note: ngl i feel like i do good at posting then smth with school pops up and i don’t post for like a month.. sorry y’all. also please tell me im not the only one who’s been on and off sick for the past month, rn i have a runny nose and a sore throat AGAIN. i just got over that like, barely 2 weeks ago.

tw: y/n is a bit of a weirdo with his thoughts since he doesn’t understand anything w/ love, internal homophobia (not really but kinda?), y/n is all over the place

After centuries of fighting, killing, and not showing emotions to anyone, all that can end because of a guy with beautiful long hair. The more y/n thinks about it, the more embarrassed he gets. He’s known for being a fearless and intimidating warrior, just for that whole facade to disappear just over a man out of all things.

This whole scenario came into place because his nation archon just had to have a meeting with Fontaine's archon, Furina, at least y/n thinks that’s her name. The meeting consisted of figuring out how to make the justice system within Natlan better and a way to make transportation easier between the two nations. y/n didn’t pay attention to the little details, he was only there to ‘protect’ his archon and make sure things went smoothly.

However, he didn’t realize that the other archon would be bringing a guest with her until a day before the meeting. It did tick y/n off a little bit that he would get notified so late but does it really matter? All y/n is doing is protecting and making sure everything doesn’t go south.

Well, it did go a bit south, as soon as Furina's guest arrived, y/n's mouth went dry. That man did things to him that he didn’t even know could happen. Maybe it was the long hair on the other man that made y/n feel warm inside, it definitely couldn’t have been the slight scent he had. No, definitely not.

Okay, y/n takes that back, he feels like he’s getting intoxicated by the proximity of the other male. It wasn’t hard to figure out that the guest, was a dragon, all it took was a quick look and a secret deep breath to figure it out. He had it figured out, his body wasn’t used to being by another dragon, and he hadn’t seen one in what, centuries? This feeling would go away in maybe 20 minutes, hopefully.

20 minutes later and y/n feels like he’s going to light the whole place on fire. His whole body feels like it’s melting, and to no one’s surprise, it’s all due to the long-haired man in front of him. The stranger might genuinely be the hottest person y/n has ever seen in his entire life. That long hair makes y/n want to run his fingers through it, maybe brush it, but that might be a bit too much to think about.

Once y/n saw the man look at him, he quickly looked away, how embarrassing.. he got caught staring hardcore. He took a deep breath before listening back into the conversation, “Ah, yes, I suppose it would do both nations good to do something like that. Maybe combining a bit of power.” the lovey talk of archons, always talking about power; like it’s the only thing that matters to them.

Power is important though, y/n is in the position he’s in right now because of how powerful he is. In complete honesty, he’s probably too powerful for his own good, only knowing how to use it to protect his nation from people deemed as enemies; even if they aren’t in the public eye. Power rules everything at the end of the day, nothing can function without power.

The more he listens into the conversation, the more he realizes he was glad he was never born as an archon; he’s been around one most of his life and it’s always been boring. Listening in did provide small details though, like the mysterious man’s name.

While y/n was somewhat able to keep his focus off of the other dragon in the room, he managed to not burn anything. But, he had a feeling his archon caught on as they gave him a questionable look; it was a very subtle one that only he could catch onto but it was obvious they knew something. Nothing is going on though, right? The man can’t help it if he gets a bit flustered whenever he remembers Neuvillette is near him.

Gosh, y/n probably looks like a blushed teenager who just confessed to his crush. Well, he at least thought he did. To everyone else though, he looked like he was on guard and was going to fight anyone who even took a step too close to his and the Natlan archon's bubble. y/ns hand accidentally gazed at the chair near him, which caused the leather to burn where his touch was. Good thing no one was looking, right?

y/n couldn’t wait any longer for this meeting to be over, his brain was thinking too many things while he was focusing on every single move everyone else did. It would be overwhelming for anyone who wasn’t trained and as skilled as he was, but that tiny overwhelming feeling didn’t compare to how fast his heart was beating. y/n hoped the other male couldn’t pick up how he was feeling, thankfully Fontaine's archon seemed to be happy with the deal she and the other archon came up with.

