Gender critical dipshits like to say that they're protecting women. They say they're trying to stop the rights of women from being stripped away. They hide their true intentions behind ideas that SOUND good--so long as you don't look at the people saying them too closely because then you might see they don't really mean it.
They're lying. They just say whatever sounds good in the moment so they can assert some noble intent or altruistic purpose--but really, it's just a façade.
You know who else did that? Hell... who's STILL doing that?
The fuckin' nazis.
They called themselves socialists. They coopted populist language to build a coalition against the powers that be in order to TAKE power. And when they finally got into power, they seized it for themselves, killed anyone who stood against them or might be a threat to those already at the top, and just dropped the act. The nazis socalized nothing. They mass-privatized as much as they could. Because what better way is there to ensure that the supply chain for things like food, clothes, military hardware, hell just information all stays under the watchful eye of the fuhrer... than to put control of the whole of an industry in the hands of one or a few proven loyal followers?
The nazis lied. They're still lying. Hell one of the lies they told was that they wanted to protect women. It's a lie they still tell today. They don't want to protect women. They want to control women--specifically so they can keep them subserviently and churning out as many god-fearing white babies as possible so they won't end up "replaced".
Gender critical fuckwits do the exact same bullshit. They coopt whatever populist language they can, they amplify one another, they spread misinformation (frequently knowing it's false), and claim that it's all for a higher moral cause. Meanwhile their supporters abuse and silence women, harass anyone who doesn't meet their rigid idea of what a woman is "supposed" to look like to the point where some cis women are afraid to go to the bathroom in public lest they get assaulted by some overzealous piss-brained fuckstick who thinks "Her nose is too big, she must be a man!".
They've already made it clear they're perfectly fine with rolling back protections for gay people in their culture war against trans people. You can bet they won't stop there. It won't be long before we start hearing overtly racist remarks from prominent GC's about black people. ...if they haven't already started saying that shit.
And looky who started showing up to support the GC's--the fuckin' nazis.
Sure, they'll SAY they don't want the nazis support--though you'll be had pressed to get them to actually say the fucking words. They turn it around and try to say is the TRANZES doing a PSYOP TO MAKE US LOOK BAD when no... their garbage ideology just attracted the nazis like flies to shit. The GC's might not themselves identify as nazis, but the nazis sure do seem to agree with a lot of what the GC's say.
The Gender Critical asshats are feminists just like how the nazis were socialist.
They weren't. They lied.
And the nazis showing up to support them just kinda proves it. It's just them going "game respect game".
To pull a tweet from QandA, because the quote is very well put:

If you are trans I need you to stay alive.
Stay alive for every other trans person fighting, stay alive for every trans person who is no longer here, and most importantly stay alive for yourself.
They don’t get to erase us! They don’t get to take away our rights, and treat us as less than human. Don’t let them erase us, and don’t let them make you a statistic. Don’t let them win.
Stay alive
If you won’t do it for yourself, then do it for others. Do it out of spite.

Genuinely, what happened to “feminism is for everyone”?
That’s the feminism I grew up with: encouraging people to recognize that fighting sexism and restrictive gender roles helps folks of every gender. We’d push back on the idea that feminists hate men, pointing to inclusive feminist literature and how many men are feminists.
Now, there are so many people insisting that the solution to patriarchy is to openly hate and ostracize men no matter what. Why? What is the benefit? It’s certainly not effective in fighting oppressive structures to exclude half the population from your cause on the basis of immutable traits. It may feel cathartic to say horrible things about men and try to punish them for your frustrations with patriarchy. But the only actual effect I see is the increasing right-wing radicalization of young men, who are being told that the left hates them for the way they were born and presented with an abundance of proof that it’s true.
Why are we going back to treating men and women as different species? It doesn’t fix things to say “well women are the good gender and men are the bad one” this time. If you sincerely want to dismantle sexism, you’re going to have to unpack and let go of all sex and gender essentialism—even that which considers women inherently pure and men inherently immoral.

