Sakura, Sasuke found as the days blended into weeks, did indeed share smiles with strangers as if it was as easy for her as breathing. Small talk came to her as though it were second nature, effortlessly offering feedback to their fellow classmates about their art, providing analysis linking past and current events in their history class, and asking clarifying questions during calculus. It made Sasuke’s head spin, thinking about how many words she shared with people she didn’t know, how often she slipped into a smile and offered support to someone she only recognized as an acquaintance.

He understood that he fell into this latter category, though reflecting on that fact made his stomach twist uncomfortably and a bleak pit to bloom under his navel.

He found himself sitting in front of her in their history class, contained in another musty room with subpar lighting. But with the way the professor valued active learning, their desks were often pushed together and he sat across from her radiation green eyes as she smiled and shared her ideas with the other two members of their four-person squad. He refused to admit that a flicker of jealousy licked at his gut every time she blessed their idiot classmates with a smile or her attention. The boy who was partial to wearing green jumpsuits with a severe bowl cut and thick eyebrows had the ability to make her laugh, a sharp yet pleasant sound that bubbled from her chest, and Sasuke felt himself drowning in the noise, desperately wishing he had the ability to share that part of himself so freely or the skill to draw such mirth from the elf girl.

Their calculus class was bursting at the seams with students, so many were crammed into the small space that as Sasuke sat beside Sakura, their shoulders brushed, which seemed to regularly catch the quiet attention of their silver haired, navy masked professor. The first forty-five-minute period she apologized softly every time she bumped into him, a light pink color dusting her cheeks as her green eyes fluttered between Dr. Hatake, Sasuke, and her notebook. The second-class period she lost some of this embarrassment, simply sent him a lopsided smile as an apology. By the third class, she nudged closer to his side to avoid the sharp elbows of the student to her right.

Sasuke did not take this as a small victory.

He assumed Sakura just didn’t want to be constantly jostled by her other seat mate.

Telling himself this did not stifle the warmth that tinged his ears when she pressed softly against his side, smelling like daisies and coffee.

Sasuke The Demisexual King

I was a bit apprehensive about making this post because English is not my native language. So, apologies in advance. But thank you @kirinlady for the comment.

First of all, being demisexual has nothing to do with being gay or straight; you can be either. Another point is that you can have your headcanon; you are free to do so. But I am focusing on the canon line Kishimoto intended, which was SasuSaku from the start, according to the databooks and the novels.

There is A LOT OF CONTEXT SO GET READY.

Let's start!

In the first part of the Naruto series, Sasuke is very touch-deprived, traumatized by his family's murder by his brother, living in the house where they were killed, and self-isolating. A more correct way to describe it is to say he is touch-starved. Lack of physical touch can lead to feelings of emptiness and loneliness.

Sasuke had been without care for so long that being touched in a non-aggressive way might have given him sensory overload.

It's important to discuss these points when it comes to Sasuke's story. Naruto was also touch-deprived, but he externalized it, while Sasuke internalized it. This context aside:

A good part of the reason why people think Sasuke is gay is because he repels the touch of women and rejects flirtations from many girls. Sasuke doesn't need to feel anything towards these people, no matter their intentions. A man rejecting a girl does not make him gay, just as a girl rejecting a guy does not make her a lesbian. People have the right to their own bodies. It doesn't matter if you or many people would act differently; Sasuke is not that guy.

As I said, you can have your headcanon, but even fictional characters are people. Doubting someone's sexuality just because they don't follow a pattern says more about people in real life than about the character.

A good example is Gaara, who is clearly asexual with clear romantic feelings towards Naruto. I can see that in him more than in Sasuke. But this is my headcanon. I said Asexual no Aromantic.

Back in the series, Sasuke eventually gets more comfortable with Team 7. Kakashi respects his boundaries, Naruto is not the hugging type with him, but Sakura is another story. He can not avoid her like all the girls.

But this time is different. He sees her maturing, becoming a friend to him, and like a sister to Naruto. And this is the part where Sasuke starts to change. Seeing Sakura and Naruto's interactions makes him angry, maybe jealous. Sakura's attention was entirely his, but now it isn't, though a lot of it still is for him.

And this healthy distance makes him realize he misses her, maybe even wants her close. This brings us to the second part of being touch-deprived: What do you do when someone touches you? Mostly, he stands there or keeps his arms still. But he is not annoyed or pushing her away. He could, but he just doesn't want to.

She has such power over him that she can stop him even while he is controlled by Orochimaru's seal. He reaches for her while in pain, he gets mad when she is hurt. We all love the phase "who did this to you". He remembers her hug when he is losing control. She is that light.

