no matter how formal or informal the occasion, you always wear dresses without fail. especially the silken backless ones with hundreds of strings and ribbons to tie.

with those endless loops that needed to be tied behind you, of course your fingers alone aren't enough for the knots. so you will always find one man and one man alone to lend a helping hand.

today was no different than the other times. there's a party hosted by your friends that you must attend. you're all dolled up beautifully, and as usual, you couldn't do everything by yourself.

you came into the living room where your boyfriend touya is sunken in the soft couch, endlessly scrolling through his phone. his eyes left the screen upon hearing your door knob twist and you walked out.

touya could feel the corner of his lips turning into a tiny smirk at the sight of you in your new black dress that serves as a gift for you from touya himself. he knew you fancied dresses of these kind, and he simply felt the need to get you more and more of them just to see them embrace you.

the instagram reel he was watching kept playing softly in the background as he admired you from head to toe. touya is lying if he tells you his gaze wasn't exactly just the gaze of admiration. it had a hint of leering in them. his turquoise eyes just couldn't leave you in that pretty dress he has gotten for you.

“need help with the ribbons, baby?” the man finally turned his phone off, lightly tossing it aside before he properly sits on the couch as you hummed in response and turned your back to him.

“this dress is so pretty,” you said as you felt his hands resting on your hips, pulling you closer so you now stand between his legs.

“i knew you'd love it. i have immaculate taste, it seems,” his fingers moved to take hold of the ribbons on each side.

touya already knows how all these ribbons, strings and zips work from the amount of times he has to help you with your finishing touches for each different night.

“touya, you know i love every dress you buy for me, right?”

“mhm.”

“why are they all expensive and backless?”

your question elicited a chuckle from your boyfriend before he tightens the first ribbon of your dress. his fingers wrapped around the second ribbon, playing with it a little bit to feel the luxury that drips along the black silk.

“can’t ever go wrong with spoiling my pretty girl, can i?” he ceases the ribbon grazes before lining them out neatly. his fingers are full of perfected skills as usual— working so swiftly to tie the straps that ran across your back into perfect ribbons.

“besides… you look absolutely gorgeous in backless dresses. it's a shame you don't wear them only for me.”

as he uttered those words out, you felt touya pressing his lips on your bare back just below the second ribbon which he already finished tying. his palms held your hip in place before he continued to pepper kisses onto your lower back where the last round of straps hang loose, ready to be tied.

“touya, you're gonna make me late,” you whispered softly, delving in the way his lips were so gentle yet they mean so much more than he portrays.

your words put a pause to his kissing as he pulled away with a sigh, his breath fanned over the skin of your back.

“just wanna appreciate you in this…” touya murmured under his breath and finally decided to tie the last ribbon before his hands spun you around to face him.

“all done baby,” his arms moved to wrap your hips, his eyes gazing right into your own. “you’re so fucking pretty..”

a smile surfaced across your lips as you looked down at him who held onto you like a child. your fingers moved to cup touya's cheeks, thumb immediately moving to caress them in cloud-like touch.

“thank you, my love.”

in response to that, the man simply kissed your stomach, standing up to capture your lips in a kiss. however, he knew you already did your makeup, so he did not indulge in the kiss as much as he wanted to, for touya knew he wouldn't stop the moment he started.

“i’ll pick you up once you're done partying, yeah? have fun there. and.. i’ll be the one who undresses you tonight since i’m the one who got you this dress.”

every ribbons has to come undone, including your own ribbon that touya just simply knows how to untie.

- nepo baby I have nothing else to say, you've def went on multiple trips w him and his family (ur basically the 5th child for them). His bday gifts go so hard and he's like "yeah yeah whateverrrr" while blushing if u hug him!!

- he's a super heavy sleeper. Like normal touya is a menace while sleeping, ua touya is double that and it's scary I fear him. Sleepovers always end up with you going to sleep in the guest room cs the mf won't stop moving, kicking, snoring, and talking (and occasionally shouting)😭 instead of js "no I don't do that." he'd go "huh don't remember doing it so it didn't happen. 🤷‍♂️" obviously you don't remember you were sleeping mf.

- he gives his all in training (esp cs he has support gear), training w him is like a full-on battle it's a fucking struggle to hold him down, but also he'd be the best training partner you'd ever have. He would NEVER and I say NEVER take it easy unless you ask him to, if he gives it his all he wants you to give it your all.

