Did up some Sonic designs for a friend of mine's Sonic-based Pathfinder campaign for fun~

I'm not in on the campaign, but I wanted to tackle the text descriptions for fun since that's more or less all they had. Beyond that I had free reign to do whatever.

Info below the cut.

Ok but like, what if MC's fandom starts to make ships with MC and the guys. Just think about the ship wars, the fancams, the fanarts, the absolute CHAOS when the brothers find out. It would be even worse if they start shipping MC with the undatables, one day everything is normal and the next day there are ship wars fighting over MC x Barbatos vs MC x Solomon (who are both very smug about it)

The MC's Fanclub are… Shippers?!

Perhaps… The italics blurb has been fulfilling its greater purpose all along…? Perhaps in its state of existential angst, it has in fact developed a plot of its own… An arc of introspection and self-discovery in which its own longing for purpose has forged a meaningful identity… It now has… a story…

Lucifer

As if they couldn't get any MORE frustrating…

He's not an otaku. He's not a part of ship culture. He's not even sure why anyone would care about who dates who around this school, but apparently it's a big deal to some people...

He only became aware of their interest in him and the MC's relationship through some very… subtle clues…

Like the groups that would follow them around in the hallways with their phones out.

Or the multitude of fan rumors about their relationship that Satan spams him with from time to time just to irritate him.

"MC refused hug from Luci in halls today!! Are they bout breakup??? 🥺"

"Tots got pic of kiss today!! Relationship upgrade??"

"IS ARE MC+LUCIFER SECET LVRS?!? PLEASE RESPOND"

It only got worse after he found out the MC gets shipped out a loooooot….

If he had to pick his least favorite ship, it'd be MC x Mammon. He can kind of see it with any of his other brothers (admittedly, Levi is also a little mystifying) but the idea of them ending up with Mammon makes his skin crawl...

He once found a drawing of the MC and Mammon in an… explicit position in one of the classrooms and he was so disgusted that he wouldn’t even touch it. He just set fire to the paper outright. Disgusting...

Mammon

Shipping, eh…? More money making opportunities!

Has some passing idea of what shipping is from Levi and, from what he knows of it, shippers eat cutesy couples stuff right up!! If all he's got to do to make bank is to look all couple-y around the MC then sounds like a win-win to him!

He'll happily pose for a photo or two (paid in advance) of him throwing his arm around the MC or something. Want him to hold their hand? Sure thing!

But since this is still Mammon we're talking about, the second MC actually starts getting into any of it he'll still turn into a blushy, stuttery mess...

For WEEKS the headline picture on so many of their fans' blogs was an image of him turning beet red while the MC kissed him on the cheek. (A fan really got their money's worth there... 😏)

Though he doesn’t exactly like the MC getting shipped with other people, he'll still totally sell pictures of any of them together. He almost paid off an entire credit card with the money he got from the t-shirt sales of the MC and Satan!

If he had to point to one ship he doesn't like it's either MC x Asmo or MC x Levi. His opinion, but Asmo won't treat them right and they could do waaay better than a shut-in. Like him. Ship the MC with just the Great Mammon, got it?

Leviathan

… Lowkey super active in the MC shipping community but is a self-shipper to the extreme.

Like, he never uses his real name on anything (and would probably die from embarrassment if anyone ever found out) but a lot of their fans probably know a couple of his aliases.

He does everything from mod forums, runs a couple blogs, even anonymously posts his own work of him and MC that are totally not his secret fantasy dates or AU versions of themselves, shaddup.

It’s a lot easier for him to keep his involvement secret because he’s hardly at RAD, but the few times he does show up he tries to keep an eye out for anybody prowling for pictures so he can get in a good pose and save the image later.

Mind you, his version of a “good pose” rarely gets more spicy than linking pinkies, but even then he’s still lit up a Christmas Tree throughout.

Naturally, he’s also not a big fan of any ships that aren’t just him and MC and he can find a reason to be jealous at almost anything. But he keeps a special corner of hate for MC x Mammon and MC x Diavolo. Like, the first one doesn’t even need an explanation but MC x Diavolo?? Really??? Do those two even talk?? (please, please, please make sure they never actually talk because a guy like him versus literal royalty? He’d lose MC for sure….!! 😫)

Satan

He hates to actually agree with Lucifer on something, but their fans are starting to get out of hand...

Knows what shipping is in concept, he may have done it once or twice to characters in his books, but he was kind of surprised how it could evolve into such a… group activity?

He was pretty quick to pick up that the MC’s fans had a bit more interest in them together than they did when they both were apart…

I mean, those hideous shirts that Mammon was pedaling were kind of a dead giveaway…

Considering he finds their fanclub all rather annoying, even without their bizarre interest in his love life, when they started actively meddling with him and the MC he was ready to smash some heads.

No. He will not stop for pictures. No. What things they do together is none of your business. No. He has zero interest in seeing your explicit fanart and if you don’t start running that will be the last question you ever ask.

He DOES, however, appreciate the cringy “annoy Lucifer” ammo. They could keep that up for a lifetime... 😏

He doesn’t have a least favorite ship because he doesn’t care about any of this, leave him alone. (That’s a lie, it’s MC x Lucifer. He pokes fun at Lucifer, but he can’t stand it either. Big shock, I know 🙄).

Asmodeus 

Oh he is shamelessly a part of the community, are you kidding?? 

He could practically call “Shipping the MC” one of his favorite pastimes. He’ll openly gossip with their fanclub about who they’ve been with, who they’re seeing, who’s got a chance, etc… He lives for this shit!

He’s the only person who knows that Levi is also in the community and what his aliases are (not because he told him, but because Levi’s not as subtle as he thinks he is… Who else would call themselves “SupremeRuri666” and speak mostly in outdated chat lingo?) but he doesn’t out him because he thinks his very obvious crush is kind of cute. 

Plus, Levi needs the outlet waaaay more than him…

Doesn’t stop him from constantly trolling him and getting into arguments over who the MC would be better with though (the two are “virtual nemeses” as far as Levi is concerned).

Appreciates all forms of expression that comes out of the community (especially the saucy kind 😏) and will happily feed into his own shippers without a care in the world.

Truthfully, Asmo will say that there isn’t a ship he doesn’t like but if someone mentions one that he thinks is kind of “eh,” he’ll just add himself into the mix. “Oh, you like MC x Barbatos? Well how about Asmo x MC x Barbatos? That sounds loads more interesting doesn’t it??”

Beelzebub 

Oh, Beel… Sweet, sweet Beel… Beel doesn’t even know what their club is doing…

Because Beel has a reputation of being pretty protective of MC - and against the fanclub in general - the club keeps a healthy distance… but that doesn’t mean they’re not going to sneak in some picture or make a SHITLOAD of fanwork about them.

Between classes and practice Beel is a busy guy, so sometimes he just doesn’t notice that there’s people hiding behind trees when he’s out with MC. 

Honestly, his complete ignorance of it all makes it even cuter because when he acts sweet, it’s not just for the camera. That’s the real deal.

Mammon was the one who eventually let it slip that there was even shipping happening and Beel was… kind of creeped out because isn’t this stalking? But also kind of weirdly happy(?) that MC x Beel was so popular… Very conflicted boy here.

He never actually acknowledges the community, though, and just keeps on being Beel (which still gave the fans more than enough material so all’s well that ends well?)

Beel genuinely doesn’t have a least favorite ship (because he believes the best ship is whoever makes the MC happy) but his second favorite under himself is probably MC x Belphie. They look very cute together...  😊

Belphegor 

Ride or die, Beel x MC x Belphie. 

Just kidding (kind of), Belphie isn’t into the shipping but if asked he’d be pretty okay with that one.

His campaign against the MC’s fanclub and their attention stealing ways means that he found out about their shipping thing only slightly ahead of Beel when Mammon was trying to get pictures of them napping together…

Honestly, he couldn’t care less if a bunch of weirdos were weirdly invested in their relationship, but he’s not about to let Mammon just make a quick Grimm off of it. Belphie makes sure that he gives him NOTHING to work with. 

