The Amazing May promo has been released, and can I just say that we are pretty excited about it. What are some of your favorite ways to use these products? Orange Vitality has a wonderfully refreshing, and uplifting aroma. We like to add a few drops to our water, and zyng. I personally like to add it to the occasional beer to give it a brighter citrus flavor. Citronella is a relative of the lemongrass plant, and has a slight citrus aroma that is very pleasing. It is well known for its use in outdoor candles, sprays, lotions, and other camping and outdoor essentials . This is a great oil to have on hand if you like to spend your summer months outdoors. Jade Lemon is similar to lemon, but has a lighter aroma. It’s almost a cross between lemon and lime in my opinion that smells wonderful when diffused in the air. It can be used as a cleanser to remove stickiness or grease from surfaces; remove gum from hair; or remove crayon or permanent marker from walls. You can even mix it with Citronella oil for a pleasant, citrus-scented insect repellent. Ravintsara is great for supporting the respiratory system, and helping open up the sinus passages. It smells similar to eucalyptus, but has a lighter aroma. Munuka is great for supporting the appearance of healthy- looking skin, reduces the appearance of blemishes, and can be added to your favorite skin care products. Agilease –This is a supplement that I cannot live without. O.k. maybe I could, but I would not be happy about it. Agilease has done wonders to support my joints and ligament in my fitness & weightlifting goals, which is extremely important to me as I worked construction for 15 years previous before doing Young Living full time with Hope. Valor is one of mine and Hope’s favorite essential oil blends, and we are so happy to have it back. We use it to inspire feeling of courage, and strength. Finally fulfilling my craving for a big old bowl of vegetables. : Does anyone else crave vegetables if they have not been eating enough of them? We ate pretty well while camping but there was definitely a lack of fresh vegetables which is to be expected! : Or are you guys just living off 💩 🧻 and pasta? 🍝 I actually found it pretty interesting to go to the supermarket last night. It probably shows a pretty accurate interpretation of a standard Australian diet and it is not great. It is probably not the worst time with the current COVID-19 pandemic situation to have a little check in on your diet and health. : Are you supporting you body and your health by eating a well balanced diet? : The Australian dietary guidelines are not a bad place to start: 1️⃣To achieve and maintain a healthy weight, be physically active and choose amounts of nutritious food and drinks to meet your energy needs 2️⃣Drink plenty of water and enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods from the five food groups (vegetables, fruit, grains/cereals, meats/alternative and dairy/alternatives) every day 3️⃣Limit intake of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol 4️⃣Encourage, support and promote breastfeeding 5️⃣Care for your food; prepare and store it safely : I steamed some of the harder vegetables for a couple of minutes. Then I sautéed some garlic and chilli in extra virgin olive oil and then added the rest of the vegetables.
