Hello users!!

We are so excited to be back, but we’ve noticed a few of our guidelines for submissions aren’t quite being followed, so we’re going to restate some rules for you all! We hope this clarification helps you use our system better!

On navigation:

Since we’ve been gone, tumblr has started shortening posts with “read more” tabs which seems to be cutting off our main posts. All our navigation posts are still online and working properly as far as we can tell! You just have to click around a little.

On submissions:

We do not add anyone to any list without an ask. We will not add anyone who sends messages or requests to be added on reblogs of posts. It would be too difficult to keep up! You must send an ask to be added to our lists.

In addition, the way we add people to lists follows a guide designed by our mods. We do not take requests on where to put you. (Saying ‘can you add me to the ____ cabin doesn’t count, that’s fine of course. We’re referring to people who ask us to make exceptions to our rules for them or ask to be placed multiple places at once.)

In order to explain something that seems to be confusing people, I will explain a small section of the rules in our guide:

Blogs are only listed on ONE list. You cannot be on multiple lists. (If we did this, our blog would be basically unavicable. Nearly every page would just be an endless list of the same names!)

Asks with a single blog that hosts a single OC will be added to the list they belong on, and have all other people on that list linked in the subsequent posted ask.

Asks with two blogs, or one blog that hosts two OCs will have their OCs added to the respective lists for their characters, and have all people on both lists linked in their subsequent posted ask.

Asks with more than two blogs that each feature individual OCs will have each blog added to their list, but will not have anyone linked when their ask is posted. (If you have more than two blogs to send in and you want your cabins linked for all of your ocs, just send each blog in an individual ask! We don't mind having a bunch of individual asks all at once, don't worry!)

Asks with a single blog with more than two OCs will be added to the Multi-Character blogs page and have some other multi character blogs linked, or have no one linked depending on the situation.

EXCEPTION: Regardless of the number of OCs, if ALL OCs on a Multi-Character blog belong in the same cabin, they will be added to their respective cabin list and have all people on that list linked in their subsequent ask. (Such as a group of siblings/triplets/etc)

Please do not ask us to put you on a specific list, or try to guess what our guidelines are. Just send us your @ and your OCs name, and let us take care of the rest!

On Recommendations:

This blog is mostly just for connecting people, so we try not to lord over our users with Roleplay advice. All of our advice posts are usually labeled as "These are just some suggestions" and we intend for all our users to take from them only what resonates. We're not your boss, we don't get to tell you how to RP!

Since we're a pretty central blog that gets a decent amount of attention, we receive a lot of asks from people who are offering roleplay advice to the greater community. This is a generous thing to do, but please know that we will probably never post these suggestions. In order to offer them here, we are required to agree with every point, and then determine wether the tone of the advice is friendly or not. Please understand, if you send roleplay advice and WE post it, it becomes our advice too. Most submissions just don't meet those requirements.

That doesn't mean the advice is bad, it's just not really something we do here. We're all here to have a good time! There's no need to overcomplicate it.

Hello user!!! Thank you so much for the request!! Unfortunately, we do not add multi-character accounts to their individual cabins. If we did, it would take a very long time to accommodate everyone, so this is a standard of practice for us. That’s why we have a multi-character account page! If enough users consider this an inconvenience, we are open to changing it. As of right now, though, this is our standard!

Do you have an Eros or Aphrodite kids list of tags?

Yes we do!! Those lists are both linked on our OC Navigation Masterpost!

There’s no need to look for them if you’re sending in an OC though! We’ll link them for you!
