We have Kevin, supposedly framed is how he ended up here. He is fast, smart and values safety more than anything. However he has little hope that they all are going to make this out alive. He's anxious but he's at least glad he's here with others, especially his best friend Radford and his other friend Ethan.

Radford, having a count of trespassing on his criminal record. He is a bundle of optimistic glee. This is just like a video game he thinks, and with video game logic in mind he surprisingly survives pretty well. He doesn't take this completely seriously, having fun exploring the Blacksite with friends.. but he's really good at surviving the things they run into.

Ethan, also has a count of trespassing, seems him and Radford were both taken at the same time. He also isn't the brightest, a bit to curious for his own good. Easily distracted too, on several occasions he had to be pulled into a locker. But he makes up for this by putting the other three first, despite being distracted for the most part he tends to step forward first when theres something targetting them, like maybe a turret? Within seconds he bolts to the switch, acting like it was just another easy task he had accomplished. He jokes around alot, trying to lighten the mood despite their situation, he drives to get some laughs.

Streber, the reason why he's here hasn't been stated. He only really knows Ethan and is untrusting of the others, even when knowing Ethan he still snaps at him for his stupidity as wwll as Radford. He feels all of them are going to get him killed and often is driven by anger. Something happened to him before he became an expendable, might have to do with part of his left arm being missing. Like stated before he is not trusting, But Ethan can at least reason with him as they seem to be good friends. He also packs a good punch, he would be the type to drive his fist right through a Wall Dweller before it had a chance to run.

The team they have is not perfect, they are not expected to return. But if they do, it will be with the crystal.

How’s Danny handling the whole deaged/transformation into sea Creature/melding/not having his full power set? Also how is he feeling about his new guardian figure(?)

He actually is more than a hint hysterical when he first realizes his legs are gone. And doesn't realize how 'small' he is at first or that he doesn't have his powers thanks to the fact he was already exhausted and such from his Wail and previous battle. Needless to say he does kind of panic when he realized that the few powers he has are limited AF.

He's actually kind of neutral towards Sebastian at first, but does end up warming up towards him. Er, it takes a tiny bit at first because he holds a grudge for carrying him everywhere, he's sure this place can't be more dangerous than other places he's been!

He's actually struggling with not having legs, seeing as the only time he's had a ghost tail, or any tail really, up until this point is in flight. And it didn't have a fin, so he's incredibly clumsy. (There are many swimming lessons in his future to help him get used to legless movement, along with a bit of hand-holding to his embarrassment)

So all in all, he could be handling it worse at the moment. Could be handling it better, but he could be handling it worse too.

On Sunday when I was on the train home (the one between St Erth and Reading) I modified the Only The Best playlist (you know the one with over 3000 songs) so there were more Bon Jovi songs on it (so I can keep You Give Love a Bad Name and Livin On A Prayer without them being out of place) and also to add the non-live version of New Perspective (Apple Music doesn’t list the album under Panic! at the Disco so I accidentally forgot to add it. I still had the live version in just because I discovered the song through its live version. That and the live demos from The Black Parade are the only songs I’m allowing to get past my “no live songs” rule) and made two new playlists - one called Death 2.0 consists of my previous Death playlist (all the songs from The Black Parade (including the B-Sides but not Blood or any of the demos) and Ride the Lightning) plus all the songs from British Steel (and I’ve now warmed up to Red White and Blue plus listened to Steeler a few more times. Three to be exact. I was surprised too but it’s actually a really cool song) and the other is called The best of all and it contains my favourite song from each of the 12 bands represented on Only The Best

Definitely - New Perspective, Fight ‘Em ‘Til You Can’t, The Mob Rules (this is coming from someone who previously said Sabbath Bloody Sabbath was their favourite Black Sabbath song and today has listened to the original version, Anthrax’s cover and Bruce Dickinson and Godspeed’s cover about four times each without listening to The Mob Rules at all today. Unless singing it while walking around a tree in the park waiting for a friend to show up so we could grab lunch at the café counts (I’m so happy I have my appetite back. I managed a full pizza with the crusts. Last two times I went there I only managed two or three (out of six) slices and didn’t manage the crusts))