They are kids at this point, but I really think he had feelings already. He wanted to protect her as a friend, and as something he did not understand. Lets not mention the blant Jealousy at adate ( =I think that's his name", and feeling powerless when Naruto saves her instead of him. But he had no time to figure out his feelings before being manipulated by Orochimaru's machinations to leave.

Even when he left, Sasuke accepted her feelings but chose to go anyway. But accepting her feelings, doesn't mean he is ready or is the time to act on them.

Now to the point of the post: Is Sasuke demisexual?

Demisexuality means being sexually attracted to someone only when you have an emotional bond with them.

The first part of the post was about 12-year-olds. This part is about 15/16-year-olds. Sasuke could have had any girl, and this is the age where most people's hormones are crazy. But he does not feel that need.

When facing Sakura for the first time, he recognizes her immediately. Sure, her hair is the same, but it has been three years. He is not attacking; he is just looking at her. It could be coldness, or it could be a boy who does not know what to do. I can't know what would have happened if they were alone. Sasuke shifts after Naruto gets there. His voice tone is different; he is not as pleased to see Naruto as he is to see her.

This part is a more general view, but MOST demisexuals don't flirt like most people. Since it is deeply connected to emotions, there are a lot of acts of service, a lot of stares, and small touches. Much of what Sasuke shows towards Sakura and only Sakura.

And there is Karin. I dont have her, I like her. She is a great charact with great backstory if you don't agree fight me.

But Karin is very disrespectuful at the begning. Maybe that is why there was so much hate.

Sasuke pushes Karin away in a more respectful way than she behaves with him. He is not interested in that. Karin is pretty; anyone would want to be with her, but Sasuke did not because does not have feelings for her, plus she did not respect him. Even traveling with him for some time, she still did not respect his boundaries. Maybe that is why he has no warm feelings towards her. Feelings that would keep him from doing that infamous Danzo scene.

Karin did nothing to harm Sasuke, yet he harmed her because she wasn't important to him. So there were no feelings to hold him back, even a little. The once-manipulated Sasuke, this time by Obito, had no problem getting rid of her.

Yes, he was wrong. Terribly wrong, because she had helped him so many times. But the reason was that she wanted him carnally. And this does not flowrish in Sasuke.

Sakura and Sasuke are on a whole other level. Sasuke was fed up with Naruto and Kakashi because, even though Sakura also wanted him in the village, her methods to pursue him were different on his eyes. Sakura had hugged him, Sakura had begged him to stay. He had a completely different vision of her.

He attacked Naruto first.

But Sakura attacked him first, so he reacted.

I really think "losing Sakura" made him even madder. He dived even deeper into his sadness. She was that one thing he was sure about. Honestly, I think his offer was to push her away because hurting her would hurt him.

Sasuke put those feelings inside once more. But seeing her again at the war, he answers only to her. The more he tries to push her away, the stronger those feelings come. And he is always watching her. He smiles when she destroys the ground, she shakes when she calls him.

And he claims, "I have no reason to be loved by her or to love her," even if that was not what Kakashi said or asked. He said Sakura wanted to help him. Honestly, he brought up the romance card. The moments their eyes clicked, when he came to save her and succeeded, the way he once felt powerless to do as a child. So he puts her to sleep because her words would stop him.

Maybe he could take Naruto in a fight, but he could not handle Sakura's cry one more time.

Because he thinks he does not deserve her. He leaves and travels. Again, he could have had anyone at this time once more. Now a man with crimes pardoned, a respected man. Only when he was complete did he come back.

People talk about Sakura's constant "afterglow" when Sasuke is in the village. They comment that they have pillow talks, the intimacy he craves, and a person to go and call home.

Sasuke never loved another because he had already accepted Sakura's feelings at age 12. Sasuke never wanted another physically because he had wished for only one person. His desires are connected to his emotions.

Sasuke says that no matter how far they are, or how long they haven't seen each other, his feelings for Sakura will never change.

And neither have hers.

Ending with this frame because it shows what I think is the start of his feelings. Look at how beautiful she is; this is Sasuke's vision. I think Sakura is very pretty. But here, she is much prettier than normal.

He sees her as more beautiful than we do.

I'm so fond of writing Sasuke as asexual and aromantic at some degree.

I know it's partially because I'm demisexual and demiromantic myself, as I know I love so much to fit Sasuke in such labels for selfish reasons (giving a character I like some of my personal traits). Yet, I imagine Sasuke simply not getting why everyone is ao obsessed with romantic love and sexual stuff while he just don't suffer with it.

