#when twilight strikes

As many of you know, When Twilight Strikes is coming up on its anniversary. I like to celebrate the event on the day I posted my intro post, rather than the day the first demo came out, purely because it feels like that was the day the concept of WTS was birthed into the world. Which means on February 24th, this project will officially turn 4 years old!! Crazy.

To celebrate, I toyed with the idea of releasing extra stories as I've done before, but I didn't want to be put off track of Chapter 12 again, so, instead, I'll be hosting an artist event where you can post your creations to be entered to win some prizes!!

RULES

Limit two entries per user. Winners will be decided in a draw.

The entry must fall under one of the prompts listed.

The entry must be tagged under #WTS4Year.

All forms of art count, including (but not limited to) drawings, paintings, comic strips, fanfics, music creations and more. Feel free to message me for clarification!

PROMPTS

CHAPTER: Give your version or interpretation of an existing scene. For example, portray meeting Mirai from Chapter 7 in a visual form or from another character's POV.

FRIENDSHIP: Display the friendship between your hunter and one or more ROs, canon or non-canonical. It could be a comedic approach or something more heartwarming.

ROMANCE: Depict a romance between your hunter and an RO. You could show a domestic scene further into the relationship or your interpretation of how they'll get together.

FREEFORM: If none of the prompts speak to you, feel free to come up with something else <3

I love this game, I’ve had so much fun with it so far and am excited for future updates, Out of all the characters the one that I’m going for has to be Rylan, Nikolas coming close second and Kian coming third, what characters are everyone else going for?

Here are what I’ve imagined the gang to look like I’m pretty happy with how they turned out the only one that I’m not completely sure of is Kian, I would like at some point to redraw him again and fix up a few things <3

I absolutely adored this part not only for the great angst (that's how you easily win me over), but also because it unexpectedly provided an opportunity to delve into a significant aspect of my MC’s background. I've chosen to develop her with a tendency towards recklessness, almost bordering on "suicidal tendencies", though she remains unaware of it. Having grown up surrounded by constant threats, danger has become ingrained in her life, leading to a diminished sense of fear.

In the face of adversity, she has embraced a philosophy of "acceptance," allowing her to adapt easily to new perils but leaving her hesitant to confront dire conditions head-on. I think it's fascinating to explore how she suppresses her anguish, offering a unique perspective on her resilience.

As the story unfolds in future chapters, I envision my main character's growth influenced by Kian's concept of immortality which could present a compelling opportunity for her to evolve and navigate her internal strugge.

Happy New Year 2025 !!

I just wanted to draw something quickly, but I'm so busy with school that I didn't have time for anything...

So the idea behind this drawing is a sum up from the year 2024. So here is a mix of UT, cartoon, FnF, sim and IF.

Most of the references are obvious so I'll just put them in my tags :)

This year was weird in a way, everything went so fast, I swear... but it was also the year that I officially read (nearly) every IF known to mankind.

I also jump fandom to fandom (especially FnF, with its mod like pibby corrupted mod, that makes me dive into cartoon world, then into danny phantom fandom to the point of discovering nicktoons unite.... I may or may not plan to try my hand on writing a longfic/IF including those characters), while still having a foot in UT and its AU...

i know it's been a very long wait for some of you (and it has been for me too, believe me), but thank you for being patient! whether you found this game today or were here from the very beginning, your support means the world to me. i'm so incredibly grateful to have this many people care about something that i'm passionate about. the chapter is on the shorter side, but i hope that it brings you joy (or not? i can't say the content is very joyful) regardless. i promise chapter twelve will take less time than eleven did.