In Neuvillette's mind, he could tell that the fire dragon was on edge. He could also tell how much the dragon was staring at him, it was a little nerve-racking. Once Neuvillette caught a glance at the chair that was touched, it made him a bit surprised but he didn’t show it. Maybe he would talk to the other male after the meeting, for work-related things of course!

boredom post lol, just dumping my thoughts into the void of what id like to see be added in whb but probably will never happen 🫠

1. separation of character and artifact banners

pretty self-explanatory. w the roster being huge and it only increasing from here there needs to be a distinction btwn characters and artifacts. im sure many ppl atp have gotten tired of the false hope they get when they get the gold glow from one of the kings at the beginning only to find out that its just one of his sig 💀💀

1.1 for patches w 2 l-rank debuts, have the selector work even before you hit pity

i get having the selector for if you reach hard pity, but its a bit greedy for it to apply only when you wasted so many seals (esp when f2ps dont get as much seals as they should). i would like the chance of knowing im guaranteed that char from the beginning even when i get the char early

1.2 if there exists an artifact banner, let there be a selector for which one you want to pull for

same logic as prev points. the rosters getting huge and ideally id like to have smth guaranteed for when i do my pulls

2. update characters' skill descriptions to be more specific

theres too many "[dmg/healing] is proportional to [some stat]." i want to see what that actual proportion is, like "dmg is proportional to x% of stat" where x is some number. or in skill menus theres "increase passive effect" like just tell me what youre specifically increasing in the passive !!!! i shouldnt need to actually lvl the passive to figure out whats changing, it should be stated from the get-go

3. have someone at the very least proofread the text

now i've seen my fair share of typos in games, hell, i literally play one where they couldnt even spell their own game name properly during the earlier yrs of its release lol *cough pgr cough*, but for the most part theyve resolved that issue and simple typos are easily spotted and fixed, but ive never seen there be this many typos or language switches mid-sentence. literally just 1 thorough proofread couldve easily solved most of these grammatical issues.

4. better optimization

im sorry but this is getting to like hoyo lvls of optimization w the fact that whb, which just hit half anni a month ago, is getting close to the amnt of storage an almost 3 yr old game has is wild to me (completely disregarding the fact that pgr has 3d models, l2d cgs, etc). imo, the amnt of storage whb holds should be around or even lower than what neural cloud has (which mind you, also has 3d models and l2d art 😭😭)

incoming very weird comparison but vanilla minecraft, a game that gets regularly updated, both on pc and pe take less than 1 gb

literally improving the optimization would make the game more accessible i.e. get more players to play since it wont take up a lot of storage !!! as someone who used to have 64gb or less on my phone, i could barely play any games on it bc nowadays they unnecessarily take up so much storage

5. add more daily/weekly tasks

keep the 9 daily requirements and 32 weekly requirements the same, just give more tasks for each so that we arent strictly set on doing specific ones. id like to see more stuff like "battle any stage x amnt of times" (emphasis on any, not a specific stage) or "interact w the lobby character at least once," just really anything that doesnt involve investing in a character or artifact. i feel like im wasting resources from lvling chars i dont wanna lvl, + we dont get enough tears per week to properly invest in so many characters at once.

giving more breathing room to hit the 9 and 32 achievements would put less stress on me cause then i'll know that if i cant complete one task, i can just do another and still be able to get all the rewards obtained for the week. im sure a fair share of ppl atp have missed out on getting all the weekly rewards bc they accidentally missed 1 daily task which is painful

5.1. get rid of the lvling artifacts weekly requirement and lvling characters requirement

briefly mentioned it prev but wanted to make its own section. its useless, especially when i ald have the artifacts that i need lvled up. its a dumb requirement that makes me waste mats and pulls just so i could lvl some artifacts properly.

6. get rid of the rng boxes and make them selectors

5.2 increase the daily/weekly rewards

dailies (w pancake shop): 9 tears, 7 key boxes (rng)

weeklies: 4 tears, 5 red keys, 2 yellow keys, 50 seals

i dont think i need to explain much here thats like scraping the bottom of a barrel for important mats/gacha currency

they suck. i do not want resources to be gacha too

7. make all shops cheaper

self-explanatory. everything is too expensive (esp in red gems shop) and therefore is borderline inaccessible unless if you hoard mats or 💳

7.1 add the ability to convert red gems to seals

red gems have very little use now ever since seals were introduced. id like them to have some important use if we keep getting a certain amnt of them every week. we can covert them to red/yellow keys, so by that logic we should also be able to convert them to seals too

8. get rid of uncommon/useless currencies

pretzels, artifact enhancement stones, and blue guilty gems are the 3 that come to mind. ik pretzels were originally supposed to be from the friends system, but that was removed a bit after launch and still hasnt showed up despite pb promising itd be launched around this time. aside from that the other 2 serve little to no use, as artifact stones dont lvl up the artifact all that much and blue gems died when seals became a thing

9. auto-clear for story stages

i mean that after getting a perfect clear on a stage, then have auto-clear be an option. since candy boxes are farmable through story, i end up falling asleep or getting bored of having to sit through fighting the same stage like 20+ times a day. this is honestly one of the more nit picky ones in this list lol, i just play the stages in the bg while i do other stuff but ideally id like to get stuff done asap

