In my opinion I think Dr hemlock is the best of all Star Wars villains that Disney have created. Yes, even more so than the Grand Inquisitor and Moff Gideon.

Cold, ruthless, calculating, creepy, sadistic and actually get's shit done (Even if he has help from his minions)

If an evil, extremely powerful, and old demon like Dominox can't escape from the influence of the orb, I doubt a human necromancers ghost would be able to escape from inside it. I'm not going to overestimate her, I'm glad she's dealt with, and we won't have to deal with her bullshit in multiple more campaigns.

Damn Akira Konoe is a cool villain.

#granted I am saying that mostly because his boss fight FUCKING ROCKS #mainly the second phase where he ditches the mech and decides to square up with us the old fashioned way.#and man that nigga is TOUGH! even after prepping the nigga still put some crazy hands(or rather a laser blade) on me #shits cash #oh and is theme is great too #easily the best boss in the game #also pretty solid from the character aspect too #he’s like the best bits of Shido and Aketch rounded out with Tokusatsu and motives I can actually level with #that last part is especially high praise from me since “““Sympathetic””” villains typically fail to garner any emotion from me #besides an eyeroll #but by god Konoe is an exception #great villain #loads better than Shido or Akechi #haven’t played royal so odds are out if I’d like him more than Maruki #Persona #persona 5 #persona 5 scramble #persona 5 strikers #Akira Konoe

Granted, it was a tragic accident...but Bill could not live with himself and the fact that he made that accident happen, so he rewrote his narrative that he "liberated" his home and would go on "liberating" the homes of others in order to make himself find and embrace the joy in all the madness, chaos, destruction and pain that consumed him and his reality. In the end, all of his malice is still his own damn fault.

Bill is not a Sympathetic Villain™, the closest chance he had at a tragic backstory was his own fault.
