Y'know, I didn't talk about it that much when it first came out, but it is so sweet to see some more content of Yoosung enjoying his life as a vet.

I think it's kind of understandable that it's often overlooked, since it wasn't as much of a focus on his route. By comparison, we do know a whole lot about hia love for cooking, and he actually shares this passion with us many times during the game. Therefore, seeing him suddenly become a vet can feel a bit out of pocket for the player. I wish we had a bit more content on that particular aspect of his. To expand on it a bit more than what we already have in canon. Even his previous birthday events and CG's didn't really mention it. The only content we do have is his Valentines dlc and his after ending. Which isn't all that much. Yoosung's image is probably one of a student, gamer, or adorable cook when you think of him. It'll be nice if his career choice as a vet fit into that category, too.

That said, I looove to think about all the potential details of this time in his life. It's also very sweet to see MC helping him out with some of his duties. After the events of his route, I always see his dynamic with his MC as very supportive and reliant on one another in things big and small. Like MC bringing him lunch to work, or Yoosung picking them up from their place of work/study in return. You're a team, and you work as a unit. So it is very cute to see it in action!

I like to think that Yoosung is the type of vet who tends to spoil his patients, sometimes to the extreme. Deciding to arrange a spa day for them was probably his idea too. Just because one of them just happened to need a bath on that say. So he figured, why not treat them all to new shiny coats and relaxing massages!? Participating in this chaos was only agreed upon by MC, of course. It's impossible to tell me otherwise - these two are a well-known power couple in the clinic.

Or, it's possible that this is their idea of a date on the weekend. It's easy for me to see that, particularly if his MC is a huge animal lover!

Being a vet can be a very stressful and demanding job. Yoosung has to deal with many unfortunate losses and pains caused to innocent animals who didn't do anything wrong and their loving owners. So it's probably such a huge source of positivity and motivation for him to just relax for a few hours and have fun with a bunch of furry patients. Focus on the lighthearted sound of laughter between him and his lover and happy noises of mischief from some rowdy pets. The sight of their wagging tails and slow blinks is a significant reminder of the reason behind his actions. And to have his partner there with him... Well, that's just a cherry on top of the cake!

They better not take any selfies after that, though, because with this many furry participants, they'd be covered in fur for sure. It won't make Zen and Jaehee very happy to see it in the chatroom.

Of course, they still do so anyways.

Long post ahead I got carried away

(Chosen uses he/it pronouns here, Dark uses she/they/he) Chosen and Dark have a pretty similar storyline to canon, all things considered. Chosen and Dark (and Second) all originate from a specific hero company called Noogai, and were created to /be/ heroes. Chosen first and then, when Chosen started getting a little too... uncooperative, they kept him in the agency and sent out Dark, who was more willing to be heroic!

However, Dark ended up being put on guard duty for Chosen a few times and they ended up becoming friends! At some point, Chosen breaks out, and Dark is sent out to defeat and recapture it. They switch sides, instead, and the two start a villain streak the city had never seen before.

Eventually, Chosen realizes that he doesn't really... want to do any super stuff, heroes OR villains. Eventually he tries to convince Dark to stop, and Dark, who's finally found a purpose, fights him. It's... harsh.

Eventually, they split up. Chosen freelances as a hero, with the sole purpose of taking Dark down. When it sees Second, he starts mentoring them and their team because he can see the potential and also Second is. Like Them.

Dark hides in the city's criminal underbelly, and only really supports up-and-coming supervillains (such as King), helping them with planning and nudging them to be more... destructive than they need to be.

Chosen and Dark make up, at some point, but on the outside, it looks like they're still the most hated enemies of all time. There's a little shipping, but it's not too noticeable.

Chosen's hero name is "Perpetia" and it has a whole lot of powers that basically boils down to, "What he needs in that exact second." Most of the time, he's just a normal guy, but then he fights someone and he's spitting fire and ice and flying.

Dark's villain name is "Viral" and he HAS powers, but she prefers to use a swarm of a neurologically controlled hivemind of bugs she made. What are her powers? Don't worry about it (It is a far weaker version of Chosen's powers. They despise it).

sevika who was never big on physical touch , struggling at first to get used to you being clingy. it's not unpleasant for her but it's certainly something to get used to , she's a bit surprised that you'd choose her of all people to latch onto in this way.

she's also never been great at dealing with big emotions. at first her eyes will widen when your face begins to scrunch up , clearly seconds from crying. she might begin to panic though she tries to hide it. "hey , hey. what's wrong , kid ?" she works hard on her tone so she doesn't sound too gruff or out of her element. she'll put her hand on your shoulder a bit awkwardly , trying to comfort you physically.

