i dont evem know who these guys ARE!

jokes aside though i luv frenrey. frenrey means alot to me which sounds kind of funny to say. its an inside joke to several friend groups (3 friendgroups i can think of off the top of my head). its a comfort. it makes me unironically nauseous if i think about it in bad contexts. i couldnt look at it for a little bit due to bad associations. it also helped me figure out alot about myself (mostlu helped me figure out that im. fictoromantic </3)

as for what it means to me personally, at first i was annoying with hlvrai. i had the worst possible characterizations yiu could possibly conjure up because i wanted to frankenstein every fucking ao3 trait for benrey and gordon together because i thought that was the way to characterize them. i was also 13 so whatever. i also projected onto benrey HARD which made him more annoying and me more annoying also. at some point i projected too hard and got nauseous with the ship cuz i convinced myself that i was projecting trauma about my ex friends onto them.??? which was weird but i ended up reaching some closure regarding those ex friends a little while ago and also at the time i realised "hm. no this is stupid" and moved on. then i got on tumblr and became a bigger frenrey fan (really funny to say) and it started meaning more to me... my characterizations got better ovr time (same with my art) and everything was goung well. i had friends who liked frnerey and also i liked frenrey myself. peace and love on planet autism. and then the thing in june happened when my now ex friend told me something about literally everyone in The Frenrey Discord server which caused alot of stuff that i wont explain cuz i think you guys know it by now. that was embarrassing. i also couldnt look at frenrey because i associated it with that and it made me sick to my stomach to think about. at some point i got normaler and less mentally ill and stuff. frenrey also became a relaly big inside joke in my friend groups and stuff <3 i dont really make as much frenrey art as i used to now since im more of a darnrey enthusiast at this point but thats cuz i did figure out im fictoro bcuz of it (shoutout to my wife. girdon)

other than what it personally means 2 me its also a really funny dynamic. guy shows up and starts pestering you the WHOLE FUCKING DURATION of the worst days of ur life. claims he used to know you when you were kids (you fucking didnt). and ur brains response to this is "lets kiss with tongue" its so funny. in canon context its like. this guy plays a game and meets the most fucking insufferable npc of his life and falls in love with him when hes literally not even tangible. how do you store that much emotion towards a character from a game you could just turn off dude. theyre both pathetic i think. their dynamic is kinda hard to describe. i think its funny when benreys head over heels for this guy that hates his guts. i think its funny if they both hate eachothers guts and are simultaneously thinking "i hope this guy fucking goes to hell. i bet he wants to kiss me. good thing i dont want that". i think its funny if benrey doesnt care about gordon at all and just harasses him cuz he thinks its funny and gordons like "god this guy sucks. would it be weird if i kissed him. id hate that probably". idk its a very fun ship to play around with its very flexible.. they fit as queerplatonic, romantic, AND platonic. they work out in game and nongame scenarios. they work in aus because theyre opposites. its so fun. im like dr frankenstein and frenrey is my frankensteins monster that i test on just to see what happens and what works best. idk how else to end this paragraph and continue to the next one sorry

Aang and Katara (and sometimes Sokka) get a lot of hate (from very diffenrt groups) because of southern raiders but you know who doesn’t get enough hate for the role they played? Zuko.

I love zuko I love him so much but how he went about Southern raiders will never sit right with me. People that uplift what he did as empowering Katara and only he can understand katara will never sit right with me.

Because Zuko specifically took information taht Sokka had shared with him about his and Katara’s trauma in a bid to help him understand why Katara was taking a hard stance about not coming round to him. And he took that information and was using it to try and manipulate Katara into liking him because I think y’all forget that he wasn’t doing this out of the kindness of his heart he specifically was exploiting her trauma to get her to like him which like is really fucked up.

Like don’t get me wrong I don’t think he did he did this with malicious intent he was using his own experience and socialization to solve the problem. He become friends with Sokka and Aang because of going on a life changing trip where he helped them deal with some trauma. And so he is trying to manufacture those same circumstances for katara. It’s kind of funny kind of cute a lot of fucked up.

Also he was giant asshole about the whole thing I think people forget that. I don’t know about you but If I was Sokka I would be genuinely so upset with him. Imagine you told your friend something deeply personal about your family trauma and then they throw it in your face as reason they are helping your sister commit murder I would have been spazzing out too 😭😭

All this to say I love the gaang they are all such fucking weirdos but they are still just kids that make mistakes and get angry but my boy Sokka needed an apology from everyone for that episode because what 😭😭

you quietly groaned in pain as your boyfriend, bless his soul, yelled out on joy, proceeded by a loud laugh.

