A millennia ago I made a post I don't feel like looking for about Moe wearing dresses but the same way if you were to put a cat in a cute little costume OR to fit A Vision. But I think I have to amend that actually, I'm so sorry. I've tried. I've experimented w it. I really do think Moe is just someone who is sad it can't feel comfortable like that anymore. It MAY wear something dress-like to sleep in, but more than likely it's stealing something from Alfonse and wearing bloomers about it.

this is definitely not healthy but i feel sadness for arthur. like, so much genuine sadness because it was like he was born to die.

he was never meant to be born. ygraine was not able to have a child, but uther demanded an heir by any means. the boundaries of magic were crossed and arthur was born, but then ygraine’s life was sacrificed.

i can only imagine the burden arthur felt growing up, knowing that his mother passed away giving birth to him. there’s never a word uttered about her; he has no clue if he has her smile or personality. he spends his days with the lingering thought in his head that maybe his father wished he’d never been born, just so ygraine would still be alive. arthur probably began to feel that way eventually.

but there’s nothing he can do to change the past, so we see arthur do everything to make uther proud. yet, somehow, that isn’t enough, despite arthur being the one to go out and fight monsters and magic users while uther sits comfortably in his throne and preaching his anti-magic rhetoric.

eventually, arthur is crowned king and learns to rule with his heart rather than with vengeance. then uther’s ghost returns, telling him that he’d failed. arthur was destroying camelot.

“you’ve had your turn… it’s mine now,” is what arthur says before blowing on the horn of cathbhadh, watching his father dissipate into thin air. finally, he doesn’t have to face the burden of his father watching his every move with disapproval.

but then arthur dies. after the constant betrayals from the people he loved and the self-doubt, he dies.

"humans are inherently evil" "humanity deserves to go extinct" okay. if that's the case why are we such a community based species. why have we seen evidence of careful amputations in ancient humans that allowed them to live longer, fuller lives. why do we have thousands of years of evidence of toys made for children by their guardians. why do we consistently find burial sites where the deceased has been buried with items of significance because the people in their life cared about them even after they were gone. why do strangers help strangers without any reward. why are most of the people you meet each day not cruel. we have ALWAYS been kind. I know it is so so easy to get swept up in all the horrible happenings in the world. these things can be extremely important to know about. but please, please please know that there are so many kind people in the world. you are one of them!

Vi is possibly the most tragic character to me, if only in the sense that she always has the best intentions, and she always tries to do what she thinks is right, except for those few moments where she is clouded by grief.

She’s on the bridge with Powder, trying to keep her safe from this large man whose intentions they do not know, and then she sees her mother, and she just breaks down.

She tries to turn herself in, to right the wrongs that she has made, and then Benzo’s dead and Ekko is in her arms and she just grabs her siblings and goes after Vander without thinking it through, telling Powder you’re not ready because she’s just trying to hold onto the last good thing she has.

She’s standing over Vander’s corpse and she hears her little sister and she thinks you weren’t ready you weren’t ready you’re a jinx jinx jinx and then she looks down at her bleeding knuckles and she can’t do this she can’t be here so she walks away, and then she turns and she tries to go back. She tries to do the right thing and she’s taken away before she can take any action.

She tries to go back, to be the sisters they once were, she tries to keep things good between Powder and Caitlyn except too much has changed, she doesn’t know what’s going on, there’s people fighting them, and she just looks and she sees sweet innocent Powder mowing people down like it’s fun.

She’s tied to that chair with Silco’s body across from her and she’s grieving she’s mourning the loss of the little sister she knew and she’s trying to fix things with the little sister she has and all she can do is plead with Jinx that they can be ok, they can still fix this.

But Caitlyn is unconscious on the floor, and a rocket is fired across a blood red sky.

you ever just have a lot, a LOT of feelings all at once about a character and not even remotely enough words or brainpower to FORM the words to describe everything you're feeling. so it feels like you may explode. yeah

i miss the times (one hour ago) when all we knew about bobby nash's childhood is that he was a figure skating child prodigy. now i have to carry the knowledge that in between axels and camel spins and sit spins he was cooking for himself and taking care of his alcoholic father and drinking away the pain.
