You could put a vertical-axis windmill on top of each mast and still keep the overall aesthetic of the riggings I think. And then you could use the electrical power generated for modern conveniences, like electric lamps to prevent crashing at night, and refrigerators keeping fresh fruit and meat to reduce your chances of scurvy.
We need to go back to using sailing ships full time like immediately. Yes it would take longer to get places but the Aesthetic is unmatched
Like there is nothing sexier hthan this
#fun fact: scurvy is caused by vitamin C deficiency but you can actually avoid scurvy on an all-meat diet#animal meat has some amount of vitamin C in it#that's how the inuit avoid scurvy#by eating narwhal organs#old-timey sailors got scurvy because they were eating mostly SALTED meat#beef jerky and the like that had been completely dried out to make it keep longer#vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient so when they got rid of the water they also got rid of the vitamin C

Because carboxylic acid salts are water soluble, we can convert water-insoluble carboxylic acids to water-soluble alkali metal or ammonium salts and then extract them into aqueous solution.

Wrote the tags before I wrote this. Because Hypothesis: if (testosterone correlated with obesity) then (we would see that trend in cis men). Looking up the research and yeah, I was absolutely right in the tags.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3955331/#:~:text=Moderate%20obesity%20predominantly%20decreases%20total,suppression%20of%20the%20HPT%20axis.
To be honest I won’t share more research because I don’t have the tools to sort the good from the bad. And some of those articles seemed pretty damning<even if they used bmi instead of anything else>. What they measured was the excess testosterone in the blood which means weight gain will lessen the effect of what ever the body has access to.
There are ways around this - specifically going to a endo and being like I need this and testing your hormones monthly or something and then dosing accordingly till you’re at the weight you want. The study that used bmi is interesting, because it doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t be big. It just beens that you have to train.
This isn’t medical advice and I am not a professional. Everything here is speculation at best.
hi, i hope its okay to ask you for advice/information, if not then im sorry, please ignore me
so, im 10 month on t, and my endocrinologist said something about how i shouldnt gain weight because it can lessen the levels of testosterone, and i really want to become somewhat fatter. she advised me to not do that, and i don't really know how this works and whether she is fatphobic or she is right?
sorry if i worded anything weirdly, english isnt my native language and i really only get to use it online
hello there, thanks for stopping by!
first of all i wanted to say it's great that you want to put on some weight- testosterone causes weight gain for many. that's just something that's going to happen for many people who take T. weight has no bearing on the efficacy of testosterone? i've neve heard of that, what the hell is your endo on about
for reference: i've fluctuated between 260 - 360 at points throughout my adult life. i'm muscular after getting on T- very muscular. i do a lot when i'm able to. if being fat lowers testosterone levels that means almost every T user would almost instantly have their testosterone levels drop once they start gaining weight ... ?
that smells like fatphobia to me. that doesn't sit right. has anyone else heard this before? i'm sorry you got told that, that makes no sense to me. also it's not a bad thing for you to want to put on weight. this person is very biased
#I’ve been around. the chem block but have no medical experience or training so take this with a grain of salt#t is fat soluble but not water soluble#what my guess is that your endo thinks that the t will desolve you fat cells and stay there#I wouldn’t worry about it much because if that was significant we would see a lot of men suffering the side effects of low t#testosterone#t#endocrinologist#endocrinology#asks#trans

Exploring Essential Healthcare Medicines: Solpadeine Max Soluble, Emla Numbing Cream, Wernets Ultra, Sominex, and Andrews Liver Salts
In today's fast-paced world, access to effective healthcare medicines is crucial for maintaining our well-being and managing various health concerns. Among the wide array of healthcare products available, several stand out for their unique properties and applications. In this blog, we will delve into five noteworthy healthcare medicines: Solpadeine Max Soluble, Emla Numbing Cream, Wernets Ultra, Sominex, and Andrews Liver Salts. Each of these products serves distinct purposes and offers relief in different situations.
