Rory has been trending a little bun-obsessed lately, probably because we have lots of bunnies in our condo complex and she has to practice a lot of impulse control as she can't chase or really fixate on them, so I've been looking for ways to help her fulfill her bunny-murder urges safely.

Unfortunately we don't have a ton of areas I comfortable coursing her (letting her chase buns until she can't see them or catches them) because our bunnies are mostly urban animals BUT I was at the bougie pet store for unrelated reasons and they had dried rabbit feets which gave me an idea!

I bought a few and got some paper bags and put Rory in another room while I hid them around the apartment to sniff out, destroy, and eat. I figured it would satisfy some of her murder urges, even if it's not the whole predation sequence.

She was pretty happy about it! I'll try to add this to our rotation of enrichment activities and maybe get a few rabbit feet to chuck at her outdoors sometimes. Hopefully it'll help vent those bunny frustrations so they don't build up and hurt my good dog behaviours.

not asking for spoilers but just wanted to let you know I am SO excited to see whether you'll be including any aspect of the golden trio's van life��� treasure hunting in the woods segment of DH in your story. I know you've talked about how silly and irrelevant it is for them to be off and away from all the other characters and action for so much of the last book, so I'm looking forward to seeing the changes you make and what kinds of new experiences they'll have if they remain more tethered to the plot. but c'mon. neverending geocashing group camping trip from hell. it's kind of hilarious.

The Two Towers if you're reading Sam and Frodo's trip to Mordor and you don't know what fuck all else is going on while they're doing it. And also none of the stuff with Aragorn or the actual war for the ring is on the page. And there are Hallows there, for some reason.

A Tup from @trudemaethien’s excellent fic Edeemi, Baby, One More Time that I drew back in May! I didn’t have a Star Wars tumblr at the time and wasnt planning on posting it anywhere so I forgot about it until now, but I had such a fun time playing around with lighting effects and his expression!

I really love their mer universe and I’m especially fond of Tup’s POV in this fic. It’s such a good job of expressing the confusion and frustration of communication barriers and reasonable, best-intent misunderstandings between all of them, while still leaning into the positive aspects of discovering the world and representing it from slightly different perspective than people normally take 10/10 highly recommended

Vera. Vera! VERA!!

yeah yes okay, hello. I must ramble, please & thank you. I love this. Helli those head references worked like a dream because my stars do I love these sketches.

okok, there's not much content & info about Vera, but it's enough to work with & for me to make theories & headcanons for. And while Helli is resting, I am making it my personal mission to make content of my now favorite oc of Helli's.

I've always loved her when I first stumbled upon her when browsing through older post you've made. I don't say gorgeous often because I use it to describe something in the highest regard & man is Vera FRICKEN GORGEOUS! STARS

So Vera is a therapist (dog) & also one of Big Mama's exes. Vera learns that Big Mama was using her to gain information on her clients. We don't know how she found out of her reaction, but I do know she likes ball dancing. Since Big Mama also dances & hosts parties, I'd imagine she & Vera would dress up for the occasion. Maybe Vera was looking for Big Mama during a party & overhears her true intentions. I don't know how Vera would react (like if she's more of the shocked type, crying while running away type, etc) so I went with bitter frustration after crying for maybe 10 minutes.

In this image, it shows her after the fact, deciding to be bitter for the rest of the night. She avoids Big Mama as much as possible, eventually winding down in a more secluded part of the hotel with some wine. Spilling it on the furniture.

I just wanted to draw her in these dresses I have saved in pinterest lol. Maybe a previous dress she wore on a date with Big Mama? idk. Or maybe the first nicer dress she's worn since learning the truth. She doesn't strike me as the type to go out partying her sorrows away, maybe the night bars she goes to sometimes, but no place that required her to dress nicely. (Also Vera is just stunning in all colors. I didn't even mean to use the color of the dresses to imply emotions lmao, but it happened. She's so cute!!)

Drew something to fill up the page, as you do, & thought of her job as a therapist. And like most office spaces, has a receptionist. And yes, her name is Karen & is indeed one. She's so much of a headache that Vera would need to get to work early to avoid passing her at the front desk. She already has to deal with her while leaving, she doesn't need it at the start of the day.

I adore her, I love her, I love her greatly, she's usurped the rest by miles & I mean MILES. Thank you dear Helli for the head references, I can draw her now. I will draw her until my hands break. I am her biggest fan, no contest, & will challenge those who claim the first title I've ever clamed lmao. If there's no content of her, I'll be the one to make it. STARS SHE'S FUCKING GORGEOUS

I have been raw dogging life for 1 month without my adhd/depression/anxiety/mood stabilizers medication and without a single Therapy appointment

I haven't left my house in 1 month, I haven't spoken to any of my (in person) friends in over 1 month, I haven't seen my family in 1 month, I haven't seen my bloody cat in over 1 month, I've barely left my bloody room in over 1 month, and I've been listening to my bloody voice almost every day for 1 hour so I can finish editing the bloody podcast for over a month

To top it all of: I haven't had a decent night's sleep in about 4 days now (in which I just don't sleep or I have extremely vivid nightmares with my departed mother and/or scenarios where I die over and over and over again but can't speak to ask for help before it happens - fun for all the family, if you ask me) and I might or might not be completely and absolutely going insane, with only Good Omens season 1 (6/6) and season 2 (5/6) and the existence of Crowley/red haired Fire Pokemon David Tennant Edition being my sole producer of any amount of serotonin

How am I alive? Good question. Beautiful genderfluid demonic content can be some very nice very distracting content for individuals that simp for Fire Type David Tennant Pokemon like myself

I am quite sure my only contact with anything mental health related in the past weeks has been my best friend whom is very very annoying and refuses to leave me the heck alone and whom is a nurse and is working extra time to advice my stupid ass the best she can, bless her heart

So, with my personal nurse's permission, I have doubled my sleeping medication for the night and, as Fall Out Boy once wrote for the song "Alone Together" in one of my favorite albums to have ever been created "Save Rock and Roll": I'll check in tomorrow if I don't wake up dead