Since Mammon is the main dealer, the shippers in both the MC fanclub and Belphie fanclub aren’t nearly as well fed and pretty desperate for anything... You best believe he plays that to his advantage (because it’s okay if he does. He’s not Mammon).

Really helps that MC x Belphie is legitimately a very cute looking couple, carried by Belphie’s cuteness alone if nothing else. Add an adorable MC and you reach levels so cute it could actually melt people into puddles of goo... They could be a registered weapon.

Least favorite MC ships are any that don’t involve him or Beel. Any others may as well just not exist, he won’t even acknowledge them. MC x Who? Yeah, that’s what he thought.

As a certified short person, the power tall MC has makes me very jealous lol. For now, I'm only gonna write for the brothers, so if you want the others let me know.

But if you do, he panics and just sorta...

But also strangely impressed

He figured you were strong, but he didn't think you could pick up a demon so easily

Starts making references to anime where the male lead does the thing where he picks up the female lead and spins her around in the air

And then gets even more embarrassed, but still enjoyed it

A little shocked, but not upset at all

He's honestly kinda impressed

He was probably busy at the time, so he'll ask you to put him down

He's a big boy and it makes some muscle to pick him up

Actually kinda loves it though

He's always so used to picking up his brothers, so he's rarely ever being picked up himself

It feels kinda nice to him

Let's be real, he was probably asleep

And you wanted to move him from the couch to an actual bed

But then he woke up

Probably teases you about it

Calls you a simp or something like that

But it's all just to hide the blush slowly forming

Because, holy hell, he's actually being picked up by MC

Also refuses to b put down

If you do try and deposit him onto a bed, he just grabs you tighter and cuddles closer

You end up sleeping with him for a while

That was really fun to write lol. Putting the brothers through weird situations like this is my fave.

I first found your stuff on AO3, and then came over to Tumblr to read everything!! it's amazing and I can't get enough. I have a request, if you're up to it: MC is physically hurt buy another demon. how do the brothers (+whoever you wanna write) react/take care of them?

First off, thanks for the compliments. It means a lot to hear that people like my writing. Secondly, I'm a sucker for these kinds of prompts, so I would love to write it.

I'm including Barbs cause he's my fave and I love him <3

Warnings: mentions of violence, injury, slight cannibalism in Beel's section, MC being beaten up, murder, and spoilers for lesson 16 in Belphie's section

Brothers (+ Barbatos) Take Care of Injured MC

Lucifer

His first priority is to make sure you're okay

Props you up on a nearby wall and uses his cape to cover you up

Then he goes after the demon that dares to hurt his precious human

It doesn't even take five seconds before that demon is nothing more than a puddle of red

Immediately goes back over to you

Picks you up as gently as possible and takes you back to the house

Finds a healing spell and heals you up as best he can

Lays you down in his bed and sits there until he deems you healed enough to stand on your own

Mammon

Just nothing but pure rage from him

His vision goes red at the sight of your injured body

Hardly anyone has seen him this mad, so the demon who hurt you can barely even move out of fear

He doesn't even waste his time with this one

Snaps the demon's neck and tosses them aside as if they're nothing

His head starts to clear up now that the threat has been taken care of

Has a bit of an adrenal crash, but is still able to get you home

Immediately calls for his brothers cause he knows he can't help you much

Refuses to leave your side while Satan patches you up

Levi

This is one of the few times he's glad he left the house

Doesn't even spare the demon a glance

They aren't worth his time

Instead, he just crouches down next to you and checks for vitals

He learned a lot during his time as Grand Admiral, including how to take care of an injured person

Rips off some of his clothing to help temporarily bandage any open wounds

Then practically rushed home

He hasn't moved this fast in centuries, so his brothers knew something was wrong

Takes you to the main bathroom where the first aid kit is stored and takes proper care of your wounds

Surprisingly good with stitches and such

Informs Lucifer about the demon so that he, Barbs, and Dia can deal with them

Satan

The demon doesn't even stand a chance against him

Like, they're dead before they even try to escape

He's able to calm down relatively quick and assess the situation

You're clearly not in critical condition, so that's a plus in his book

Handles you with the same gentleness he handles a kitten

Brings you home so he can find a healing spell in one of his thousands of books

Eventually finds one that isn't too strong for a human and heals you up

He brings you back to your room to rest while he goes to make you a drink

Offers to read to you once you feel a bit better

Asmo

Oh, he gets scary when he's mad

He just goes completely silent as he walks up to the scene

His face is totally blank as well

No expression as he grabs the demon and rips their neck out with his teeth

Yeah, that demon is dead

Doesn't wanna risk hurting you, so he calls Solomon to help you out

Luckily, Solomon was in the area and happens to know a good healing spell that won't drain what little energy you have left

Brings you back home once he knows you're okay and refuses to let you out of his room

Beel

He eats the demon

Just, straight up eats them

No remorse, no hesitation

It would be disturbing if you weren't in such pain

Very gentle with you, as he always is

Drops you off in his room so that Belphie can watch you while he gets the first aid kit

Bandages you up to the best of his ability, but Belphie does eventually take over

Starts following you every time you leave the house out of fear you'll get hurt again

Belphie

Another one to just completely ignore the demon

He can deal with that idiot later

Now, you need help, and he's gonna make sure you get it

Immediately brings you to Satan since he knows Satan can heal you

Once he makes sure Satan didn't miss anything, he takes you up to the attic

Also calls Beel up

Cuddles you close for the rest of the night

Major flashbacks to Lilith and the time he killed you

Refuses to let this happen again

Barbs

Yeah, that demon no longer exists in any timeline ever

He just straight up deletes them from existence

Takes you to the castle to heal you up

Bandages every wound with care and precision

Calls Luci and lets him know that you'll be spending the night at the castle

Keeps you in his room for the night to make sure all of your injuries heal properly

Brings you back to the house the following morning

Courting Headcanons

I’m including all of the demons in this post because why not

General:

So while all demons are different when it comes to the mating process, they do also share some commonalities with one another

All demons will give something to the object of their affection

The object is different depending on the demon, and can range from rare and expensive items to a shiny rock they found on the side of the road

The demon’s sin is usually also heightened even more due to their more primal instincts coming out

Pride demons will show off a lot more than usual, Greed and Envy demons will become much clingyer, Wrath demons will explode if they are not near mate, Lust demons get even hornier, Gluttony demons will find it even harder to get full since it isn’t food they’re craving, and Sloth demons find themselves even more tired when not around their mate

Demons never court someone unless they are fully devoted to the one they’re trying to mate with

Courting has a certain process that takes place, usually, over the span of many years

If the person accepts the courting, then the two will mate with one another

It’s rare that someone will reject the courting, but it does happen and it is not a pretty sight

Let’s just say at least of of those demons is not getting out of it alive

Courting a human also isn’t unheard of among demons, but it is also super, super rare for a demon to do so

It doesn’t have the same consequences as when an angel gets with a human, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any

Mostly just the knowledge that humans have a much shorter lifespan and that they’ll die long before the demon will

Some demons might also give a piece of themselves to their partner once they’ve accepted the courtship

Not anything weird, just something like a scale or feather depending on which ones they have

Courting is also more common among certain types of demons compared to others

In order from most to least common we have:

Greed demons, Envy demons, Sloth demons, Gluttony demons, Wrath demons, Pride demons, and Lust demons

Lust demons court the least since they usually don’t form romantic bonds with someone

On the flipside, Greed demons are the most likely to court someone since they become easily attached to people 

Demons also love making the one their courting smell like them

Scenting is very personal for demons, so doing so is a sign of trust and dedication 

It’s also very intimate since it involves such close contact 

Lucifer:

You’d think he’d be really bold about courting someone, but you’re wrong

His pride won’t actually let him stoop so low as to just be that upfront about it

Instead, he goes about it in a more tactical way

Hangs around you more often than usual, using excuses like needing to watch after you since you’re such a weak human and all

During these time, he’ll gather information about you

Likes, dislikes, any little fact he can get out of you

Once he’s gotten what he needs, he begins the next step in his courting process

He starts out small: buying you small items he knows you’ll like, ordering some Human World food he heard you enjoy, and whatever else he knows you might appreciate

If that isn’t enough, he’ll up his game

Begins taking you out to fancy restaurants, buying you expensive jewelry and clothes, basically showering you in riches and goods

If you don’t catch on by this point, he’ll be very frustrated

He hates just straight up asking since it seems so simple and mundane to him in comparison to what he’s been doing already

But, clearly, that seems to be the only way to get what he wants, so he’ll suck it up for a few minutes and ask you out normally

Takes him a minute to push his pride down enough to actually ask you right away, but when he does it’s very sweet

Mammon:

It takes him a while to figure out that he has feelings for you, but when he does he does everything in his power to ensure the feelings are returned

Ya know how everyone always says that if Mammon takes a liking to you then you’re suddenly bombarded with riches?