Solpadeine Max Soluble
Solpadeine Max Soluble is a popular over-the-counter pain relief medication that combines two active ingredients: paracetamol and codeine. This combination makes it highly effective in providing relief from moderate to severe pain, including headaches, dental pain, and musculoskeletal pain. The soluble form of this medication allows for quicker absorption, providing faster relief for those in need. However, it is essential to use Solpadeine Max Soluble responsibly, following the recommended dosage and usage guidelines to prevent potential side effects or addiction.
Emla Numbing Cream
Emla numbing cream, short for Eutectic Mixture of Local Anesthetics, is a topical anesthetic cream that contains lidocaine and prilocaine. This cream is widely used in the medical field to numb the skin or mucous membranes before various procedures such as injections, vaccinations, or minor surgeries. By numbing the skin's surface, Emla Numbing cream reduces pain and discomfort during these procedures, making them more tolerable, especially for children. It is crucial to apply Emla cream according to the prescribed instructions to ensure its effectiveness and safety.
Wernets Ultra
Wernets Ultra is a denture adhesive powder designed to help denture wearers secure their dentures in place comfortably. It provides a strong hold, preventing slippage and discomfort that can arise from ill-fitting dentures. This product offers a reliable solution for individuals who rely on dentures to improve their ability to eat, speak, and smile confidently. Wernets Ultra is easy to use and can significantly enhance the quality of life for denture wearers.
Sominex
Sominex is a sleep aid medication that contains the active ingredient diphenhydramine. It is commonly used to relieve temporary sleeplessness and insomnia. Sominex works by blocking histamine receptors in the brain, which can help induce drowsiness and improve the quality and duration of sleep. However, it is essential to use Sominex cautiously and only as directed, as prolonged or excessive use may lead to tolerance or dependency issues.
Andrews Liver Salts
Andrews Liver Salts, a well-known antacid and laxative, has been a trusted remedy for digestive discomfort for generations. It contains sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and magnesium sulfate, which work together to relieve symptoms of indigestion, heartburn, and constipation. Andrews Liver Salts can quickly alleviate discomfort and promote digestive health when taken as directed. It is a versatile product that can be a valuable addition to your medicine cabinet.
Conclusion
The world of healthcare medicine is diverse and ever-evolving, providing us with an array of options to address our health needs. The medicines discussed in this blog—Solpadeine Max Soluble, Emla Numbing Cream, Wernets Ultra, Sominex, and Andrews Liver Salts—each serve unique purposes and have proven effective in their respective domains. However, it's essential to use these products responsibly and as directed by healthcare professionals to ensure safety and maximize their benefits. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new medication, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications to avoid potential interactions or adverse effects.

The shipments finally came in and I've been reviewing the contents for a bit.
We've got:
3 "Bambooshots", which are bamboo pipes designed to load and fire a line of liquid
5 "Inkguns", a handheld weapon designed after a water pistol that fires ink
4 "Calligrabrushes', large calligraphy brushes with a small reservoir near the fine bristeled head
2 "Potslohers", portable cauldron-like buckets that presumably hurl ink
And a lone 'Barkashi Inkbow', which is heavy but has a good draw, with a bit of tubing to store and fire, presumably, ink based arrows.
They also came with several tanks of Cephela Ink- potent, deep staining inks naturally made within their bodies (some say they're made of the stuff) that can be used for many things, but mostly are used for their practices of combat back in the Land of 8 Colors. These things are hefty and are worn on the back. I was assured by the delivery squid that if they were to run dry, we'd only need to submerge one in Cephela ink and it will naturally regenerate.
Pretty much got a new employee out of the deal, as a younger Cephela - an Octrin- decided to start the immigration process. 'Expand horizon and fresh looks' as they managed to say. I understand that Oskin Common may be a bit hard to grasp for them.
In addition to the above, I was also sent a few examples of their clothing - all of it seems light and comfortable, but has an uncanny ability to dissolve into ink along with the Cephela wearing them. Apparently the process to make them is going to be a guarded secret for the time- there is much work in terms of ambassadorship within the nations they want to get done before sharing such secrets. It's all vibrant and pleasing I will admit, and some of it lines up proper with the small armor rack and travel wear section of my store.