10. make lvling characters cheaper

we only get 13 tears a week from dailies + weeklies + pancake shop. assuming you start from scratch and want to get to char lvl70, it takes 3 weeks to get there without the help from other shops. thats almost a month for 1 character, it shouldnt take that long to invest in someone (it also shouldnt be that expensive 💀)

if we're getting such low numbers of essential materials per week, decrease the character lvl prices to reflect that. or alternatively, increase the number of mats we get per week to easily lvl characters

10.1 increase the character lvl cap to 100

40 tears for one level is not worth it, having the cap be 100 would make it feel like its worth it (not really tbh, its still real expensive when lvl70 provides more than enough to clear all content 💀)

10.2 add a resource stage for pies

getting pies only through shop (rng boxes btw) and events isnt enough to compensate for how much skill lvls cost. either decrease the skill lvl prices or increase the pie income to balance it out

11. have the ability to backread txt msgs before choosing a reply

self-explanatory. the game doesnt allow you to backread before choosing a reply which sucks :/

as someone who usually cant process txt after reading it once i kinda just sit at the replies like :/ girl i forgor what he just said and i cant go back and read so i'll just leave and re-enter the chatroom again ig

12. have the game automatically lock l-rank artifacts as soon as you get them

ik theres a lock feature, but you need to lock all artifacts manually. id rather the game lock l-rank artifacts for me once i get them so that i dont accidentally recycle them when cleaning out my inventory and then i manually unlock them later if i want to

13. give seals, keys, or just any sort of general gacha currency as compensation rewards

receiving only ap feels like a slap to the face, and seals/any other currency would only be given out if there was smth that was severely (and i mean very severely) hindering everyones gameplay. the ap given isnt even that much either which is like rubbing salt in the wound

14. decrease ap requirement in stages

considering stages can go up to 32ap as a req (given this is only seen in events, the usual hovers around 25 but my point still stands), you cant really do all that much if the cap hovers around 250 (give or take, i havent seen anyone w 300ap yet so 250 im considering is the avg rn for endgame players). w each stage at highest difficulty being 25-30+ap, we essentially only play like 10 stages max before needing to wait.

1 solution ppl would have in mind is to just buy the 300ap from red gems shop or buy more ap from selecting the ap counter directly to get more for the day, but i want smth thats more accessible. i shouldnt need to pay w some currency to get literally the bare necessity of being able to play this game.

i think keeping all stages at 15ap is perfect, hell, even 20 would also work since w 250ap you can get more than 10 runs in one session

15. make the battles less reliant on needing certain l-ranks

this is just smth ive noticed when testing out stages w other chars or just playing realm of seraphim lol, but theres a huge imbalance w l-ranks vs s and a+-ranks. theres also a huge imbalance when it comes to the classes too (i'll get to that in a bit)

take beel's camp for example, there is no one in beels camp that can essentially mimic or closely mimic what beel does kit-wise (dmg ik will be different cause lower ranking and all). imo, the go-to non-l-rank alternative for beel isnt even from his camp, its from belphegors !!!! (if you didnt catch on im talking abt andrealphus lol)

or take mammon for example, no one in his camp (as of making this post) deals dmg on ult, they only either shield themselves or take the hit for ppl on the team, which tends to do more harm than good.

element-wise, take juno for example. juno being an l-rank fire unit significantly changed how fire team worked, i.e., you can actually use that team to clear most story content now (minus water enemies lol). that should probably put into perspective of 1. how l-ranks are a bit too important in this game and 2. how unbalanced light as an element is compared to every other element

15.1 give us more tanks and healers

i need yall to see how crazy our current roster is

why do we have so many close-rangers??? so many marksman????

we have such little supports (tanks + healers) that it makes me fully convinced the gameplay pb wants to achieve is full on dps and not yk a well-balanced team w dps AND support. dont get me wrong if players want to full on dps that is totally fine by me, the issue im having is that the devs appear to want a full on dps team, completely ignoring the idea of how to properly balance a game where they also introduce supports. of course there are marksman/close-rangers that can support i.e. buff the team (juno, dantalian, ronové, phenix, the list of examples goes on), but im specifically talking abt the classes in general. for the most part, marksman and close-rangers are usually dps while tanks and healers are usually support.

if youre gonna introduce supports in this game, 1. have more than just 1 tank unit for each non-light element, 2. make the healing be higher than 1% of a char's hp, 3. have an equal amnt of tanks and healers as close-rangers and marksman.

the fact that if you dont have mammon as your designated tank or lucifer as your designated healer, youre essentially screwed over is wild to me. their camps' s/a+-ranks should be able to hold just as well without their kings. satans camp is the perfect example of that. chars like minhyeok (who is quite literally mini satan kit-wise lmao), gabriel, leraye, nostalgia leraye, hell even ppyong (the a+-rank ver, not juno lol) are all perfect alternatives for if you dont have satan and that is amazing. we currently dont have that for supports and i genuinely hope thatll change in the future

this game is very, VERY far from being at least somewhat balanced in my eyes. i really do wish for the best w this game but man as someone who loves to dissect gameplay down to the numbers, seeing all this gets real frustrating for me from time to time.