- loves SWS and PTV, has been forced into piano by Rei as a child and kind of liked it, he probably likes classical music bcs Enji played it alot as well and it helps him focus while studying. OVERALL incredibly into music and could talk abt it for hours (you probably have listened to him rant abt music for 2 hrs straight before)

- is a failure in the kitchen no questions asked, he asked Fuyumi to teach him how to make soba once, 10 minutes in he starts scratching his head going "uh huhhh got it" (HE DOES NOT GET IT!!!!!)

- loves chemistry and math, don't ask why he just does also he gives off good at drawing without trying?? like he's a natural, all the art teachers adored him!!!!

- Shoto and Touya are so silly tg. Touya rolls his eyes and pouts, shoto copies his big brother even if he doesn't know what he's doing😭😭 Touya does something remotely cool and Shoto's looking up at Touya with sparkles in his eyes like "THATS MY BIG BROTHERRR!!!" while clapping (this is when shoto is a lot younger ofc not when he's 15‼️ he still adores his big brother at 15 tho)

- touya pretends he hates how close you and shoto are but the mf adores it and thinks it's adorable and sweet!!

- natsuo and touya are gossipers. Except Touya has all the dirt and Natsuo gasps while nodding his head, after all of that they RUN to Fuyumi who tells them "At the end of the day, we shouldn't talk about people." while sighing as if she isn't noting it down in her head to run and tell it to her bsf ‼️

- you can't tell me he's not putting his hand on his head whenever he's flirted with and going "WTF DO I DO!!" and if it's you (even if it's joking and through text) he's sitting on his bed giggling at 3 am and then panicking internally before acting nonchalant and texting "ew"

- he does get girls and guys tho, he's too pretty to not have bitches 😭 he just doesn't know what to do with the bitches ‼️‼️

- loves abandoned spots, he forces you to go with him even if ur scared while you're going "bro there's a ghost I'm telling you" he's like "what is it gonna do?? eat you??" While rolling his eyes or sumn😭

- you best believe if he feels sumn though he's running for his life, like he could be on par with Iida bcs of how fucking scared he'd get he's shooting his fire behind him and RUNNING!! in the end it's probably a spider or sumn and he's like "pfff I knew that!!!"

Why i think Dabi / Touya is still alive after chapter 430

#spoilers ahead

Ok first of all,this shit was so ass, i dont even wanna think about how the final chapter looks like it was set in a dark AU ending where nothing changes and rei looks older than ever, still pushing enjis wheelchair for the past 8 years🤮, shoto being a workaholic (and soon being num ONE). Shouldnt he be more focused on his friendships??

Plus, no mention of his siblings that his arc has been working on reconnecting him with. 🤮 So like...Enji won? Shoto will be number one after all wtff..

But id rather think about the fact that touya could still be alive after the timeskip. Here are a few reasons why..

No gravestone shown, no image of a shrine or a burial, hell..no mention of his death AT ALL unlike with toga or shigaraki, erasers friend and midnight...hell, deku even hallucinates shiggy. If touya was truly dead i feel like we wouldve seen a panel of his shrine or ANY indication if his death.

Society and tech have improved so much that quirkless deku can be a hero, so theres no way that touya, with a partial healing ice quirk isnt kept alive.

He was last shown to be 'slowly marching towards death' like BITCH thats literally what being alive is, we are all slowly marching towards death😭

This man is allergic to dying and i do believe that hori left his outcome ambiguous for a reason, if hori wanted to show touya dead he 100% would.

Shoto smiling..like bro would be smiling like that after his oldest brother passed away, like i said, intentionally hori is avoiding any mention of Touya, even natuso is not shown or mentioned, just that shoto has become a workaholic and on his way to being number one...

Plus the panel text is from Deku's pov. So its not todoroki's internal monolouge thats revealed, only his expression and hopefully thats an indicator that his siblings are ok.

Hori has 100% lost the plot lmao, the ending is so convoluted and out of character that theres simply no in universe reason why Touya would be straight up dead. Making shoto mention his father instead of his brothers or sister or MOTHER was certainly a choice🤮🤮🤮.

Old rei pushing enjis wheelchair is sickening and i dont wanna believe that shes still his maid if she has had to mourn touya a second time, its gross and literally a dark au cause wtf.

