Hi, hi! I was thinking if it is possible that you can write a request, jing yuan x fem/ afab gn reader who was abused during childhood? Most of the time by her brother but parents weren't angels either, the only thing they could was yelling. If you want to be more specific, it was emotional and sexual.
Like they try to heal, go to a therapist but their past sometimes hunts them? They also struggle with showing emotions and they are rather shy and insecure.
I know this is a sensitive topic, do feel free to ignore that <3
Pairing: Jing Yuan x Fem/AFAB GN Reader
Summary: After years of emotional and sexual abuse at the hands of her brother and neglect from her parents, the reader struggles to heal from the trauma. Though they try their best to move forward with therapy and support, the past sometimes comes crashing back. Jing Yuan, ever patient and understanding, offers the space and warmth needed for healing. But can love truly help someone move beyond the scars of their past?
Warnings: Mentions of emotional and sexual abuse, childhood trauma, sensitive themes, heavy emotional topics, mentions of therapy, references to self-doubt, insecure feelings, slow burn.
Tumblr media
You were seated by the window in the dim light of the evening, the world outside painted in hues of orange and pink as the sun began to set. Jing Yuan stood a few steps away, a quiet presence that never failed to bring you some sense of calm. His gaze was gentle, always understanding, never prying—just there when you needed him, which was becoming more often than you'd care to admit.
The scars of your past, emotional and otherwise, were invisible to most people. You'd learned to hide them well, or at least put on a mask that fooled everyone. But Jing Yuan saw through it. He saw the quiet in your eyes, the hesitation in your voice, the way you recoiled at the slightest hint of confrontation. He'd never press you to explain, but he was always there, a steady force, his presence like an anchor.
You had spent years trying to distance yourself from the memories of your childhood—the yelling, the hurtful words, the way you had learned to brace yourself for the pain that always followed. The scars that no one could see, the ones that were etched deep within you, still haunted your every waking moment.
There were nights when you could hear your brother’s voice echoing in your mind, cruel and harsh, pushing you to a place you desperately wished you could forget. And even your parents, though their voices lacked the malice of your brother’s, still held the sting of their unspoken disappointments and neglect. They didn’t hit you, but the silence in the house was often louder than any shout. You had learned to hide your tears, to suppress your emotions—no one wanted to deal with a broken child.
Jing Yuan never rushed you, though. You would often lie awake at night, tangled in your sheets, wondering if you'd ever truly escape your past. He never pushed you to open up, but whenever you needed to talk, his gentle voice was always there, guiding you through the maze of your thoughts. He'd never judge you for the things you'd been through.
It was one of those nights, the world silent outside, when you found yourself sitting next to him on the couch, your head resting on his shoulder, a soft sigh escaping your lips. You hadn’t spoken much that evening, just the comfortable silence of being with someone who understood the quiet of your soul. But the unease you carried in your chest felt heavier than usual, and you couldn't hold back anymore.
"I... sometimes, it feels like I'm still trapped in it," you murmured, your voice barely above a whisper.
Jing Yuan’s hand rested lightly on yours, his fingers warm and steady. “You’re not trapped anymore,” he said softly, his tone unwavering. “You don’t have to carry this burden alone. I’m here. And I’ll be here for as long as you need me.”
Your heart squeezed at his words, but the tears you had long since buried began to rise. You could feel the weight of them pressing at the edges of your eyes, and for once, you didn’t try to hold them back. Jing Yuan’s arms wrapped around you, pulling you gently against him, offering a quiet comfort that said everything his words could not.
"I don't know how to stop feeling... broken," you confessed, your voice trembling despite yourself. "How can you love someone so messed up, Ji?"
Jing Yuan’s hand stroked your hair, his touch tender. "I don't see you as broken. I see you as someone who has been through something unimaginable, but you're still here. You're still fighting. That strength... it’s something I admire."
His words, simple as they were, somehow made the weight on your chest ease, even if just a little. For the first time in a long while, you felt like you could breathe a little easier.

Foundations of Happiness and Contentment for Women: Stable Home, Fulfilling Job, Supportive Relationships, Personal Growth, Self-Care, and Mental Health
For a woman to reach a state of happiness and contentment, several factors play a crucial role. A stable home forms the basis where she can feel secure and confident. It's a safe place where she can relax and recharge, preparing herself to face the world.
A fulfilling job is another requirement. It's not just about the financial aspects, but more about feeling valued, utilizing her skills, and having opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Supportive relationships, whether they are friends, family, or a romantic partner, provide emotional support, encourage her to be herself, and celebrate her achievements with her.
Personal growth, through hobbies and personal interests, also plays a significant role in a woman's happiness. It allows her to explore and realize her potential, enhancing her self-esteem and giving her a sense of accomplishment.
Self-care, which encompasses physical health and relaxation, is crucial. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, adequate sleep, and taking time for relaxation activities are all part of self-care that contributes to overall happiness.
Lastly, mental health is an essential component. Awareness and care for mental health, seeking help when needed, and practicing mindfulness and meditation can significantly impact a woman's overall well-being and contentment.
Together, these elements - a stable home, fulfilling job, supportive relationships, personal growth, self-care, and mental health awareness - create a foundation for a woman's happiness and contentment.