It was only 2 slices of fried green tomatoes so I had them and it was fine, but then I only had like half a sausage because she wasn't watching me closely anymore.

When he learned the guy he wanted to beat was on his team he accepted it and changed his goal from becoming a better player to be recognized a worthy opponent to be recognized as a worthy ally instead.

When he faces Kuroko, his perfect mirror, and loses. Instead of feeling resentful, he aims to be even better the next time they face each other.

When he sees Akashi ability as a point guard, instead of being frightened or anxious like all the other point guard, he show pure awe and admiration. Jealousy is the kind of sneaky feeling that you can't help but feel sometimes, but it doesn't bring any positivity or drive to be better, it only makes you unhappy. But Takao never falls into this trap.

Even when he sees Midorima and Akashi doing their special three-point play (the Sky Direct 3P Shot, the official name is so dorky i love it) during the Vorpal Swords match, he doesn't show jealousy, even though he himself thought he would be jealous to see it. Instead, he is happy.

All of this speak a lot about who he is as a person. He truly has a good heart and he is the kind of person i genuinely aim to be more like

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

Well, I just realized that I technically answered that with the first question, so instead I'll give you my second favorite canon thing about him.

I love how accepting he is. Midorima is a difficult person to get along with, and as Takao himself said 'one has to be flexible to keep up with Midorima’s weird habits'. And yet, Takao immediately accepted him. Although at first he made fun of his obsession with horoscopes, it never came from a bad place, Takao just laugh at everything.

Plus, he doesn't just accept it, he actually finds it endearing. He is so precious and the world needs more people like him.

His relationship with Takao, I honestly don't even think I need to elaborate on this, TakaMido is loved wholeheartedly by the fandom, whether platonically or romantically, and it's 100% deserved. There are probably a thousand essays on them and their dynamics, so I'll spare you my own awkward ramblings. But in short, their way of accepting each other, of pushing each other to be better and their dynamic, everything is perfect.

Who wouldn't want a partnership relationship like this? The way they support and trust each other is truly admirable.

It's really difficult to answer. I had to limit myself to only the pictures drawn by Fujimaki-sensei otherwise it would have been impossible. I think it's this one, because seeing him happy and surrounded by his friends makes me happy

I honestly can't remember, it was almost 10 years ago now. But i know i liked him from the start.

And now, well, I've drawn him a hundred times in the last 6 months and done a whole countdown to his birthday, exhausting myself to the point of getting sick. He is on my mind 24/7. I spend an unhealthy amount of time talking about him on Twitter.

behold, all art of wit i have including one i havent posted here bc i never actually finished it and the wip of him being a silly giggly boy. pls know i came up with him like MAYBE a month ago. two, tops.

SO wit is actually a what-if au of another oc of mine, his name is doodle. doodle (seen below) is a very robin-hood-esque oc, honorable thief and kindhearted, swashbuckler rogue that dual wields rapiers bc hes insane. but hes insane in like a normal way. he was a horrible child but he did grow out of it and its rare to see him w his hair down so pardon me making him look absurdly pretty in that one.

as you can see there are some (but not MANY) differences between the two. kid wit does have the starry hands/peets im just forgetful dont @ me about it djdjdj

ANYWAYS so the what-if of the au that wit is, essentially, little singular things didn't happen to people in that au world. it goes like so;

wit: never met his childhood best friend when he was a freshly injured orphan. was alone from the (elf) ages of 0-16. ended up studying magic (illusion wizard) since he didn't have someone to lean on for that sort of thing.

laika (wit's mom): never truly broke out of an archfey's madness curse. stuck with a very twisted version of the spell Tasha's Hideous Laughter burned into her mind. everything is funny and if it's scary? even funnier. she died briefly. shes back now, but still madnessed.

perseverance (wit's dad): never saved his mother from a death blow in the be-all end-all fight to save his home. was held back by someone who he thought was a friend, killed that person and then ultimately spiralled so hard that he became a lich. may or may not have accidentally killed laika.

something something one decision can change your whole life, me and my friend loved playing with that concept.

okay now that you know a lil lore/history i can dive into what wit is like.