if you are a trans boy, especially a teenage trans boy, i wanted to say that as a trans man in their 30's, you have my deepest respects and condolences for what you may be going through right now.
it has become socially acceptable and basically online custom to bully teenage trans boys & mascs, call them cringy, or excuse misgendering them for whatever reason. people put trans boys on this pedestal of "must perform masculinity and manhood to cartoonish degrees" even though they're still children.
people make trans boys fight for their manhood before they can even be boys. i am sorry people can be so judgmental and harsh on you. you are not wrong for wanting to be a boy. you are experiencing something wonderful. it's okay if you still want to be a boy even if people have treated you poorly, or tried to make you feel bad for being a boy. there is nothing wrong with being a boy.
it's okay if you never socially transition. it's okay if you're afraid to come out because it's not safe. it's okay if you never change your outward appearance. it's okay if you try very hard to pass but struggle to. it's okay if you wear "women's" clothing and shoes, bras, makeup, etc., it's okay if you're gay and love other men. it's okay if you're scared of hrt. it's okay if you don't want surgery. it's okay if you mainly occupy girl's spaces still. people will find every reason to pick these things apart and ridicule trans boys for, but they are all perfectly fine experiences that do not make you any less of a boy. you are the one who is in control of your transition, presentation, and state of being- you should be able to prioritize your safety over the comfort of random strangers who have no impact over how you live your life.
i've been put through this too, but later in life as i came out when i was an adult. people still try to make me feel bad for identifying as a trans man, for whatever reason they have in their head to justify hatred of a trans person. i've had enough. there will never be an excuse for how people try to excuse the infantilization and abuse that trans men and trans boys face.
take care of yourselves, no matter what age you are, if you are a trans boy, man, or masc you deserve to know that other trans men care about you, especially when people are scrambling to find ways to punch down on you. there are people who suck, but there are also a lot of people who care about you. keep your chin up. you know who you are

My queers, we really need to put the "no men" thing away. Men are not inherently bad. There are queer men. There are questioning men. There's men that are just plain cool. Denying these men a space at our table is not helping - except the TERFs. I just came off the back of reading a transphobe gleeful rant about the need to have pride without men - They of course mean me. This kind of stuff is damaging to me and I really need us all to take a step back and maybe kill this "men dni, men not allowed" stuff. What you mean is "no men who are going to do mean stuff to me." And frankly those men won't give a shit about that kind of boundary.
But I promise you there's a fleet of good honest men who will see that and be sad they're not allowed in your version of queer spaces.
PATRIARCHY is what you hate. Dni Patriarchs.

I want there to be fewer MRAs. Do you want that too? Do you want to know what helps us get there, from a feminist perspective?
You may not like my answer: acknowledge that sexism can affect men. Recognize that, although the patriarchy generally privileges men, they are also subject to restrictive gender roles that are harmful to them (shunning all things “feminine,” not showing emotions, being protectors/strong, never admitting being victims of SA/IPV, having to “earn” their manhood, etc.).
Give young men a place other than the right-wing manosphere to be heard about the issues they experience. If these grifters are telling them “only we understand how hard it is to be a man, the left hates you for your gender” and they look to the left and see “men claiming they have ‘problems’ are losers who just hate women, all men are trash,” do you think they’re going to be drawn towards or away from feminism?
Before you leave an angry response: no, this does not mean to center men instead of women in feminism, it just means including them at all. No, it is not “coddling” men to treat them with human dignity, you can and should continue to hold them (and every other gender) responsible for unpacking sexist beliefs. No, this does not mean it is every individual woman’s and feminist’s responsibility to prioritize men’s issues, it just means at the least not shutting them down when they do speak up about sexism. No, it is not “not all men-ing” to point out that “men are trash” sentiments hurt the feminist movement rather than helping it. Ask questions before you make accusations on this post, please. I have been abused by men too, I get it, this isn’t easy to hear.
