what if a yeerk didn't know/realize it was a yeerk? What if it thought it was a human kid?
I'm trying to figure out how this would happen, and imagination is failing me. There is some evidence we've successfully convinced nonhumans that they're humans — Nim Chimpsky would sort photos of himself among photos of humans, putting photos of chimps in a different pile. But Nim was a chimpanzee, sharing 99% of humans' genes. And he was taken from his mother when he was 10 days old to be raised exclusively by humans: sleeping in a bed, wearing clothes, eating with utensils, peeing in a toilet. He'd never met another chimp at the time of that study.
By our best guess, dogs don't think they're human, nor do most pets. Dogs easily learn to prefer humans (or sheep, cows, etc.) over other dogs, but the way they act around fellow dogs is completely different from how they act around other mammals of similar size/shape. This is both because dogs mostly spend their first weeks among their parents and siblings (if not they tend to die, so even shitty breeders rarely take bottle babies), and because dogs have obvious physical differences from humans. Being dogs, they probably care less that we lack fur or use language than that we smell like omnivores who rub themselves with soap, and that we move very differently from quadrupeds. Cats are harder to pin down, but they famously don't meow at each other, only at the dumb apes whose affection or tuna sandwiches they want to demand. I don't think anyone's investigated hamsters or goldfish, but I'm guessing the odds are against one mistaking a giant hand that comes from the sky to dispense pellets for being one's sibling.
So the issue with this hypothetical yeerk is threefold: 1) yeerks don't resemble humans, 2) yeerks need to see each other to feed, and 3) yeerks can't interact with humans without using a human host. Let's suppose that the yeerk is taken into a human home immediately after spawning, that the yeerk shows infantile amnesia (who knows), and that the yeerk grows up only feeding from a private pool that contains no other yeerks. Let's even suppose that we give the yeerk a Stephenie Meyer—style human host who is completely brain dead. Even under those circumstances, would the yeerk think "I'm human"? or would the yeerk think "all so-called humans are greenish slugs operating ape bodies like mech suits; we just don't mention this fact out loud"? And is that the same thing as thinking oneself human?
For that matter, did Nim Chimpsky really think he was human, or do his two piles of pictures simply mean "apes who wear clothes" and "apes who don't"? If he assumed all apes have a life stage of being hairy and good at climbing before metamorphosing into a hairless form good at running, is that the same thing as thinking himself human? Was there a different categorization in his head, and if so was it comparable to the boundaries that humans draw around the concept "human" — e.g. "like-mes" and "beasts"? He never actually learned a human language, because evidence would suggests apes cannot, so we'll never know his exact thought process.

Some Random Tips and Ponderings With a Seasoned Shifter
with additional commentary on states of being

Hello! I’m a shifter and manifestor, and I wanted to compile some tips that I’ve been echoing in the comments here and there, as well as some recent solidifications in my understanding.
I’m not new to tumblr, or the shifting reddit ((you can find mine here) I answer commented questions on there in-depth, its worth checking out pinky swear), but I am new to Shiftblr. I’ve heard that the community here is lovely, so I thought I’d give it a shot.

My attempts to put my experiences into words over the years comprise predominantly of Law of Assumption and some other aspects of spiritual practices. While this is the best way for me, it may not be the best way for you and that’s totally fine! As always, take what you like and leave the rest. I’ll be happy to explain or expand on concepts in the comments. :)

1.There is no separation between you and your dr self, in the same sense that all matter is made up of energy and energy is everywhere touching everything.

2. If you like imagining physical things and don’t have any ideas for a scene to familiarize yourself with your dr body, you could pick a song (that could have emotional significance to your dr self)and an instrument, and then imagine how that instrument feels under your fingers, the clothes on your body, where are you sitting, what does the temperature feel like, how does the song make your dr self feel and why, etc etc.
2a. By doing an activity in your imaginings, you don’t have to have sole hyper focus on just being in your body, it’s a little more chill. I have adhd, so i find the more stimulus, the better sometimes.