Literally been my favourite song at some point in time - Famous Last Words, Ride the Lightning, Breaking the Law (the day I got into Judas Priest I listened to BtL 15 and a half times. It’s a very good song)

I think there are multiple I couldn’t really choose between but these ones feel like they fit the best - Love From The Other Side (Novocaine?), Semi-Automatic (Migraine or Ode To Sleep?), New World Order (Elysian Fields?)

Same as above but the radio version exists so for that reason I’ll give it a bonus point - The Wicker Man

You know I might actually be able to fairly pick a favourite song from this band if I actually bothered to listen to more than three or four songs - Blood Red (okay I would love to get into really dark music but turned out Slayer was just a bit too dark for me. The other Slayer songs I’ve warmed up to are Mandatory Suicide, Expendable Youth and Chemical Warfare), You Give Love a Bad Name (yeah this one’s not really fair because I wasn’t really actively listening to Bon Jovi in the same way I was for everything else here. Megadeth on the other hand has had two chances (while everything else except Bon Jovi only got one). The other Bon Jovi songs I’ve warmed up to are Livin’ On A Prayer and Bad Medicine)

The Fast and the Expendables: Silver Alert

A crossover film between The Fast and The Furious franchise and the Expendables franchise, in which all of the drivers are senior citizens.

This is off topic but the switch direct featured a game called Disney villains cursed café, and it got me thinking, what if Yuu ran a café in twst

I saw the trailer myself and instantly thought of Twst! 😭

Maybe Yuu wouldn’t be able to have their own café (lack of capital for startup), but they could be the Mostro Lounge’s barista or something? They have what appears to be a bar-like area:

It could be considered a part-time job to supplement the monthly allowance Crowley gives Yuu! It’d also be a good way for them to spread the Magic of Friendship and interact with the student body way more than what is shown in the main story.

If that part-time job goes well and Yuu enjoys it, maybe it could be a viable career path for them once they graduate NRC (assuming they don't find a way back to their world)? With a degree from a prestigious arcane academy + connections built by then, Yuu could surely net some financial backers and set up shop in Foothill Town (or even on NRC campus!). They could even have drinks and sweets themed after the dorms of inspired by their classmates. Since a lot of the expendable items in Twst gameplay are edible, it would also be so cool if Yuu recreated them for their business. Friendship Popcorn, Leaping Macarons, Rich Card Cookies, Limelight Waffles, Lucky Cupcakes, Starshards, Friendship Tea, Secret Snacks, breads drizzled with Blooming Honey, etc. It sounds like the beginning of a cozy fantasy novel www

In Disney Villains Cursed Café because I want to talk about how silly it is, you play the part of a "potionista" and serve magical brews to various Disney villains in a modern setting. Your choices will influence the villains' ambitions and result in different things happening in their storylines! Some stories teased include:

Gaston attempting to impress his golfing buddies

Hook wanting to be the star of a community theater production

Maleficent seeking to dominate on social media

Ursula becoming a reality TV sensation

The art style is very stylish, and I'm always a sucker for games involving food and fairy tale motifs 🤡

Some customers you'll meet include Ursula, Gaston, Jafar, Captain Hook. Cruelle De Vil, and Maleficent (in casual wear!). asdbasoydasd The Mistress of Evil using her staff as a selfie stick in the promo art makes me laugh a little 😅 Gaston looking preppy and athletic is also super fitting, but Jafar looks so different in a hat and suit that I had to do a double-take when I first saw him.

If you pay close attention, you'll also find Easter eggs in the decor and background! For example, Flotsam and Jetsam are in a glass container on the left of your counter, and the Magic Mirror seems to be mounted on the right. You'll find customers seated at tables and enjoying their drinks (JAFAR WHY ARE YOU HUNCHED OVER LIKE THAT... I also spot what seems to be the Evil Queen in one screenshot?)

