The amazing thing about surah Al Masad that always blows my mind is that Abu Lahab could have easily proved The Prophet and the Quran wrong by converting just to save himself from whatever was mentioned in the surah or by simply lying about his belief in Islam. But he never did. And Allah knew he never would. That's why He sealed his fate years before he actually passed away.

Another beginning (new month) another chance to be better. The day started off really beautiful. Biked to the reserve and then had a walk there, took lots of photos. There was this group of seniors who were bird watching and seeing them happy made me feel this inexplicable satisfying warmth♥️ Came home , showered and had my fav (same old) breakfast. Since the circadian rhythm has changed so despite my best try wasnt very productive atleast i think i could do more. But i know its gona take atleast another day to close endocrine. I have done some 600 questions on it but i want to read my notes i wrote along to really like pack it off.

Went to the gym not knowing it closes early on weekends. Could get just 15 min cardio done. Wanted to read another topic after getting home but really didn’t have the energy. Had chicken and rice in dinner. And now its sleepy time.