Since none of shotos siblings were mentioned, this empty space of detail lets us assume that shoto isnt stressing about them. If touya was dead we would see him visiting his shrine, in japanese culture, visiting gravestones and praying to shrines of the dead is symbollic.

I firmly believe that hori either got seriously sick (he said his ears were leaking fluid) or got pressured by his team (he said he cried when his management made him scrap an extra comic page he drew of dabi and sceptic on the past) , i believe that at this point, he didnt have a lot of creative control over his work and wasnt allowed to dedicate more panels to the LOV. HE HAD to prioritise enji and the characters at the top of the poll. When touya came 4th on the final poll, it was too late, his story became enji's story even though hori confessed that he had initially written enji to be killed off in the high end nomu fight.

The story is such a retconned mess, theres no way he wasnt planning shiggy and touya to be SAVED physically, literally touyas last panel is of him crying alone lmaoo.

IN BOTH of Horikoshi's previous serialized series the villains lived and got to reform and atone at the end..

But yeah, my end verdict is that hori intentionally didnt mention touya for the fans to theorise about him living💀

People are saying he's gonna die eventually, that the next chapter is gonna be the Todoroki family sending off Touya before pulling the plug… and I'm like WTF??? Do you think that's gonna happen??

I think people are jumping to conclusions. We literally have no idea what we are seeing:

It could be a tank or a room behind the glass. It could be for life support or for recovery. The wires could be keeping Touya alive or rebuilding his tissue. The bindings could be to restrain him or compression to help him heal, or both. The stuff around his head could again be restraint or a mask because they fixed his jaw.

Just because Hori likes to draw horror when it comes to Touya, I think the question of whether he survives solely depend on the fact if Horikoshi wants him to survive. Central Hospital has Ujiko's tech, so they can fix him if that's what the narrative wants.

So I think, it's more interesting to look at the different themes of the family and what kind of ending would make sense for them.

Shouto's is about "giving help that's not asked for" being applied to his family, as well as a deep belief that anyone has the capacity to change with the right push.

Touya's is about wanting a meaning for his existence, and wanting to see the family change.

Endeavor's is about how you can atone when the past never dies and how he can step up as a father after all this time:

Going through absolute hell and drag Touya back from the brink only to "pull the plug" as a mercy killing works for none of these arcs.

If Hori wanted it to be a classic shonen tragedy, he would have let Endeavor take Touya in a murder-suicide like no doubt many readers and in-verse the public would have liked it to happen. The abuser and the victim-turned-villain dying together in a last act of self-sacrifice, Enji dying with his "mistakes".

Horikoshi didn't want to write this ending though. Because this still makes it all about Endeavor - his rules, his sins, his reputation, his choices, his mistakes.

He decided to make the way the family changed matter more. This ending my work for Enji and Touya, but it sure as hell didn't work for Rei, Natsuo, Fuyumi or Shouto.

If Touya just dies here, getting pulled with a plug like old bathwater, because the family decides it's better - how is that a different from being left behind again?

Isn't it more meaningful if the family faces that "pure hell" Natsuo mentioned together?

And maybe find a solution together...

This post is for all the Dabi stans out there who still believe he’s alive but whenever they post something about it, they always add (copism)or (I’m dulu)

First of all stop thinking you’re delusional or you’re just coping because if really think about he really does have a way of surviving.

Let me explain, first- hori never confirmed his death which sure it’s odd but why did he not confirm his “death” but gave a proper ending to overhaul. I mean it’s just stupid overhaul is not as a big character as Touya. 

Sec- endeavor is such a two face character. I mean in episode 19 of season 7, this man states I will not let you die Touya BUT then after it was revealed Touya got rei’s quirk he immediately changes his opinion, saying I won’t let you die alone. WTF he’s such a two side character. I don’t understand him at all. In the hellish family final chapter 426 endeavor was yapping off but the moment rei and fuyumi says we want to talk to you more immediately, the guard said it’s time to go which is just suspicious. It’s just shows that hori really made Touya character revolved around endeavor. Endeavor has proven to take back his words and if there is a way to make sure of Touya’s survivor I believe he can

Third- if according to the manga touya can only speak for a few minutes a day and endeavors gonna be coming to him every single day to talk to him. That means the rest of the family wouldn’t even have a chance to talk to him before his so call “death” and knowing Natsuo he wouldn’t let that stand.