3. If you struggle with imagining physical things, you could make a personal dr self playlist. I’m talkin manually pick out all the songs and build a playlist yourself. Music is energy and waves, and it can be an immensely helpful tool in allowing yourself to occupy your dr self
3a. I bring this up because later on I talk about afternoon/mid-morning imaginings. I find that by repeating dr self events while having an attatched playlist to the state, it becomes much easier to enter a kind of flow state where everything comes more naturally as opposed to manually thinking thoughts.
This goes off of the ladder experiment from neville goddard. something glossed over with goddard is that feeling is not emotion. Feeling is sensation. a more general, expansive version of a feeling is a state. A state, i.e. state of being, is a state that you can occupy as you are, at your source, pure conscious. Think kind of like the different eras of your current life and the “vibe”.
Once you figure out how to occupy this state (through any method/means that work for you) until it feels normal, you’re basically in your dr.

4. “You’re already your dr self. You’re already in your dr.” -Okay so yes, but let’s talk about it because I see this tripping some people up.
Shifting is occupying one state that comes with one reality, and then adjusting your perspective and imaginings to your dr self’s state, with the intention that your drs physical 3d reality will express itself. In order to do this, you occupy your dr self’s state, and it can be very difficult if you are currently occupying a state to the point where it feels like an extremely heavy coat.
4a. I once talked about this back when I posted on here. You are not your physical body. As Marina said, “I am not my body, not my mind or my brain Not my thoughts or feelings, I am not my DNA I am the observer, I’m a witness of life I live in the space between the stars and the sky” You are not your emotions. This is why you can shift while feeling a whole slew of emotions. You are energy, ever flowing, and forever connected to everything else in the conceivable multi-universe. Your emotions come from your physical 3d body which is just another reflection, ever-changeable
A single tiny star can cause ripples across our entire universe. This isn’t just a spiritual concept. I just like to think that spirituality/the exploration of the multiverse is ahead of its science. Magic is just science that hasn’t caught up yet, imo.

*5. Remember when doing your attempt- you’re shifting to be the person, not the place. Occupy the state of your dr self, and then experience your dr (in imagination/4d) through the lense of your dr self. That is what shifting is. You’re shifting the state you occupy (in your 4d/imagination), and the outer world shifts alongside you
If you struggle to get into a flow state (thoughts and feelings and imaginings coming naturally) with your state of being, it can sometimes be like an old truck that won’t start unless you manually give it a push. ponder on the life of your dr self and take into account the lenses you are looking through. How have their life experiences changed their view, perspectives, beliefs, etc. you can ask yourself questions and then answer them interview style. It may take a couple of times before you are familiar with yourself to just have the thoughts come naturally.

6. If you feel like you are chasing after your dr self/dr, like karate kid learning how to catch the chicken, it may be of use to take a couple minutes to reorient yourself. Take some deep breaths. you’re okay. You’re gonna be just fine. It’s chill, and if it’s not chill, you’ve gotten through all your toughest battles up unto this point.

7. Meditation/mindfulness/learning to be here now/grounding is worth investing in. It will do you good in any lifetime. You don’t have to sit still to do it. You don’t have to clear your mind. The mind being clear is an effect of the practice, not something to try and actively go.
7a. If I could summarize how to practice being present in an extremely short way, it would be that the past has spent its time with you already and the future will soon- let yourself just exist in the here and now. Start with feeling your fingertips and work your way up, and try to really feel the surface you’re on,
7b. If you like doing this, you can do this with your cr self and once you’re relaxed, do it in your imagination as your dr self. Look the scene until you’ve felt your dr in your imagination to the best of your ability go with the flow. Don’t like something you started with? Okay, change it. This process doesn’t need to be super uber serious. let yourself lighten the load. Let it go.

