Silvia Storm, one of my assimilagen (powerful entities that shapeshift by assimilating ‘gens’/traits from other creatures and things) characters :D

She’s something of a revamp of my sona from a LARP I did in elementary school we called ‘the fairy game.’ Silvia first spawned around and lived among humans, before discovering the Nubensis Sky Cities (an assimilagen settlement) and moving there. She has a close friend / companion / familiar; an elemental horse named Thunder (who was my companion in aforementioned RP, and my imaginary friend).

Silvia is a fairly amiable individual. Though she likes her alone time, she’s quite cheerful and enthusiastic (albeit a little awkward and anxious) in social situations, especially with those she’s befriended. She is careful (always doing her best to mind others and their sensibilities), compassionate, emotional, and sensitive (in multiple senses of the word).

She also has several main forms that correspond to her emotions; her “Windstorm” form is her default/neutral/happy form, but she has some notable others:

“Thunderstorm” (anger/hatred)

“Rainstorm” (sorrow/loneliness) and “Snowstorm” (apathy/numbness)

She also has a few forms for visiting other assimilagen worlds/settlements—though the only one I have drawn for her so far is “Seastorm,” a mermaid form for visiting the Coralnyan Islands Colony :3

Silvia Greystone [Vio] (she/her)

She’s a lost princess from an alternate dimension. She has powers over all things fall, including manipulation over leaves, set to work together with the twin (with winter powers) she didn’t know she had until discovering that magical kingdom. Now obviously she is picked on by her principal who is secretly working for the Evil Dark Lord, but she’s going to overcome with style and grace.

My first ever OC was a self-insert for a three-way crossover of Danny Phantom, Fairly OddParents, and Teen Titans, because i thought a half-ghost cousin of Timmy Turner who fights bad guys with the Teen Titans was a really cool idea. I created her when I was 12 and she was like the main thing i would draw from the ages of 12-15. She was the first of many, MANY OCs, kicking off a phase that would last until the end of my freshman year of college, actually. However, Liz has actually stuck around and evolved into someone who could almost exist separately from the fandoms she started in, if only I could figure out how to make a cool-sounding teen hero group name on my own. ANYWAY Liz kicks ass and takes names and can't figure out what the fuck her superhero code name should be (because I originally called her Storm before I realized the name Storm was already taken, and haven't been able to come up with another good name since.)

Hey guys I'm finally gonna talk about an OC that's not based of anything. I created her freshman year so I don't remember much.

Her name is Silvia. She's a winter spirit. I don't have a picture of her that's looks even half decent so I'll just tell yall about her.

She was a very nice girl. She was a joy to be around. People loved her. One thing about her though is that she was going through a time of depression bc her father died recently. It was pretty obvious that she was going through things and she didn't try and hide it.

She had multiple jobs to help her mother with rent and stuff. One of which was babysitting.

Her favorite kid was a 10 year old named Toni. He was terminally ill and couldn't really do anything but lay in bed bc of his sickness. So they would just be playing card games the entire time she was there.

Ok thinking of this part made me cry.

She came to take care of him again and she was shocked to see that he was out of bed and walking. So she thought they must have found a cure. So they played outside and other stuff until his parents cane home.

The next day as she was walking home from a clothing store she worked at, she got a call from Toni's parents. She was shook when she heard when they had to say.

They said that Toni had passed and she was invited to the funeral.

She broke down bc Toni meant a lot to her and he was her escape from reality.

So the funeral came and gone and it seemed as if she was drifting farther and farther from reality.

After a while there was a huge snow storm that came down while she was going home from work.

When it got really bad, she just sat down and let the cold get to her.

She d!ed from hypothermia.

So now she roams the town streets during the winter and helps guide lost kids home.

I didn't really want to make her a killer so yeah. I'll post a character sheet soon!!! Byeeee!!

What are the inspirations behind each of your Power Rangers OCs and who are each of them named after? ✊🏻💥🌈📝🎨

Most of their inspos gonna have to be on individual bios since i put a LOT of research into them. To keep it brief

Created my ocs to fill in extra colors/elements/motifs as is fandom tradition but also to have more female nonwhite rangers in non stereotypical roles

Overall myth arc is set up like a generational saga so most rangers come from the same family barring a few exceptions

Moat of the names I just made up on the spot but some do habe thematic ties

Maria and Bianca came out of the desire to have a sibling team and for Maria to already establish a candidate to replace her. So they're the leads from MMPR to In Space

Maria is inspired loosely on Maria del Barrio, but also Cassie from Animorphs, Katie Kazoo, and several rl musicians

Bianca was based on Lois Lane being an active stubborn journalist trying to uncover the Rangers identities. The conflict was Maria keeping a secret from her own sister

After Space I thought maybe Bianca could continue being a ranger as the purple galaxy ranger; then i came up with Phenomenous's niece

Dr. Phenomenous is shortened to Dr. Phenom, and she had ice powers to contrast Leo's fire (being love interests, sorry leo x kendrix/karone fans!!) She's loosely based on the source material Gingaman which is why she has an interest in horses and has a unicorn Galactabeast

Alya's name from Miraculous Ladybug obviously; she was going to be a cop but after some time...ACAB baby!

Kyra was created so Cole could have a closer connection to his biological family; her surname sounds like 'lion'

Wendy is based on Devon Aoki's character from 2Fast 2 Furious; she is also Eric Meyers' love interest. I thought about making her Quantum Pink since their romance are foil to Wes x Jen.

