A gunman sneaks into NCIS, overpowers an extremely sick Tony, and uses him as leverage to get Gibbs to reopen an old case. All is fine until Tony runs his mouth and the gunman forces Gibbs to gag Tony.

“Tony won’t be able to breathe,” Gibbs said evenly. “He has a cold.” Tony could feel Jason shrug. “He should have thought about that before he ran his mouth. Now,” he shifted the gun so it was beside Tony’s cheek, pointed now at Gibbs. “Do it.”
