You were sitting in your bed, you barely had the energy to pick up your phone to doomscroll on every media app you have on there. You didnt even know why you felt like this, it just happened when you woke up and now you just... stared at the wall mindlessly, focusing on whatever issues you may have in the moment. That was before your roommate Roxy barged in.

''OOOOHHH MY GOD, guess who just- woah dude. you... you good?'' She asked, going to sit next to you. You didn't notice how you looked, and you're realizing you were crying subconsciously. oh. fun! ''You wanna talk about it, hun?'' She put her hand on your shoulder. You shook your head.

''You want cuddles or... nah that sounds cringe asf uhhh pretend there was a less cringy way of saying cuddling.'' You chuckled at her rambling, adjusting yourself so Roxy could lay next to you and hold you. She held you close, softly caressing your hair comfortingly.

''It'll be okay... I dunno what you're going through but... Dude if you ever need a distraction or comfort please come to me... I wont bully you, depending on what it is. I'm here for you, babes.'' She hummed, resting her chin on your head. God, she knew how to make you feel better.

''You... wanna watch a movie later, when you feel better?'' She asked quietly. You responded with a nod, chuckling softly.

You feel nervous tonight. Roxy has kept giving you odd glances lately. Then again, Roxy has always made you uncomfortable lately.

When the world went to hell she suggested you live with her. You just thought she was being a good friend for a pal. However, now you're stuck in the middle of an ocean in a Carapacian colony alone with her.

Roxy treated it like it's the best thing that's ever happened to her. She no longer had to just text you on Pesterchum. For a bit, despite your anxiety, you liked the thought too.

However, overtime you began to notice Roxy's behavior around you.

Usually through drunken conversation from her she often laments her relationship troubles. It started with her ranting about Jane telling her not to date Jake due to her own crush. Then it was about Dirk.

Then oddly the conversation swapped to Roxy asking about you. She asked if you liked any of the friends you shared. She asked bluntly if you had a crush on anyone.

You said no when she asks these questions, which caused Roxy to often frown.

Now, as the wind gets colder, Roxy seems to be planning something. She's been working more on her Transportalizer technology skills recently. Not onty that but she keeps giving you oddly flirtatious looks.

You don't understand what Roxy's been getting at until you catch her attaching something to ceiling over her bed.

You had moved from the bed to lean on the wall, looking through one of the many odd windows she had. Your thoughts were only broken when Roxy called you to look at her. When you turn you feel the nervous feeling intensify.

A Missletoe… she managed to bring back a Missletoe? Was that what she was practicing for?

“Took me forever to get it… BUT! Isn't it perfect!?” Roxy coos, completely ignoring your look of anxiety.

“W-Why did you get one? Nostalgia?” You ask softly and Roxy gives you that strange look again.

“Nostalgia? Pffft… nah. I got it for us!” Roxy squeals and you tighten your jaw.

Did you feel for Roxy like that? You hesitate softly. Did she think you were dating? 

“Roxy… we aren't-”

“Look, I KNOW what you're going to say and I get it. Buuut… wouldn't it be nice?” Roxy purrs softly. “I mean… we live together, we're both single… I've liked you for a long time!”

“Was that why you asked me to move in?” You ask and catch Roxy looking guilty for a moment.

“Look… I… I just get really jealous when you talk to others and I just thought-” Roxy mumbles while getting off the bed to walk closer. She took down the missletoe and you thought you'd be done with this.

“Sorry, Roxy… it was just really sudden-” You sigh, Roxy gives you sad eyes before standing in front of you.

“Can I at least have a hug from my good pal?” Roxy asks softly and you look nervous before agreeing. 

“Sure.”

You quickly regret the decison when Roxy essentially grapples onto you. The wind is knocked out of you momentarily and Roxy takes the time to put her lips on yours. You taste wine on her tongue… the kiss surprises you.

While you surprisingly don't hate it… what you do hate is the betrayal of your trust.

Roxy pulls away but doesn't let you go. She instead cuddles into you. You look beside her and see she's still holding the mistletoe… over the both of you.