Avian Homeplanet
Star: F-class (yellow white) Vegetation: blue and black Axial tilt: 11 degrees Gravity: 1.12 g Position from star: fourth
Over 90% ocean and blasted by the light of an intense star, the avian homeplanet is prone to hot, humid weather and enormous monsoon storms. In spite of this, the planet’s very slight axial tilt gives its poles a coating of year-round sea ice, whose sifting, dune-like surface plays host to a strange variety of slow growing plants and hardy animals. On solid land, the dominant photosynthetic life is a clade of “plants” ranging from dark blue to cerulean, and a clade of sessile tube-dwelling “landworms” with black flesh and frond-like appendages. Their dark colors selectively absorb and reflect the harsh, high-UV light of the sun.
The crust of the planet also has an usually large amount of the element cobalt. It compromises over 5% of the planet’s crust, comparable to iron on Earth. Cobalt compounds generally have a much higher solubility in water than iron compounds, though, and the avian oceans are stained a purplish red from huge amounts of dissolved cobalt nitrate, cobalt chloride, and cobalt carbonate. Mineral veins of cobalt compounds can be found commonly in the planet’s rocks, forming streaks of red, blue, black, green, and sometimes yellow depending on composition. Sand and soil are sometimes stained purple and blue by cobalt salts, as well.
The clade of avians has a difficult evolutionary history to track, given the limited amount of dry land and intense development over the past thousand years. The current theory is that a flying sophont ancestor originated on the planet’s largest landmass, an Australia-sized continent, and radiated outwards to evolve into the 5 extant species of avians.
In modern history, avians have often run into space issues developing their societies, and metal as a resource has been at the center of some particularly bitter wars. Most land on the homeplanet is currently colonized by the Dominion of Tiiliit, and now in the space age, imported metal and helium is being used to add new land in the form of artificial islands and floating cities.
Avians tend to use simple, writable icons to represent their nations. Though traditionally, the Hotsuuv nations use local cultivated varieties of seal fruit as icons, and the mineral rich south pole uses dots of pigment.

Light Underwater
Pairing: Deep Sea Alien x Gender Neutral Reader
Word Count: 1255
Synopsis: Shipwrecked on an alien planet, miles underwater, you are rescued by a lonely alien.
Content Warnings: Claustrophobia, emetophobia, thalassophobia
They couldn't get over how soft you felt, how warm you were to the touch, the fine hairs coating your skin. They pulled you closer, flush against their gelatinous body, and enveloped you in their countless tendrils. You hummed and traced a finger lazily across their membrane, watching the bioluminescent trail that followed. They hummed as well, and cascades of warm, orange light rippled over their body.
The tidepool you were reclining in was warmer than any back on your home planet, and the air was muggy and hot, so you couldn't say you didn't enjoy the feel of their smooth, cool skin.
When you first crash landed, the air was nearly too thick to breathe, but by now your lungs were mostly accommodating for the lack of oxygen. You inhaled another deep, measured breath and sank further into the embrace of your rescuer.
Their real name was an incomprehensible combination of burbles, hums, and clicks, but they seemed happy enough when you called them by your best approximation, Qila. They had picked a name for you, also, a wavery melodic hum layered with the sound of a bubbling stream. Their native language was so beautiful, it almost made you forget about the oppressive, dark cave you were stuck in.
Your ship had crash-landed, leaving you stranded miles below the water’s surface, leaving you to watch the oxygen levels slowly diminish until a pair of tendrils wormed their way around the seams of the airlock and pulled you to safety. They had come to investigate the noise, only to have their echolocation clicks drowned out by the panicked beating of your heart. Since they had first laid their
A few of the more prehensile tendrils wrapped around your waist and pulled you gently towards the underside of their gelatinous body. You were pulled into an air-filled pocket they had formed inside themself lined with glowing fluorescent algae from above the water’s surface. It seemed to do an alright job converting your expelled carbon dioxide to breathable oxygen, but you couldn't go more than an hour before you started to get lightheaded. Qila seemed to pick up on your lethargy whenever this happened and was sure to begin to surface shortly after.