At least not at the beginning.

Whoever you like to think as his pairing, it sounds like him to fall in love only after a while— after he has formed a deeper connection with the person. It's not that he's being selective, it's that he does not feel attraction at all until the connection is there. It's that (for whatever reason) there is no chance of falling in love at first sight, and wanting to engage in romantic or sexual activities with a stranger, there's no appeal in that for him.

Or maybe he gets those impulses, but only on occasions, or maybe he doesn't feel romantic or sexual attraction at all. I love the implications it might bring. What if he shared a queerplatonic relationship with Naruto? Or Sakura? Or Team Taka? What if he struggled finding a wors to describe what Naruto is to him, because he didn't know what queerplatonic is? A relationship that can be not romantic in nature, but it's equally demanding and follows many rules of a romantic relationship, to the point it looks romantic from the outside, but Sasuke knows it's not, not really.

It's something I like to daydream about, how it would go done, how would it look like, how the narrative would fit around it, etc.

SS and NH stans are really so weird to me. Why do they come up with weird things to make their het ships lgbt? I saw NH say that both Naruto and Hinata are legitimately trans because their kids have whiskers on their cheeks (they think Naruto has whiskers because his mom was Kurama's jinchuuriki when she was pregnant with him) and because of that ending where he's eating at Ichiraku with Hinata and he gets up to vomit (they think it's morning sickness). Oddly enough, I have seen them call Naruto bi, but then they say he's just attracted to Sasuke and Hinata is the only person he loves romantically. SS call Sakura bi and Sasuke demisexual (who is only capable of loving Sakura), I've also seen them say that Sakura is bi and Sasuke's her homophobic boyfriend 😩

First of all, the marks on Naruto's cheeks aren't whiskers, just physical marks that look like whiskers. Because of Kurama's effect, since whenever Naruto is in Kyuubi mode, his marks deepen and darken. With his kids, the whisker marks are just like birthmarks, since they don't really serve any purpose. They are just a marker to indicate they are Naruto's children, it's just a design aspect, to make them look distinct and related to Naruto by blood.

As for Naruto or Hinata being trans, headcanon. Naruto eating at Ichiraku and vomiting, filler. Naruto is attracted to Sasuke and romantically interested in Hinata? It doesn't even make any sense. It's like these people open their mouths and draw words out of them just for the sake of saying something, because they like to talk and show they also have an opinion, almost always unexamined and very irrational.

Sakura is straight as a stick. There's no dichotomy in her sexuality, like we see in Naruto's case. With Naruto, when it comes to Sasuke, you see him saying one thing and thinking another or vice versa. He backpedals when he is responding to Sakura about the similarity between Sai's and Sasuke's looks, he also backpedals when he is deep in thought about Sasuke but lies about it with a distinctly heterosexual overcompensating excuse when Sai and Sakura ask him about it, he is never able to make up his mind about how he defines what he feels for Sasuke until the end, and even then it's unsaid and implicit. His reason to like Sakura should ideally be just about Sakura but it's not. It's to do with Sasuke. Because he relates to Sakura when it comes to their feelings for Sasuke since both want Sasuke's approval. He explicitly says he doesn't get this interest in women and yet he asks Sakura out for a date. He is a hot blooded 16 year old healthy boy but where other straight men get squirmy reading het erotica, he finds it 'boring as hell'. He gets so worked up when Sakura says Sai looks like Sasuke and makes it a point to articulate, however awkwardly, that Sasuke looks 'tons better than Sai' but doesn't chide Sai when he insults Sakura by calling her ugly. Everytime he calls Sasuke a friend, it comes off as highly disproportionate because of how Naruto acts around Sasuke or about Sasuke. Naruto loses his head when Oro says Sasuke's name wrong for God's sake. Nothing that Naruto does for Sasuke or because of Sasuke comes off as what a friend or brother would do. And yet, Naruto keeps saying friend and brother to Sasuke's questions and Sasuke keeps getting more and more dissatisfied and annoyed. Until chapter 698. And half a dozen other canon references. Naruto obviously struggles with his sexuality and this is shown so damn consistently by Kishi, one will have to be blind to ignore all of it.

Because Naruto suffers from comphet. Which is why there is a dichotomy to his behaviour, when it comes to Sasuke. It's meaningfully layered.

