Parts make up a whole, but Mumbo hasn't been a part of anything for a very long time. He was okay with that though. The world was more than welcome to continue outside his window, as long as he had his oven and his cable tv all to himself. But every once in a while, the outside world comes inside, and he has to chase it back out with a broomstick. This time, his technique backfires in a way he never could have imagined. Or... Mumbo could count the number of his friends without even raising a hand. Who knew that a 30,000 year-old creature stealing his bed comforter could change that?

Have been seeing some discussion again about tamlin being a good High Lord or not and I just have to remind everyone of one of the best little facts from acotar I never really seen mentioned.

"so now we have one here too..." Because of amarantha and Tamlin being just a good person he allowed anyfae from any court to come to spring. And because no one could really go back to their courts for their respective solstice celebrations, Tamlin made sure Spring Celebrated all of them

I just think that's such a cool fucking thing. That Tamlin cared for the people coming to spring for safety, and he made changes to help everyone feel comfortable and at home. He cares about the people who live in Spring, he cares so damn much :(((

The author deleted their entire accout too, so I guess they just wanted to get rid of everything. Which, I mean, is fine, it is their work after all. They can do whatever they want with it.

Started reading starfleet academy: collision course on like Saturday but properly started it today and fuck I am actually enjoying it way more than I thought i would

Did I buy it specifically bc the summary started with: “young Jim Kirk wants nothing to do with starfleet…he’s a headstrong seventeen year old barely scraping by in San Francisco, haunted by horrific memories from his past”

I was begging. Hoping. Pleading. For some tarsus trauma content.

Pg. 33 when two essentially cops have caught him for stealing a car “…Kirk didn’t care what happened next. Whatever it was, it couldn’t be worse than seeing a cloud of vapourized blood puff from the back of Edith Zaglada as the eight year old girl ran for—”

LIKE FUCK. I don’t even care if this book tries to tell me that’s not about tarsus. I don’t - I audibly. Screeched at that line. I adore.

Just finished ep6 of s2 of Dimension 20 Fantasy High and it’s NEVER been more fucking over I am never going to recover from this. This is like Wilde dying the second time in Rusty Quill Gaming levels of over and they’re not even in fucking FALLINELL YET. What are some of your favorite fics you've ever read?

i think i have said this twice before but i cannot recommend unmaking by corvidown enough. it's a fic that's stuck with me even like five months since i originally read it and its absolutely fantastic pls check it outtt

also blood feathers and i will save you when your lights go out are both cc fics that i have gone back to reread like DAILY since they were originally put out. nothing has ever gripped me this much in a long long time.

although my favorite fics of All Time are not rottmnt related so im not gonna share them here. & i actually have like 400 rise fics privately bookmarked so rest assured i am a more avid reader than youd think and i wouldnt know where to start LOL
