Why don't you accompany people?
He replied: Because of the difficulty of loneliness after separation.

Ya Allah, save me from falling into those sins which I remind others not to do.
Don’t let me be a reminder for others while I forget myself.
Protect me from preaching what I fail to practice.

“Pray as you saw me pray.” This indicates that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was famous for his mercy and compassion. He was the most merciful and the most compassionate among people towards people. When he perceived their longing for their families and asked them about their people whom they had left behind and they informed him about them, he ordered them to return home. "And let the eldest among you lead you in prayer" points out that older one should take precedence when it comes to leading prayer. And by the way, this does not contradict the Prophet’s statement:"Let the best reciter of the Book of Allah among the people lead them in prayer.

Narrated Abu Sulaiman and Malik bin Huwairith: We came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and we were (a few) young men of approximately equal age and stayed with him for twenty nights. Then he thought that we were anxious for our families, and he asked us whom we had left behind to look after our families, and we told him. He was kindhearted and merciful, so he said, "Return to your families and teach them (religious knowledge) and order them (to do good deeds) and offer your prayers in the way you saw me offering my prayers, and when the stated time for the prayer becomes due, then one of you should pronounce its call (i.e. the Adhan), and the eldest of you should lead you in prayer." Sahih al-Bukhari 6008 In-book reference : Book 78, Hadith 39 // Sahih Muslim 674a In-book reference : Book 5, Hadith 368

Sometimes our life can be so fast paced that we don’t have time to even think. Then Ramaḍan comes around and forces us to slow everything down — our ṣalāh deepens, our Qur’ān lingers on our tongues, our qiyām, our du’ās feel weightless and our life feels more meaningful. Everything just seems to stop and it’s beautiful how it realigns our hearts to what truly matters. In that stillness, we find beauty, we find clarity and we find closeness to Allah swt.

To the person reading this...
May Allah grant you better—better taqwa, better character, better health, and better than what you had and lost in all aspects of life.
And above all, may He grant you the best of the Hereafter.
Allahumma Ameen.