Introduction: Having a moody partner can present unique challenges in a relationship. Moodiness can manifest in various ways, from subtle shifts in temperament to more pronounced emotional fluctuations. It's important to remember that moody behavior is a normal part of being human and can stem from a variety of factors. To help foster understanding and connection with your moody partner, we have compiled a collection of moody quotes that aim to provide insight, support, and encouragement.
Tumblr media
"In your moments of moodiness, I will be your steady anchor, offering love and understanding." - Unknown This quote conveys a commitment to support and stand by your moody partner through their ups and downs. It reassures them that you will be a constant source of stability and understanding, even when their emotions seem unpredictable.
"Your moods are like waves, and I will be the shore that remains unwavering, ready to embrace you." - Anonymous Comparing moods to waves, this quote highlights the temporary nature of moodiness. It assures your partner that no matter how turbulent their emotions may be, you will be there to provide a safe and secure space, offering comfort and acceptance.
"Your moodiness is not a burden but an opportunity for us to grow together, understanding each other on a deeper level." - Unknown This quote reframes moodiness as an opportunity for growth and connection within the relationship. "I may not always understand your moods, but I will always strive to be patient and compassionate." - Anonymous This quote acknowledges the difficulty of fully comprehending a moody partner's emotions while emphasizing the importance of patience and compassion. It conveys a commitment to staying present and supportive, even when understanding seems elusive.
"Your mood swings do not define you; they are just one facet of the complex person I love." - Unknown This quote serves as a reminder that moodiness is not the entirety of your partner's identity. It reinforces the idea that everyone has multifaceted emotions and experiences, and that your love for them encompasses all aspects, including their mood swings.
"Even in your darkest moods, I will hold onto the belief that we can find light and happiness together." - Anonymous This quote conveys unwavering faith in the resilience of your relationship. It reassures your moody partner that, regardless of the intensity of their moods, you will remain hopeful and steadfast in your pursuit of happiness as a couple.
"Your moodiness is a reminder that you are human, and I am grateful to share both your joys and sorrows." - Unknown This quote expresses gratitude for the full spectrum of emotions experienced by your partner. It acknowledges that their moodiness is a natural part of being human and highlights the privilege of being there for them through both joyful and challenging moments.
Conclusion: Navigating a relationship with a moody partner requires understanding, patience, and empathy. Moody quotes can serve as a valuable tool in fostering connection and nurturing a supportive environment. By recognizing the temporary nature of moodiness, emphasizing compassion, and celebrating the complexities of human emotions, these quotes aim to create a space where both partners feel understood and loved. Remember that open communication and mutual support are key in building a strong foundation and weathering the storms of moodiness together.

I thought I’d introduce you to someone special today - this is the absolute love of my life, Luke! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We met in the funniest way.... He was working in a supermarket, and I walked down his register to pay for my items. It was totally love at first sight 😛 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From day one, Luke has been an incredible support when it comes to my mental illnesses and gut issues. Luckily for me, he’s a dietitian, so he’s always letting me know what may hurt my tummy (even though I may not listen sometimes hehe... Cheese is my weakness okay!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There’s so much I can’t wait to share with you all about mental illness and relationships - but we’ll slowly unpack that as I continue to post. I’m just incredibly grateful to have a supportive partner. Don’t settle for anyone who doesn’t support or respect you for who you are 👏🏼 #supportiverelationship #cutegrosspost #mentalhealthadvocate (at Lost In Love) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBWwsgGlAyz/?igshid=1rdxfxeecwt0w

What do I do if my parenting partner does not agree with or understand Responsive Parenting? One of the hardest truths that we have to accept, about those we love, is that we really can’t change their perceptions. They are the only one’s who can choose to try and see things differently. Responsive Parenting requires a shift in perspective that needs to be intrinsically developed. If your parenting partner does not agree with or struggles to practice responsive parenting, start asking yourself why. How were they raised? What are they fearful of? What parts seem to upset them the most? Why do you think that is? We need to understand THEIR perception, rather than try to persuade them to think and do like us. Once they feel understood, you can start doing the work together to deconstruct what you both believe your role is as a parent and a partner. You don’t have to agree or always do things the same. Reciprocal empathy is a better goal ❤️ #responsiveparenting #jmilburn #parentingpartner #parentingtogether #holdspace #empathyisnecessary #empathize #connection #connectingwithyourspouse #supportiverelationships https://www.instagram.com/p/CRjUZ7GnxIE/?utm_medium=tumblr