The ride to their cave was mostly uneventful, albeit slow. Qila seemed to be even more susceptible to pressure changes than you were, ascending at a snail’s pace. The view was less than spectacular, inky black darkness stretching out for eternity, broken up only by plankton the size of your fist that Qila would ensnare with barbed tendrils that unfurled with uncharacteristic speed.
Their cave was small and far from any other members of their species, or anything else for that matter. Anytime they took you out of the cave, the only thing you could see for miles was ocean. It was always a relief when the opening of their cave came into view, decorated with algae and various aquatic plants. You slipped back out through their permeable skin and swam towards what could be considered your room. It was closer to a pantry than anything, housing materials that could not be stored in water. The walls were coated in the same glowing algae that made it possible to breathe inside of Qila’s body, but the greater volume allowed you to stay here indefinitely. You pulled yourself up onto a ledge, careful not to knock over onto the nearby cubes of salt, sugars, and other soluble minerals, wrapped in hydrophobic coatings.
You turned back to Qila, watching as the vesicle you had traveled in slowly healed itself, closing over until you could no longer see any break in their outer membrane. Only the top part of their bell-shaped body was above the water; the thirty or so feet of tentacles below them were submerged, well past the extent of your vision. They bobbed gently in the water and let out a series of clicks undercut by a high-pitched buzzing.
Well? A single thought resonated in your head, the result of the translation device embedded in your auditory cortex.
“I’m fine, just a little winded. Give me a second.” You weren’t sure if they could actually understand the words you were saying, but they seemed to be able to pick up on the general meaning of your most prominent thoughts and even better from your spoken words. “Can I get some food, though? I’m getting pretty hungry.”
Wait. Will return. Qila disappeared below the still water, leaving you in complete darkness without their bioluminescence. You sat in unlit silence for only a few minutes, listening to the periodic drips of condensation falling back to break the still surface. They returned holding half-a-dozen semi-opaque spheres, each containing a different plant or creature.
The first sphere held what looked to be some sort of crustacean. You peeled open the sphere and pulled out what might have been an arm or leg, encased in a thick black carapace. The shell was easier to remove than you expected, pulling it off in fragmented chunks, which you set beside you in a pile.
Discard. Why?
“The shell—I think that’s what it is, at least—is too sharp for me to swallow. It will cut up my mouth.”
You sniffed the meat and decided that it smelled close enough to crab that it was probably safe enough to eat. A tiny nibble let you know that the taste was at least palatable, if not a little sour.
Acceptable?
“Yeah, for now. Let’s wait to see if I get sick, though.”
The other containers held food that Qila and you had already vetted through trial and error. Who would have thought you could get food poisoning from seaweed? But the purple kelp-looking leaves had left you vomiting and feverish until you bounced back. After that, Qila had become extra cautious in monitoring you for symptoms of food intolerance.
“Thank you; I appreciate it,” you said after you had finished. Qila vocalized happily. “I appreciate you, also. I would have died without your help.”
Enjoy presence. Alone before. Now partner. Happy.
“Partner?” you questioned.
One to share thoughts. To sing with.
“Like a friend?”
Qila was quiet for a while before they responded.
Unsure.
“Qila, are there others like you?”
Far. Inaccessible.
“You can’t see them?”
Correct. Population too large. Exiled.
“Oh. I’m sorry.” You placed a hand along their body.
Request?
“Yeah, what’s up?”
Sing? Together? Qila let out a tentative hum.
“Of course. Um, what do you want me to sing?”
Important song. Meaningful.
You softly began to hum the melody of your favorite song before you broke out into the first verse. Qila began to harmonize, adding percussive clicks and ethereal droning. The muted light inside them grew brighter, more brilliant, until it illuminated the whole cave. Each note their produce lit up different spots on their skin, only to fade as the sound faded. As you came to the end of the last line, you let your voice trail off, and the echos grew quieter until they were inaudible.