as a kid (drawn with the short megafloofy hair) he's very mischievous and bastardly, almost always smiling or grinning but it's more to lean into the uncanny valley effect his eyes cause than out of any actual joy or anything. he doesn't Blink and he knows it unnerves people because he also has a freakishly high insight (i think its like a +9 or smth??? at level 9??). he loves to come up with fucked up spells, like. for example i saw a silly post on here the other day that was very jokingly having a wizard cast a spell of "10000 bricks until you die" but then i was immediately aware wit would (1) come up with that spell, make it functional, and have it unfortunately obliterate everyone that gets hit with it, and (2) he would call it Wit's Bricks which i think is fuckin funny. he would also come up with spells of like. cause heatstroke. boil all fluid in your body. FREEZE all fluid in your body. he's a little freak with extremely low empathy for those he isn't connected to with blood ties. that said, he's kind to his family (albeit very blunt and will call them out if theyre being stupid) and inquisitive. he DID look his dad in the eye when he met him for the first time and went "are you dead?" which. again, hilarious, but BRUTALLY blunt. he then called his dad cool because yes his dad is now a lich and therefore undead. he's a little freak but he's still a kid and that is ultimately his saving grace, what small child isn't a little freak.

as an adult (long ponytail) i get a feel of him being aro and using romance as a way to manipulate people. he's definitely still not a good person and far more stoic than he was as a child. also he most definitely maintains a constant illusion to make it seem like his eyes are always closed, which lends an air of mystery to the strange elf that seems to always be standing right behind every throne in every kingdom of faerun. i say this because i like to think he would become what's called a King's Wit, which is like a combo of royal advisor, court mage, and "guy the regent has insult other nobility since insults are beneath the reigning royal". he uses all of that to his advantage, gaining the ear and trust of every single person of noble blood that is part of any royal or ruling court, and he will bend and twist their choices so subtly that they won't realise he led them to ruin until it's already too late. which is his ultimate plan. he's STILL somewhat a robin hood style of character, but he takes it a bit further and with far less kindness to the nobility. he guts their coffers completely and every hoarded coin down to the last copper inevitably will land its way conveniently into the lap of the common folk. he does take a healthy chunk for himself - did you know being a wizard was EXPENSIVE in dnd btw? i didnt until i made wit - but most of it is for the local citizens. he does this everywhere he goes if he sees that it needs to happen. fucker topples kingdoms For Fun, because he never gets caught or credited with the ruin he leaves behind himself. he's awful. he probably still comes up with fucked up spells and he manipulates his way into wherever he wants to be. i love him.

RUBY

behold! @polterpumpkin drew my (not very) little guy for me! this is part of a greater set but this is the fully coloured one and arguably my fave bc it captures the absolute batshit energy ruby brings to the table.

ruby is a tiefling that was born in a lab. voluntarily, his parents participated in a sort of study that wanted to eval why it is tieflings could be born to non-tiefling parents. (both his parents are half-orcs, interestingly!) he participated in it up to a certain point, before he got sick of being poked and prodded and Watched. that's when he demanded to be released and, when he wasn't, both his parents helped him escape, unfortunately leaving his other two tiefling-born siblings behind in the process. both parents Died helping him escape, and he was embittered as is by the whole study bs, and then to have his parents die Saving him? it left him with this sort of hole he didn't know how to feel.

so he fills that hole with every vice he finds agreeable. he drinks, he fights, and he drinks again. he's a drunken monk, and one full of unbridled rage and a death wish. he isn't my happiest oc but he isn't my worst off (that would be talisman bloodhunter). he's constantly seeking a grand and worthy cause to die for, literally. he's a wannabe martyr, because he doesn't think he has anything to live for. no lovers, no friends, no allies, MAYBE a coworker or two on the occasion he's needed (he is so not needed most of the time, because it isn't often any job needs an angry monk tief to glare around the place). he has just those two sides to himself - party animal and underground drunk brawler - because he doesn't want to think about the pain underneath them both. he's tragic in a very human way, hilariously enough, but he's not a bad person. even if he's being dragged by the tail to do a job, he's ultimately going to be helpful and he ALWAYS keeps his team alive. he'll grumble about it but he'll do it, and if you thank him he brushes it off, muttering something or other about how it's just his job, don't Thank him for that. i think having a friend would Fix him but fuck if i know what would get past his thick skin 😔

i dont get to play or write ruby really, not for any specific reason other than the dnd games im in have been going for So long, and that i havent really been super inspired to write him. but i love him! literally my car is named after him! i have so many feelings for him and i hope one day i get to play/write him so he can be more fleshed out.

He'd always wanted to have kids but was worried that he wouldn't be a good parent bc he didn't exactly have any role models on the subject

( also considered himself unattractive so chances of having a partner were less than likely in his opinion. )

He'd never really given any thought to the idea of the kids being biologically his or not; happy with the idea of just having one

Is still in his cardinal era when he finds out about expecting the first baby. And spends at least a week wrestling with himself if he wants to keep it or not bc he'd never considered being the one to carry it.

