We're not gonna get a Spies are Forever prequel musical (and maybe that's for the best, fanon for this show is really fun), BUT what if TCB did prequel episodes in the style of Solve It Squad: Back In Biz or Starkid's Nightmare Time, but for SAF, with each episode being one standalone mission? Or maybe a couple of episodes forming a little spy story arc.

They could bring back Mary Kate Wiles and Esther Fallick in new roles. Personally I like to imagine Brian Rosenthal playing an extremely bitchy MI6 director. They could play with genre a little (save me noir curtwen story save me)

They wouldn't need the budget of a full length musical, so it might be more doable? I'm not saying Talkfine has to write some new songs, but.... it's an option? (can you imagine CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE??)

I listen to a lot of old science fiction radio plays, and I just really enjoy that modern radio play style of BIB/Nightmare Time. There is so much opportunity to tell stories and explore settings that you would never have the budget to stage in an actual musical.

Also I'm greedy for more curtwen just tbh. But seriously, this show is eight years old and still has a dedicated fan base. I mean, we just had a curtwen week event that was so overflowing with contributions that I'm still way waaay behind working my way through it all. It would be so cool to have something to feed the fans without putting up a roadblock for anything TCB might have planned for the future.

I know this is purely fantasy on my part, but let a girl dream ok??

I got really into Starkid recently and have watched the majority of their musicals (it’s insane they put them online for free!)! The Hatchetfield Universe is so amazing!

I watched Spies Are Forever and I thought it was gonna be funny and lighthearted… BUT NO, IT MADE THE SADNESS WORSE! The ending fucking DESTROYED me! This is Song of Achilles all over again, complete with me almost crying at 2 am.

Triple Threat, and anyone else a part of this AU: What kind of chocolate/sweets do you like, if any? Also, would you be willing to share this treat with a special someone (wink wink)?

I figured I couldn’t draw all of this with the limited amount of images I could post on here, so I may as well just tell you this way.

Henry obviously has a sweet tooth, he’ll eat anything he gets his hands on. He does share it with Charles though.

Charles does like white and milk chocolates. He’d break a piece for Henry and others that he cares for.

Ellie I think would eat it whenever she gets the chance, but she probably prefers chocolate truffles.

Rupert, as well as others in the government, I feel are on the same page as Ellie, but with Rupert, if it’s a date night with Dave, he’d just get sweets for them to share. He doesn’t really have a specific favorite.

Dave likes sweets, mostly white chocolate. He’ll share a piece with Rupert.

Sven likes sweets, but he prefers sweets from his home country like princess cake. I don’t think he’d really share it with Burt since he isn’t really familiar with it, but definitely he’s share it to other Toppats.

Burt will only eat a few sweets, mainly just some chocolate truffles, caramel chocolate, and during the holidays, he’s always be up for hot chocolate bombs.

Reginald and RHM I feel…don’t really care about chocolate and sweets or just grew out of it. If they threw a party, with the very rare chance after Randy Radman nearly set them into bankruptcy as leader, they’d just serve stuff like pudding or other food.

Other Toppats; Carol, Earrings, Witch, Toby, Tin, Stickman, Icepick, Snowcap, all still have a soft spot for sweets in the clan, especially with their partners.

Wall Staff and CCC members aren’t allowed food during work, so their only chances of them getting any is when they’re off of work, which is even rarer.

I know Another Day isn't canon these are different versions of the characters etc etc but I still find it interesting that both Joshua and Minamimoto are generally kinder, more tolerant people in a world where Joshua has a place in the RG where he can go to be a normal kid for a little while and Sho has a non-destructive creative outlet and positive relationships with the people around him

You're right that if you did just find the sum of all the little dx bits you would just get x, but if you imagine a graph y=f(x), and you want to find the area underneath that line, you split it into lots of little rectangles of width dx then add them together. It's the sum of every y value along that line multiplied by dx. -Sooty

I wish I could nod and say "oh I see!" but alas, the introduction of graphs and the letter y has only deepened my confusion. I think I might sort of understand what I'm meant to be visualizing if I squint really hard? but I haven't been in any sort of math class for 10 years and my exposure to a math class with graphs (precalculus) was even longer ago, so it's not your fault lol. I appreciate the attempt to help!