Fourth- this isn’t Mha related but I remember a month before when Nobara came back, and people were shocked, saying that she was dead, first of all Gege never confirmed her death and came back after 4 years, if she can do it so can our king Touya.

Fifth- people might think that he was meant to die, but so was all might but he didn’t die at the end

Sixth- I truly don’t believe Natsuo is just going to leave Touya alone with their abuser, because what do you mean the last thing he said to Touya is stop, stop causing trouble you stupid brother, while he loves him so much 

Seventh- the only thing the guard said was he slowly marching towards death, but this isn’t new news I mean, we knew this since 2022 so I don’t know why everyone’s worried 

So what have we learned? Don’t call yourself delusional if it’s not confirmed of his “death” then we have to make our own ending.

I think one of my main annoyances in Hori writing is him trying to redeem every villain and hero that some of them just doesn’t deserve that redemption.

Like; it’s reminds me too much of Naruto. But the difference is Naruto isn’t being held by modern standards since it set in a fictional world with ninjas while bnha is set in 200+ years in the future in modern japan.

I absolutely despise Endeavor and how he abused his family as a whole; in modern society he would have been put in jail, and yet he still gets a redemption arc. It’s feels like it’s cheapen all of the todorokis trauma.

And shoto being bakugo friend is another thing, since bakugo is so much like endeavor… like, if I had a classmate that act so much like my abusive parent that I absolutely despise I wouldn’t be close to them at all.

It’s gave me bad feeling how Hori just brushes all of the trauma the characters have from the actions of other characters selfish acts.

When I started reading the manga in 2015 I thought the concept is really good and having a main character with anxiety and socialization problems (in the start) made me hooked, because I had those things too. But looking at it now 8 years later I just feel so much dissatisfaction and disappointments..

You have a great point about Naruto. I mean, I'm not a fan of Naruto because of reasons, but it's the same concept as to why I like Vegeta better than Bakugou despite Vegeta technically being a worse person. Because MHA and DBZ are two very different shows. One is about becoming stronger and being able to face any threat to the world no matter what, the other is trying to push a narrative about morality and being a "true hero." The Z Fighters do have their own moral compasses, but it varies between every character. So there's no overarching theme that's beating us over the head.

Someone described this problem with MHA perfectly; it's constantly preaching about morality while willfully being tone deaf about its own overlaying issues. And that wouldn't even be so bad if so many of these issues weren't set up in the beginning to be addressed later.

I talk a lot about Bakugou, but I think we should focus on Endeavor like you mentioned. Not only are they similar in nature (temperamental, overzealous, dangerously ambitious), they're also two characters who benefit the most from the system in MHA.

...And it's barely ever acknowledged.

I mean sure, Dabi calls Endeavor out and it leads to the public losing faith in heroes. But not only does the family he abused and/or neglected choose to help him (I can't get over Fuyumi and Natsu taking blame for Touya when they were LITERAL CHILDREN wtf, not to mention Rei), why he was allowed to do this is never addressed. People knew he wasn't the kind hero All Might was, and it was something his fans admired along with his strength. Because as long as you have a strong quirk, you're admired in the MHA world and allowed to get away with whatever you want. Yet this is overlooked so easily.

(I like Hawks (because of Zeno Robinson mainly), but him dismissing this is so weird?? Why on Earth would Horikoshi go out of his way to introduce a character with an abusive father and make him an Endeavor fan? With no moment of clarity either?? There's something really off about that)

Bakugou's apology (one day I'll make a post critiquing this scene) is a little better in this regard as he does acknowledge that he was enabled because of his quirk. But again, it's really just skimmed over and only referenced to give Bakugou an excuse.

And the people who do question society and its system are either villains who are use it as an excuse to cause destruction and hurt people (the LOV and Overhaul) or bloodthirsty murderers (Stain). I would have loved for Horikoshi to introduce a group of vigilantes or anti-heroes who work outside of the HPSC and call out how discriminatory their system is.

Someone's talked about this before, but the Todoroki and Bakugou "friendship" was so forced and unnecessary. Bakugou has, at every turn, been completely unsympathetic towards the fact that Todoroki was abused and yelled at his sister for talking about it in her own home (but sure, let's call Bakugou an abuse victim I guess). Todoroki should have at the very least remained indifferent towards Bakugou like he was in the beginning.

