Prompt idea: Danny has been attending Wayne family dinners for weeks now and he truly doesn’t know how he got this far

Danny has been without a home or a means to get food for a while because of either identity reveal gone bad or Dan timeline shenanigans. Either way he needs to eat. As a last ditch attempt Danny tries to attend/infiltrate a Wayne family dinner. He’s seen the Wayne kids around Gotham and he’s sure that he could look and act the part enough to get in the door and out with some bread rolls at least.

Was it his best idea? No.

But he sure as sugar ain’t firing on all cylinders rn.

And Bruce already has a gaggle of blue eyed, black haired children.

What’s one more?

Batfam of course notices immediately when a whole new kid shows up, grabs some miscellaneous pieces of food and then prattles off some excuse about “not being that hungry.” (Clearly a bald faced lie) And that they were “Going to the library to study for finals, bye Dad!”

1. No one skips out on family dinners. Even Jason was here.

2. Alfred sets the table for everyone ahead of time and the kid had no place to sit.

3. Nobody in this house studies anything beyond case files.

4. Nobody in this house calls Bruce Dad.

Danny thinks he is suffering from success. No matter where he is in Gotham someone picks him up and insists he’ll be late for family dinner which is unacceptable.

Alfred just wants to feed the boy.

The batkids are amused by his efforts to look as though he’s been here all along.

Bruce is drafting adoption papers as we speak.

➤ Aaand pretty much nothing- I really wanna start animation and doing Especially comics again- I will try and keep on drawing every day- And as well- I really hope my pc will be able to run TF2...

ok so for natasha, i think her love language would largely be physical touch, which i know sounds of out of character for her but like...hear me out for a sec. bc in public, she's definitely not gonna be into p.d.a, bar maybe some light hand-holding or putting her hand on your leg under the table. buuuut when it comes to behind closed doors? she's gonna be all over you and i think that's what would make it special, in the sense that she saves that soft stuff for you & only you.

when you're home alone, she'll set next to you wrap herself around you whilst you watch television or do work on the sofa, and when you're cooking dinner, she'll dance around you and leave soft touches on your arms, hips, and basically anywhere she can touch. it probably came as a surprise to both of you bc as aforementioned, it just doesn't seem very...natasha-ish? but she's full of surprises.

another major love language for nat would be words of affirmation. she always says things how it is & she never feels the need to dance around being honest or to say one thing and mean another. once she's with you and comfortable with you, she won't hold back at all. she'll say straight up that she loves you, that you're her world & that your relationship comes before anything. you can take absolute confidence in the fact that she'll never lie to you, and that everything she's saying is absolutely truthful.

in return, i think nat would be accepting to any & all love languages - it would take her a while to find her grounding in a relationship, especially one so intimate, but it would be a journey you could go on together.

being an ✨international super spy, suuuuper spyyyyy✨, she can read people like a book and you're no exception to the rule. it means that she can understand you in a way that no-one else does & it makes it easier to stay on the same wave length -- which of course all helps communication. it came as a surprise to you both that her espionage skills could translate so easily into a domestic setting but hey, you never have to argue about what you're having for dinner.

that's not to say it won't be without its wobbles, bc nat has never really been in a serious, committed relationship before & naturally, there will be a few hold-ups. most of them stem from her concerns for your safety - even if you're an avenger yourself - and also from self doubt. bc nat does come across as confident and assured, but she does get plagued with worries - worries that she doesn't deserve you, worries that she's not communicating well enough, worries that she can't give you the life you want.

but, natasha romanoff trusts you with her whole fucking life & will never doubt anything you say - so when you promise that you love her and that she's everything to you? she's gonna listen & she's gonna believe you, so those doubts aren't going to last long.
