Pour demeurer centré sur l’essentiel, souvenez-vous que : 1- Les gens qui poursuivent des buts précis cherchent toujours à améliorer leurs méthodes. Le père, frustré par la perte de temps, demanda à la petite fille pourquoi elle lui avait fait faire tous ces détours puisque son école se trouvait si près de leur maison. “Papa, j’ai simplement suivi la route qu’emprunte le car,” s’écria l’enfant, “Je ne connais pas d’autre chemin !” 2- Telles gens apprennent à se concentrer un peu plus longtemps et profondément que les autres. One of the few Dragon Blok 6wide car sets I purchased from Toys R US Canada. TRU seems to be carrying more and more of the DB sets these days. The quality of the bricks, color consistency and clutch were pretty comparable to the leading brand. The Technic Pins, Wheels or both affect how well this sets rolls though. It's not horrible, but when compared to the modern 8wide Lego speed Champs line they fall short.

These sets also do not include a minifig for those that care. I hate stickers, there were horrible though.. printed on clear plastic. That presents it's own problems when applying though as they tend to grab your fingerprints. Highly recommended you use some sort of tool (in my case a 3mm flathead screwdriver) to apply.

The instructions are the last issue with these sets. DragonBlok likes to grey out previous steps.. I always find this annoying. Always. The instructions are also not in book form, they opted to print on multiple sheets of paper.. both sides. Clearly this is a cost cutting measure and very cheap. The instructions themselves were reasonably legible though.

one final thing. i just want to say again how happy i am that james won. and that james is back in general. watching his run in 2019 was what got me really into jeopardy in the first place. watching him every day made me so so happy. and when he lost (and i found out during history class because of twitter), when my mom picked me up after school i was apparently so obviously depressed that she asked "what's wrong?", and then immediately after, "did james lose?". if that's any indicator of how obsessed i was.

james was the one who really began this new era of jeopardy as a sport. of course ken was and is the all-time greatest but his run didn't really change how the game is played. but the way james plays, the risky gambling strategy mixed with the forrest bounce/daily double hunting, it changed the "meta" of jeopardy. now if you play the old-fashioned way of running categories top-down you're basically fucked, because every player worth their salt is doing what james did. ken was a top-down player in his original run, but he was able to win the GOAT tournament because he used james's strategy. and now we're in an "era of superchampions" where 10-game streaks are almost normal!

after the GOAT tournament -- pretty much a once-in-a-lifetime event -- i didn't think i would get to see james play jeopardy again. but because of the era of superchampions that he began, we get to have events like masters. where james can come back and i can not just see him play again, but see him play against people who can rival him in skill. he was sort of the "obvious" frontrunner for this whole tournament but i'm still so relieved he won. i don't think anyone deserves it more than him and i don't think anyone else winning the first ever jeopardy masters could have been more fitting

now that masters is over the jeopardyposting will cease. for now. thank you all for bearing with me