Izuku deserves so much better than how Horikoshi treats him. He's either used as a tool to make Bakugou better or he's shoved into the background of his own show. He was so relatable in the beginning of the series only for the plot to suck his character dry.

I’ve been thinking about Keigo getting to know the rest of the Todoroki family as Touya’s boyfriend.

How nervous he would be to not be good enough, to not be let into what he knew was a tight knit family, especially the siblings, and for Keigo, who had no real family himself, it all seemed extra intimidating.

Keigo was prepared for almost anything, but it turned out he was not prepared for what actually was awating him.

Now, Keigo already knew Endeavor, or Enji (he finds it so weird to use his first name like that like wtf,) from work, but seeing him in this weird domestic role is jarring, to say the least.

Big, strong Endeavor in a cardigan, reading glasses and slippers? Weird as hell.

Rei is just as sweet as Keigo imagined her, and it makes his heart ache to see how much Touya looks like his mother in person, and even more so to see the open love in Touya’s face when he looks at his mother.

Keigo had expected Fuyumi to be as sweet and timid as she looked, but she honestly took him a bit by surprise. She’s quick and witty, not unlike her older brother, and clearly has no issue with putting Touya on the spot. She’s also very funny, and Keigo is deligthed to have someone to bounce off so easily.

Natsuo might look like a big, confident jock type, but he isn’t. He’s sweet, very sweet, and extremly passionate about the medical field, which is quite telling about his character in Keigo’s eyes. He also had a quiet and clever sense of humor, and kept making sure Keigo was always a part of the conversation, and it truly moved Keigo when he realized.

Now, Shouto was another one Keigo knew a little from work.

He actually thought the two of them got along well, but something seemed a little off with the youngest Todoroki all night. He talked like normal and wasn’t rude at all, but he kept sending Keigo some weird looks, and it was making him more uneasy than he liked to admit.

It didn’t help that Touya kept throwing looks back at Shouto, making it look like yhe two of them were having a telepatic conversation.

After dinner Shouto straight up asked Keigo if he could talk to him in private, and judging by Natsuo’s eyeroll and Fuyumi’s laughther, they knew what was coming.

When they were alone, Keigo suddenly struggled to meet Shouto’s mismatched eyes, which was ridiculous, but true.

«Did you know Touya was my first word?»

Keigo blinked, surprised. He did not know that.

Shouto just nodded.

«He was the first person to me me smile, and laugh, and talk, and even walk,» Shouto contuniued.

Keigo felt a small flicker of affection when picturing it, and felt a smile tug on his lips.

Shouto did not smile back.

«He walked me to my first day of school, and he still packs my lunch when he has the opportunity. He’s my person.»

Keigo was, maybe for the first time in his life, truly at a loss of words.

Luckily, Shouto continued on his own.

Touya and Minori have a very healthy relationship with open communication and dorky affection

Minori fell for Touya when he helped her and Mikoto open a tight jar of peaches they were struggling with on the way home (because the twins yet again were snacking on groceries before they made it home).

He laughed a little and agreed when she told him he was able to open it because she loosened it. That laugh was magical to her and she was hooked.

They offered him a slice before skipping off and giggling about it with Mikoto

Touya in turn fell for her harder when she gave him a ‘thank you’ flower and a tea cake the next day even though she didn’t have to

He pressed that flower because he wanted to keep it/the memory forever

They would often see each other around the village and occasionally hung out when the stars aligned

He helped retrieve her glasses after some jerk ripped them off her face and threw them (and beat that guy up later because wtf do you think you’re doing to Minori)

They both would get embarrassed and deny they liked each other when Touya’s friends would tease them

Very simple puppy love

Touya originally planned to confess to Minori during a spring festival, but was discouraged when one of her friends said she would only date a cute guy to another one of his friends who asked about her type

He had just gotten his facial scar and doubts about if an orphan like himself was good enough for her family, so it stung a bit (a lot) to think she might reject him for not being her type. Feelings fade right? Or the grow stronger

Meanwhile, Minori thought “Yacchan” might like her… but she was also certain he didn’t. Which wouldn’t be anything new, most guys that talked to her did so to get next to Mikoto, so maybe he liked Mikoto and was just being nice?