After doing research and accepting that he really does want the baby, he stops taking his t-shot since there's risks to the baby if he continued while carrying

Decides to play it off like nothing is happening since he doesn't tell anyone

The ghouls can immediately smell smth different about him but can't pinpoint it

Plays off morning sickness as food poisoning (until he cant)

REFUSES to tell Imperator most of all

If she found out, copia can only imagine what she'd do. Instead suffers through his growing workload in miserable silence

Eventually he can't hide it anymore and the ghoulettes are the first to pick up on it.

They immediately begin pestering him. Making sure he's eating all the right things (even if it is halfway through the pregnancy)

Despite his best efforts to hide it, Imperator picked up on the issue a long time ago. Deciding that as long as he keeps working then it isn't an issue

He's been terrified of hospitals since he can remember (it made having top surgery extremely difficult) and decides to have the baby at the ministry but there's complications and what medical personnel they do have on the grounds end up doing a hack-job of a c-section (@southernshrimpghoul I'm stealing your idea)

But is overall happy that his daughter is a healthy baby

It takes an abnormally long time for him to heal which then DOES become an issue to Imperator and she makes sure copia knows it

Ends up forcing himself to do work while caring for the baby while also trying to heal from a botched surgery (which he thinks is how c-sections are supposed to be)

Ends up getting sick from not caring for himself

The incision does heal after a few months but it's still iffy

Eventually is able to resume his hrt shots

the incision still causes him pain from time to time

Almost 2-3 pass before he has his second daughter and once again the c-section is botched

Only this time it's a lot worse and he loses too much blood bc the "doctor" knicked a vessel or smth

The scar heals even worse and it isn't until a partner points it out years later and he immediately realizes that it was done wrong

Will eventually add more to these as I think of them. Also if it's the half ghoul girls, basically the pack figures it out immediately (more than likely because it's one of theirs.)

hello everyone. i was having too much fun making playlists so i went back to this reinhard playlist i made months ago and then added more songs + organized the whole thing in narrative order so if youre interested i highly recommend listing in song order <3

heres some notes under the cut about it.

theres a couple more instrumental only songs in this one and also yeah. yeah theres several from undertale hah in my defense their soundtracks slap really hard. but i do think they genuinely kinda fit reinhard - in general i picked at least some songs that i felt had more of like. a Specific energy to it - like smth almost dreamy or surreal? just to fit reinhards specific brand of Uncanniness. his life is bigger than him T^T that and reinhard is a Final Boss to a lot of people so having some boss fight soundtracks is kind of. fitting. maybe.

theres a few repeat songs from the emilia playlist i made - i try really hard not to have repeat songs for playlists but 1. emilia and reinhard are very similar characters with similar themes (they DO purposefully parallel a lot in canon) and 2. these songs fit reinhard anyway so. yep <3

some songs can be read as being addressed to reinhard or they can be read as just talking About reinhard rather than it being 100% from his pov the whole time

the playlist goes from pre-arc 1 all the way roughly to end of his main route arc for now (end of arc 5)

Irony.), dear theodosia marks the start of reinhards life, theodosia reprise marks louanna going into a coma, goodbye marks all the stuff happening when reinhard is five (theresia dying, wilhelm burning bridges, sword sainthood, etc).

additionally theres other "marker" songs like it took me by surprise (heinkel turning on reinhard), ASGORE (the heinkel-reinhard duel), what could have been (reinhard kills theresia in arc 5).

eight is one of the more hopeful songs on this playlist so i had to immediately follow it up with this could be a dream by aurora to crush that a tiny bit <3

First up: a new au(still up to debate?)

I really loved the headmistress Rosehearts au from @adrianasunderworld, (pls check them out, they are a great writer) which inspired me to try and see how Michael(my Mr Rosehearts oc) would look in that position instead, with a sprinkle of dragon au and sum lore. :3

In here, Mrs Rosehearts tries to use her doormat husband to get in the position of headmaster, due to his clean record, but comes to regret it as Michael FINALLY grows a spine. As for Riddle? He's trying to survive school as the most popular guy(the students just want the tea on their new headmaster). Also yuu gets proper housing and nice treatment around.

Of course, this is just a concept idea, smth that I thought would be funny. Idk if the op of the au wishes for me to retailor it a bit, but alas. :'3

2. Sum bakugan au visual lore(spoilers for those who didn't read post the doom trials arc)

As u know, in the series I did expand a bit more of the magic and how it affects both bakugans and mages alike. :'3

Still Idia took the most bcs moi trying to figure out anatomy.

And Sebek has a small design ref to another comic I drew before. :3

Out of all of them, I like Epel and Floyd's designs. They just have that nice feel to them, dunno. :'3

It's pretty fun how their outfits have a tie in their lore. Epel and Sebek had to change theirs(also a funny thing: Sebek's stickers on his jacket are to remind him of his friends/family), there's Ace who bearly changes smth and then there's Idia and Floyd, who change almost nothing. Riddle is a bit of a special case, but again, his appearance is very lore heavy so there's that :3

I really wanted a comparison in between Floyd and Riddle, since out of our 6, these 2 tie in because of their appearances. Floyd as the one who is in his element, already at peace with his appearance, while Riddle(if u know u know ;3) struggles and thus clings to an item to push his agenda forward.

