"Does Productivity Culture Do More Harm Than Good?"

Hustle culture tells us we should always be grinding, always achieving, always on. But at what cost? 💼⚡ Sure, pushing yourself to be productive can lead to success, but does it come at the expense of our mental health and overall happiness?

My take: The constant pressure to "be productive" is toxic. We equate rest with laziness, and we glorify burnout as a badge of honor. But is this really the path to fulfillment, or are we sacrificing balance for the sake of appearances?