she's not great at comforting people but she's a great listener and very perceptive. if she notices you acting differently she'll gently pull you aside. "what's the matter , kid ?" she'll ask straightforwardly in a soft tone. she hunches down to look you in the eye , resting a hand on your shoulder. if you don't answer she doesn't push but she needs you to know she cares. "well , i'm here if ya need me, hm ?" she'll say raising an eyebrow at you.

okay i doubt this book exists in zaun but i do not care... sevika doing kissing hands with you , her clingy little cub whenever she has to go off to work or on a more dangerous outing. you'll start to cry and she'll gently shush you , placing soft kisses on both sides of your hands. "now you do mine ," she instructs in her gravelly voice. you wipe your teary eyes. "what for ?" she's embarrassed as she explains it to you , you make her so soft it makes her sick. you giggle , eagerly kissing her hands before pressing yours to your cheeks.

when you get weepy , she'll pick you up , plopping you on her lap , bouncing you a bit. this immediately calms you down , sometimes all you need is your mama's touch.

mama bear sevika who is always holding your hand out in public. she tells everyone it's just because you want it , but it's just as much for her own comfort. she doesn't like her cub getting too far , especially when you tend to fuss easily. the idea of you getting lost terrifies her probably even more than it does you.

sometimes as a treat sevika will give you piggy back rides or shoulder rides. "you're killin' me kid," she'll joke when you ask her forty minutes later for just one more spin around the house. still she carries you around one more time , collapsing onto the couch with a dramatic sigh when she's had enough.

sevika setting up a card game for you and your stuffed animals when she has to leave you. "watch out for the bulldog , he's a cheater." she'll warn you playfully. "mamaaa , i don' want you to gooo ," you'll whine tearfully. "aww , buck up kiddo. i'll be back before round two," she'll say with a wink.

if you're having a bad day and are more weepy than usual sevika will cheer you up by attempting to draw for you. key word : attempting. she's not an artist by any stretch and you always laugh when she tries to draw your special stuffie , or jinx. she'll snort , trying not to laugh herself. "aw, c'mon , kid. you're just jealous you can't draw like i can."

mama sevika who loves to cuddle up with you in her lap and read to you. she does lots of silly voices and will quiz you on plot points. "one more chapter , pleeeease !!" she'll pout at you , booping your nose. "no time tonight , cub. you gotta get to sleep." you'll whine and fuss , but eventually she wins , arguing that if you're too sleepy tomorrow you'll be too grumpy to read. she'll tuck you and your stuffies in bed giving all of you forehead kisses before flicking off the light and turning in for the night as well.

It had been a long day, the kind that left your shoulders tense and your mind exhausted from having to be "big" for so long. The moment you stepped through the door of your shared home, you could feel the weight of the day threatening to overwhelm you. But then you saw her—Wanda, your safe place, your caregiver—waiting for you with open arms.

"Hi, sweetheart," she greeted softly, her voice warm and soothing. She could tell immediately that today had been hard. The slump of your shoulders and the quiet sniffle you tried to hide spoke volumes. Wanda stepped closer, cupping your cheek gently. "Oh, my little love, you did so well today. I'm so proud of you.”

Hearing those words, the walls you'd been holding up all day crumbled. Tears pricked your eyes as you dropped your bag and burrowed into her embrace. Wanda wrapped her arms around you, rubbing soothing circles on your back.

"Shh, it's okay," she murmured, swaying gently. "You're home now. You don't have to be big anymore. Let me take care of you."

You nodded against her shoulder, already starting to feel the pull of your little space. Wanda led you to the couch, sitting you down on her lap as she brushed your hair out of your face. "Let’s get you comfy, okay? Do you want to change into your jammies and grab your stuffie?"

You nodded again, your voice small. "Please, Mama.”

Her heart melted at the sound, and she kissed your forehead. "Stay here for a second, baby. I'll grab them for you." Wanda returned moments later with your softest pajamas and your favorite stuffed animal. She helped you change, her touch gentle and full of care, and then tucked the stuffed animal into your arms.

Once you were settled back on her lap, she pulled a cozy blanket around both of you. "How about some cuddles, hmm?"

You nodded eagerly, nuzzling into her chest. Her hand rested on the back of your head, stroking your hair as she whispered sweet nothings. After a moment, she asked softly, "Does my little one want to nurse?”

Your cheeks warmed, but you nodded shyly. Wanda adjusted herself and helped you get comfortable against her. As you began nursing, the tension from the day melted away completely, replaced by a deep sense of safety and love. Wanda hummed a soft lullaby, her free hand stroking your back.

"You’re so precious to me," she whispered, her voice full of affection. "You’re safe, my love. Mama’s got you."

With Wanda holding you close, the world faded away, leaving only warmth, love, and the comfort of being her little one as your eyes grew heavy. Closing as you heard her whisper, 

“Mama loves you so much.”