Qila was glowing; mesmerizing swirls of bioluminescence cast warm light throughout the dark cave. They continued to murmur bits and pieces of the melody that had stuck with them.
Request?
“Anything.”
Stay. Here, together.
“You know I can’t exactly leave. My ship is broken.”
Unimportant. Promise.
“Absolutely.”
The wave of light that radiated off of Qila was so bright it hurt your eyes. They warbled happy melodies, only parts of which your translator could pick up.
Joy. Companion. Here. Together. Always.

NUTRITION JOURNALS: VITAMINS (PT 1/2)
HOW MANY VITAMINS ARE THERE?
- there are thirteen (13) essential vitamins; vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pathogenic acid (B5), biotin (B7), and folate (B9). these are the ones i'll focus on in this past, and it will be a longer post.
WHAT IS VITAMIN A?
- vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that supports your immune system, vision, reproductive health, and fetal growth. there are two forms of vitamin A; preformed vitamin A which are found in things like dairy, liver, and fish, and provitamin A carotenoids which can be found in fruits, vegetables, and oils. - The recommended daily amount of vitamin A is 900 micrograms (mcg) for adult men and 700 mcg for adult women.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B6?
- vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy. Food sources of vitamin B6 include poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas, bananas and fortified cereals. - vitamin B6 has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and helps your body to make DNA, hemoglobin, and neurotransmitters. - in addition to low iron, low vitamin B6 has been linked to anemia, which i dont imagine i need to tell yall is incredibly common in disordered people. - because B6 is connected to neurotransmitters, it can help regulate mood and even aid sleep. One study showed that higher vitamin B6 intake is associated with lower depression and anxiety risk in females, but not males. - vitamin B6 also helps your body maintain normal levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that helps to build proteins. - vitamin B6 supplementation specifically has been shown to improve body composition – your ratio of lean muscle to fat. it has also been linked with higher muscle mass and lower body fat levels. in particular, vitamin B6 supplementation has been linked to lower-body weight loss, with a reduced amount of fat across the hips and waist.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B12?
- vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA, the molecules inside cells that carry genetic information. - sources of vitamin B-12 include poultry, meat, fish and dairy products. Vitamin B-12 is also added to some foods, such as fortified breakfast cereals, and is available as an oral supplement. - some studies suggest that vitamin B12 could affect body fat and metabolism. one review concluded that vitamin B12 plays a key role in fat metabolism, noting that a deficiency could be linked to increased fat accumulation and obesity. take this with a grain of salt, though, because there is limited research on the topic. - vitamin B12 plays a role in serotonin production, so a deficiency may be connected with clinical depression. this may feel irrelevant, but your physical and mental health are really complexly connected. taking care of one can help improve the other.
WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a nutrient your body needs to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle and collagen in bones. vitamin C is also vital to your body's healing process. additionally, it is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against the effects of free radicals- molecules produced when your body breaks down food or is exposed to tobacco smoke and radiation from the sun, x-rays or other sources. - vitamin C is found in citrus fruits, berries, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and spinach. - vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron in foods like beans and spinach, who's bio-availability is lower. - although vitamin C doesn't necessarily cause weight loss, it seems to be related to body weight. getting sufficient amounts of vitamin C increases body fat oxidation during moderate-intensity exercise. - another critical function of vitamin C is synthesizing carnitine, which transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria that produce energy.
WHAT IS VITAMIN D?
- there are different forms of vitamin D, including ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). vitamin D is found in fish, eggs, and fortified milk. It's also made in the skin when exposed to sunlight. during periods of sunlight, vitamin D is stored in fat and then released when sunlight is not available. - your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuro-protective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity. - vitamin D might play an important role in regulating mood and decreasing the risk of depression, and some studies suggest there may be a link between vitamin D and obesity, though more research is needed to verify this.