8. An analogy for letting go because I see this tripping some people up too: If I want to pick up a ball, but I am currently holding another, I must first let go of the ball I am holding. If you (your consciousness) wants to hold a different state of being (and thus a different reality), it becomes infinitely easier for some people to have a bridge in between this reality and the next. You can make bridges with lots of things, such as the void state, mind awake body asleep, lucid dreams, etc.
When talking “letting go” “ I think it’s important to note that all you have to do is turn your attention away from the state of being you don’t want to be and become indifferent to it. You don’t have to fight it or react, just simply choose a response that comes from a place of knowing that you’re good, and everything’s chill.
You can also think of it like your mental state being a boat on a body of water and you’re only job is to relax and occupy your chosen state. When you occupy this state, you give the motor power to take you to the right shore. The boat already has its course set out, all you have to do is keep powering the motor.
"The time it takes for your desire to manifest is directly proportional to the naturalness of your desire.” - Neville Goddard. How do you make it natural? You repeat and continue to occupy the state with a brazen impudence.

9. I personally use midday meditations/naps to imagine being in my dr, and then I’ll shift at night. I find it’s easier to be in creation mode during the day when I have energy to spare and then shift at night, when all I have to do is vibe as my dr self.
sometimes my afternoon imaginings turn into shifts- which can actually be a little frustrating when i have a new dr or one that i want to make changes to.
If I can’t sit down in the afternoon/mid-morning to do my ~imaginings~, I’ll just do it with my eyes open- sometimes it’s even easier depending on if I’m doing/what type of activity is being done. I like to try to occupy the state throughout the day- I use bathroom breaks because they’re already alloyed into the day.

10. I am an utter sucker for pinterest (if you hate ads, tap on the three dots, tap hide, and then this doesnt pertain to me. do this to like 20ish and then the ads should stop for a week or two.
I think that pinterest boards allow you to really capture something reflective of the state of being of your dr self. I like to look through my board and listen to music during my afternoon “creation sessions” before a shift, and then once again before the shift itself.

11. Detaching is just letting go in a different font, but with a little extra step. Detaching for me is detaching from the outcome- I use this in manifestation as well. Remember that your reality comes from you, it doesn’t happen to you.
By occupying the state of your dr self, your 3d reality will shift on. it’s. own. in direct reflection of you. detaching is just understanding this and not panicking when it seems like it’s not working.
When you are occupying the state of your dr self, you don’t need to worry about getting to your dr. In the same breath, if nothing has seemed like it’s worked up unto this point- try assessing from a different angle. Okay so maybe you HAVE tried literally everything and have for years. Alright. LOA would say something about your state is preventing you. Only you can go inside and figure it out. Acceptance of circumstances is the first step to change. You can’t change something you won’t look at.

For me, my inability to succeed was due in-part to holding onto my dr like a lifeline, rather than just a place I visit. I was unable to occupy my dr self state, because in this reality I was forcing and pushing the process. I didn’t understand that when you want to change the reflection, you must first change yourself
I’ve found that multiple times throughout this journey, I come to the same answers, but I had to shift my perspective first to see, understand, and experience why it was the right one.
I know i’ve successfully shifted my perspective when the way i naturally approach and view things has changed.

edit: one last little thing. a weird metaphor/analogy for my shifting process. I have a bowl that I fill with little pebbles I find (4d dr imaginings of feelings, thoughts, memories, pieces of the state). once this bowl is full to my liking, I can transform the bowl into a bag and carry it around with me (occupying the state) wherever I go, I no longer have to manually hold it. now, my only job is to just keep walking the path with my backpack (my state) until I reach my destination
edit2: a side note but i feel when applying and practicing these things, a might consistency with the practice is a good perspective. you're not forcing, and there's no rush, so you need only lightly hold your dr self