What about Sakura though? She outwardly wants to kiss and hug Sasuke, keeps touching him despite his telling him not to, gets a nosebleed looking at him naked and other hot men, and inner Sakura also wants to see Sasuke's underparts because she is a typical straight ass boycrazy fangirl crushing on a homosexual boy who doesn't want anything to do with her and shows no restraint to let her know that. Sakura is the one who's homophobic, (for which we have clear evidence btw) and not Sasuke. Where do they even get it? Lol. Is it when he tells Naruto that he is his closest friend and his one and only, or when he lovingly calls him usuratonkachi and tenderly smiles at him with all the love in his rare softly affectionate eyes, or when he admits that he felt warm and fuzzy looking at Naruto and started to keep an eye on him? Something SS would give an arm and a leg to have Sasuke say to Sakura in canon? Lol.

SS and NH stans are pointless delusional little people which is why they rely on fillers and headcanons and novels and such, like little kids in denial who I hope will learn better when they grow up. Honestly, I can't give half a crap about their, 'Whose daddy's the strongest' type shipping schticks.

I don't need a shipping discourse to believe in my ship because the story is about them and their love, made richly dramatic with Kishimoto's worldbuilding and supporting characters. My convictions in my ship are iron clad and my understanding of story is without exception based on what Kishi has given me, I see and acknowledge his gargantuan effort and I respect it.

These two cents worth SS/NH headcanons are akin to annoying whiny little mosquitoes that are only good for squishing without a second thought and moving on.

I think they come up with these insane ideas to make their favs LGBTQ+ to appear woke and relevant, to show that they get more evolved and comprehensive ideas behind this story when they really don't. So they just weave whatever idiotic headcanons that comes to them. They are really sad. Ridiculous but sad.

Favorite thing about them

There are many things that I admire from Kakashi, by my favorite is his kindness. Many people wonder why Kakashi didn’t turn evil after everything he went through, but I think the answer is simple. He has no malice bone in his body. No matter what circumstance, he bore no hatred and genuinely tries to make everyone around him feel better. I spoke about it more on this post.

Least favorite thing about them

His self-deprecation, seriously Kakashi, stop blaming yourself on things outside your control. Also sometimes he was too apathetic to handle things that need his utmost concern. Although I understand why he’s like that.

Favorite line

"I will never let my comrades die." This line is so cool on our first watch, but so painful on our second watch.

I love both KakaGai and KakaYama, but can't choose one of them because they have different dynamic. KakaGai is like twin brothers whom equal in power and relationship, they genuinely like each other presence and mutually support each other. Also seems like they can feel when the other party is in distress and immediately rush to help. In KakaYama, I can find older sibling/younger sibling relationship in my family, with fondly teasing older sibling and exasperated but admiration from younger sibling. Tenzo’s status post-war made me bitter about this pairing for a while though (seriously why the fuck Tenzo got Orochimaru monitoring task?).

I don’t really like shipping in fandom (especially Naruto fandom), and I don’t see Kakashi as a type of person who have romantic relationship with anyone. I think Kakashi is asexual or at least demisexual. Maybe I’ll elaborate more about it on future post.

However *look at my ObiKaka fics subcription* I -ahem- really love their angst. And they're so messed up to the point of hilarity. It’s unhealthy at all and I will not wish it happen on canon, but it can’t be denied that Kakashi has intense feeling for Obito and vice versa. In fact, I enjoy so much the segment when Kakashi discovered that Tobi is Obito because it’s the first time the cool calm Kakashi getting completely thrown out and let out extreme emotion. Although Kakashi definitely didn’t have good time at all. I am quite a sadist haha.

(Note : in Boruto, Kakashi and Gai are married and I approve so much. It’s hard for me to imagine things like kiss or romantic gesture between them, though).

Kakashi found his deceased father’s body with lightning flash in his eyes and thunder roar ringing in his ears. He wouldn’t admit it even to Gai and Minato, but every time he sees lightning he remembers Sakumo’s suicide. Then he found out that his elemental affinity is lightning and he handled it just like Kakashi handles using Chidori post-Rin's suicide, a.k.a continuous trauma exposure. Btw Kakashi, your coping mechanism is the worst.

Unpopular opinion

Looks like this is unpopular opinion among Naruto fandom, which sadden me so much, but guys, Kakashi loves all of his students equally. When they are together, he paid attention to all of them and told them his observation. But Humain, why Kakashi only taught Sasuke pre-final Chuunin exam although Naruto also passed? Why Kakashi only taught Naruto in Shippuden and didn’t also teach Sakura? 