Allison is meant to be the dutiful Star Student to contrast the antics of the Ninja Storm's trio her arc was learning not to take everything too seriously. Also to fill in the missing element Fire

Rosita was introduced into mmpr lore as a toddler; Dino thunder has her became a ranger in freshman year of HS. She's based disney channel protagonists like Miley & Raven. Her name is because of pink roses and she's the Pink Ranger.

Violetta's name is for her ranger color; ppl just call her Letty for short. Her number is actually 7 for good luck

Originally Opal Octavia and Olivia were all going to be purple Rangers then i decided to give them unique to better distinct them from one another. So Opal is silver (jewellery), Octavia is Violet, and Olivia is pink

Silvia's name sounds similar to silver and her element is Metal. Also played around her being the Silver ranger opposite to Gold Ranger Antonio. Her originally faceclaim was Demi Lovato

Bobi was originally a yt redhead and her name was at random. But now She's a black redhead. Also she and Silvia went to the same middle school

Frieda is named after rhe blue haired girl from El Tigre i thought her name is so pretty. Also fills in for yellow bc omg how they forget yellow???

Employment: chapter one

(I wrote this for @hollowsart this is based on their universe for the spiderman characters. Silvia Rhode is my OC. Everything else is theirs. Enjoy!!’

Silvia Rhode had always wanted a job at Oscorp, but she never expected it to happen. Her grandfather, Phineas Mason, was good friends with an employee named Otto Octavius. Silvia had met Otto a few times, and he decided to talk to Norman about hiring her. He was reluctant but gave in and hired her as Oscorp’s receptionist.

It wasn’t her preferred role, but she was just happy to be working here. Her job consisted of taking phone calls, greeting clients and employees, and filing paperwork for Norman. She decorated her desk with cute little animal figurines and plants. Of course one bowl of plants had a few little inhabitants. Thirteen little snails glided around the leafy bowl, wiggling their eye stalks happily. Next to them was a large candy bowl. Silvia always gave anyone who comes through those front doors a piece of candy. She had been working for about a week now.

The doors opened and Otto Octavius walked inside. “Good morning Ms. Rhode.” He greeted Silvia with a pleased smile. He held his hand out expectantly. Silvia smiled and placed an octopus shaped mint in his hand. “Good morning Dr. Octavius!” She replied back. “Mr. Osborn is waiting for you in the lab. Oh! He told me to give you these.” She handed him a folder with a smile.

“Thank you my dear, I’ll see you later!” He waved as he walked out. She went back to typing out reports on her computer. Norman had an appointment in an hour with Hammerhead. She smiled and got out a special sucker for him, a shark shaped on. She loved messing with him.

When Hammerhead walked in, she smiled brighter than the sun. Oh he knew. “What?” He snapped. She held her hand out, sucker grasped inside. “Here you go Mr. Hammerhead.” He took it from her, scowling. He pushed past and went to the elevator, pressing the top button. When he was alone, he smiled. He liked the little interactions with her.

Hammerhead stepped out, finding Norman’s office empty. He helped himself to Norman’s chair and started to eat the piece of candy. Norman walked in a few moments later. “Sorry I’m late- what's that?” he questioned, looking none too pleased.

“This? Piece of candy from your receptionist.” He answered. “She gives me one every time.” He finished it and threw it away. “Now, down to business. The big man wants to make you an offer.” He grinned.

The meeting ended shortly, with a very pleased Hammerhead leaving with a case of money. Norman came downstairs shortly after, fuming. He stormed over to the receptionist desk. “Ms. Rhode.” He said, in a threatening voice.

Silvia looked up at him. “Yes Mr. Osborn?” She did not like his tone of voice. Norman grabbed her hand and slammed it down on the desk, leaning in close. “This is a respectable business, Ms. Rhode. There is no room for childish antics in my company. This is your first and final warning: get rid of your filthy slimy snails and for the love of god no more candy!” He yelled, letting go of her hand.

As he walked off, tears ran down her face. Her first week and she was already on thin ice. She wiped her tears away and threw her candy away, and tucked the snail bowl under the desk. She’d bring them home on her lunch break. She was really upset. What a great start…

Amatheia: Absolutely! The idea is like, super appealing to her. It’s easier to get her infatuated with you than keeping her in love though.

Silvia: Not really, not love at least. To her love is built, takes time and knowing each other. If it’s at first sight she calls them just crushes.

Raina: Isn’t sure. She hasn’t felt it yet, but who knows if one day she’ll do!

♥ (23) What is your OC’s favorite nice thing to do for themselves?

Amatheia: Bubble baths with bath bombs, scented candles and surrounded by pretty decorations while she sings and eats fresh fruit. She can stay like that all day.

Silvia: When there’s heavy rain or storms she LOVES to laze around. Staying warm and cozy in bed with hot beverages and snacks as she watches the water fall outside her window. 10/10 do not @ her she is having “me time”

Raina: She really likes to take a floatie and just. Drift free in a lake. Sea too but she got stranded once and learned her lesson. She just likes to embody the jellyfish ideal for a moment: almost formless, one with the water, empty and pure, probably wiggly because they’re jelly-fish, right? Why would they name them that if they don’t wiggle like jelly-