Hey, i hope you’re doing great! I’ve been wondering about something. When I think like I already have my desire, do I need to actually feel it’s real, or is just thinking about it enough to manifest? What do you think?
Feelings don't manifest, but they can help. You don't have to use them, I want to make that very clear so don't take this as me being like "Feelings CAN manifest" cause they can't. But they can be used as a tool.
Thinking about how you already have it, and not wavering, is enough to manifest it. You don't need to believe in it, you don't even have to be happy, you just think about how you have it and that is enough. Remember, you are very very powerful.

i've been using this method in self care and therapy, and it has been working amazingly, so i've decided to implement it in my manifestation, with wonderful results
here's a guide for this method, i hope it's helpful; enjoy!!
➛ overview
➛ in this method, you have a buddy - a character you create for yourself. their personality can be whatever you want to be. you need to take care of your buddy - they cannot eat, drink, sleep, etc. they get all that from you. you need to eat well, sleep well, keep hydrated, etc.
➛ for manifestation, you need to take care of your buddy too! you need to keep your mindset right, not falter, and help your buddy manifest, as they struggle with their mindset, self-concept, discipline and persisting
➛ how it works
➛ this method works by shifting the focus from yourself to your buddy, therefore making you feel the need to persist, while detaching you from your objects of manifestation at the same time. you project your needs and desires onto your buddy, making it easier for you to keep up with them and keep up the good work
➛ please note, this works on everything! self-care, new habits, manifesting, and anything else you can think of
➛ instructions
➛ step 1: this works best when your buddy has a body. using a doll or a stuffed animal is ideal, but any object you can take places with you is a-okay. if you can't carry your buddy places with you, you can always make them as a private character in character ai and text them through the day
➛ step 2: give your buddy a name. names carry immense power in personifying and bringing things to life. this will drive the point in for your brain that the buddy is a creature that you need to be taking care of and helping out
➛ step 3: go on ahead and manifest whatever you choose! take care of your buddy well and go about your life as normal. everything else will come naturally

48HC Update!
Don't worry, I'll try keeping things short. So, following ahead from this post. I have managed to manifest all of them with the 3D having no choice but to catch up and reflect my 4D. Don't worry huns, I'll show off some pictures.
I swear to god, I really need to update those circles but they're already so pretty ugh.
Desired Appearance - I actually think I look a lot more like Kang Sujin and Seo Nari combined, my waist is snatched and my skin is clear fr fr. I gained weight as I intended and my stomach feels so tight, abs you know? I love having a toned body oh and bigger cherries, I have to buy some new bra size because the old ones don't fit anymore, fun.
Inhumane / Supernatural Beauty ability ( The biggest Glo - Up ) - Compliments, stares, people having a crush on me, and being everyone's crush.
Becoming the personification of 'The Art of Seduction'- Reading people became a lot easier, and persuading them too, I didn't even need to ask my dad twice to buy me Prada.
Desired weight - Coming close! My ideal weight is 57kg, and I have a bigger appetite.
Martial Arts Expert / Master / Peak Human Reflexes - My stamina is basically unlimited! No more leg pains after leg day.
Grades Revision ( Being highly respected as the top student ) - People always ask me when it comes down to the knowledge of everything, literally.
Enhanced soft skills ability, charisma, leadership, and empathy - I've always had it, and so many more people love me.
Being the Mysterious It Girl + Beauty & Brains - Not a surprise really, someone said reading me is basically like trying to read a new language entirely.
Trophies, Medallions, more gold medals. Specifically Olympics - a lot more competitions! I also won one of my competitions, first place!
SP ( Upcoming success story coming up that's for sure, and love - dovey love story behind that ) - Many of his friends like e, not sure how to take that but I'll take it and many of them ship us still haha. He's coming along soon, don't worry my doves.
Being able to manifest anything instantly through perfect sc (self-concept), literally, I already have perfect sc. - I literally got a smartwatch, Bakugo figurine, and a t-shirt I wanted by affirming once.
All my other notes app desires lmao - I'm very much indifferent to my sps or desired people, to be honest, I'm stuck with myself and I'm happy with that. I have a much closer relationship to my family and desired people.
Photographic Memory - Better memory! Still ongoing since I didn't focus on this too much, honestly I completely forgot about this.
Heal my Keratosis Pilaris ( Clear Perfect Skin) - It's basically clearing up!

