As a part of their 'See You Soon' European tour, the Slovenian rock group performed in Padua. They gained their fame through Eurovision.

A lot of musicians have already proven that the Eurovision stage can help you gain popularity. The band Joker Out have also made the most out of their eurovision experience. If the rockers have already achieved everything they could in Slovenia, given that they hava already sold out the biggest arena in Slovenia, named Stožice, group of five friends and talented musicians have managed to spread their songs and Slovene music amongst the fans of other European countries as well.

They started their European tour at the beginning of March, during which they visited 21 cities in 13 countries (after Easter the group will have three more gigs in the UK). Their last gig before the holiday break was in Padua.We went to the concert even though the Italian press agency, who was in charge of the organisation, didn’t want to give us accreditation. Two girls from Florence confirmed it was hard for the non-citizens to get to the venue, because of its remote location, but when the protagonists of the evening came on stage all of this was forgotten.

The Slovenian rockers started the concert with hits from their first two albums like 'Gola', 'Vem da greš' and 'Katrina'. The crowd In Padua Hall maybe wasn’t as loud as at some other concerts in bigger venues, which the band have sold out in some other countries, but given the closeness of Padua, there were a lot of Slovenian fans; that being said, people from diferent parts of Italy formed the majority of the public.

First hits and unreleased songs

Joker out performed some of their original songs in Serbian too, called 'Ona' and 'Demoni' and their last English single 'Everybody's Waiting', which Bojan dedicated to every person "who ever experienced panic attacks". They hyped the crowd by performing two unreleased songs- 'Šta bih ja' and 'Bluza', which already gained popularity online with the help of amateur videos from different European cities, so the most loyal fans have already mastered the lyrics and sang with the band. The band still has to record the new songs, so the fans will have to wait a bit for the official release of the studio versions, but during the concert it was confirmed that they plan to release the new album at the end of September.

For the song 'Metulji', Jan Peteh switched his guitar for the piano, but the performances from every single one of the members deserves praise: Jure Maček played the drums masterfully, Kris Guštin was playing different guitars and provided backing vocals alongside their bass player Jordan. Cvjetićanin knew how to hype the crowd by giving thanks in italian many times.

It all started with Carpe Diem

At the beginning of the concert, the singer already promised that the event will be multiligual: and it was; the boys sang in Slovene. Serbian and English (during 'Tokio' also in 'Japanese'). While singing 'Umazane misli'' the singer got off stage to join the crowd and organized a karaoke session. He encouraged people to sing in various languages (from Italian to Finnish), some having the lyrics written down to help them.

Joker Out finished the hour-long concert with a song "that changed their lives". It was 'Carpe Diem', which they presented at Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool, which gained them popularity in Europe and signified the start of their international career. With the encore an acoustic version of 'Novi val' (guitar and vocal), the boys expressed their desire for peace and a world without wars. Even though they have English versions of both songs, the boys performed them in their native tongue on the stage in Padua.

By the way, I don't know if anyone has shared highlights from the Maghni AI stream yet? I caught the beginning when it came out but it was 2AM and the demons told me to go to sleep. I decided to watch it now, and I thought I'd do it over multiple sessions because livestreams can be a little stressful for me but honestly everyone in the team seemed really friendly and I didn't mind watching the entire thing (at 1.75x speed of course,) but either way, here are my notes:

Natalia's cats are named Chip and Pancake.

Third parties will reveal their voicebanks at their own discretion. First party voicebanks will be revealed/demo-ed, if I understood well, whenever they're ready; especially those that should be available on or near launch.

No set project timeline yet (for features, voicebank reveals, and such); maybe in a few months when they're more certain. It should be revealed around March or April.

They are planning to share weekly updates for the crowdfund and to host monthly livestreams.

Re: "when are we getting Aurum and Audine demos?" Demos will come out as time goes on; it seems the VPs aren't done re-recording yet. (Oliver will have his own demo over the time of the CF too, most likely with more recordings than what was shared so far.)

