Oh they they sure did,, all the primes died which means that Nexus did too, and Skyfire thinks Starscream died too all on the same day.. he was very devastated, on the floor wailing. ))):

So Starscream had to leave with the high guard for the secret mission of being the Prime’s backup if they needed the support.. and thinking thag Iacon would be long way from harm but in it resulting he couldn’t return home. So Skyfire is left alone, losing everyone which shatters him.