Manifestation - Check Your Beliefs - When Putting Yourself On The Pedestal Backfires!?
Hello everyone! This is another short post to cover a simple topic under the umbrella term manifestation to hopefully shed some light on the topic.
Today we will be talking about what I believe is to be a very important topic, and that is: to check your beliefs! You have to remember that everyone is you pushed out (EIYPO), and that everyone will reflect your beliefs. What’s great about this is that you can recognise the beliefs you have by how other people is showing up and treating you.
The reason I wanted to make this post is because I recently ran across an ‘issue’ where after I changed my self-concept (my beliefs about myself) it ended up having an unintended ‘negative’ effect on my Specific Person (SP) and I thought writing this post might help give a different perspective on this topic.
So like many of you I am currently manifesting an SP. Listening to a lot of different coaches on YouTube and reading content online, I adopted the idea of taking my SP of the so called ‘pedestal’ and placing myself on top of there. Now I am not saying this is a bad thing in itself, but it did cause something to happen that I did not account for.
So like many of you, my SP has shown up in my 3D experience in a, lets just say, less desirable way. So when I did my self-concept work, and I started seeing myself as this amazing beautiful person, worthy and deserving of all that I desire, I put myself higher and higher on that pedestal, but consequentially, I put my SP far far down below me.
Based on my previous experience with my SP, I started seeing him as someone who wasn’t worthy and deserving of me, how could he be, he had treated me badly and I was now seeing myself as this amazing person worthy of all the best. Problem is of course, that this assumption was based on how he was showing up in the past, not how I wanted him to show up now.
Have you been in this situation? Are you currently in it? By holding these thoughts, I was also holding my SP in the old version of himself. But also, he now started to reflect these beliefs to me.
In a drunken moment of honesty, my SP told me he didn’t deserve me, that I was too good for him, and he admitted to treating me poorly in the past. (And this happened a second time just a few weeks ago). On one hand, I was happy that he was recognising me as the person I believed myself to be now, but on the other, I was saddened by his confession. Of course I realise that I created that, through my own assumptions.
It made me realise that I had not gone about changing the story in the right way, sure, I had changed my part positively, but unfortunately, I changed his part in a very negative way. He now told me I should leave him, stop wasting my time on him. He told me he would never be able to let me go, so he wanted me to walk away, to do what he could not do. It was heartbreaking.
I spent some time thinking, and meditating on what had transpired after it happened for a second time. This was after he came back after dumping me for someone else about a month ago (you can read all about that in my latest post!).
I will admit, there was a part of me that wanted him to worship me, to see me as someone above him, does that sound horrible? But I realise, I had only created another issue, and that I was keeping my SP in a story where he felt inadequate, and scared.
My original intent was of course for SP to change, to grow, to evolve, to become the version of him that is worthy of the new version of me. But in order to do that, I need to see him as that version now. For it is already done. I can no longer acknowledge the old story, the unworthy version of him based on his previous actions, (because those were of course also my creation).
I still listen to my affirmations I have created that incorporate my self-concept and the relationship I desire to experience, but I have added one new thing and that is “SP is worthy and deserving of my love”, and when I say it in my mind, I feel it, and I send him so much love.
I’ll admit, I was scared to change him to a better version of himself, because I was scared that the better version of him, would easily be able to find someone else whereas the ‘current’ (old) version of him has been struggling romantically for many years. But that is my fear and my insecurities talking. So I’m working on that. So I guess my point is, check your beliefs, check your fears, identify where the root cause, blockages and resistance lie, and then work on it.
I use a mix of affirmations, meditation and mindfulness practices to shift states, transform beliefs, and find peace and acceptance within myself. And I will accept that the best version of my SP still only loves, adores and only has eyes for me.

