There's no outfit that can't be improved with a tiny plushie - here's a co-ord with my birthday dress from 2024 and a tiny friend 😺

Poppy Field dress from H&M tablecloth, stays from mustard twill, both using self draft patterns. Styled with all thrifted items - a cozy aran cardigan, brown leather bag, loafers, chatelaine necklace and a tiny little cat plushie.

Finished my crochet blanket I started in spring x)

jeans to y2k/tripp inspired skirt ݁ ˖ִ ࣪✩₊ ⊹˚

I thrifted some jeans recently, not knowing if they would fit me, but buying it anyway bc 1) it was €1 and 2) if it didn't fit I could surely make something with it.

turns out it was wayyy too small 😂 so I decided it would be perfect to make one of those tripp/y2k skirts with!

firstly I cut off the legs just above the crotch. I then tried it on, found it was too tight still, and added two strips of leftover fabric on either side. it fits perfectly now!

then I cut the remaining pant legs in even strips and connected them all to make one long strip. I folded ruffles of 5cm along the length, and sewed it in place before I sewed it onto the bottom of the skirt!

and just like that, I have a new skirt 𓆩♡𓆪 I might add some strips with d rings on it once I figure out the placement ^_^ but for now it's done

Moving against the current is always going to feel tricky. It’s normal for someone who’s doing something different than everyone else to question themselves. To have doubts. Especially because they do not have anyone they can go to for advice, or for the reassurance that they’re doing the right thing.

Here’s the thing you need to remember, the people who succeed in life do so because they stand out. Because they were different. Because they brought something new to fruition. They found a new angle or strategy that they didn’t see anyone else doing and they ran with it. Making them the first of their kind. That’s why they stood out.

Stop looking for reassurance. That’s what your gut and instinct is for. You believing in what you are doing is all of the reassurance you need. Take the risk. Decide that people “not understanding you” means that you are actually on the right path.

Stop looking for peoples approval because we are not looking for their approval. We are looking to succeed. We are looking to grow. We are looking to be different. We are looking to win. They may not get it now, but they will surely believe in you once you create it. “Approval” just means fitting into preexisting boxes and watering yourself down.

You wouldn’t have had the idea planted in your mind if you weren’t ready. If you were not capable of making it happen. Do not let your intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs take over. Approve of yourself. Believe in yourself. Thats where the magic in you comes to life✨

You see I had a lil problem a few weeks ago. I happened to get the same one piece figure twice. Which was a shame truly (because I was hoping to get brook but anyway-)

Figuring I would never be able to buy any lmk merch (except for the Lego sets) I thought:

"hey, why not make my own version of the glorious monkey king?"

And so I started to cut Ruffy's hair off

I am truly sorry Ruffy-

I also had to cut off some of his clothes as well. Once done with that I started to paint the whole thing in white before getting my airdrying clay.

I used wire to make Wukong's head piece and put clay above it. After that I started to paint.

Also adding some gold because it fits him so swell!

I am so happs with the result of this :³ lil wukong chilled beside the pagoda on my bed table ever since.

Still waiting for the macaque figure I am planning to make hhhh

This is the second figurine I made in this kind of way. I started this because I have a few ocs which will obviously never have merch on their own so I just made it myself :D here's said figurine