Yeah, that’s very true

Everything you could ever want just suddenly appears in your room

Doesn’t matter how expensive the item(s) may be, he’ll gives you absolutely whatever he thinks you’ll enjoy

Probably ends up getting punished by Lucifer because of it, but he could care less at this point

Also becomes even more clingy with you, if that’s even possible

If he sees you talking to anyone that isn’t him, he’ll just grab you by the hand and drag you away

Call him out on it and he’ll go all tsundere on you

I hope you’re good at reading people cause this man will never explicitly tell you how he feels

Then again, he’s super obvious about it, so it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out

Gets flustered around you super easily as well

Just give him a compliment and watch his face turn redder than Dia’s uniform honestly

 Leviathan:

Gets even shyer than usual

Also becomes super hyperfixated on you for a while

Starts bringing you random merch from fandoms he knows you’re apart of 

Lets you into his room more often for binge watching/gaming sessions

Gets flustered at the smallest of things

You so much as look at him and he’s just on the floor

Congrats, you broke him

Takes him a while, but he eventually gains a bit more confidence

probably goes to someone like Satan or Asmo to ask for advice

Or he just resorts to his romance games/manga

Tries doing all of the cute tropey stuff in hopes that something will work

Oh yeah, remember how he’s the Avatar of Envy? That becomes even more obvious

Worst than Mammon when it comes to dragging you away from people

At first, he’s too shy to do anything when he sees you talking to someone

But once that confidence hits, it’s over for everyone

Tries to keep you locked in his room, and it gets so bad at one point that the brothers have to ban together just to free you

Another one who refuses to outright tell you that he’s trying to court you

Honestly, please make the first more if you reciprocate

If you don’t, then at least save him the embarrassment by telling him you don’t feel the same

He might feel super upset in the moment, but he’ll appreciate it later

Satan: 

Much subtler compared to his brothers

Offers to spend time with you and takes you places he thinks you’ll enjoy

Also tutors you in any subjects you may be struggling with or just want practice in

Never forces you to do anything with him, unlike the others

If he sees you talking to someone who isn’t him, it doesn’t bother him in the slightest

He’s confident enough to know that he’s better than them anyways

And then he sees you talking to Lucifer

All of his confidence from before? Out the window

Just pure rage

Will pick you up, throw you over his shoulder, and force you into his room

Basically, don’t talk to Lucifer if he is around

He’ll never admit it, but he is somewhat jealous of him in the sense that Lucifer is probably the only brother who stands a chance against him

After all, if you’re gonna choose anyone who isn’t him, it has to be Lucifer, it’s the logical choice after all

Of course, he’ll never admit any of this to lest he show any sign of vulnerability to a future mate

On a much lighter note, he’s very sweet when he’s not rage quitting at the sight of Lucifer

Buys you a ton of books, or just gives you some he already has

Isn’t a huge fan of over-the-top dates, prefers something more lowkey

Coffee shops, bookstores, museums, and of course cat cafes

Gives you lots of compliments, but nothing overbearing in case you might be uncomfortable with it

Doesn’t mind telling you exactly how he feels and what his intents are, but it takes him a few tries to get the words right

Asmodeus:

Oh boy

Where do I even start with this one?

Has the least experience when it comes to actual romantic attraction

Sure, he feels lust all the time, but that’s much different from romance

Has a surprisingly hard time figuring out how to court you without bringing his more promiscuous desires into the mix 

He knows how important mating can be, and he’s also aware just how much every Lust demon struggles with the courting process, but that doesn’t make it any better for him

Tries his absolute best to make you feel like the most special individual in all three worlds

Takes you shopping all the time

Doesn’t matter what for, he just wants to spend time with you

Also does self-care days with you at least once a week

At first, he was very clingy with you and tried to hog all of your attention for himself

If that annoys you at all, he’ll stop if you tell him to enough times

Tells you how much he adores you every second of every day, but has a hard time seriously saying it

For him, it’s one thing to tell a friend that you love them 

But to actually confess to someone that you like them in a romantic way? Especially when you’re literally the Avatar of Lust? 

It’s virtually impossible for him for the longest time

He does eventually do it, but it took a lot of hyping up from Satan for him to get there

Probably one of the only times he ever looks vulnerable or scared 

Beelzebub:

Honestly the most straightforward with his feelings

He’s not usually one to beat around the bush, and he’s very blunt most of the time

Plus, it’s not like he’s stupid, he knows what these feelings are and he isn’t afraid to tell you

A lot of people like to make him all innocent and blushy, but that isn’t really him

Yeah, he can be dense sometimes, but that doesn’t mean he knows nothing about this sort of stuff

In fact, he’s quite knowledgeable on the subject of courtships

Starts out slow so as not to overwhelm you 

He knows how scary it can be to have a demon suddenly show interest in you, so he wants to make sure you are completely comfortable with everything he does

Most of the stuff he courts you with usually involves food

To him, food is very special, and you’re also very special

So in his mind, combining two of the most special things in his life sounds like the best time ever

Takes you out to all sorts of restaurants and food tours

Also loves cooking with you at home

Even if you’re a terrible cook, he doesn’t mind

He just loves spending time with you and having fun together

Once he’s gotten to a place where he thinks you’re comfortable enough, he’ll tell you his feelings and about how he’s been courting you for a while now

He’s a tad embarrassed/nervous, but he’s also happy to finally be telling you after such a long time of waiting 

Belphegor:

Feels a bit guilty for wanting to court you at first

Cause, ya know, the incident

But after he gets over that, he acts relatively the same as always

Lowkey the most casual when it comes to courting, which I feel is the norm for Sloth demons

They’re too lazy to really do anything that involves effort, so they tend to stay casual

That doesn’t mean he doesn’t try though

Constantly flops on top of you throughout the day in hopes of getting some cuddles

It’s also a good way to rub his scent on you, but you don’t need to know that

Becomes super possessive, but not like his brothers

Won’t actively try and drag you away from someone because that means putting in effort and he’s not about that life

However, the second you walk away from them, he is taking you to the nearest corner and cuddling the heck out of you

No, you do not get a say in the matter, and no, he does not care if you are busy or uncomfortable

You will stay with him to make up for so much as breathing in the general area of someone who isn’t him 

The only other individual he’s okay with you being around is Beel because obviously

Still acts like a total brat tbh

Teases you to hide his embarrassment if he ever gets flustered around you

Like everything else, he’s super casual when telling you how he feels and what he’s been doing

Just ignore the blush he has, you’re just imagining it 

Diavolo:

Actually has the least experience with this sort of thing

A Prince courting is a super big deal down here, and there are tons of extra rules he’s forced to follow

Not to mention, a mate is usually pre-picked for the future king, so he never thought he’d have to deal with it

Then he met you, and he decided that rules were stupid anyway

Super awkward at first, but he’s doing his best and he’s really cute about it too

It’s totally obvious what he’s doing, but no one knows if he’s being obvious on purpose or not

Even he isn’t really sure at this point

Once he becomes more comfortable in his skin, it’s over for everyone

Bold as hell tbh

And since he’s the Prince, he can afford to go all out with everything he does

Rents out entire restaurants just for the two of you

 Buys you every item from a really expensive store if you mentioned liking the products there

Really though, he just wants you to know how much he cares about you, and this is the only way he knows how

Also a sucker for cuddles

Comes up to you and hugs you any chance he gets

When the time comes for him to tell you, he’ll be super excited

Might have a slight blush on his face, but he’s also wearing the biggest and most genuine smile you’ve ever seen on a demon 