Because not only Kakashi is incapable of multitasking, both Sasuke and Naruto’s training require his utmost focused monitoring. Please remember that in Chidori training Sasuke had Curse Seal and in Rasenshuriken Naruto had Kyuubi Chakra. Both things are dangerous and undoubtedly will take over their bodies the minute those impatient hotheaded boys pushed themselves past their limit. With such a great risk, sadly Kakashi can’t afford to get his focus divided.

Naruto (Part 1 - Team 7)

Man, I’ve got strong opinions on some of these *cough* Kakashi *cough*, but some of the others I’m flexible about. It depends on the story you’re telling with the character. These are the ones I have for the canon/near canon of the Naruto show itself (incl. Shippuden, but not Boruto). Here goes... something:

Naruto Uzumaki gives off so much bi energy, with the way he falls hard for both Sakura and later Sasuke as well. He’s a cis boy who uses he/him pronouns, and wouldn’t realise you were talking about him if you used any others. He’s biromantic and demisexual (asexual until he has a deeper emotional connection with someone). He’s also definitely an ADHD kid, and would have been diagnosed rather quickly if he’d tried at any point. His mind jumps from topic to topic, and can’t concentrate on anything if he’s not hyperfixated on it at the moment.

Sasuke Uchiha is very much gay. He is so gay, extremely gay. The gayest. At no point does he show any kind of attraction towards Sakura, or any other woman, but Naruto on the other hand. It’s obvious that he cares, but he doesn’t want to care. He’s probably demiromantic and demisexual, since it took him having an emotional connection with Naruto before he actually fell for him. He’s a cis man who uses he/they pronouns, not really caring which people use more. There is a chance he is autistic or OCD, given his obsessiveness in hunting down Itachi, but I haven’t thought about that one enough to really be sure in any way.

Sakura Haruno is probably bi, with a preference towards men. She seems to be greyromantic bisexual, and fell for Sasuke immediately. It took her a while longer to fall for Naruto, and she didn’t realise that what she felt for Ino was a crush until they were already very close. She could be read as either cis or trans, but honestly I see her as a cis woman most of the time. Definitely she/her pronouns and would get angry at anyone who got it wrong (which probably wouldn’t happen unless she was trans).

Kakashi Hatake. Oh boi do I have a lot to say about Kakashi. He’s my favourite character in the whole show, and the only reason I kept watching in the first place, so there’s definitely some projecting going on here. First and foremost, Kakashi is aromantic and asexual. At no point in the show has he shown romantic or sexual interest in anyone. By the end of it they are one of the few people who doesn’t have a love interest whatsoever, and that is perfect for them. They’re a good example of the fact that aroace people can still enjoy sexual media, although I’m quite certain he reads Icha-Icha for the plot (why else would spoilers bother them so much?). Next up, gender~ Kakashi is transmasc (afab) and bigender, fluctuating between male and agender. They use he/they pronouns, although which they prefer over the other fluctuates between the two depending on which of them he’s feeling at the moment. Kakashi being transmasc is barely disproven by canon (only two filler episodes show him shirtless, other than that he is always wearing his ‘binder’) and some moments definitely feel like they’re feeding the headcanon. Kakashi is autistic. He isn’t good at social interactions, and he’s bad at showing his emotions correctly. The mask is likely to block smells so he doesn’t get overstimulated as easily. Their extremely quick progression through the ranks shows that their special interests are likely fighting-based. A lot of autistic people hold rules in extremely high regard, as we see young Kakashi doing. Him joining the ANBU was likely a way to find strict routine, and it’s once again evident that he’s extremely dedicated to it. Once he found the Icha Icha series, that became one of his special interests. Later we can see that he’s always late, because his routine of visiting the memorial stone is extremely important to him. Also his dogs! They’re his comfort animals, and Pakkun especially seems like he knows how to calm him down when he’s stressed. It’s quite probable that Kakashi is ADHD as well. Their mind works fast, but they often seem to get distracted by their own thoughts, and unless there’s a fight or something going on he always seems to be lost in thought (or Icha-Icha, if he’s reading).

