you can't have obito uchiha as your best friend and be normal i think, so rin was probably super weird. it's just that most people didn't spend enough time around her to notice. kakashi gets a whiplash everytime he hears her and obito chatting. (obito is the only one immune to her weirdness bc he's weirder than her but everyone is used to him at this point)