Barbatos:

Another demon with very little experience in this field

Knows how courting works in theory, but can’t really put it into practice without feeling all awkward

Of course, no one ever knows that he’s feeling that way since he’s a master of facade, but still

Once you catch his eye, it’s over for him 

He wants nothing more than to court you, but there are a couple of things stopping him

One is, obviously, the lack of knowledge on the subject

The other is his loyalty and devotion to Diavolo

Ends up going to Dia to ask permission to court you like the proper butler he is

Dia just laughs, but agrees

And thus begins the hard part: actually attempting to court someone

Starts off small: inviting you over for tea, taking you on walks through the castle gardens, and taking with him when he goes on trips to the human world

Honestly, he won’t go past that since anything more would be outside his comfort zone

Still a gentleman as always, and makes sure nothing he does is overbearing to you

Tries to stay as casual and formal as always, but you can see his mask crack a few times

If you ever compliment him, you’ll see a rare blush appear on his cheeks

Appreciate the sight, for not many have seen it and lived to tell the tale

Flustered Barbs is best Barbs

Takes him a hot minute to figure out how he wants to tell you, but his confession is still very sweet and to the point

Summary: War is not unknown to the three realms, but that does not make them any less a tragedy of strategy. Though relations between the three have never been favorable, they have never truly gone to battle with each other. At least, not until now. The heavens have been planning for a long time and have finally decided to execute their machinations. Now it is time to see how every piece will play out this bloody battle.

A/N: These tags are for the overarching fic, not the first two chapters. Only Lucifer, Simeon, Micheal, and Gabriel show up in the first two chapters.

Chapter 1: I Will Not Go With You

“We’re heading for a war,” Lucifer warned, “and I want you to come with me.”

Simeon solemnly blinked a few times before closing his eyes. The weight of the choices laid before him pricked at the edges of his mind. He’d known this was coming. He’d known for a long time that this question would eventually be asked of him and for just as long he’d known what his answer would be, “I must decline.”

“Why?” Lucifer spat out, “Simeon, you have to know what’s about to happen. If we don’t fight then Lilith-”

“I am not stopping you from this rebellion.” He opened his eyes and looked to the pages stacked neatly in the corner of his desk, carefully flipping through the avalanche of writings he’d collected over the years. Somewhere, buried deep in the pile, he vaguely recalled his moment; where his brother would ask him to do the impossible. He’d hidden it away from prying eyes, afraid that others would find it and interpret it as he had. Though, even if they had read it and understood what the contents were, it was nigh impossible to change the events that were foretold.

He pulled the page from the pile, taking care so the others above it would not collapse onto the delicately inlaid wood of his desk, and perused the contents held within. The paper was so old that it had begun to grow fragile to the touch and discolor at the edges. Simeon desperately wished that time had chosen not to show its touch on this particular relic he would rather have forgotten about. It was frightening how long he’d known about this day and he would rather pretend he was shocked when Lucifer had come to him. Sometimes, having a glimpse into what would eventually be was a cruel reality.

That brother, who would come in need of his fellow, will find no quarter. So shall he return with hands left empty, but convictions emboldened by the forge of his stature. He shall take with him those who share his resolve and lead them to where metal sings and cries. Blood shall be shed but on one side, though the cost of the blood spilled shall

It was an old, short paragraph he wished he could forget. Though he could never truly put it out of his mind, because he knew it was left unfinished and his mind and pen longed to see the end of the story. However, his heart and will would prefer not to know every detail of this particular future. For so long, he’d clung to that final shall and hoped that not knowing the entirety of the story would somehow keep it from unfolding. However, his pen only put the stories to page. He was not responsible for the events that inspired him to write.

“You will have to make do with those who are already on your side. No one else will turn their back on Father for your cause.” It was the only warning he could give. In those words he hid the message that Lucifer should tell no one else. If war was approaching, then it was better he have the element of surprise.

Lucifer could only stare at him in disbelief, “Is that your answer?”

“It always was.” He placed the paper face down atop the pile, “I cannot aid you in this, Lucifer.”

“Then you would fight against me? You would condemn Lilith in the same way as our Father?” His voice shook, the rage building inside of him clearly beginning to boil over even as he tried to contain it.

“I will not betray my family.” Simeon’s face remained unchanged as he pushed his chair away from the desk and rose to his feet. Despite the malicious aura that began to circle around his fellow Seraphim, he approached with an unguarded stance until they were only an arm’s reach away from one another. No matter how upset Lucifer may become, Simeon would not fear him. Though, he did fear *for* him, “You and she are still of my kind and that means I will not meet you on the battlefield.”

Lucifer’s eyes widened at the declaration. This time, it was his turn to fear for the other, “You can’t stay out of this. You know they won’t allow you.” If he did try to remain on the sidelines, Simeon would still be seen as a traitor. Not in the same vein as him and his siblings, but a traitor nonetheless, “I won’t ask you to fight if you really refuse to lift your blade, but you can’t stay here.”

“As much as you and Lilith are my family, so are Micheal, Raphael, Uriel, and Gabriel. I cannot leave them.”

“Simeon…”

Simeon’s lips pulled back into a smile and he let out the shortest of laughs, “You worry far too much, Lucy. You are aware that I am still a Seraphim, are you not? Even if I do not step onto the battlefield, I do not believe I am in nearly as much danger as you are putting yourself in.” He wanted to reach out and touch his brother one last time as the fear of the unknown overtook him, but he kept his hand within his own space. He did not know what would happen at the end of all of this, but he knew it would not be the same and reaching out to hold onto what they had would only pain them both.

Lucifer looked over the other angel’s shoulder, toward the pile of papers where Simeon had placed one face down. Countless writings that revealed the future to their author and Lucifer did not envy that gift. Others often wished to know what would be, but he had seen far too many times the burden placed on Simeon for having such a skill; the amount of times he had been made to see both grace and tragedy was carved on his face, just behind that smile. That is why, despite knowing that whatever was on that page was related to this very discussion and his ultimate goal, he would not pry. It was not as if knowing the future allowed it to be changed anyway.

“We’ll still be on opposing sides, you know?” No matter how much Simeon proclaimed not to betray his family, that was an unavoidable truth.

He nodded, “I am aware.”

“And you refuse to go against your family?”

This time his confirmation was wordless.

Lucifer took in a deep breath, “Then once the battle begins, I believe we can hardly be considered family anymore.”

Large blue eyes shot up to look at his pale face. It seemed that Lucifer had said something Simeon hadn’t expected, “What?”

“You will not betray your family, but you know they will not allow you to remain neutral in this. As soon as the drums of war beat, it is fine to stop thinking of me as your brother.”

There was a long moment of silence before Simeon could reply, “You cannot ask me that.”

“I am not asking. I am stating a truth,” one that would hopefully allow Simeon a way to follow his morals and gain some leniency if he continued to insist on this path, “I refuse to be your brother from that moment on.”

“Please... you cannot ask that of me.”

“I am not asking anything of you. I am simply stating where we will stand.” And now he needed to leave before the hurt welling in Simeon’s eyes tugged at his heart anymore and shattered his resolve.

He dipped his head in a polite bow, “Thank you for your time, Simeon. I do hope we may speak like this again.” He turned on his heels, refusing to truly look at the other angel again. His only goal was the door, where he opened it wide and stepped through the threshold.

“Lucifer! Wait!”

It took far more will than Lucifer would ever care to admit as he shut the door behind him without saying another word, and even more to walk away.

Chapter 2: Traitor

“How long have you known?” Micheal nearly growled as he stared down Simeon where he kneeled. His pale blue eyes ran wild with rage and it was clear he was just barely holding himself together. That was to be expected after everything he had just been through. Lucifer was unapologetically his favorite brother so it was unimaginable the distress he was in right now as he came to terms with having lost a member of his family. They had been like two halves of a whole, and now they were fractured.

“How long have I known what?” Simeon asked, feigning ignorance.

“That Lucifer would lead a rebellion against Father!” Micheal’s voice raised so loud that the room literally shook around him.