Today I offer you, the fix-it au of sorts i have regarding shippuden/boruto and that, because i keep forgetting to write it down:

- this is kinda self indulgent and is the general canon(?) of some of my fics so this is for reference, too xd (though i don't focus on more detailed aspects so this is for that). i can't focus on all characters but there's mostly stuff for; naruto, hinata, sakura, team gai and kakashi.

long post ahead:

Naruto

(trans, bi & poly)

he always wanted to be hokage, but it was more about the respect the hokage gets– few people treated him well. but if he became the leader of the village, he would be finally respected by civilians and ninjas alike.

they would stop being so mean with him without apparent reason. and after the pain arc, he becomes a hero and they all finally start treating him with the respect he had wanted for so long. so i think he would be satisfied with that and become a jounin instead. maybe even an anbu.

he still gets married with hinata and the last happens, though neither of them feel like it's... genuine. they're friends and all, they still have himawari and boruto– but they're not really happy?

naruto still likes sasuke, and had been hanging out with gaara since he came back from his trip with jiraiya. hinata realizes that the kind of love he feels with sasuke is stronger than the one they both have.

the next time sasuke comes to the village, naruto and hinata separate– but they're both alright with that. Neither naruto nor sasuke have many ties with the village and naruto started kinda crushing on gaara after a while, so they both move to Suna with him and are very happy together(sasuke sometimes goes nomadic for his missions but always sends letters to his boyfriends).

without the responsibilities of naruto being hokage, he in turn becomes a more present dad with himawari and boruto and they're very happy :) they see each other on weekends and naruto doesn't miss any important dates anymore.

gaara still adopts shinki, who loves his siblings very much and is very protective of them.

Hinata

(non binary, grayro & bi)

They're known for doing very good medicinal balms since the first Chunin exam. i think she could just.. Straight up sell some, if she needs to. i think they like gardening so maybe she grows her own herbs and plants, and starts a mini store of natural remedies that are very good. and shampoos and soaps and they becomes actually popular with their crafts.

this started becoming more occurrent when she and naruto were about to go on their own ways. They move back to the hyuga compound with her kids for a while and works more on that, with boruto helping her on this and him finding out that's actually very relaxing. it becomes their shared hobby and they bond with that, too. himawari just likes drawing but helps from time to time too.

Hinata became friends with tenten because she was interested on the spiritual side of the plants, as she likes fortune-telling. i think tenten does witchcraft too, more as a family tradition thing but still being very passionate about it.

after a while hinata kind of started having a crush on tenten because, well. naruto was someone that always did his best to get what he wanted, and tenten is like that too– with her weapons shop and that.

so they just... told her. but tenten didn't like her that way, or anyone. still holds hinata very closely in her heart, but not in a romantic/sexual way– they move together some months before boruto's seventh birthday, and they may not be dating but they still make it work.

later, when they have been together for years and years and people still wonder the nature of their relationship, they discover the term 'queerplatonic' and they feel like that's the word for what they have.

Tenten

she is very happy with her weapons shop. started getting closer to hinata, though it wasn't romantic love what she felt– it was stronger than friendship, but. didn't had a name.

after hinata confesses, tenten is very confused and turns her down. she doesn't feel the same way, but... the thought of living with them was really nice. they end up moving together after a while, and enjoy each other's company a lot.

tenten still does her fortune-telling and ends up teaching hinata, boruto and himawari too. its a thing from her family, so it made sense for her to teach to her partner and kids.

Sakura

(demiromantic)

in part one, she was considered the best one out of her team. even sasuke said she was better than him, on genjutsu. she was smart until misogyny from kishimoto acted up, so we'll use the original concept without the misogyny.

smart, even better than an uchiha who even said to her that she was better... it's no wonder that she ended up being the hokage after kakashi. she was trained by a sannin, who was also hokage before kakashi... it makes sense if you really think of it!

well. she's the hokage and is living with ino, they have two kids- sarada, which sasuke helped conceive, and inojin. inojin was an orphan from the yamanaka clan that ino took in.

(sai is a father figure for him, and inojin even calls him dad– nobody minds, sai even smiles when that happens.)

back with sakura. she is a very strong and lovely woman, and is organized though she gets irritated easily so everyone knows to not mess stuff on purpose.

she has a long time as the leader of konoha, and is very loved and missed on the time of her retirement.

Kakashi

(trans, gay)

He pretty much spends most days with his husband after retirement– always made up excuses to cuddle with him instead of going to work when he was Hokage. Is more clingy than he lets show publicly.

He is very happy now than before. Takes a lot of photos as Suikea, and so far only Gai noticed it was him, but doesn't really mind.

Gai

(genderfluid, demisexual)

He moved in with kakashi after he recovered from the war. they were planning it since pain's invasion but life happens™ and they couldn't, then war started...

after everything is over, he makes sure to stay on contact with his team- they're his kids and he loves them with all his heart. makes sure to send them letters when they can't meet for a while for reasons. sometimes they all have dinner together and are very happy :)

Neji

(non binary, reciproro ace)

Neji almost dies in the war, but sakura managed to save him and that kind of started a friendship between the two. They get chronic pain because of all the injuries he suffered, but it's getting manageable with medicine and physical therapy. though sometimes its too bad to get up, but they go walking with hinata almost daily- she goes to his house and usually realizes something is wrong. either her, metal or lee realize and help him on the really bad days.

neji also has some birds and they all have silly names/names that rhyme– the older ones are called feather and heather, for example. they really love them.