Yzma also makes an appearance; apparently, she helps you with ingredients upgrades to make even more powerful potions.

THIS IS SO SILLY... My brain is just superimposing the NRC boys in these scenarios and that magnifies the silliness 😭

Ursula's "I went to the beach today and NO ONE wanted to make a deal with me" gives Azul being dramatic on an NRC school beach trip energy OTL Maleficent wanting to be a social media influencer is so ironic given that Malleus doesn't know how tf to use technology and regularly breaks phones... Vargas going on a golfing trip... Crewel wanting a hot brew to take the edge off of dealing with unruly pups all day... TWEELS CRAMMED INTO A JAR FOR THE AESTHETIC... Paparazzi trying to sneak a photo of Vil at a café... Jamil being a chuuni by declaring his drink teleports him to a powerful lamp, only to reappear a yard away under a ceiling fixture lamp... This just SCREAMS of the NRC students/staff terrorizing a local business/j Not me hoping that fan artists do crossover art/art inspired by interactions in this game...

🤣 so he’s going from directing Skibidi Toilet straight to the Transformers/ GI Joe crossover… I have so many fears/concerns about this… can’t… can’t we just have a sequel to TFO? Or the Bumblebee movie with those lovely G1 designs from the beginning instead of that blasphemy they did to Wheeljack in ROTB? Please? Please?

Someone had asked about created Cybertronians and their sparks/ability to bond or have sparklings and my brain kind of took off.

So I’d think that even though Sunstorm is Starscream’s clone created by Shockwave, his spark would have been altered enough from Star’s own for Sunstorm to functionally be independent of Star.

Springer’s spark was created from scratch by Mesothulas to be indistinguishable from the genuine article, so I’d think he’d be able to function like a normal Cybertronian bonding/sparking, too. Thought there might be some oddities.

Then we have the Vehicons. Who seem to be expendable, mass produced identical clones meant to be cannon fodder. I don’t see the Decepticons creating them and bothering to go to the effort to tweak each spark to make them true individuals, so in my head they’re kind of a collective consciousness with each Vehicon developing their own personalities. Maybe even dimly aware of each other to a point and aware when they lose one of their own, feeling it echo through them when a spark is snuffed out. If we go with that interconnected interpretation, then if one of them, Steve, for example, bonds a human, that human just inadvertently bonded all of them. Accidentally unlocking the achievement of most alien husbands.

• Sandwiched between Steve and one of his many, identical brothers, you run your fingers over the mesh of his neck as his own hand rests against your side, servos flexing occasionally like a cat kneading a blanket. And his head bumps yours, visor brightening. Because these soft touches are the norm between you. Have no idea what you are exactly to him and the other Vehicons, but they tend to reach for you. Touch you almost reverently and at this point, you can’t manage to feel shy anymore about it. “I wish they were nicer to all of you,” you whisper after he tells you about his day.

• Nudging your head with his own and rumbling softly, he loves how sweet you are for caring about them when no one else does. They’re expendable. Built to fight until they die. That’s their only purpose. But spending time around you makes him want more. Want things not allowed him or his brothers. And he’s aware of them all around the two of you, recharging as near to you as they can get and he’s not sure if it’s just you or if they’re being infected by his own needs. To be close to you, to feel the warmth of you against him, the beat of your heart. And one of his brothers shifts at your back, servos fisting in your shirt. Clinging to you.

• It’s not right and it makes your heart ache for them when he talks like this. Like nothing that’s done to them matters. Like he doesn’t matter. He’s sweet and kind and gentle. He’s not just a thing to be used and thrown away.