“Calm yourself, Micheal,” a melodious voice shushed him and lithe hands rested on his shoulders to hold him steady, “We’ve lost enough of our siblings today. There is no reason to lose yourself and risk losing another.”

“You would call him our brother after that disgraceful scene, Gabriel?” The disgust in his voice was clear and overwhelming, “He knew this would happen and refused to warn us or lift a finger. Everything we lost today is because of him.” Simeon had to know about today. He was blessed with the gift of prophecy and spent his time writing what was to come. If he had simply shared whatever he knew about today, Micheal knows they could have prevented the rebellion. He knows that he could have convinced Lucifer to stay somehow. Instead, he was left to face his own brother on the battlefield. He could still recall the cold eyes Lucifer had looked at him with as if they barely knew one another. That sight would never leave the darkest parts of his mind.

“You are blinded by your pain, Micheal.” She removed her hand from his shoulders and moved to stand over Simeon, “He is clearly as much our brother as ever. If he were against us he would have joined Lucifer, but Father has deemed that he is still worthy of his halo. Is that not enough for you?”

Micheal chuckled darkly before answering, “Uriel nearly lost an arm and he’s one of the lucky ones.” Even with so few numbers on their side, the rebellion had a gifted Dominion that made the most of their small force.

“And everyone harmed will heal, but we gain nothing in dividing ourselves further, and our brother has already been punished for his transgressions.” She took a knee before Simeon, reaching out her hand and running her fingers through his silken hair, “Will you not put our brother’s worries at ease, Simeon?”

Simeon knew the threat in those words. As kind as Gabriel pretended to be, she was someone he feared far more than Micheal. Not because she was stronger, but because she knew exactly how to most hurt those who upset her. As such, he had no interest in declining her wish, even if what she was asking for was for him to show his shame.

He took a deep breath before unfurling his wings behind him. They shimmered golden in the neverending light of the Celestial Realm, a blessing bestowed upon him by their Father that reflected his very essence. Every angel had such a blessing; different colors, shapes, a range of sizes, and lays of their feathers all differed from angel to angel all dependent on their Father’s grace. That included how high in their Father’s favor they were, and it was obvious at a glance just how out of favor Simeon had fallen. His six beautiful wings, the blessing afforded to all Seraphim, had been reduced to a simple two.

Gabriel’s eyes filled with pity for him but Micheal’s face twisted in glee and disdain, “Is that all? You betray us and all Father does is reduce your rank.” The laugh that left his throat was so dry that it sounded like it hurt, “You must really be beloved to get off with such a light sentence.” If it was up to Micheal himself, Simeon would face the same punishment as Lilith.

“Still your anger, Micheal. As you can see, Father has spoken.” She raised to her feet once more, her nails pulling painfully at Simeon’s hair as she stepped away from him, “Simeon is still of our kind and as one of our subordinates it is our duty to shepherd him.”

Obey Me! Devilgram Posts and Comments: Snoozing Panda Hidden Dragon/Good Night Devil

I thought I was gonna do Mammon up to the Alice event next, but I decided it’d be nice to go ahead and do current event cards as they come out.  So, here’s our napping boys and China-inspired boys!  Remember, these come from my reading and translating the Devilgram comments in the Japanese version of the game, which fits the whole comment onto the screen.

Just like last time, there are some differences between my translation and the official localization.  This is because I like to stick as close to the original translation as I can without it sounding completely unnatural and letting the reader build their own rewordings based off of that.  This time, there were one or two comments that I had to play with a bit for the tone/intention to come through.

1. Once again, the differences in connotation between “Keeping Watch” and the official “Watchout” has me floored lmao, I read it as “watch out” like a threat. 2. I don’t know who’s running out of money or whose dream they did it in because I don’t have this card yet lol, so for now I’ve left the subjects vague.  3. There’s a tiny liberty taken here, but I feel like “#CloseFriend” doesn’t really cut it if you’re twins, so I abided by the localization. 4. Apparently in these sorts of games, a flag is an event where your decisions affect your intimacy score with a character.  I don’t play many dating sims so I didn’t know that before now! 5. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on who you are) there’s no suggestive tone in this word. 6. The closest literal translation would be “everything is erotic”.  いちいち means “everything single [thing]” or “completely”, but it has a clear negative connotation, so I tried my best to emulate that without making it sound unnatural. 7. I’ve read that 憧れ implies that the person you admire and want to be like is at a skill level that you could never hope to achieve.  So in this case, I guess “wannabe” does reflect Asmo’s situation pretty well lol

The 7 brothers as humans going to a Regular school

So Me and my friend ( @heeminchan ) got bored and made some hcs about the demon brothers in a regular school ( slice of life style ). This is my first time posting hcs so ye, lets go! :

Lucifer

Luci being Diavolo's Lap Dog™ he would of course be the Student Body Vice President. Strict and abides by the School rules no matter what . He's also known for being the student role model, perfect in almost every way that even teachers wanna be him. Though, he often is quite cold to others because he is a very work-centered person.

Popular with the girls of the school because of mature air and handsome features. Though, the troublemakers make him their archenemy ( probably mammon ) because he always seems to rat them out before they even do it, and if they do get away with it..not for long thats for sure.

Rumors are just rumors, but there has been rumors of lucifer and diavolo having a relationship beyond friends which he rejects completely. ( But you're never too sure eh? )

His relationship with his brothers can be summed up with one word, " Dad ". Luci being the eldest holds alot of responsibility for his siblings, so he often acts like a father to them. Besides his brothers, he has a close relationship with Diavolo, who he has alot of respect for.

Luci can often be found roaming the halls to make sure no one gets in trouble or to make sure that there aren't any students skipping class. During breaks, he can be found doing school work or having tea with diavolo.

Mammon

If you're going to ask his brothers, mammon can he summed up with quite a few colorful words. For example : scum, con-artist, scammer, snitch, delinquent, etc. But despite what his brothers say, he is the Student Body Treasurer (buuutttttt only in title). Mammon is often out and about with his antics which leaves lucifer to do his work, which he does anyways. The only reason lucifer even lets him stay as the treasurer is because he wants to keep a close eye on him.

Many of the students have a mixed impression on mammon. Some people hate him because they got scammed by him or they lent him money and he never gave it back, while some are very entertained by him because he can be quite the class clown.

The rumors that circulate around mammon is that he is part of a gang or he owes a big sum of money to a gang. Another is that he sells pictures of his brothers to girls. ( And all rumors are very plausible , but mammon doesn't disclose any of them anyway).

Alot of his siblings actually tease him alot because....he isn't that bright but he goes along and counters them by saying he's street smart ( and they all shake their head in disappointment)

He can be found in the cafeteria either planning for his next money making adventure or hiding from lucifer.

Leviathan

Levi is a special case....in more ways than one. First of all, he's taking the online classes program of the school. Second, he's the Student body PRO ( Public Relations Officer, but the other pro hell yeah! He totally wants you to call him that ). Thanks to streaming and gaming, he has a big array of connections that he can hit up for a school event, the catch? He can only talk online, if its IRL he will literally malfunction, lag and glitch and crash.

Being the otaku that he is, he rarely goes outside so he isn't that well known in school. Buut that doesn't mean he isn't popular. In fact, he is very well known in the communities he participates in.

For rumors...there are actually a few rumors about levi, one of them is that he doesn't show his face to the school is because he's a deformed or something, while others say he isn't a real person. ( Of course those rumors are just for fun because alot of them have been debunked anyway)

He barely goes outside his room so he doesn't interact with his brothers that much...which means less problems for him! Score! Though...that doesn't mean he can avoid mammon. He pretty much thinks mammon should be kicked out of the family because he steals his stuff or doesn't return money he borrows. (Total jerk eh?)

No surprises here, you can find him in his room playing his games,streaming, watching anime. In the rarest of occasions, he can be spotted in anime or game conventions.

Satan

Students say that satan and lucifer are pretty similar, but if there's one thing that makes the two different its the fact that satan is more chill than lucifer. Being the Student body discipline officer, he is quite strict but he lets students with minor offences off the hook but only if lucifer isn't there.