He wouldn’t always look at her directly, but he did blush when they were close sometimes. It was very confusing and easier to tell herself he’s just a shy guy/he’d blush harder if it was Mikoto

So they both continued to get close to confessing, but psyching themselves out at last minute of for years

Minori was much more bold with her flirting as she would intentionally sit close enough for her legs to touch, wearing pretty dresses and ask what he thinks, brushing his hair back so she could see his eyes better, etc..

Touya was a bit of a stonewall and really only blushed (he was dying inside, especially when drape her legs over his and the eye contact)

Minori tried “dating” someone else her sister set her up with for experience after her flirtations didn’t seem to change much between her and Touya.

However, he didn’t laugh at her jokes and preferred for her to act more seriously also suggested she would be even more beautiful if she let her hair grow out which gave her the ick

Touya didn’t like it, but at that point, they were really good friends and he wanted to see her happy

But nothing made him happier than when that short lived relationship ended with Minori deciding to join him and the others for a hangout vs going on the date that would have made her and that guy official

Minori didn’t actually call him by his name until they confessed their feelings to each other at Mikoto and Fugaku’s wedding

Which surprised Touya and it embarrassed him when she pointed out he was blushing hard once again as rubbed her foot against his leg

His lips ghosting the shell of her ear as he asked if she was aware of what all her teasing these years actually does to him, made her gain a matching blush

They were each others first everything. Which was both endearing and a little awkward

But that’s how Minori found out she was really into the praises and encouragement Touya gave her no matter how clumsy some of her ideas might have been

Also how Touya found out she’s got a lot of fun mole placements all over that he loves

After she (and her bald cat) moved in with him, Touya gave her free reign to decorate how she sees fit

Minori and her cat fight for space on Touya’s chest. She can’t believe her own cat would try to steal her spot

Touya tends to make her breakfast in bed on the days they have off together. Otherwise they’re both up and cooking together

On the rare occasion he over sleeps, she will kiss his scars and nipping at his jawline down to his chest to wake him up and laugh when he groans because she stopped/got out of his grasp. It’s a nice way to wake up, but don’t tease him like that before work

After Touya pierced her ears for her, They started sharing earrings

If one of them has a mission, they’ll split a set, both of them wearing one of the earrings until the other one returns

Minori does most of the yapping when they do double dates and will sometimes play footsie with him to tease him

Minori proposed to Touya with a jar of peaches and he full body laughed before accepting the jar and giving her the ring he had been planning to propose with if someone had been a little more patient

And their wedding? It was a small intimate ceremony filled with those closest to them.

He likes watching her undress, not even in a completely sexual way (but if she wants to go, he’s ready). She’s just very beautiful to him and I loves to she her in all her glory

She does the same with him, but he’s definitely getting a wolf whistle for the show

Minori thinks it’s sweet when he comes home and just wants to cuddle because he had a rough day

She knows he’ll talk about it when he’s ready to and he just wants that closeness/comfort. In the meantime, she’ll hum him a little tune while she plays with his hair and rubs his back

He can tell when she’s stressed because she tends to pace around and fidget. He can usually get her to relax by giving her a hug or by offering a back massage

She’s the enthusiastic one that plans fun dates and he’s the calmer person that actually budgets

While he’s definitely wrapped around her little finger, Touya drew a hard line at starting a family while they’re both active shinobi. That’s how he became an orphan and he’ll never view two active shinobi as parents as a good thing

Either he retired or she retired from being shinobi, no expectations.

Which wasn’t really a problem for Minori once she understood his POV. She didn’t mind the idea of him being a househusband (it would be cute actually lol), but ultimately decided to retire herself so she could spend more time with Mikoto and Itachi

They both were really excited when they found out they were going to be parents

Mikoto and Minori planned their second pregnancies together ✨ which meant Fugaku and Touya were both to deal with hormonal pregnant twins at the same time

They didn’t plan on having a third child, but it was a welcome surprise. Minori tried to talk Mikoto into having one kid so they could do this together, but she declined (rude 😭)

They still act like they’re in their honeymoon phase years later (can’t leave without a money kiss, nuzzling each other, butt squeezes, matching holiday sweaters, etc.) and it embarrasses their youngest

