Day 23: Tom Hiddleston
Now, this is an interesting combination. Tom Hiddleston was already pretty good as Loki but adding Captain Hook (an Old Etonian like Tom - this is mentioned in my @music-meme-of-365-days) just adds another layer. It was made in 2014 and was meant to be expanded on but Disney scrapped it. (More on that later.)
More in Keep Reading.
This stated for the movie and the series it is part of….
A series of digitally animated direct-to-DVD films starring Tinker Bell was begun by Disney in 2008. These works are part of the company's Disney Fairies franchise and feature a cast of fairy characters and settings original to Disney.
Tinker Bell (2008)
Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure (2009)
Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue (2010)
Pixie Hollow Games (TV special, 2011)
Secret of the Wings (2012)
The Pirate Fairy (2014) (This is the focus.)
Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2015)
Link to the Wikipedia of the movie...
With this from the film series wiki…
Canceled eighth film
On August 28, 2022, Stephen Anderson stated on Twitter about working on an eighth Tinker Bell film in late 2014/early 2015. The working title of the film was “Tink Meets Peter”. It was intended to be the final installment in the Tinker Bell film series and a direct prequel to Walt Disney’s 1953 film, Peter Pan. The storyline would show how Peter came to Neverland, the genesis of Peter and Tink’s relationship, how Peter cut off Hook’s hand, etc. The film was under production during the time home video marketing was plummeting and DisneyToon Studios’ closure. All production on the seventh and eighth Tinker Bell films was eventually canceled once DisneyToon Studios officially closed in June 2018.
…which makes me very disappointed in Disney (again). This was so well built as a prequel.
But here are some links…
And if you wanna hear Tom sing (which he does in this movie), here…

as well as the making of this…

It is on Spotify…
Also Disney fandom wiki on Tom Hiddleston…as well as Wikipedia…
That smile is very handsome…lol. But Captain Hook is not the full version yet so we are left with this…
He has all the traits of Disney's Hook, with brown eyes and brownish-black hair (keep in a bow, how cute.) Kind of mad that he doesn't like oysters.