He's popular with the female population of the school, because they see him as quite the gentleman. Except for one thing, his outburst are... terrifying so to say. Its either things flying around or shouting, so when students see him about to blow they just simply RUN. He's often compared to lucifer which he really gets infuriated with. There are even moments when students mistook his work as lucifers.

As for rumors there isn't much. More on seeing who is better, lucifer or him. It is a well known fact that he loves animals, so rumors started popping up that he has a room full of kittens in the school. ( Sure it will be a good idea but he cant take care of all the little things)

He has a pretty good relationship with all his brothers, except for lucifer. He always feels alot of inferiority towards lucifer, feeling like he's always overshadowed.

Satan can be found in the library reading a book or playing with the school cat.

Bonus: the school cat is actually a stray cat that satan found and took in, the cat often waits in the morning by the path satan takes to his class.

Asmodeus

The shining star of the school is of course the Student body grade level rep Asmo! There's no one better for the position than him and only him! He's a pot full of overflowing confidence and beauty ( and narcissism ). I mean there's no one else like him in the world❤️❤️

He's very very popular with the girls of the school ( and boys~? ), His flirty and charming attitude just makes him an absolute Chic magnet! He values three things: his face, his reputation, and his image. Mess with one of those he will not hesitate to give you a bad time.

The rumors about asmo are pretty much who he sleeps with or who he's dating at the moment. One specific rumor was one involving his good friend solomon. The rumor goes that they are either fbs, dating, or just had a short fling. These rumors rarely bother asmo because more than half of them are true.

Asmo is again very flirty even to his brothers, he often teases them in a very playful manner. Though sometimes they get pretty uncomfortable, they're already used to it by now.

Students can see asmo often in the cafeteria with a group of girls or anywhere as long ad there's someone to flirt with. (Or in the restrooms having some fun but of course he wont tell you that ).

Beezlebub

While he is part of the student body, he doesn't really give it alot of thought. Why? He focuses alot on sports. Being an athlete, he is expected to eat healthy and keep lean. Well he can keep lean but he actually has a big appetite, alot bigger than what an athlete should have.

He has a good reputation with the athletes and same with the girls(( because that body doesn't disappoint)). Because of this reputation, alot of students actually give him snacks buuutt even those snacks aren't enough so he still ends up asking for more.

Rumors about beel centers around on how he is able to keep a good figure even if he eats like a cow, some people want to ask him how he does it but he always just says "i work out".

Beel has a good relationship with his brothers especially his twin Belphegor, the two are often seen together in the cafeteria or in the library napping. after school beel is seen at the school gym doing his regular training.

Belphegor

Belphie works his hardest to fufill his role as secretary of Cleanliness his work load includes walking around and checking the classrooms if their clean. Easy right? Well not for belphie, takes him every bone in his body to do it but atleast the jobs done...right?

Belphie isn't that much popular because he would rather lay low( less problems), but if there's one thing that belphie is known for...and that's his amazingly sharp tongue that can stab anyone who crosses him. On the bright side, he can be very cuddly and puppy like.

Rumors well there aren't much mostly all about students being surprised to find out that belphie and beel are twins, since they're very different .

He doesn't have much of an issue with his brothers,except Lucifer. He's pretty disappointed in lucifer since he changed so much after....ehem. but his relationship with his twin is the complete opposite. They're so close that they spend alot of their time together.

Belphie can be found anywhere and everywhere where you can sleep, but his favourite spot is the library since its quiet and cold. If not there then the roof because the fresh air and silence makes it the perfect place to snooze. All his classmates knows that he even sleeps in class.

An Elaborate Plan - A Fanfic

Summary:  The main character is dragged into some wild hi-jinks when Levi sees a Devilgram post with Mammon in it - with a pop idol?! Clearly, the only solution is for the main character and Satan to fake-date. Somehow.  A cheesy, goofy fanfic for the mobile game ‘Obey Me!’. 

Though I'd been in the RAD Exchange Program for a few months now, the time hasn't done anything to make talking to Lucifer feel anything less like a lecture. Probably because it usually is a lecture. "Ari," He spoke in low tones as I poured tea from the kettle, "I appreciate your cooperation in joining me today." He made it sound like I'd been arrested and brought in for interrogation. Of course, getting any of his siblings here probably felt like he needed handcuffs to bring them in...But why me? Did he know about the thing with the fire? I could blame Mammon for that, probably (he'd do the same to me, after all) but if this was about something else, I couldn't risk giving away information Lucifer didn't have. After all, Mammon would take me down with him, too. "Did you want to talk about anything in particular?" I tried to keep my tone neutral. Lucifer arched a brow but didn't look terribly surprised. "You're supposed to stop pouring the tea when the cup is filled, are you not?" He asked. "Wh-" Oh, I was pouring tea all over the table now. Great. I'm so good at this. I set down the teapot with a flustered apology and began to search about for something to sop up the hot liquid before it ran over the edge onto the floor, but Lucifer raised a hand to still me. "You're very nervous," He observed, "And I expect to hear why later. But first, there's a more pressing matter at hand." He placed his elbows on the table and steepled his fingers, gaze intently focused on mine. "What do you know about Solomon's origins?" "Uh-" Wasn't the tea seeping into his sleeves? I glanced down at them, then back up to him. "Isn't that kind of hot...?" He kept an eyebrow raised, this time with his head tilted slightly back so that he could look down on me even while we were sitting. "Okay," I shrugged, "If you're really okay, but I don't really know anything about Solomon besides, you know, that he has a lot of pacts. And, you know, the whole magic...Thing." I squirmed in my seat. "Am I supposed to know something?" Lucifer closed his eyes in contemplation - or was that relief? "I see. No, you've done well." There was a silence long enough that I began to nervously tap my fingers on the edge of the table. There was still tea in the cups, but no room for sugar or milk. I couldn't really pretend I was going to doctor that up without making more of a mess... Lucifer cleared his throat, snapping my attention back to him. "Now, Ari...You wouldn't happen to know why the front hall coat closet was on fire this morning, would you?" Oh no. I absolutely did. "ARI!" The door to the sitting room burst open and through it, Leviathan. He was clutching the doorframe like he clutched his desk whenever one of his brothers tried to drag him away from a raid. "It's an emergency!"   Knowing these brothers, it probably wasn't, but me escaping sure was, so I'd take it! "An emergency! Oh no, have to go!" I began to climb over the back of my chair. "Sorry, Luci! Bye!" "Ari. The tea?" Lucifer still had his brow raised. Was it really raised, or was it just like that?   "Oh, right!" Rude not to finish it, I thought. I grabbed my cup and knocked it back, then reeled. "Hot! Still hot!" And unsweetened, and...He'd clearly been reminding me that I needed to clean it up. My face was burning from embarrassment and my tongue was burning from...Well, burns. There was no collecting my dignity after that. "Bye!" I said instead, and put the cup down in my chair. I've continued my Obey Me! journey and I have new thoughts

It's been about a week from my "obey me! first impressions" post and while no one cares, I feel like I need to do a follow up or my head will explode. College came for me before I got up to date on the story (I'm currently on task 15-1, may the lord have mercy on my soul) but I've gotten plenty of spoilers because I'm impatient, so if you haven't played the game til, maybe skip this post? You've been warned.

Last time I started in mechanics, and for the most of it my opinion is the same. I've gotten used to the slow-ness by now and figured I'd just have to make do, but thank you very much to everyone who helped me with leveling up and how to make the most of what I have.

Story wise, the plot holes are endless, but it's mostly an otome thing I guess. They are all in school? Who is teaching those classes? Aren't they supposed to have graduated by now? Will they ever? Why were the angels and Solomon there before us? Are we like frozen in time in the human world or have we just gone missing there?

I decided that in order to just enjoy the game for what it is, I'll ignore these but it does bother me. You can find a lot of posts and theories here on tumblr on the topic and they discuss this way better than I could, so I'll just end it here: it's not a very consistent game, but if you don't think too hard about it you'll be fine.