Some thoughts
Though I don't tend to read much LoAs material outside of Neville and Robert Russell, I gotta say I've had a number of realizations since reading "Edward Artsupply hands'" post on Why "creation is finished" is the most integral point of understanding.
He goes on to talk about "versions" of one's self, and the past and future and how choices create alternative versions of self. He talks about how all that is necessary to manifest these versions is awareness of all of them being essentially the same "I Am".
I realized, after that, that the past is just the sum total of everything you've ever been away of being. The future is everything you see yourself as being, as time progresses. The past and future don't exist in the 4D. The past and future only exist when you incorporate the 3D into what you're conscious of being.
When you "shut the door to the outer senses" you focus solely on mind. Mind exists in the 4d. When focusing solely on your "I Am", you realize that there is no Time. Everything you've ever been or will be is NOW. Your thoughts of the future, in Mind, are NOW. The past ? NOW. mind doesn't recognize TIME. Mind, as well as everything IN it, IS. Time is a metric used to measure changes in the 3D. You cannot measure mind with Time. It's like trying to measure sound with a ruler. Mind is immeasurable by 3d Standards. Your thoughts are NOW. What we call the past and the future are both conceptions of ourselves relative to the 3D. But what if we don't defer to the 3D for our self-concept? You'll then realize that you ARE everything you've ever been or will be. At this realization the desire to "create" anything should vanish, as you realize that conceiving anything is to instantly make it so. He states;
"When we dwell on a past mistake, we are essentially becoming Re-Aware of Being that Version in the Now"
This is what happens when you bring the relativity of the 3d INTO the 4d. This is essentially letting the 3D dictate your 4D condition, which is literally the reverse of how all this works. Because if your past exists NOW, and the perceived "NOW" also exists NOW, then the past is merely a condition your placing on yourself in the "present" which DIRECTLY AFFECTS your CURRENT conception of yourself. Your CURRENT perception of the past works in tandem with your CURRENT perception of yourself in the present moment which then directly affects the perceived "future". See how that works ? This is all 3d Shit that we've INSERTED into the 4D mechanism, thus giving us exactly what we've put in. This is why it's said, "JUDGE NOT BY APPEARANCE".
APPEARANCE = LITERALLY THE 3D
This is why the 4D is called the only true reality. Everything you've ever wanted and will ever want is NOW. This is why it's so important to have the best self-concept possible, and why your self concept is truly independent of the 3d, XD unless you MAKE it dependent.
If there is something you want, and you conceive a thought of yourself having that thing that you want, and you can feel the state that that produces, "It is done." When you see that your thoughts of yourself are literally manifestations in themselves, you will put far less importance on the 3D.
We get what we desire as soon as we remove the 3D from what dictates our self-concept, and replace it with the 4D. This is what is meant by "Circumstances don't matter." We have only what our self-concept is. Our self-concept exists in the 4D and is truly independent of the 3D. The 3D is nothing but a mirror that can only show us what we ARE.
When you think about yourself, your mind says "I AM-"..... REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT'S IN THE PAST, PRESENT, OR FUTURE.
Self-concept/ "I Am" = 4D
Past/Present/Future = 3D
Thoughts of:
The past = "I AM - someone who WAS"
The present = "I AM - someone who IS"
The future = "I AM - someone who WILL BE"
AT EVERY POINT IN TIME, "YOU ARE". REMEMBER THAT SH*T.
A desire is a state that wants to be expressed. But if you can't conceive of yourself as expressing that state, you will always just be in a state of desire. This is why you have to enter the state of the "wish fulfilled" NOW. Every conception of self comes with a state. This is why Neville asks you; "How would it FEEL ?"
HE'S ASKING YOU WHAT YOUR STATE WOULD BE
"FEELING" = THE STATE
You literally are the only one on the planet who would know what your state would be if you had what you wanted, because it's all NOW/YOU.
P.S. : There was a guy on the subreddit who talked about how he lent his friend some money that the friend had never paid back. I referenced this in a previous post I made. All the things we have and all the things we are, are tied to our self-concept. His conception of himself was someone who had money, even though it wasn't with him in the 3D. His friend then paid him back out of nowhere. The things that you have, and the things that you are in your self-concept, cannot be separated from you. It doesn't matter if his friend or his money was in space somewhere, his concept of self was someone who still had money, in spite of it being separated from himself physically. Even if he told himself that it's ok if the friend didn't pay him back... his self concept still included the money that he lent out. His concept of self didn't depend on the 3D to be what it was. His money not being with him was merely an appearance. (3D)
Judge not by appearance.