Oliver's old recordings are owned by YAMAHA. Vocatone hired a new voicer; Natalia mentions he is an adult. They chose to work with an adult for ethical reasons. He, as well as other voice providers, made the decision to remain anonymous.

No plans for free voicebanks à la SynthV Lite. They are looking for ways to have people test voicebanks before they make their purchase, but they're worried about having a version that isn't an accurate reflection of the finished project.

Languages such as Spanish or Portuguese, which can vary largely depending on region, should have separate support. I'm definitely not wording this well AT ALL but basically, Maghni AI is ready to deal with European Spanish sounding different from South American Spanish. Canadian French and correct French will also be separate. (<- I'm French and a little jokester)

There are no plans for Standard voicebanks. However, Caleb Long has been working on a """robot mode""" meant for people who preferred the sound of their previous line of products.

They are not ready to show off the program's crosslang abilities, because they don't feel like it's up to their standard of quality yet. Hopefully in the next few months.

Some items are going to be CF exclusive, but others not, such as Library Physicals, which will be available to purchase later.

Base program is going to be free; libraries should be about USD$85 each, give or take, with potential differences for third parties. Vocatone's voicebanks should be $85.

Crossy (art designer) will post artworks on Bluesky, not Twitter.

No TTS plans for now; it would be in the very distant future.

The ability to create your own plugins would also be in a fairly distant future.

tl;dr: while singers are meant to keep their "native" accent, if a voicebank was recorded in multiple languages, it should have a dataset for each accent. For example, Oliver, whose languages are English, French, Japanese and Mandarin, will be able to sing in French with a French accent. When it comes to other supported languages, he would be able to sing in, let's say, Norwegian, but not with a Norwegian accent (or, if he can, it will be generic and not native to his voicebank). You could choose to give him a British, French, Japanese or Mandarin accent in Norwegian. Makes sense? No? Watch the livestream I'm just a girl

Oliver wears shoes in some languages. Do with that as you will.

Merch will be shown very soon.

You will be able to import MIDI, VSQ, UST, SVP files and such into Maghni AI.

Voicebanks will be linked to an account, not a number of activations. You will be able to log onto two devices at a time.

Maghni mobile is in the plans for the future, but it'll require more resources so not for now.

Customisable phonemes

They really said "vocal synth fans are largely minors" (or basement dwellers?) (would they be wrong?). Either way, in order to avoid piracy, with the knowledge that their fans may not have their own source of income, they're looking to make their product as affordable as possible and are considering Free Limited Trial voicebanks, although I mentioned their hesitations above.

You should be able to input breaths as their own phoneme (assumedly the way "br" works in SynthV).

Vocatone's characters don't have official genders. But in related properties, Oliver uses he/him, Aurum uses they/them and he/him, and Audine uses she/her and they/them. For example, in narrative-led projects, Aurum is non-binary, but as a voice library, he is genderless.

No VST/i support planned for launch, but in the future.

There will be tutorials.

They're planning to have less expensive vocals too; read "lower quality so the price can be decreased, but of course still up to their standard."

I wanna hear your headcannons

Hmm i wasn't sure where to start, so apologies if this feels really jumbled. Also keep in mind i am cherry picking things from what dc has considered canon or not canon anymore sooooo:

starfire/koriand'r:

- Her personality is a mix of the bubbly one she has in TT03 and her NTT comic version. Warrior that will beat you to death if you wrong her, but can be very compassionate and considerate to those she loves. -struggles with social queues and human lingo (this isn't just for english, but any language. if you ever see the trouble in tokyo movie, she speaks Japanese for a scene but you can clearly hear/tell she's fluent but there's still a distinct way on how she talks/enunciates things). Since there really wasn't a "dialect/accent" for Tamaraneans, I like to think how she speaks IS the dialect/accent. And it's why her sister, Blackfire, seems to be much more "fluent". Some people can drop their accent/dialect when speaking another language, while others, no matter how much they speak in their 2nd language, will still have that accent/dialect there. (also bc i think it's a bit silly that to become MORE fluent?? you have to keep kissing? idk) - I love how she was a model for donna troy's photography gig, so i thought that would be cute to continue that (and her relationship with Donna!! bc wow did i fall in love reading about them in NTT)