I'll go in order, same as before

Luficer is... a lot. On my last post I talked about how his controlling nature and the kinky-dark-Jumin-Han-fanfic vibes I got from him kinda made him too scary for me. After playing some more I find myself to be a bit torn. On one hand, Lucifer seems like a very interesting LI to romance, he is sexy, yes, but he feels very lonely and vulnerable. The fact that he is the Avatar Of Pride, the eldest and most powerful is very attractive, again, in the same way Ikemen's Nobunaga is. A man who makes hard decisions in order to protect what is most important to him, who needs to be in control, who has a hard time opening up and does not feel like he is quite deserving of being happy. But on the other... I don't feel like Lucifer could ever come to respect us, which is a problem I too have with Nobunaga, although to a lesser degree. I always get this feeling that Lucifer loves us like a pet (maybe you're into that, I'm not really the pet-kink kind). Yes, he cares deeply for us but when it comes down to it he does not see us as equals. Our relation is not one of a partnership. At least not in his eyes. And why should he view it as a partnership? We are human, a non-magical human and he is an almighty demon lord. We are not the same. I was happy to ignore all this overthinking but it becomes unbearable at the two instances when he gets mad at us and lashes out. The way he speaks, the way he acts... absolutely unacceptable. You don't get to threaten me, talk down to me, nearly kill me and then say you respect me because you don't and I have yet to see a moment where he truly does show disgust for treating us like that or guarantees that it won't happen again. So what? You can't take talk back? Fuck you. Speaking of which, apparently he is the only one we get to fuck? I'm not sure if I want to. I mean, sure, I like some possessive dirty talk as much as the next gal and Lucifer is gorgeous, but I don't think my pride will allow me to bed him. Now that that's out of the way, Mammon:

I'm in love with this idiot.

Out of all the boys this is the one that most surprised me because while I did think he would grow more and more on me I did not see him being this important to me. I initially though of Mammon as the 707 of Obey Me, the one who is always in love with you in every route (don't get me started on this, I will be sobbing eventually), and in a way he is. But here's the twist: in MM, I'm not really a big Seven stan. I love Seven platonically and I thought that would be the case for Mammon as well. I was wrong. Maybe it's because Lucifer pissed me off so badly or because we didn't spend nearly as much time with Satan as we should (more on this later) but Mammon really caught my eye. I didn't think he was that cute, but I got one of his SSRs and use it quite often, so I started getting lots of Surprise Guest moments with him, and he just looks so beautiful in those? When the hearts appear and he looks at me with that soft expression jdhdbdndkdjd. He is just so sweet overall? He feels so genuine and human and real (in a way you don't really get with Seven until you're a few days into his route, when it was a bit late for me to love him as more than a friend). Mammon loves you for who you are, and while he does talk down to us, you can always tell he does not truly mean it. I can't think of an instance when he came even close physically threatening us and I don't think he would be able to. It makes me feel very very safe and warm and happy. Which is what love should always feel like: Love should feel restful. And maybe I'm thinking too much about this. It's just a game. But it doesn't make it any less true. I'm definitely kissing this man.

About Levi, not much. He still annoys me. I can kinda see the appeal for other people, but still a no-go for me. I'm not a fan of his personality or looks, I already said my piece on him.

So, Satan. I still absolutely adore Satan. He is the cutest and my go-to guy, but... his arc was kind of short I guess? We don't spend that much time with him so far (at least I don't think so) and the whole going on a rampage thing is a turn off (as explained above). But with Satan I cannot truly resent him, for one, he is the Avatar of Wrath, so is not like I didn't sign up for this. I can feel he does feel bad and conflicted about it so I did let it slide. But I can see some red flags? Like, I've got his Be You card and read the story and it just... kinda paints him in a bad light? Yes, babe, you've got a temper, I know but... idk man. Satan feels very caring and mischievous (again, the soft dom energy here man) but I don't feel as safe as I feel with Mammon. Maybe given due time I'll feel better. Still, he is one of my bias, lil blonde book bitch, I wanna get to know you better, let's make out.

If we don't spend enough time with Satan, we spend no time with Asmo. In my other post you can read me projecting all my hopes and past trauma on Asmo's character but so far, that's kind of all I've got. I don't have enough data or character development to have a real opinion on him, but if we do get routes I look forward to doing his. No kisses for now, sorry babe.

On Beel: Y'all commented about how he would turn out to be a complete sweetheart and I did not believe you. I should have. This man is so adorable. I'm vey romantically attracted to him and will do his route if I can, but the thirst is just... not here? Like please, lets hug and hold hands but I do not want to kiss you. He's a great guy, just not the guy for me? He does beat Lucifer though. He gives me safe vibes but, like, friend vibes. The one friend that you work out with, is your plus one when you're single and takes care of you when you're sad? That vibe. I don't think he would be very into me either. I'm a picky eater, grudge holder, horrible cook and overall bitchy gal. We're better off as friends.

Belphegor. He can choke. I haven't gotten to it yet, but I know he is gonna kill me. Human-hater, lying ungrateful bitch. He's hot, yes. Have I read smut with him? Yes. Would I fuck him? Yes. But in, like, a hate-sex kinda thing I guess. You've got 5 tasks to kill me and then convince me that somehow you are not the worst. Things aren't really looking up for this sleepy boi.

Also, does anyone know if it impacts in any way if you kiss (or I guess fuck on Lucifer's case) more than one boy? Like, will they be mad? Because I've got some impossible choices if it does matter. I'll report again once I'm done with the tasks, I guess?

   “These seven students came from Devildom!”

Silence filled the air. Students start to whisper which is very normal. Of course, here in the human realm, it is a legend of the old times. No one would believe it actually exists! Some might not even remember or know it! I looked hid behind Solomon and tugged onto his sleeves. Why did our principal gotta introduce these demons like this?! The assembly went ended and Solomon and I are still in shock.

   “Hey, are you guys okay? You and Solomon are very pale right now. Is there something wrong?” Diana asked while Charlotte, Shou, and Rei are behind her. I shook my head and said that I’m fine. They really looked concerned so I gave them a smile to reassure them that I might be just tired. Classes went on as usual after the assembly. Lunch went on and I grabbed a table with Solomon since we had the same class before lunch. We didn’t talk much and thought of the assembly this morning as we ate.

   “Anastasia, come on. We need to practice our pairing for our next project.” Solomon made me snap out of it. “Oh, sorry I forgot about that.” was all I could say in return. I packed up my bento box and went over to Solomon who is teasing me that he’ll leave me.

   Solomon and I practiced our pairing for the next music video we are about to shoot. It went well actually. Though we are still full of it that the seven demon brothers are here in the human realm and in our school specifically. “Hey Solomon, why do you think they would be here? Well, except for the obvious reason.” I asked him as we took a break and drank our water.

“To be honest, the only thing I could think of is that when you specifically left Devildom, they changed in a certain way. We pretty much know that Ms. Joy’s friend is the future king of Devildom, which is Diavolo obviously.” He says as he puts his fingers on his chin. “If my thoughts are right, Diavolo combined two of his plans.” He continued.

   “And what are those two plans?” I asked very confusedly. “The actual exchange student plan and letting the brothers see you. Two birds in one stone, right?” Solomon said as he snapped his fingers. From far away, I can hear loud noises. Who is making a ruckus at 11 am? It is the very first week of school! Solomon and I looked at where the noises were coming from.

   “Anastasia! I am so happy to see you!” “Hey, get your hands off her!” “Can you give Anastasia and I some time to spend? You guys are going to get all of it again.”

   One after another, seven students came rushing towards my location. Why am I surprised? It was the brothers.

   “Okay, calm yourselves before Lucifer--” They shushed me before I could finish my sentence.

  “Refrain from calling us our actual names because it would be the talk of the town in no time.” The youngest brother who’s the Avatar of Sloth, Belphegor mentioned. Huh? What does he mean?

   “Since our actual names would cause a lot of commotion and ruckus, Barbatos advises us to have aliases.” A man who walked behind Belphegor said. It’s the eldest brother among the seven, the Avatar of Pride, Lucifer. Aliases? What does he mean by that?

   “What do you mean by that,Luci—uhh,” Solomon asked but doesn’t want to call his name out.