Tbh, now that I'm finishing this series, I can certainly say that Ace's interactions with his mom and Floyd's arc were my favorite. :3

3. The winx au :D

One was a ref practice and one was a silly idea I had at like... Dunno... It was months ago :v

I do like the winx au, mostly for how the plot and the lore allows everyone to have their adventures. Ye, the first years were the main focus, but there's definitely plenty of room for the others too :P

I wanted more to do the wings in the first one, while in the latter I was thinking of enchantix concepts that could both pass as pretty and also as utterly embarrassing due to plot reasons :'3

4. The om! Au mcs

This is a fun duo, so why tf not?

I see these outfits as their casuals around devildom. Mammon and asmo each had a say in the choices, but I was thinking that Riddle leans into more elegant\neat looks while Ace tries to go with a less tight look.

It's bonkers since these 2 sheets were done a year or so ago I believe... Like I had these in the dust for so long, even before the explanation au chapter came out :'3

Since this is the next fic series, I think it's apropos to have them in here, as a lil visual reference.

oh my god . okay i havent complained abt it in a while but since december 2021 when i got covid for the first* time (*you’ll see) ive been getting dizzy/lightheaded a lot, have random coughing fits, am even more sensitive to heat (i cant breathe in hot cars Like i start choking which was already a thing bc asthma but its worse now), and have frequently almost passed out after walking around for too long or just after standing up. (idk how many times ive actually passed out bc i cant remember really but its happened at least once). at first i chalked it up to Being Out Of Exercize and then i was like wait this isnt normal. and i wasnt eating well at the time and brushed it off as that but it continued even after i started eating somewhat better (altho it was a little less bad)

anyway eventually i was like yeah i probably have long covid or smth (also have pots symptoms guessing caused by covid) but i dont have a doctor (& dont know how to get one & dont have money & dont have transportation) so i havent been officially tested for anything

but the one thing that kept me from being like yes this is definitely bc of covid is in my senior year of highschool (started in sept 2020) (a year i have very few memories from so hard to compare symptoms) i remembered always being super out of breath + dizzy + lightheaded after walking up the stairs to my classes on the second floor. like id have to stand there for a second and breathe n shit and my friend was like “thats not good u should tell ur doctor” . but yeah i was like well maybe its just asthma and im exaggerating and its always been like this

WELL. i just remembered. in february 2020 i had this really awful cold. oone of the worst id ever had. coughing my fucking lungs up, couldnt breathe well, everytthing tasted weird. it lasted abt 2 weeks. You can see where this is goingg. i literally remember my mom saying like “wouldnt it be fucked up if tbat awful cold u had a couple months ago was covid” during like may2020.

and EARLY 2020 IS WHEN MY SYMPTOMS STARTED. and they got worse for a couple months and then stayed the same and i guess i got used to it UNTIL. i got covid in dec2021.

I have several ones actually, though most people just call me Anna. Nicknames ranked by accuracy and affinity I have for them:

1. Wednesday (ngl used to hate that one as a kid but it does capture most aspects of my personality quite well)

2. Ännekind (my name + child? A solid effort, love to see it.)

3. Rat (merely here bc it shocked my primary school teacher when my uncle used it)

4. Anakin and Darling (feeling equally neutral about these. I don’t feel like Darth Vader, neither do I feel like someone’s darling. They meant well though)

If you’d asked me a few months ago, I would’ve said EDM but I think I’ve slowly started to erase the guilty part with that one.

Other than that I love cookie cutter romance movies/ novels. Especially the trope “young woman running away from life and meeting stand-offish rich guy in different country/ region”. I have like three books with that exact plot and I enjoy them all to bits. Depth? In these books? Never! They’re like cheap chocolate: not all too complex but hit the spot. (This is not to say that they’re badly written... most of the time... they are just so predictable that it’s almost funny which is not a bad thing, you just have to own it and they do)

Simba (Stupidest thing that has ever happened to you?)

Oh... OH. I’m bad at remembering things but I’ll tell you smth that is still pretty fresh in my memory.

For context: the story happened this year before the BC show in Dresden. I was VERY sleep deprived and had already been to the two other shows in Berlin and Hamburg beforehand.