I think affirmations work if someone is already confident in themselves, knows how they are built, and knows how to believe in themselves so they can add/adjust more self-belief within them. They know how to make it work for themselves. But for someone who is working on self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence, and changing their self-concept, it can be harder to just affirm something that you don’t understand and don’t feel the essence of. Personally, I have never worked with affirmations that much, it doesn’t work for me. I have tried, and I’ve learned that it’s hard to affirm something when we don’t feel it in our heart and soul first. It’s hard when our beliefs and how we see ourselves don’t match an affirmation. I am able to affirm when I truly understand the why of that affirmation and where it comes from. I am able to believe in my affirmations when I transform the beliefs that were preventing me from thinking better of myself. Transformation has to be done not only in the mind but in the heart as well. Your beliefs come from your heart, so do how you affirm yourself. Affirmations of the self are best when they get their power from the love that resides within you. ~ @feminiel

I recommend picking 2-3 of these affirmations and then looping them over and over and over
You don’t have to affirm all day but take 10 to 15 minutes 2-3 times everyday (with one of those times being shut out from the rest of the world, sitting quietly, maybe with your eyes close and some deep breaths) to repeat and repeat and repeat
You can pretend that you’re telling someone. Maybe your best friend, maybe you mom. Doesn’t matter.

At some point, influencers realize the hustle is pointless.
This whole influencer thing is so much smoke and mirrors and inflated egos that I believe 90% think a big payout is just around the corner, and they will continue doing whatever it is they do.
But if that influencer is smart, and realizes that the game is rigged against them, they start looking for an exit strategy/golden parachute.

its actually way more simpler than you think, you don’t need a 10 step skincare routine or a new haircut, you just need to change the way you speak to yourself. if you want to exude beauty you must also make your thoughts kind, nurturing and beautiful. speak to yourself as if you’re speaking to someone so very dear to you. say goodbye to things which are not in your favour, tell your friends to stop making self deprecating jokes, or stop hanging out with people who have no intention to change the way they speak about themselves.
affirm your beauty, look in the mirror and compliment yourself, even if it makes you cringe. listen to music which makes you feel good about yourself and uplifts you. if you’re unsure about what affirmations to say, go into a comment section of someone like Adriana lima and turn the compliments into affirmations.
add the ritual of saying affirmations into your routine, for example, first thing in the morning and then the last thing before bed. once you change the way you speak to yourself, so will others. everyone is a reflection of you, so start now!!!!!

Why, you may ask, I did leg day too much and could barely walk for two days, in other words, I overworked myself and I needed some time for inner - silence, and healing. Look, I'm just saying I'm not a lazy person before I say that my routine consists of indefinite timings, I'm just efficient in my ways of LITE and Staying In The Wish Fulfilled which has worked for me well all this time. I do things when necessary, and take what I have for granted because I always get more whenever I want, that's the case for materialistic things, not people. Know better. Be grateful, but never settle for less. These are my daily habits.

The routine is literally just what, wake up affirm, visualize, go on my day LITE, that's it.
Okay fine, I'll add some affirmations journaling or scripting there.
Regardless Of Everything, I always get my desires before 48 hours.