   “Call me Christian. Mammon would be Jason. Leviathan would stay as Levi. Satan is Liam. Asmodeus will be called Nicolas. Beelzebub is Jackson and Belphegor would be Lucas.” Lucifer explained. I understand that they need to hide their identity but—

   “First of all, why are you all here?!” I surprisingly asked and hit every single one of them at the back of their head. I started tearing up and I cannot get my words out.

   “She’s saying that you should’ve at least contacted her.” Solomon followed through. I looked at him surprised. He looked at me with his laid back smile that I always knew and recognized.

   “Why do you look at me like that? We have been trainees ever since we came back so I got to know you a little more as well. Or don’t tell me I read it wrong?” Solomon said as he put his arms around his waist. I went towards him and gave him a light punch to his side. He started giggling and hugged me. I can hear Jason, Levi, and Nicolas gasp.

   “Now, now, don’t be so butt hurt by this. You hurt her by hiding your arrival. You should’ve given her hints at least.” Solomon said as he patted my head. 

   “All we planned is to surprise her. Not hurt her..” Nicolas explained. To be honest, I am not hurt as bad as they think. I am just surprised about it and how they’ve kept it from me.

   “It’s fine, Solomon. I was just surprised.” I reassured him as I hugged back then let go. His eyes have a look of concern.

   “Hey, can you guys answer me one thing? I’m pretty sure these six cowards want to ask too.” Nicolas blurted out which made Solomon and I look at him.

   “Are you two hiding something? Dating perhaps..?” He asked. Who’s dating? Does he mean Solomon and me? Wait, how did this cross his mind?!

Piranhas / La paranza dei bambini Claudio Giovannesi, Italy, 2019, 112m Italian with English subtitles The latest from Claudio Giovannesi (Fiore) is this singular coming-of-age story that won the Silver Bear for Best Screenplay at the Berlin Film Festival. Newcomer Francesco Di Napoli stars as 15-year-old Nicola, who leads a pack of cocksure hellions captivated by the lifestyle of the local Camorra as they descend into the violent, paranoid world of Naples’s dominant crime group. Based on the novel by Roberto Saviano, who co-wrote the screenplay and mined similar territory in his devastating Gomorrah, Piranhas is a haunting reflection on doomed adolescence. What You Gonna Do When the World’s on Fire? Roberto Minervini, Italy/USA/France, 2018, 123m Italian-born, American South–based filmmaker Roberto Minervini’s follow-up to his Texas Trilogy is a portrait of African-Americans in New Orleans struggling to maintain their unique cultural identity and to find social justice. Shot in very sharp black and white, the film is focused on Judy, trying to keep her family afloat and save her bar before it’s snapped up by speculators; Ronaldo and Titus, two brothers growing up surrounded by violence and with a father in jail; Kevin, trying to keep the glorious local traditions of the Mardi Gras Indians alive; and the local Black Panthers, trying to stand up against a new, deadly wave of racism. Genesis Philippe Lesage, Canada, 2018, 130m French with English subtitles Following his autobiographical 2015 narrative debut The Demons, Philippe Lesage continues to chronicle the life of young Felix (Édouard Tremblay-Grenier), now diverging to capture the romantic trials and tribulations of two Quebecois teen siblings. While the charismatic, Salinger-reading Guillaume (Théodore Pellerin) wrestles with his sexual identity at his all-boys boarding school, the more ostensibly grown-up Charlotte (Noée Abita) discovers the casual cruelty of the adult world that awaits her post-graduation. Lesage and his young actors depict the aches of becoming oneself with nuance, honesty, and compassion, and the result is one of the most beautiful coming-of-age stories in years. The Load Ognjen Glavonić, Serbia/France/Croatia/Iran/Qatar, 2018, 98m Serbian with English subtitles Ognjen Glavonić’s wintry road movie concerns a truck driver (Leon Lucev) tasked with transporting mysterious cargo across a scorched landscape from Kosovo to Belgrade during the 1999 NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. A companion piece to the director’s 2016 documentary Depth Two, The Load is a work of enveloping atmosphere that puts a politically charged twist on the highway thrillers it recalls: Henri-Georges Clouzot’s The Wages of Fear and William Friedkin’s retelling, Sorcerer. The University Art Gallery at Sonoma State is proud to present ART@CSU, an online exhibition of art by members of the California State University’s artist faculty. California’s CSU system is made up of 23 campuses across the state, which stretch from CSU Humboldt in the north to the southernmost campus in San Diego. 21 of these campuses offer a studio art major, with artist faculty teaching students in a broad range of practices. As seen in this exhibition, CSU faculty are producing dynamic and creative work in everything from painting, printmaking and photography, to sculpture, installation and ceramics, to digital and time-based arts.

Over the past year, as the CSU campuses and their art galleries largely have had to shut their doors, the artist faculty of the CSU system have continued to teach and create. ART@CSU brings a selection of them together in an online setting, to create a distanced community of CSU art and artists. The lively collection of works gathered here were chosen to highlight the remarkable diversity of approach and style among these artists. They serve to showcase the talent of CSU’s artist faculty, and to celebrate the importance of the arts in this time of adversity.

i'm sorry asdfghjkl but do you mind giving the general spoilers for season 2? i stopped playing for a few months and now my team are too weak and i'm stuck in Lesson 25 😭 but i'm dying to know wth happened wheezes

Oh wow. You must have been one of the few who saw that mess of a post I've written when I was really tired and sleep-deprived. ;; Looking back on it...it does seem pretty unlikely. Hahaha, which is why I deleted it; But! I've now made my bed, so I suppose I'd lie on it too! (take note that this is a very condensed and slightly sleep deprived, I have-online-class-in-a-few-hours vers. so it's not the best summary but I tried:)

1. Christopher Peugeot, the author of TSL is actually Simeon (as it was already heavily hinted). He was requested to write a script for a play for the school festival. Levi finds out and LOSES HIS MIND. (His fanboying is p cute actually hahaha). He offers to make costumes for the play. Levi is just really cute in the play arc, basically haha.

2. We also find out Simeon has a rather...ruthless side to him? I forgot which character but he called him a sadist. He was rather strict when rehearsing for the play and his whole demeanor changed while overseeing it.

3. We went to an amusement park. Had a cute date with Mammon and our "child" (Little D#2 calls him Papa lmao my favourite part tbh) idk if you read this already tho. Some "step on me mommy" moments with the Demon Bros. We do some OP shit. The Demon Bros totally simped for it (despite them saying otherwise).

4. We had to prepare for exams so Satan had to tutor us. He's being very adorable while teaching us and even meows at some point. Or was it us that meowed? Forgot. Some of the bros + angels also join in. We learn Solomon is mostly responsible for the tutoring in Purgatory Hall but since he is currently investigating something with Lord Dia, the angels went to us for that.

5. There was a dance. Your choices mattered for it. STAY LOYAL=get rewarded (but break others' hearts in the process). Hoe around=everyone's happy. Until they find out you are hoeing around. Pretty funny scense ensue.The pseudo route arc was pretty cute and I wish they'd implement it more. (There's also a cute bonus if you choose not to dance with anyone ;) )

6. Asmo gets a bit of chara devt in the Blood Moon Arc. Levi in the time loop arc. I only remembered being a mess of feelings while reading it I'm sorry because MY BABY ASMO IS GETTING THE ATTENTION HE DESERVES T^T

7. Beel gets hungry, fricks shit up with the reaper! But! No worries! Solomon's best buddies with the Reaper (he's totally lying btw He has no friends), they fix that up by trespassing in his house! Wooh! Everyone happy!

8. Until everyone isn't. Lucifer's dead. Sort of. Solomon was about to tell us what Dia had been keeping from us then we got a cliffhanger T_T

9. But he's not actually dead. He just got amnesia! :') But that's not good too. (Besides him acting really adorable while in said amnesia). MC got OP cause of angel blood + tons of pacts with powerful demons that it caused an imbalance in the world + caused Luci to do the forgetti. The only way to literally save the 3 realms is to become as shady as boomer wizard (oh yeah we find out Solomon is as old as fossils too) or take the reaper dagger and dissolve all our pacts with the bros. :(

That's about it! Sorry for the weird summary haha. I was worried about character limit. I'm sure other blogs have summarised the events better.