Lee

(bi ace, sometime i write him as trans too)

He's still a jounin here and is very good at it. Sometimes he has to leave the village for entire months, but he always send his family and team stuff so they know he's alright.

Neji and him at first weren't going to have kids at all, but lee just saw metal and grew attached to him. They end up adopting him and the three are really happy, even if at first its complicated to adapt™ the two love their kid with all of their heart.

I have a Sasuke hc that he's demisexual but doesn't know it, so he passes most of his life thinking he's asexual until he's older and everything has passed and suddenly Naruto and Sakura are making him feel Things™️

As a lover of Demisexual Kakashi, i fully support this headcannons and I feel sorry for Sasuke when those feelings start hitting him because it is a trip.

Poor boy doesn't know why he's getting so flustered and confused by these two all of a sudden and he is mad about it. What Jutsu's are they using on him? Why is this the first time he has ever felt like this? there are so many questions.

Thankfully he has an old Sensei who still cares about him and wants to help him figure things out so that he can be happy. They may have had their clashes, but at the end of the day Kakashi wants to see all of his students happy and he's going to do what he can to help them get that happiness

even if he has no idea how to actually have a conversation with Sasuke about romantic feelings for others and how he's supposed to deal with them.

They're both confused and lucky that the people they like are very understanding and patient.

About Sasuke and Naruto

I forgot to put on my post about Sasuke's Demisexuality. There are Ideograms in Japanese that sound the same, that being said the way they are used in making sentences matter.

There are ideograms for a friendship, for hate, for love, respect etc. This ideograms make expressions used in this situations.

The team seven uses respectfull expressions with Kakashi more them just the "sensei" word. Reading im japonese I just get on so much respect and admirarion they have for him.

When Sasuke and Naruto talk about each other they use the ideograms that reference friendship, even brotherhood.

When Naruto and Sasuke talk about Sakura. Naruto uses Friendship and sometimes older sister like Ideograms/expresions, when talking to her or about her, that is why in japan Sakura is seen as some sort of siste ro Naruto.

Sasuke uses the affection ideograms in a more romantic tone. That is why everybody stated they dated in japan.

Japanese is hard. And many things are lost in translation.

Do you have any (whumpy) headcanons for Kakashi that you'd like to share?

Kakashi started wearing his mask after he got old enough to realize the sad looks Sakumo gave him. (Sakumo was depressed, but tried to reassure Kakashi that he was fine) The first time he was seen wearing his mask, Sakumo couldn't help but chuckle as it was just one of those ingenious things only a kid can do. But Kashi saw it as his father was only happy when he couldn't see his face. (After that moment, Sakumo made an effort to live for Kakashi.)

Kakashi needs Guy's "youthfulness" in his life because he would be succumbed to his depression a long time ago. And both of them know Kakashi has come to rely on the routine of Guy setting challenges.

Kakashi did not handle Obito's death well. Rin dying shortly after didn't help. Unknown to Kakashi, Minato tried to gain custody of Kakashi and was denied. To this day, Kakashi cannot pin the exact moment when he realized he didn't want to actively die.

During the time with Team 7, Kakashi's depression and PTSD was still there. But he finds it hard to dwell inside his head when an Uchiha and an Uzumaki are trying to kill each other with a shrieking pink-haired girl watching from the sidelines.

Kakashi definitely has a habit of being a dad to people younger than him. Tenzo likes it, but is definitely fed up. Itachi secretly loved Kakashi parenting him. Sasuke and Naruto haven't picked up on it, but Kakashi suspects Sakura has in the later years. Sai has mixed feelings and it's a new situation to him.

Kakashi has definitely repressed most of his memories. But ones that sneak through in forms of dreams are finding his father's body, Obito's death, Rin's death, and an unrealistic version of Kurama killing Minato and Kushina. That's part of his positive attitude as an adult. Can't be sad if you can't remember.

If Kakashi hadn't been a child soldier, he definitely would be doing something involving being around kids.

As of Boruto, Kakashi's mask is the running joke of the village and he's fine with that.

Kakashi is pretty sure Guy likes him likes him. But for multiple reasons, he's scared to discuss it and one of the reasons is that he isn't sure what he feels.

Can I get some Demiromantic/Demisexual Kakashi love? I read exactly 1 fanfiction and I leaped aboard that train.

