While the GMAT is the more common option, exemptions from this requirement may be granted to candidates who have specific qualifications such as passing the Level II exam of the CFA designation or earning a CPA designation. Applicants who have achieved high academic distinction in their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto may be eligible for an exemption.
Additionally, candidates must have strong professional references as well as at least two years of full-time work experience. The application process requires candidates to submit an essay as well as a video interview, demonstrating their communication abilities and personal motivation.
International applicants must also provide proof of English language proficiency through tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. After review, selected candidates will be invited to an interview, which is the final step in the admissions process.

Al via "Osserva Lavoro Milano": oltre 200 ragazze e ragazzi affiancati da altrettanti professionisti della città. “Osserva Lavoro Milano” al via: inizia oggi il percorso di job shadowing, il primo ideato all'interno di un'Amministrazione Pubblica, che vedrà coinvolti oltre 200 tra ragazzi e ragazze milanesi, tra i 18 e i 25 anni, e oltre 150 professionisti della città, grazie alla sinergia con decine di aziende, imprese, studi professionali, enti e istituzioni. Nelle prossime settimane, i ragazzi e le ragazze affiancheranno quindi amministratori delegati, dirigenti e direttori di aree internazionali, manager, affermati architetti e avvocati, giornalisti e direttori di testate durante intere giornate lavorative - da un minimo di due ad un massimo di cinque giorni nell'arco di un mese - secondo il programma concordato con il tutor di riferimento. I matching sono stati fatti in linea con le richieste, gli interessi e la formazione dei ragazzi e delle ragazze che hanno partecipato al bando (chiuso lo scorso 9 ottobre). Il progetto è stato presentato questa mattina in Sala Alessi a Palazzo Marino dall'assessora allo Sviluppo Economico e Politiche del Lavoro Alessia Cappello e da alcune delle importanti realtà che hanno aderito all'iniziativa, che rientra nelle numerose azioni nate grazie al "Patto per il Lavoro". Ispiratosi all'esperienza professionale del mondo anglosassone, in cui dirigenti e manager vengono affiancati per alcuni giorni da giovani in fase di formazione, “Osserva Lavoro Milano” permetterà ai ragazzi e alle ragazze partecipanti di osservare da vicino e in concreto, proprio come un'ombra, il lavoro quotidiano di una figura professionale di alto livello. Un'occasione per cogliere le tante sfumature e le complessità che si nascondono dietro ad una professione e ad un mestiere. Un'opportunità e un'esperienza immersiva che può essere al tempo stesso di osservazione, verifica delle proprie ambizioni e aspirazioni, ma anche di grande ispirazione per raggiungere in modo più efficace e rapido i propri obiettivi professionali. “Osserva Lavoro Milano” è stata accolta con grande interesse e attenzione, in modo volontario, da circa 70 tra imprese e aziende del beauty, dell'editoria, della moda e del design, dell'accoglienza e del turismo o dell'It, solo per citarne alcuni, ma anche da studi professionali, istituzioni ed enti che hanno aderito mettendo a disposizione di ragazzi e ragazze le loro migliori figure professionali come dirigenti, CEO, funzionari, giornalisti, manager, avvocati, architetti. Laureato in Ingegneria Meccanica, Vittorio Olcese ha iniziato la sua carriera nel settore energetico presso Ge Oil & Gas in Italia, dove ha ricoperto diversi ruoli nella ricerca e sviluppo e nella gestione del prodotto delle turbine a gas. «Capitalismo parrocchiale». È così che Carlo Alberto Carnevale Maffè, professore di Strategia e Imprenditorialità alla Sda Bocconi, definisce “l’interventismo” del governo Meloni, che con l’operazione Mef-Kkr ha dimostrato «di non essere contro il mercato, ma contro il mercato libero», imponendo di fatto «un capitalismo sorvegliato dallo Stato, per cui se vuoi investire in Italia lo fai alle nostre condizioni: i soldi ce li metti tu, ma le decisioni le prendiamo noi».
Salire a quota 20% nella nuova infrastruttura di Rete costerà allo Stato italiano 2,6 miliardi, una somma non facile da reperire. Era davvero necessario?
«Kkr ha fatto una scelta intelligente, sbloccando tra l’altro investimenti congelati da anni visto che qui nessuno disponeva delle risorse. Il governo più che puntare al 20% avrebbe fatto meglio a lavorare sul lato della domanda, cioè sulla digitalizzazione del Paese, rendendo appetibili gli investimenti sulla Rete. E invece ha agito in senso opposto, da rialzo del tetto del contante al tentativo di abolire lo Spid».
Con l’ultimo decreto si è deciso anche di calmierare i prezzi dei voli e di incassare parte degli extraprofitti delle banche.
«A giudicare dai commenti dei mercati internazionali l’ultimo decreto ha avuto l’effetto della tela di Penelope: in una notte ha disfatto la fragile tela di credibilità che il governo era riuscito faticosamente a costruirsi. […]».
Il prelievo sugli extraprofitti però ha raccolto un certo consenso, al di là del centrodestra.
«Si tratta di un’azione autolesionista, priva di fondamento economico […] I mercati finanziari non si fideranno mai più di un governo che si sveglia al mattino e dice che i margini del sistema bancario sono ingiusti perché negli ultimi sei mesi hanno incassato profitti non dovuti. […]».
Allora ha ragione l’ad di Ryanair, Eddie Wilson, che accusa il governo di interventismo di tipo sovietico?
«[…] non sta al governo dire loro quali algoritmi usare, o imporre qualunque altro meccanismo di definizione dei prezzi. Intervenire d’imperio sui prezzi tra l’altro è un’azione regressiva che tratta allo stesso modo ricchi e poveri, mentre il governo dovrebbe intervenire, con risorse pubbliche, solo a sostegno dei meno abbienti».
Al contrario il governo è molto poco interventista nei confronti di categorie come i tassisti e i balneari.
«Non interviene là dove tocca gli interessi dei propri elettori […] Ha un concetto del Made in Italy ottocentesco, un capitalismo parrocchiale che non premia l’imprenditoria che fa grande l’Italia, quella legata alle grandi catene internazionali del valore. Una visione paternalistica di un Paese autoreferenziale, che ha bisogno di una stretta sorveglianza da parte della politica perché altrimenti rischia di essere saccheggiato dalle multinazionali cattive».