WHAT IS VITAMIN E?
- vitamin E is a nutrient that's important to vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin. vitamin E deficiency can cause nerve pain (neuropathy). - foods rich in vitamin E include canola oil, olive oil, margarine, almonds and peanuts. You can also get vitamin E from meats, dairy, leafy greens and fortified cereals. - getting enough vitamin E may help prevent oxidative stress and cellular damage. oxidative stress occurs when there’s an imbalance between your body’s antioxidant defenses and the production and accumulation of compounds called reactive oxygen species (ROS). this can lead to cellular damage and increased disease risk.
WHAT IS VITAMIN K?
- vitamin K is actually a group of compounds, with the most important ones being vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. vitamin K1 is obtained from leafy greens and some other vegetables. vitamin K2 is a group of compounds largely obtained from meats, cheeses, and eggs and synthesized by bacteria. - vitamin K's key role is to help heal injuries through blood clotting and strengthen bones by making four proteins among the 13 that are needed for blood clotting (coagulation) and osteocalcin.

Thallium is a chemical element; it has symbol Tl and atomic number 81. It is a gray post-transition metal that is not found free in nature. When isolated, thallium resembles tin, but discolors when exposed to air. Chemists William Crookes and Claude-Auguste Lamy discovered thallium independently in 1861, in residues of sulfuric acid production. Both used the newly developed method of flame spectroscopy, in which thallium produces a notable green spectral line. Soluble thallium salts (many of which are nearly tasteless) are highly toxic, and they were historically used in rat poisons and insecticides. Because of their nonselective toxicity, use of these compounds has been restricted or banned in many countries. Thallium poisoning usually results in hair loss. Because of its historic popularity as a murder weapon, thallium has gained notoriety as "the poisoner's poison" and "inheritance powder" (alongside arsenic).

caught my younger sibling walking around with numb hands for weeks like that was normal so PSA theres some weak evidence that the following are common in POTS:
B12 Deficiency
- characterized by numb (pins and needles) hands and feet, which is persistent for days no matter what position your limbs are in
- take dissolvable B12 tablets once daily by holding them under the tongue for a couple minutes
- ideally those should be the like 2000000% DV ones, since B12 is water-soluble and near impossible to take too much of
- B12 shots can be prescribed for very severe deficiencies
- if this doesn't go away in like a week, See Your Doctor! these are peripheral neuropathy symptoms and that's something 1000% worth checking out ASAP
Magnesium Deficiency
- characterized by a tight kind of muscle soreness (for some reason always in my calves) that doesn't go away with rest
- others report tremors or being unable to keep the legs still
- either take a supplement daily or epsom salt baths
- be warned that oral magnesium works as a laxative, so start low and work your way up
Vitamin D Deficiency
- can cause fatigue and the "seasonal depression" kind of mood
- this is just really common in the general population, not just in people with POTS
- oral supplementation works fine, most daily vitamins have it
- in more severe cases your doctor can prescribe higher dose supplements
Also if you keep getting these symptoms all the time or it doesn't go away within a couple days of supplements, you probably need to see a doctor
#by weak evidence i mean theres like one doctor who observed this trend and it only kinda exists in research publications#but my personal experience is that i get these deficiencies recurrently#this is one of those things id classify as “not harmful if I'm wrong”#which is my litmus test for medical management without a doctor#all of these can cause fatigue and for anyone experiencing that its not a bad idea to try these#disability#ehlers danlos syndrome#chronic illness#postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome#salt baby talks#hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome#heds#oh yeah that dr is dr. alan pocinki in a talk for the edSoc on fatigue in eds

Healthy Oat Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. If desired, add the melted coconut oil.
4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5. Top with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, or maple syrup.
The oat flour pancake recipe offers numerous health benefits. Oat flour is high in soluble fiber, which can help lower cholesterol and regulate blood sugar. The combination of oat flour, almond flour, and flaxseed provides a good amount of protein. Oats are also a good source of B vitamins, iron, and magnesium.
