If overlook some of its quality issues, the game grows on you after awhile. The first episode might feel generic, but gameplay, skills and battle systems keep Sol Trigger enjoyable experience. And the whole story, especially the second ark with fresh characters and some of the old ones (time gap between episodes is 19 years) creates completion and satisfies the player.

Just finished "Soul Trigger"(RPG) and it's not bad XDD To be honest the scenario is awesome and the battle system is boring...However u can enjoy the beautiful graphics and some parts of the story ><~Here're skills exhibition~

Sol Trigger is about a fight over “Sol” energy. In the city of Kaiserhald, the Machine Church wants to harness Sol energy from the city’s citizens, and the Sol Trigger group rises up to oppose the church. In the game’s battle system, you use Sol to pull off your skills, and can even use it for powerful kamikaze attacks that take off a chunk of your own HP.