Dick/Nightwing - He and batman had a fallout (he did not get "fired", but he left of his own volition. albeit on bad terms at first from differing views/ideals. I like to think that's partially why he was so moody in tt03 and why slade was such a great villain for him since slade(tt03 version) was very similar to batman at the time.

- He DOES grow out of that moody edgy phase, but he still has that bad habit of hiding his emotions/thoughts with others. While he's grown to trust them more and rely on them for missions, there's still that emotionally-constipated person that struggles to take off that "mask" and doesn't usually wear his emotions on his sleeves. And this continued to cause strain with all of his relationships. And if say a member of his team is hurt due to complications on a mission? you bet he struggles to not fall back on old habits to do things alone bc he can deal with it all by himself.

- When he's with TT, he's more relaxed and serious, but when he's back in the batfam, he ups the fake smiles and quips otherwise he might go crazy with how brooding everything is (especially being away with his found family and going "OH things don't have to be this damn depressing all the time. cool")

- remained the leader of TT in Jump City but as the team grew older and TT grew in members, things changed:

TT team:

- the older members (the ex-teens of the group) would all move on to managing their own cities or helping the younger generations (so dick in bludhaven, keystone city for wally, as well as other older members working at the east or west tower to help with younger generations not just be good heroes, but help them become capable of withstanding on their OWN. bc i like the idea the first members who [most of them] came from being in a shadow of someone else, so making sure future teen heroes don't fall into that ig?) so i guess like the JL where there's still a main core (with dick as the "leader" but the other main core can all step up to the plate too when necessary)

Batfam:

I know the new52 and crisis and yada yada has retconned and changed so much for all of their characters/stories (thanks DC). but again, these are just my AU/headcanons and anyone can disagree with what i gotta say:

- Jason todd becomes Robin ("unofficially") while Dick is a member of the tt03 team. TT03 is like... a 2 year story in my eyes? so by the end of the tt03 series, Dick becomes Nightwing and passes the mantle onto Todd. Todd is robin for like 1-2 years before his death. Tim takes up the mantle of Robin and then would either become red robin or put up the cape as he attended college AWAAY from gotham with duke and stephanie bc that would be fun (red robin, signal, and spoiler as a trio? sheeesh). Damian either joins before Tim leaves or something idk.

-babs is a bit was batgirl during dick's robin run. Would eventually become oracle and i think either staying in gotham or going to bludhaven could work.

- i know we all love the shenanigans with the batfam but i think a lot of these characters and relationships do better when they get to be independent. (which is kinda funny bc thats what bruce would want, even if he can be hypocritical and try to hold onto them due to his own trauma and unhealthy attachment.) but i would like to think eventually they could come together to help out in gotham every now and then. but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ bat stuff isnt my biig focus hehe.

So robstar/dickory stuff:

- on the fence if they stay together after the tt03 movie or at some point they do break up but it's more bc i always felt like star/kory was giving a LOT to dick and dick still had those emotional pull-back tendencies. and what i love about these two is that we have one character who is so in tune with her emotions vs a guy that struggles not to deflect a positive remark. and while she sees through a lot of what he puts out as a front and can always recognize when he's hiding something, she can't be doing all that heavy lifting (even if she's a warrior alien princess with super strength lool). So, if they get together during their tt03 era, can they work through that? Idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (i also lowkey would love for some angst and rekindling as adults who've matured and have better ideas on what they want vs when they were just kids crushing on each other but it could go either way bc the tt03 did a lot of development between the two of them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

- Dick grounds Kory. He's her sense of humanity. He's the first person she meets coming to Earth. He was always patient with her and loved showing her the world. Kory reads dick like an open book and he finds comfort in someone who can see through that facade TT03: There's a reason he hesitates to shoot her during the slade arc. why he picks her to search for slade. He can be vulnerable with her, even if it's in his weird way.

