I like the idea that it's a possible punishment for the addition of Joel and Skizz, 2 life series members and that adding them gave the Watchers a possible 'in' to the server

hi there! 🔆💚 firstly, thank you so much — i’m absolutely flattered to know you enjoy my style enough to bring it into your own! i’m very happy to know my little bits of creativity are inspiring. unfortunately for this request i wasn’t able to do as much as i wanted, i’ve had to take art a bit more slowly this week due to wrist problems </3 however, i was able to get a TOTK ganon screenshot redraw as well as some minish cap doodles out today! i can’t resist drawing a little guy.

i would absolutely like to try my hand at drawing more ganon in the future, as well as maybe some demise as i’m finding both are really growing on me haha. i should also get around to more minish cap gameplay, it’s such a wonderful title in the series. as always, thank you so much for the request and kind words! 💚💚 hopefully i can revisit this request in the future and maybe get something more fleshed out done, moreso for the minish portion.

POST MORE SWORD OF FATE PLS IM BEGGING

i have very little in terms of actual art LMAO but i CAN explain the sword thing because i checked and i did in fact never make this plot point public. i struggled for a while with creating a villain for this story until i realized that. i put "sword" in the title of the game. of course it has to be about the fucking sword. DUH.

so i want SOF to deal very heavily with religion, specifically the way in which hyrule's religion forms post-sksw but pre-reincarnation. i've placed it on the timeline directly after sksw, making it the first actual reincarnation in hyrule. what this means is that there's no actual proof yet that the reincarnation thing is real and not just an insane bluff on demise's part, and so several key characters including link and zelda barely believe in hylia or demise at all when the story starts. my thought with this setting's version of ganon is that he's the polar opposite of the nonbelievers. The gerudo don't really exist as of now, but he DOES come from the desert region of hyrule--specifically, he was raised in a cultlike offshoot of the sheikah religion which interpreted the hylia/demise myth completely literally and believes that a doomsday is coming, heralded by the foretold return of demise. Because of this, he knows more about the cycle and how to set it in motion than basically any other character. Crucially, he and his people are some of the only ones at this point aware of the existence of the master sword.

ganon finds. a sword. a sword which he THINKS is the master sword. and this theory is only reinforced when the sword begins to speak to him about his destiny and the salvation of hyrule. unfortunately it is not the master sword and he ends up basically a pawn in the greater plans of what's left of demise & ghirahim within that sword, manipulated into attempting to revive demise and destroy the reincarnated hero and princess. he remains in denial until basically the very end of the final battle, completely convinced that he is the true savior of hyrule and LINK is the one being misled. ghirahim is a very good manipulator lol

I've wanted to remake this meme ever since i finished The Adventure of the Runaway Room (疾走する密室の冒険)/DGS 1-3.

I laughed so hard when i first saw that cutscene. He looked like he couldn't give less of a damn except that he had to have it cleaned up by the next trial.

What’s ur beef with Demise about? No judgement just curiosity

There are a lot of reasons I have beef with Demise, but the largest reason by far is the fact that he’s just a dick. Ghirahim serves him for CENTURIES, toiling away to free him and finally succeeds. What does Demise do upon finally being freed by Ghirahim? THROWS HIM TO THE GROUND AND RIPS A BLADE OUT OF HIS CHEST WITHOUT SO MUCH A SINGLE SYLLABLE OF THANKS! He’s too busy gloating to Link.

Even a simple nod to thank him would’ve been enough to make me not *completely* hate Demise, but the fact that he blatantly ignored the person who worked his ass off for him for so long makes him a prime example of peak spoiled brat behavior and just makes my blood boil.

There’s a reason this dickhead is called the incarnation of evil. His actions have gone beyond just evil. He’s completely devoid of even the smallest amount of decency or courtesy. I would bash his head in with a brick of Link hadn’t already impaled him.

Conclusion: he’s an overpowered common asshole who thinks he’s too good to show a little gratitude.