“I'm sorry…” Roxy frowns, guilt deep in her gut. “I just… I just want you as mine.” 

Roxy's grip tightens and she looks away, a distant look in her eyes. Although… you notice a small smile on her face.

“I guess… you are mine in a way. As long as you're here with me… you're mine.” Roxy locks eyes with you, swapping her grip to your hands.

“We'll be perfect for each other!” Roxy gleams. “You'll see….”

Rose Lalonde (lesbian) x Kanaya Maryam (homosexual biromantic) : this couple ends homestuck with their wedding

Kanaya’s ex-romantic partner was Vriska Serket (bisexual transgender woman), and part of Kanaya’s story includes her romantic-and-sexual attraction to Vriska interfering with communication in their non-sexual romantic relationship

Vriska has an ex-sexual-and-romantic-rival named Eridan Ampora (bisexual genderqueer)

Vriska later shows romantic-and-sexual attraction to Kanaya, but Kanaya’s already moved on…

And then Vriska gets in a romantic partnership with Terezi Pyrope (bisexual woman)

John is considered to be a bit touch starved, so he’s cool with it, I consider John to be quite clingy himself so he’s down for whatever ! He always has a little blush on his face though.

June loves it !! She doesn’t consider herself touch starved but is extremely clingy as well so you two are always attached at the hip. Constantly holding and kissing for you two.

Rose is perfectly fine with it, but it takes some getting used to. She’s touch starved as well, but she isn’t exactly clingy. She always gets flustered when you’re like this.

Dave is losing his mind, you’re going to kill him. His brain always short circuits when you do this, he loves it but holy shit warn a guy first. He gets very flustered by you.

Jade loves it more than you know, she’s been lonely for such a long time, naturally she just loves an s/o that is extremely clingy. She feels sympathy towards you because she knows what it’s like :(

Jane loves it!! Though sometimes she needs her space, not to be mean or anything! It’s just sometimes it makes her really flustered and she needs a minute to calm her nerves.

Jake loves this too, he spent most of his life being alone, so he likes having you around to make him feel special and to make him feel loved and cared for. He hopes he can make you feel the same.

Roxy loves the hell outta your clinginess, they’re very clingy themselves and I consider them to be one of the clingiest homestuck characters, they’re extremely touch starved so you two are always touching.

Dirk is a bit awkward at first, mainly because he’s also touch starved and doesn’t always know how to reciprocate without feeling like he’s acting like a robot about it. Still, appreciates it.

A lifetime of isolation in a world only populated with carapacians and only one other person, who lived over a thousand miles away has left Roxy incredibly touched-starved. She'll call off any obligations she has just to spend more time with her and, if she hasn't decided to keep you completely to herself just yet, will become incredibly mopey if you have to leave, begging you to stay just a few more minutes.

There's definitely a sort of "Honeymoon phase" of the relationship where Roxy acts relatively normal, though is definitely much clingier and needy than before, or what you expected. And slowly, her behavior will shift as her obsession and need for you intensifies. Like a frog boiling in water, she'll slowly become clingier and more dependent on you, pleading with you to forget about an obligation or outing with your friends in order to be with you.

Then, one missed obligation turns into two, three, then even more. You barely get out of the house at this point, and if you did, Roxy was attached at your hip. You were frustrated, saying you just wanted some space...!

And something inside her snapped, Roxy becoming borderline hysterical as she ranted over how she couldn't lose you! She loved you! Can't you see that?! She'd never let you leave! She didn't want to be alone again!

She'll keep you locked inside, use her voidy powers to magic herself up some rope to keep you trapped if you try to break free. This is for the best, you'll see. Now neither of you will ever be alone again!

Roxy is really nice to her crush, she loves inviting you over and spending time with you! She’s quite clingy, always physically touching you somehow. Though given how she grew up perhaps that makes sense. She gets teased by her friends sometimes for being so obvious about her feelings. She talks about you all the time to her friends despite this though. Like full on rambles. Dirk would tease her the most, but surprisingly the most encouraging about her actually confessing. When she does it’s pretty casual, asking you out on a date and such.