- a big fight involves moving forward in their relationship like marriage and children. To date is one thing, but to commit to something like that? To put his loved ones in danger? especially a child? He would have the fear of losing them OR his child losing HIM and kory. ofc kory would be understanding but i do think she would also get mad like "I was born to a race of warriors. Trained by the Warlords of Okaara. Am i so weak to need constant protection? I have respected the human morals to not kill, but I do not hold such beliefs and will do what is necessary to protect who I love most."

- Bruce wasn't necessarily confident in their relationship. It's a jumble of emotions that can be confusing. happy for his son to find happiness/love, sad/hurt/fear of his son moving on/away, a possessive/jealousy to keep dick around. But I do think when bruce and kory meet, he may soften a bit. I think it's why i like the idea of Tt03 star/kory meeting bruce bc she can be gentle and theres a charm about her.

Eventually they have mari! (and jake years later).

-Dick's job is to take her to school. but he's always sleeping in due to late hero shifts so it's usually a piggyback and acrobatic journey across the city to get to school on time.

-If she's hanging out in Gotham, then the public eye spread rumors bc they see her as another "black haired kid adopted by Mr. Bruce Wayne" and after 4 of them, people have just accepted the normalcy of it. ive also thought itd be interesting if she (and kory) were given some kinda tech like a watch that could disguise their appearance since big green glowing non-pupil eyes are kinda a give-away.

-jake doesn't get his powers until he's a teen. so while both kids were combat trained, he would take on the mantle of flamebird to go alone with nightwing!

Today was...not the most productive day for me if I'm being honest. When I'm using my Ipad to video call my boyfriend, I can't take notes like I want to, so I end up feeling like I'm behind on my homework. I'm genuinely thinking about buying a second Ipad to keep my personal life and academic life separate. I have a 2nd Ipad, but it's with my boyfriend, 1000+ miles away. My university sells one online for 300$ USD so I might buy it when I get paid next week.

Breakfast - leftover burritos with taco bell Diablo sauce

Not my healthiest eating day but I have been incredibly stressed so I turned to easy, greasy comfort food though all its done is upset my stomach. Tomorrow will be better.

I am also planning to buy another Ipad, and add some language app subscriptions to my arsenal of language resources for my lazy days.

I love that there are so many Japanese versions of kpop songs that I absolutely love, so this way I can passively listen to the language while enjoying music! There's also a ton of J-pop songs I'm currently in love with. Some of my favorite j-pop artists are liSa, Kenshi Yonezu, YOASOBI, Fuji Kaze, Suda Masaki, Ado, etc.

I did not workout today, I did not do morning skincare, and I did not make my bed. I am planning on getting back on track tomorrow. I appreciate this platform and my followers who help me want to stay on track. I appreciate all 300+ of you <3

久しぶり！皆はどう？私は元気。私たちが最後に話してから、たくさんの���とが起こった。

先学期はとても難しかったんだ。Cさんと私は話しを止めた。I won't get into too many details but my mental health was absolute dog water. とても落ち込んでいた。。。I still somehow managed to get on the dean's list (i have no idea) (it was my 4 credit chinese class that i got an A in that helped me do it)

With all that said, I'm doing a lot better now. I just hope it stays like that…

この冬休みにたくさん原神をしたｗｗ

ナビアがほしかったから、朝から夜まで原神をして、プリモジェムを得（え）た。バナーの最初から最後まで、毎日働いた。

ついに、最後の日にナビアを手に入れた！！ナビアはとても強くて、きれいだ

I'm currently building her and shes only lvl 5 (all talents 0) and she already does more damage than my lvl 80 beidou lol