“WHAT THE FUCK, MAN?” Tom continued, laughing along with the sounds of his keyboard keys getting smashed by his quick fingers. you held your head in your hands, trying to ease the banging pain in you temples. after about 5 more minutes of loud shenanigans going on in his office, you resorted to going in there, hoping he would calm down when he saw you. you slowly made your way to his office, and when you opened the door, his demeanor became a gentle, kinder looking one.

“Oh look! it’s the love of my life!” he said in a calm manner. you had been in some videos and more streams, but you rarely came in unplanned.

“Hey, can i stay in here?” you asked, looking at his monitor, slightly surprised to see how tired and, well, bad you looked.

Finally, you had finished introducing yourself, you sat back and watched your boyfriend joke around with his fans with the mods, which had made every tame animal hostile, and every hostile animal tame.

“AAAAGH!” Tommy yelled, as a chicken began to attack him. it was funny, but the sudden yell made you flinch in pain, your head in agony. you shut your eyes and tried to distract yourself, but the pain in your forehead was too prominent to be dismissed. your boyfriend looked back at you, as he clearly noticed your sudden change in additude.

“you okay?” he quietly spoke, trying to not draw attention to you, but no matter what, obviously his fans were going to take note of what happened.

“wHAT?” he reacted, the small yell going straight to your migraine, but you continued in your smirk, not wanting to ruin the stream with your headache.

the rest of the stream was spent with you laughing slightly at tom, who kept making flirtatious remarks towards you, making you blush a deep red and all the fans go crazy. after what seemed like forever, he finally signed off, saying goodbye to his fans and ending the stream.

“What’s the matter?” he said, almost immediately after ending the live. you studied him, looking at his eyes that were drowned in worry for you. his eyebrows that were furrowed together in stress. and his mouth that had hints of a smile at the ends of his mouths.

“Y/N.”

“huh?”

“what’s the matter? you’ve been staring at me for like, 30 seconds straight.” he said.

“oh. sorry.” you said, standing up from your “throne”. “i’m gonna go to bed.” you said, walking to the door until you felt a strong grip on your arm, holding you from advancing any further.

“Y/N. What is the matter?” he asked, the third time now. “Are you well?”

“i’m okay.” you said, playing a small smile.

Tom didn’t but it for a second.

“No your not.” he said, standing up, his frame towering above you. loosened his grip on your arm and wrapped his arms around your waist.

“i just have a headache, Tommy. That’s it, i promise.”

“how bad is it?”

you looked down, trying not to let him see your eyes. “Umm..”

“is it one of you worse ones?” tom asked, with nothing but concern in his eyes.

“yeah. a really bad one. the worst one yet.”you said, in one big string of words.

Tom held you close, giving you a gentle hug. “I suppose my screaming didn’t help much.” he guessed, looking guilty.

you hugged him tighter, sighing. “No, it really didn’t. but it’s part of your job.” you defended him, holding his face in your hands.

“I need to think about you more. i only think about my fans during streams. i never think about you. i’m sorry, love.” Tommy says, guilt covering all of his emotions.

“It’s okay.” you say, smiling.

“Do you wanna go cuddle in bed?” he asks, almost innocently.

“i would love to.” you say. “just let me get my headache medicine.”

“no, let me do it.” he says, jumping infront of you, walking to the closet.

Also, Sakhir 2020 is definitely one of my absolute favorite races ever. The way Checo fought his way up from the back of the field to win the race was phenomenal. Insane. And the emotion on the podium and him sitting there alone crying.... and how that was his first win after so many years in the sport and it secured him a seat at red bull of all places !! And Lance and Esteban were there on the podium with him 😭😭❤️

Valtteri, my fellow Finnish weirdo ❤️

His run with Mercedes was everything.... The way he and Lewis were in complete understanding of each other and how Valtteri helped him every time. People forget that Valtteri is a multi-race winner and finished p2 in the championship in 2019 and 2020 (3rd in -17 and -21). He could've been a world champion, but Lewis was chosen before him, and he's never talked ill about him.

He's one of the genuinely nicest and funniest people on grid and has never caused drama. And he gets along with all his teammates ! Him and Zhou are adorable ❤️