• “You’re a real person,” you argue, chin lifting and eyes angry on their behalf to make him love you even more. Even this, just being able to touch you feels wrong. You’d been the one to reach out to him. Holding his hand, touching his chassis, his face, because humans are tactile and he’d been so desperate for contact he hasn’t corrected you. And it still makes him feel guilty for being allowed these moments, like he’s dirtying you with himself. Shouldn’t touch you, hold you.

• “We all have the same cloned spark,” he argues and you frown at him. Why does he always talk like they’re nothing? Less than other Cybertronians. And he’s shifting his plating and you lose what you were going to say as you stare at the pulsing light inside him bathing you in its glow. Alien and still oddly familiar. Breath catching at the beauty and warmth of it, you reach out and it arcs to meet your fingertips.

• Should have stopped you, but couldn’t move. Frozen because you’d reached for him like you’ve done all along and he’d wanted to feel you brush up against his spark, sure that nothing can come of it because he’s only a clone. So it’s a delicious shock to feel you tangled in him. Your soft, warmth held inside his spark and he’s desperately wrapping around you. Clinging to that feeling of home and belonging that’s you. Asking for more of you, to keep you as your memories and emotions drug him. And you accept him. Accept them all. Aware of his brothers stirring, that they can feel it spreading through them.

JAZZ DESERVES MORE TIME IN THE SPOTLIGHT 10000%

jazz fenton has to be the best older sibling figures in fiction I think.

they could have easily gone the route of jazz not liking danny, or picking on him, etc etc. but it's like very central to her character that she really does care about her little brother. like to a point that it almost hurts her sometimes. I think her trauma with their parents should be explored way more often, and I think it also gives a very good excuse for Danny to be in Gotham in the first place?

from what little I have tried to read of Danny phantom and Batman crossovers they have him be like colleged aged sometimes? which is cool and those aren't bad, but I do want to see an au where Danny and Jazz move to Gotham together and he's like about to leave highschool or about to be a senior. (though this is honestly because I prefer not to have a romance when I read and I do see quite a few that ship Danny with characters like Tim or Jason. whereas I look at their dynamic and I'm like jazz and Danny would fit into this family so well) I do think the older sibling who hates their parents and believes them to be a danger to their child would take custody of said kid and move to a different place as soon as they could. I think jazz would be that older sibling who figured it out and makes it work...

that being said I haven't seen Danny phantom in a really long time and I only recently rewatched like the first season ish. I do recall there being something about him being tied to Amity Park but I can't remember if that's canon or if that was a fanon thing. I just think it would be an interesting concept of having jazz go to school in Gotham and have a job on the side to try and put Danny through school too, and like Gotham has really cheap rent so it's like the best place she could find. I think jazz would have decorated Danny's room and been very excited to have her own apartment, I bet she goes to all of his school stuff, I bet she makes it a point to make sure Sam and Tucker still get to come see him all the time, etc etc. and i think it would be pretty cool if someone explored Jazz as a character more often. cause i can imagine she starts expending and exhausting herself trying to keep up with everything basically as a single parent and i can only imagine the relief she'd feel when the Waynes step in. maybe they figure out Danny's identity because he continued being a vigilante or something of that nature? and they offer jazz to take care of her school expenses and stuff like that even if they don't want to live with the Waynes or whatever. a scene where Bruce really connects with Jazz and tells her she's been doing great this whole time and she should be proud of herself, but he has the resources to help both her and Danny so they don't have to worry about rent or food ever again. and Jazz just kind of breaks down because she's been independent for a long time and she hasn't experienced an adult in her life taking notice of that and wanting to help her

and obviously this would extend to Danny in many ways, because he's also there, but this post isn't about him it's about my girl Jazz. mostly just a ramble cause i woke up sick

TD x Kingdom Hearts: MAJOR update!

First post with spoilers: New character edits, form changes, WIPs of KH-style drawings, and… SPOILER ALERT: The Final 3 of this story

Back with another major update, everyone! And what perfect timing since today the KH series turns 23 years old! For this update, I thought I’d share with you all some new things I’ve done or I’m doing for this crossover.