Actually, 先日は、I finally got my yanfei to friendship lvl 10! Even though I'm mainly farming for Navia right now, I want Yanfei to be my first triple crown cutie. She was my first lvl 90 character and first friendship lvl 10 character. It's only fitting that shes my first triple crown cutie　(my acc is just turning into a yanfei fan acc lmao)

I also managed to get Chevreuse before Raidens banner ended so I'm gonna build her and now I have a good team! Yanfei as my DPS, Beidou as sub dps, and Fischl and Chevreuse as support. I also noticed that Chevreuse was healing me? That's awesome and super helpful. 

But i digress

It's been a few weeks since classes have started so let me tell you what's been going on in my japanese classes!

We had to briefly introduce ourselves on the first day but she wanted us to use たり　たりする for talking about things we like and i forgot TT i wasnt the only one who messed up lmao

A lot of kids in that class that I'm surprised made it this far…. Who said that

Theres actually a chinese professor in my class lmao he just wants to learn some japanese

We did a dialogue last week let's see if i still remember it

In my practical reading and speaking class we started off by learning and talking about 体験教室 (たいけんきょうしつ)　trial lessons

We did a dialogue of sorts, for example:

あなた：いつですか。

受付の人：朝／昼のＸ時からＸ時と昼／夜のＸ時からＸ時です。

So it was basically things like that where we practiced different situations and then switched to listening practice. Then we moved on to foods. Conversation like：

First we started with apologies

So its just the verb in て form plus すみませんでした or ごめん depending on formalness

Im sorry for sleeping in class - 授業中に寝てすみませんでした。

Im sorry for not bringing my textbook - 教科書を持ってこなくて済みませんでした。

Im sorry for the late reply - 返事が遅くなってごめん。

Sorry for not keeping the promise - 約束を守らなくてごめん。

Pretty self explanatory. We then added どうしたんですか to expand on it.

A：ルームメートを起こしてごめん。

B：どうしたの？。

A：歌を歌ったんだ。

B：そうですか。静かになってください

A：最近、とても忙しくなったの。

Next we started learning about といいですね which is basically used for saying you hope something will happen.

Like, i hope you find a good part time job ＝いいアルバイトが見つかるといいですね。

Or, I hope it doesnt rain ＝雨が降らないといいですね。

So it's just the short form. (the casual version is just といいね）

But if you want to talk about something you hope for yourself, you have to make it more modest by adding a んですが。 or んだけど。 (casual)

I hope i get a good grade ＝　いい成績をとるといいんだけど。

Note: all these といい examples means that you are hoping that something nice happens. This means that these patterns cannot be used in cases where you hope to do something nice, which is under your control. In that case, you use the potential form. 

I hope i can go to japan this summer ＝　この夏、日本に行けるといいんですが。

last carnival (6/10) - well fuck i guess it's time to eat my words because this is actually a pretty good intro song. many sad much tears very emotional. but then! towards the end it picks up, before suddenly...ending! clutching my pearls as we speak. okay but in all seriousness, it actually works pretty well for preserving the bittersweet tone and emotion of the song (and considering this was meant to be the intro to their disbandment album, it feels pretty appropriate).

shooting star (8.5/10) - never did i think i'd see the day where kep1er had a good tt?? no but actually why is this song so good??? i haven't really liked any of kep1er's tts thus far, but i still check out their albums because they usually have a couple of good bsides ("back to the city" stans where you at?). big ol' spoiler alert, though: the rest of this album is, frankly, trash. looks like they maxxed out their slayage on this song and this song alone :,(

curious (6.5/10) - it's cute. that bass is DEEP. it hits, though. kinda has the same vibe as some older momoland bsides ("same same," maybe?).