Kakashi may hate the hospital, but Tsunade makes it bearable as she doesn't coddle him and doesn't fawn over him. He only escapes when the young nurses are trying to flirt with him. Not conducive for healing. Nope.

Kakashi almost always feels Rin's blood on his hands, so before he became a sensei, he wouldn't notice he was covered in enemy blood until someone pointed it out. ANBU learned extremely quickly not to flat out say it unless they were in the baths or Guy was waiting outside because they mentioned how he should wash up after his first mission and he immediately had a panic attack while staring at his hands. It haunts a few of the members seeing Kakashi fall apart.

Pakkun sleeps with Kakashi more times than both of them care to admit. But Kakashi needs the company and Pakkun knows exactly what Kakashi has been through in his life.

There have been missions with Team 7 where they are engaging the enemy and Kakashi sees Team Minato instead. There have been a lot of times where Kakashi has had to hold in a scream because his mind is seeing kunai plunging into his original teammates. The first and only time he screamed Obito's name during a fight, he only talked to the genin about the mission. As far as he knows, they don't know why he screamed that name.

Guy is definitely Kakashi's safe person.

Guy can recognize Kakashi's quiet panic attacks and with Kakashi's permission, has started teaching Tenzo to recognize them as well.

The ninkin have given Guy special permission to summon them if Kakashi needs them but is unable to summon them himself.

No one has figured out Sukea yet and Kakashi thinks it's hilarious. He isn't even trying to be subtle at this point.

Like honey is time to seek therapy and mental counseling because if a ship that is canon made you this angry and mental inestable probably you need to log out, touch some grass and seek a psychology; if you are so angry and obsessed about ships and shippers that are canon and like your entire free time trying to proof that said canon isn’t real anymore (in your head) for some reason because SaSuKE GaY (he can also easily been demisexual and bisexual); also Sasuke only once encounter Naruto on the forest and their conversation lasted 2 minutes which also involved Sakura been mention in the combo 😭💀. Anyway. Some sns need to more on. Your hatred show mental illness

A lot of people who HC sasuke as gay write him being super sexually charged and make him sleep with random men all the time but while he ofc could be gay and just not that into sex he could be demisexual because he shows no interest in anyone but naruto who he has a deep emotional connection with and that could develop into something more. maybe its just me but i can't see him being with anyone else not even random hookups with suigetsu lol which i see a lot in sns fics recently

Sasuke does come off as someone who is not really interested nor curious about sex and romance (unlike Naruto and Sakura for example) thus it is quite hard to imagine him in the usual dating scene. Actually some of the humor even comes from the fact that while others desire him, he’s quite disinterested and oblivious to it.

In canonverse I can’t really see Sasuke have relations with other men... unless it’s in order to mend heartbreak because of Naruto. And even then he probably wouldn’t enjoy it. In AU, maybe. I think the scenario I tend to think is Naruto dating girls (because he doesn’t consider the other option) and Sasuke not dating anyone, or possibly trying to date some other guy to get over Naruto (that would help Naruto come out of the closet because he would get so jealous lol).

I think a lot of shippers are bothered by people who want to portray Sasuke as not super sexual, or someone who warms up slowly, it’s probably something they can’t relate to, or if they’re attracted to him they don’t like the idea of him not being really horny.

I might be planning a SasuSaku fic in which demisexual!Sakura has had a series of boyfriends she can’t love or desire because she’s so deeply, hopelessly in love with Sasuke in The Forever Kind of Way. But he abandoned her so she’s just trying her best to move on, yanno?

On past stories in which Sakura sleeps with anyone besides Sasuke, I’ve had my fair share of reviewers going "um no that’s OOC and gross, Sakura would never have sex with any man besides Sasuke.”

And you know, in canon that's probably true. So if that's what you want, go read this great manga written by Masashi Kishimoto titled Naruto.

Sexuality headcanons are mostly for fun... So, I usually don't get bothered by someone (SS) calling Sasuke and Sakura to be xxx since the Author never made it anything official and all we have to do is to pick up the hints and conclude something.

Even I go with Sasuke being Demisexual... Which is fine...

The fact that Sakura is a Bi is 🙄🙄🙄. I mean if there is a character whose sexuality was blatant throughout the Manga, then it must be Sakura, She is an Heterosexual who fights over a dick with another girl (and boy) and she headcanon about seeing Sasuke's dick.... Sakura being a Bi has no base for real.

But Sure, if they just claim that as an Headcanon, then it's fine. Insisting it on others' throat is a different matter entirely.