Dabi wakes up shortly after his “death” at a “clinic”(run by AfO, cause of course it is), only instead of being rage-hatred-patricide, he’s like, “The fuck are you? The fuck am I??” He manages to “check himself out” (legit, funniest option, no one expected him to be up and conscious, so he literally just LEAVES, no one finds out till way later he dipped) and spends the next however long trying to piece together who he is. He’s got, like, full binders and notebooks full of theories and leads to check up on, including one with everything he knows about himself, such as:

AfO probably decides “eh, not important”, and leaves him be (and also probably gets a kick out of the fact that Dabi is, like, 2 hours away from the Todoroki residence). Anyway, eventually, Dabi still joins the LoV, cause, like, he’s sort of running out of options - not having any documentation makes it hard to get a job, he has a HARD MISTRUST of heroes he can’t really explain, and at this point he’s fairly certain he was a government experiment, so that’s right out.

And like, he’s kind of on board for a few chunks, but Toga is awakening The Big Brother Instincts, so that’s creating problems. Then they kidnap Katsuki, and Dabi is “huh, nah fam, not cool with threatening children, actually”, and helps Kat escape. Drags Toga along, cause at this point she’s his kid. Meets Shouto properly, has the weirdest reaction, thinks “maybe I know him??” So, goes to U.A., like, “Hey, I have severe memory loss, but I think I know the Peppermint kid? I helped save one of your students, can that earn me the bare minimum of human decency for help? Also, can you please help Toga, she needs SO MUCH BLOOD, I think the lack is making her sick. Huh? The staples? Yeah, I don’t get it either man, that doctor was insane.”

Then Natsuo shows up for some reason and is immediately “WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK TOUYA!?” Dabi, confused “Do I know you?? Wait, am I Touya??”

My dad’s a power-hungry asshole who’s now the substitute for the No. 1 Hero, my mom’s in the mental hospital because of him, my eldest brother Touya who was thought to be dead is now a villain, Natsuo’s never home anymore because he can’t stand the sight of dad, Fuyumi’s trying to keep this dysfunctional mess of a family together, and me and my twin Shoto have enough trauma to last us for a few lifetimes.” Their venomous words caught everyone off-guard, and for a few moments only the sound of the fire crackling in the fireplace could be heard.

Clearing his throat, Lucifer asked, “ What do you mean MC?”

Sighing, MC decided to tell the brothers about their dad’s obsession with All Might, their circumstances and reasons for birth, and the hellish training they underwent in order to 'surpass All Might.’

What the hell did this human have to endure wtf-

His first reaction is to scoop them in a hug, mostly to calm himself and remind himself that MC's here with him, they're safe, and that there's no immediate danger.

Becomes hella protective of MC, more than he already was.

Hates their dad more than he hates debts, you best believe he’ll be looking up ways to make Endeavour’s life miserable

Becomes a little more mindful of MC, if they look even the slightest bit uncomfortable he will do whatever is needed to make them feel comfortable.

He reminds them that they should do what they want and what makes them happy. Anyone who even thinks of forcing them to do something will have to go through him first.

Leviathan

Levi subconsciously transforms into his demon form when he hears of this

Why did his Henry have to suffer all that? Sure all protagonists have sad back stories, but MC’s so kind and nice to him, a yucky otaku who’s always holed up in his room. It’s not fair for them to have gone through all this!

Offers to feed Endeavour to Lotan. He’d do anything for his Henry after all.

Now, whenever they hang out, Levi is extra mindful of his words and temper, since he doesn’t want for MC to be scared of him or hate him.

So MC hates their dad? He can relate with that-

No but on a serious note, he’s worried about MC. Also feels kind of guilty for asking-

He’s also seething with anger at things MC’s said.

No one deserves to go through such toxic situations, and certainly not his MC.

Teams up, albeit reluctantly, with Lucifer to teach their dad a lesson for hurting MC.

A little curious about their family, and asks MC about them in private. Do they miss them? Who's their favorite sibling? Do they want to visit them? Surely Lucifer would allow it if they really wanted to.

Makes them read books with the found family trope and reminds them that him and every single one of his brothers would kill for them. His wording and tone may be a bit too intense for their liking, but his intentions are pure :)

Asmodeus

Gasp! How dare that man hurt his cute little munchkin?!

Yeah, Asmo is not happy with Endeavour one bit. After all, hurting the second most beautiful being in all three realms and the holder of his heart is a grave crime!

Will team up with Solomon to absolutely ruin Endeavour’s name and influence, just give him the word MC~
