Attorney General Pam Bondi warned Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) on Sunday to “tread very carefully” following the lawmaker’s recent remarks voicing support for Elon Musk to be “taken down.” “She is an elected public official, so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk, and we’re going to fight to protect all of the Tesla owners throughout this country,” Bondi said during an appearance on Fox’s “Sunday Morning Futures.” The warning comes days after the Democrat spoke at a virtual rally held for the The Tesla Takedown movement, a group rallying against Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency’s efforts to bulldoze the federal bureaucracy through boycotts and demonstrations at Tesla properties. The coalition is organizing 500 demonstrations March 29 at Tesla locations across the country. “On March 29, it’s my birthday, and all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down,” Crockett said during her remarks. “I have learned, as I serve on the DOGE Oversight committee, that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money.” Crockett clarified during the rally that her calls for action were nonviolent.

Hey guys heads up

On the Wikipedia page for the Tesla Takedown demonstrations, someone had put "Terrorism" as a "Method" used and approved by the movement. I quickly changed it to alleged vandalism (some destruction of property is occurring, yes, but not terrorism), but if yall can check the page and other wikis relating to American politics for misinformation or fearmongering, please be responsible editors and correct.

They are trying to hijack our stories, our anger, and they have no right to do that to us.

Edit: added some new tags as the more i think about this incident, the more I realize the need for people who can quickly find a source (news article, scholarly, primary artifact, etc) and correct misinformation/expand on ongoing social/political issues. Literally, the correction took me 15 minutes during my lunch break while I was doom scrolling. And it took that long because I accidentally closed out of the app/editing page since I've never edited a wiki page before. So easy. So. Freaking. Quick.

If you got time and were gonna look up info anyway, might as well go fact check wiki. Soooo I'm adding more tags for visibility. I'll look through the reblogs to see if I've missed any. Love ya 🖤🖤🖤

...Tesla’s stock behaves like a meme stock, and meme stocks tend to be susceptible to narrative shifts. Tesla’s narrative is that Musk is a genius who will build humanoid robots and self-driving cars and take us to Mars. But now the narrative is changing, and Musk is seen in a different light: an unaccountable billionaire oligarch, a leader of a coup, a hatchet man for Trump, and a right-wing fascist. This is what the Tesla Takedown wants to exploit.

I think a lot of them are bots and psyops, regarding the hate you're getting. Like there has been a HUGE influx in the laziest, ugliest, and nastiests MAGA propaganda ever on this site starting around last year's election. I think it's to make them seem more numerous than they really are, as a way to overwhelm people, make them feel powerless, and decrease morale. That, and the anti-Harris anti-voting bot/psyops, though they seemed to be the more effective manipulation on Tumblr. But space nazi's stocks are almost below $114, and people are protesting all around the country, the military is on our side, and I heard the Supreme Court can potentially order to have trump and everyone who works under him removed due to them continuously ignoring court orders. And at least some US news groups aren't holding back the truth, like MSNBC. So that's good news, and proof that everyone's collective efforts with protests and boycotts are having an impact! And proof that these nazis and their supporters are smaller in number and weaker than they made themselves look.

Also, I just want to stress an important thing this mystery person said: "protests and boycotts are having an impact."

It's true. Proof? One of the most conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court just called Trump out for his dangerous overreach regarding the Judicial Branch. And Elon is fucking terrified, which is why he keeps tweeting about how unfair the Telsa Takedown movement is. We're hitting him where it hurts... no, not his shriveled balls, but his wealth.

So, keep fucking with this tin-pot dictator and his boot-licking sycophants.