So, the group I was with (all very lovely people, we played UNO) had decided to go to the nearby gas station for drinks and whatnot. For reasons, I had not been there when they had decided to go, so I had to jog after them (since I didn’t want to scream for them to wait in front of like 30-40 strangers). So I jog down this hill (imagine a 1,76 tall girl, who hasn’t gone running in like 5 years, in a BC shirt, shorts, black fishnets plus a chain necklace happily bopping along), and suddenly I jog past this guy and think “Huh, he looks familiar”, he also looks at me like he’s expecting me to know him. I do not know him. In that moment I only seem to recall that he is vaguely related to the BC show and that I’ve definitely seen him on stage at the other show. My conclusion: he has to be one of the roadies bc I love watching the roadies set up the stage.

Anyway, I catch up with the group and tell them that I ran into one of the roadies... I think. We go to the gas station.

Small time skip: OCEANS just got done playing (10/10, great guys, fun to talk to). And Lost Society are setting up the stage. Suddenly I see a familiar face: it’s the guy from earlier. So he has something to do with LS, great. Mystery solved. Almost.

I have pretty much forgotten about all of this by the time they start playing until: “Wait, he’s not a roadie?” (said to no one in particular)

And that’s the story of how I accidentally jogged past Mirko, without even recognizing him after already having seen him live TWICE and seeing him off-stage in Berlin + almost talking to him there.

My phone broke that evening and not recognizing Mirko is still the stupidest thing that happened to me that day.

I never talked about this here because I was already accepting it as such, but two months ago my external HDD died due to my own negligence of doing something in there that I shouldn't have done (guys, don't be like me and cancel a move in the process of a zip file that is over 5 GB big, because chances are that the file never copied NOR deleted correctly. Never again).

Luckily, luckily, I still have 95% of the stuff there available in my laptop(s), but the other 5% is completely, completely lost :)

(and most of them happened to be ns/fw video and audio files from this hellsite :))) )

I know there's stuff to be said here about not being attached to things, especially digital files and such, and I should have seen it coming or something along the lines, but, it is still painful because I tried my best to organize my files in the past four years, and moving them at my own pace and rhythm... just for all that gone back to zero.

(And I still haven't bought a replacement because they tend to be expensive and now I don't even know what brand I should use because I refuse to use the "cloud" - I had an AD*ATA of 2 TB, so I am in the unknown it was a thing of this specific brand's HDD going to EVENTUALLY fail as it was almost 3 years old, OOOOOOR it was what I did and that I shouldn't have done)

The thing is, like I said, I was already acepting my loss.

I mean, sure, okay. It's already lost. I cannot recover some of them especially because they were videos and/or audios from here that I never reblogged. I dunno how... well, "ethically correct" is that, especially since they were some kind of back up of stuff I wasn't going to reblog and they were stacking in my drafts, and coincidentally I'm also working through my drafts because sometimes the higher the number, the more it scares me, lol... and I had PRETTY old stuff that I should have posted or deleted at this point). I know there's also stuff regarding the quality of these or if they are already old shame from their original posters' side... regardless, some good stuff I was also backing up because you never know with Tumblr.

And... that also incidentally reminded me of the Tumblr ns/fw ban from 2018. Between ppl no longer on this site, some of these posts HAPPEN to be now lost in that limbo of "well, tough luck - you cannot see this post anymore on your dashboard or the blog because 'explicitly sexual content' SOMEWHERE on this post's chain of reblogs *shrugs*" and I just... wow, this freaking sucks.

I also never understood why Tumblr also had to block access to the explicit-marked blogs' archives, especially on how this is STILL a thing, when you cannot gain access to a blog's archives on its totality anymore unless you are logged in. Or how you cannot search for anything on one of those blogs (although this is also in a general sense, we all know the in-built blog search also suckss under normal circumstances), and... geez, what a nightmare :/

And all of this is returning to me because I was trying to see if some posts from a previous backup from my drafts were somewhat still accessible in some way or form online, and an specific post was from not just a deactivated account, but also from an explicitly-marked blog that was marked as one of those posts you cannot have access anymore unless you were OP or smth along those lines :/

And all I am thinking is that they could have given us better tools since, but, not even that (thank god they have been slightly "flexible" on some things regarding that kind of content, although we all know that nsf/w is still not coming back :/c)

yeah, I've heard about it lmao. I haven't seen it but from what i hear about it, it's my two ex friends. They do smth like this every month and for like that past year 1/2. Even though I haven't seen the post, I get the picture lmao. I have 2 personality disorders (plus a lot more) and at the time all of that stuff happened i was undiagnosed. I was definitely not the best person for a little bc i didn't know how to control myself and stuff, but some of what they say about me is embellished or straight up untrue. I DO feel bad for what I actually did to them, though. I just can't talk to them about it anymore because they're too unreasonable and twist everything i say. Also all of this was almost 2 years ago i think, and I'm pretty different now, mentally. I've grown a lot. I think everyone will find I'm a lot tolerable now lmao.