flowers, flutter, your heart (7/10) - the strings in this are extremely beautiful. it's giving ballroom. the piano in the second verse is also very pretty. this song feels like it's for whatever the girl equivalent of those dudes who are like "i was just born in the wrong generation or something" would be. but other than that, it's just a tad bit falling-asleep-in-the-theater-halfway-through-the-movie boring.

double up! (5.5/10) - this is kinda fun and funky and summery but it's mostly just aggressively forgettable.

push button (3/10) - what the fuck am i listening to. no seriously, wakeone, what. am. i. listening. to. this sounds like a rejected f(x) song (and they'd be so right for rejecting it). very trainwreck coded.

problem (4/10) - i am so sorry but that first "easy peasy easy peasy alright" part GRINDS MY GEARS. why does she sound like she's plugging her nose as she raps that lmao. that aside, this song just kinda...sucks. the slower, almost rnb-esque part in the bridge is the best part. it would've been cool if they went for that vibe for the whole song.

grand prix kor. version (3.5/10) - yeah...i still don't like this song. that chorus...why. it's like itzy's "racer" (which i feel pretty mixed on, anyway) but without the vocal fry so it's already a lot less cool.

straight line kor. version (5/10) - not bad, not great. it's like they were trying to create a banger like classy's "tick tick boom" but they lost the plot halfway through. like what's up with the weird dubstep break in the first verse??? and the random horns in the post-chorus??? it feels very disjointed. i guess "daisy" still holds the throne for kep1er's best japanese release (and probably their best song in general lol).

I forgot to mention it on the last post! This is kind of a niche study activity idea, but I did it a lot the first year I was learning.

Do you read a lot of cnovels that only have machine translations (mtl)? Do you want to practice reading chinese, with english translations as a crutch still? Basically: do you want parallel texts of webnovels?

There's a few options that can provide this. For example, right now I use the app Smart Book by KursX (android), i paid $15 dollars once for the lifetime use functions. I upload a chinese book file into it epub or txt (and you can find MANY cnovels if you just web search their chinese title and "txt" or go to a download books free site and search by their chinese title), the app makes a full parallel text and I can just click a little A~ button on the top right of each paragraph for a mtl version shown beneath it. I can also click each individual word for a word translation (which is useful because when mtl screws up grammar or descriptions, translating word by word can help you figure out the actual meaning of the sentence). I can press a little speaker to hear the sentence read aloud. Its a useful app. I can't recommend it wholeheartedly though, because it's not free anymore (i didnt have to pay for these features until yesterday :/). Also, this app didn't exist when I was a beginner unfortunately.

What existed (and still does)? Mtlnovels.com. Go to the site, make an account (you'll need an account for the parallel text feature). Look up whatever webnovel you were going to read in mtl (years ago I looked up Silent Reading by priest on here because it wasn't translated back then), go to the novel on the site. At the top of the chapter you're reading, it will give you an option to Show Original Chinese text. Click that. It will now show you english mtl and chinese sentences in parallel text format. You can then use the english mtl to guess the meaning of bits of the chinese sentences, or just highlight-right click (if on a phone then highlight and press on highted text portion) words/phrases and pick "translate" and google translate will translate those parts (this will work in Chrome, Mozilla, Edge on phone or computer). You now have parallel texts of tons of novels! Note: the text is in traditional characters, and was my first exposure to practicing reading traditional characters (since I learned simplifief first). I do think there's probably ways to switch the text to simplified (maybe a web browser extension). But for me, back then knowing around 500 words, it was fine. Except for some particular characters, many hanzi just had the radicals look less simplified. An additional idea: you can also use TTS text to speech (like Microsoft Edge's nice sounding one) to highlight the chinese and listen to it while having the english machine translation right there for reference.

