Grouping the Don't Call Me Superboy prologue comics I've drawn so far together. I really want to continue this series next to all the other fancomic ideas I'm juggling! Got big superfam re-imaginings in the back burner and they all start with Conner.

I cannot express enough that if your reaction, as a hobby artist, to not getting that many notes on your art is to say "maybe I should just stop doing art altogether" you need to stop posting art to tumblr

not necessarily forever, not even for long, but just stop putting your art on here and start doing it for you again, remember why you enjoyed doing art in the first place and stop relying on the attention of faceless people on the internet for your enjoyment of your hard work

believe me, I get it, nothing crushes the artistic soul quite like labouring for hours on a piece only for it to get like 10 notes, so you need to find your own source of joy in the act of creation and a lot of the time that means making art and not showing it to anybody

They are no longer in the void. There's posters now. If you recognize some of the posters, great! Nice treat to recognize. I’ll list credits below. Some of them are literally just scribbles that I blurred out.

I added medic-sergeant Coric and changed up Sergeant Fox (I transed her gender and gave her a braid + box dye situation). In my brain this drawing is set in a pretty standard fix-it timeline, where everyone who showed up in S2 and beyond lives and doesn't go through TOO many horrible terrible things.

This took me weeks. I spent almost the entire day colouring it in. I'm so glad it's over.
