to the fictionkins who still don't feel nonhuman at all because their fictotypes are humans.
Shoutout to the alterhumans who are proud ambassadors of your species, bridging the gap between humanity and nonhumanity.
You are no less valid for loving the species you were born into.

Hey, the ACLU is getting people to send letters to your Reps to have Congress pass the No Kings Act.
This act would make constitutional amendments to ensure that even sitting presidents are held liable for their actions. That NOBODY is above the law.
Their goal is 150k messages sent and at the time of writing this they're about 2.1k off from that goal!
ACLU gives you a prefilled message that you can edit to send to make the process easier, and will send it out for you.
This only takes a few minutes!