(My point is, while apps are more convienient in some ways, most stuff can also just be done in a web browser. Nowadays I just read in Edge on my phone, highlight words or phrases and use Translate on them, and use Edge TTS when I want to hear pronunciations. I think Pleco app has BETTER translations and as a beginner was better, and Readibu is also better for translations. But now that I can read better, its more important to me to hear the pronunciation of stuff. Pleco can do TTS too, Readibu cant in the free version. And Edge's TTS just sounds so much better than my phone's built in TTS that Pleco uses).

Another free option, though it has way less to read: Duo Reader app has free parallel texts and TTS features for several languages. I've read bits of Alice in Wonderland in Japanese on the app. (But for me personally, KursX Smart Book app or regular internet Edge app suits my needs better).

I was wondering when the dub of Arcadia of My Youth was made and apparently it was commissioned by Toei itself back in 1987 and a heavily edited version was released on vhs under the "Just For Kids" banner by Celebrity Home Entertainment. Same company that released shows like Sherlock Hound and The Bluffers under that same banner. Weird choice of movie to release for a kid demographic but ok.

But aside from that, at least they kept the original names intact, but Tochiro's voice sounds like a modern day text to speech, like the kind you hear in those Reddit vids where a robot reads AskReddit posts lol.

Especially the way he says "Don't die". He says it like goddamned Google Translate's tts.

And apparently, the English dub of the 2013 film as well as the Viz dub of the anime changed Tochiro's name to a more "American" sounding one, which ignores the fact he's canonically Japanese and even Arcadia of My Youth points that out via a flashback to his and Harlock's WWII era ancestors.

Common VOICEVOX Humming troubleshooting advice for Westerners

Or "commonly asked questions". As of writing this, VOICEVOX is only available in Japanese, which makes looking for parameters and information difficult if you... don't... speak that language.

VOICEVOX is a Japanese open-source text-to-speech program. Since late 2023-January 2024, it features a singing synthesis feature with the particularity of allowing TTS voicebanks to sing. This is called VOICEVOX Humming. Though it is sometimes used to describe the general singing feature, VOICEVOX Song typically refers to voicebanks recorded specifically for singing - of which there is currently only one, being Namine Ritsu.

First and foremost - how do I turn on dark mode?

At the top of the window, click 設定 (Settings) then the last option, オプション (Options).

Scroll down until you get to 外観 (Appearance). In テーマ (Theme), click ダーク (Dark) as shown.

It will change as soon as you click the button.

How do I open a project file?

VOICEVOX Song supports a lot more project files than when it was in beta! At the top of the window, click ファイル (File) then the second option, インポート (Import).

Then, click インポートするファイル (File to import).

Select your file. Then, if applicable, choose the track you'd like to import. As of writing, VOICEVOX can only read one track at a time.

When you've selected your track, click the インポート (Import) button in the bottom right of the pop-up.

Can VOICEVOX read romaji?

Not currently, no. If you enter a character VOICEVOX won't read, that section will be highlighted in red and the character won't sing it.

Make sure you're in the singer's recommended range.

This is set yet again at the top of the window, in 音域調整 (Range adjustment). As of the current version, it should be set automatically whenever you select a voicebank, but if it doesn't sound or look right, double-check.

Once that's set - let's take a look at the automatic pitch tuning to see if it's in the right place.

This time, you'll want to click the graph-looking icon at the top right of the window.

What da hell... No wonder our friend Ryuusei sounds all weird. The notes and pitch are in two different octaves.

All that's left to do is to move your notes to the right octave, which in Ryuusei's case, is lower than the file I opened. For that, you'll need to click the pianoroll icon right next to that graph-looking one to exit out of pitch editing. Select all your notes (Ctrl+A does it) and move your selection up or down with your cursor, like you'd move any note.

Or you know, once you know Ryuusei sings in C3 range, just enter your notes there next time.

If you're not happy with the sound, you can try playing around with those parameters, or editing the pitch, or trying that voicebank's other emotions.

How do I export my wonderful creation?

At the top of the screen, click ファイル (File) then the first option, 音声を出力 (Audio output). Simple as that.