Before we begin, this is the first time ever that I should let you all know that this post contains spoilers for this story. While it has not been entirely written yet, it contains elements from the second half of it all the way to the ending, that’s why the post is marked as spoilers. I’ll try to hide them in the description too.

With that being said, let’s begin:

First up, I’m adding four more Keyblade Wielders to Sora’s party options! Only two of them have been completed so far: Alejandro and Duncan. Obviously these two villains at first will not like Sora one bit, especially Alejandro, but they’ll warm up to him eventually to the point where they join his party after obtaining their Keyblades.

- Alejandro’s Keyblade: Toro’s Fury (based on one of the Foretellers’ Keyblades, specifically Aced’s. His outfit is based on a combination between Terra and KH3 Riku)

- Duncan’s Keyblade: Delinquent’s Passion (Base being his lighter from TDI, and his outfit is inspired by Young Xehanort from Union X)

The last two Wielders in line for this story are officially Leshawna and Brick. Expect them soon.😊

Now, time for spoilers:

🚨SPOILERS AHEAD🚨

The final 3 for this story are Sora, Bridgette, and Mike. Sora and Mike are obvious choices when you remember that one is the MC of KH and the other plays a major role in the original version of AS but if you’re wondering why I chose Bridgette for the F3, it’s not because she’s one of my favorite characters, but I honestly think she has been done super dirty in TD post-Island. I mean, getting the first boot along with Geoff in TDA and then getting her tongue stuck to a pole in WT are not ideal for her. In this story, she’ll stand out a lot more and be one of Sora’s most courageous and strongest Keyblade pupils, so much so that people like Alejandro, Heather and Duncan no longer underestimate her (Alejandro even says that he regrets calling her expendable in World Tour) and Geoff couldn’t be prouder of her🥹 Sora and her develop an amazing friendship too! And more so, she’s named one of the main leaders of the rest of the TD wielders after her and Geoff deal with Blaineley on the Aftermath. From pole kisser to brave Keyblade leader, a true All-Star.

Therefore, to signify their F3 status, I’ve given each of them an iconic KH Crown based on their final placements: Sora wins so he gets gold (Proof of Victory), Mike is the runner-up so he gets silver (Proof of Bravery), and Bridge is third so she gets copper (Proof of Resilience). Each of the crowns is given to them by their Keyblades as a reward for their performance in the game, Proofs of effort if you will.

Finally, I’m introducing Form Changes! To signify their connection to Sora’s Heart and as an additional perk of their placements, Mike and Bridgette are given a special edition of their Keyblades’ keychains, giving them a look akin to KH3’s Ultima Weapon (this will only be triggered if Sora has said Keyblade crafted in his equipment). This Keychain gives them access to their own versions of the Ultimate Form! Their outfits get similar colors to that of Sora’s own Ultimate Form and Bridgette even gains a hoodie that combines aspects of her original surfer hoodie with Sora’s KH3 hoodie! Their Ultimate Form weapons are not ready yet though, but I wanted to at least show you the designs of their outfits and how their Keyblades look before accessing them. These two aren’t the only ones to get form changes though. In contrast to them, two TD Wielders acquire a form based on the remaining darkness in their hearts. Courtney’s anger and frustration towards her past while fighting gives way for her to enter her Rage Form (First seen in KH3), where no light comes out of her and with each charge, her power grows but her heart grows bitter. Heather, on the other hand, has another perk due to her remaining darkness besides the coat around her. Part of her heart still desires power and while she fights, sometimes that darkness and desire overwhelms her and she enters her Anti Form (first seen in KH2) where she uses no Keyblade and acts like a Shadow Heartless.

And… that wraps up this update! Sorry for making you read all the way here and for the surprise spoiler alert, but the thing is… I began writing this story! Yeah, besides the drawings and edits, I’m putting the story into written words so that it can complement the visual part! It’s not due for publishing anytime soon, but stay tuned!