John - Very eager, maybe a bit overwhelming! Cradles your face or jaw in his hands and just dives in! Just. NEEDS to Hold You while he gives you smooches. Usually always smiles into the kiss, laughs as he pulls away. His kisses usually last a while, and leaves you breathless. Loves to nuzzle your noses together either before kissing or directly after. Affectionate boy 💙💙💙 10/10

Rose - Her kisses are soft and slow. Presses up against you slowly, until you're making full contact. Likes to hold onto your arms or waist. Though, sometimes she's more chaste and leaves you wanting more. She's got full lips, perfect for kissing! A bit cold, though. 9/10

Dave - INCREDIBLY nervous. Too nervous to initiate things, even, you might have to take the reins at first. Melts into the kiss, and sighs into it. It takes him a while to get truly comfortable, but when he does, he loves to hold you and take things slow. His touches are incredibly soft. Feels more like being kissed by a ghost than anything. 7/10

Jade - Very excitable!!! Loves giving kisses willy-nilly!! Forehead kisses, cheek kisses, the works!! Loves to pull you into a kiss and just press into you, before breaking away and peppering kisses across your face. Is super giggly and happy the whole time. 9/10

Jane - VERY bashful at first. Starts off with quick cheek kisses, blushing the whole time. It takes a bit for her to warm up to kissing you on the lips - she's just so nervous! Jake - Has no idea what he's doing! But also won't let that stop him. He might get too big for his britches and just. Try to mush his face against yours like he's seen in comics and on TV. There might be some drool. You'll definitely  have to help him out, but he's an eager learner! 4/10

Roxy - LOVES!!!! KISSING!!! God, she just. Loves romantic shit!! Kissing you is a dream come true!!! She loves pulling you into an embrace and smothering you in kisses. Sometimes it's hard to kiss her back because she's just smiling so hard! Loves to hold you and gets really handsy, maybe too much? She's just really happy and a bit touch-starved. 8/10

Dirk - You're gonna need to initiate things, full stop. Dirk is INCREDIBLY touch-starved and desperate for affection, but is just so terrified of fucking things up or making you uncomfortable. Freezes up when you kiss him, before just. MELTING and just audibly sighs into it. Needs to hold you more than anything. He doesn't really get too deep into a kiss, as he never wants to force you into something. 6/10

Karkat - Has no idea what he's doing, has never done this before. Really shaky and nervous, blushing like a madman. Might act a bit annoyed or snippy to distract from how out of depth he is. The first kisses are really short and chaste, with Karkat pulling away almost the instant your lips meet. Just give him some time and be patient. Eventually, he'll learn to keep calm and relax into kissing. 6/10

Aradia - Smiles into kisses. A bit giggly. Also, surprisingly chilly? Loves both chaste and deep kisses, but does the former more often, if only to tease you. Like to cup your chin or jaw as she pulls you into a kiss. For deeper, longer kisses, she loves to dip you. Also loves leaving lipstick marks all over your face. 9/10

Tavros - Really, really shocked and nervous… You? Want to kiss him? Pinch him, he must be dreaming! You'll have to help him through the motions, and reassure him if he gets nervous - he hasn't had the best experience with… People trying to kiss him in the past. Really tense and visibly nervous the whole time, but is trying his best. Probably prefers cheek-kisses or forehead-kisses more than anything. 5/10

Sollux - Doesn't really… Like kissing? But, will do it for you. Though, that isn't too say you should expect anything grand. He'll give you quick pecks on the cheek or lips in passing, but not much else besides that. Don't get him wrong, he loves you! Kisses just aren't really his ThingTM. 2/10

Nepeta - SMOTHERS you in kisses!!! Will tackle you just to give you smooches all over!! She's just wants you to know much she loves you!!! It might be a bit overwhelming, though, and it might feel like she's trying to swallow you whole. If you ask her to take it down a notch, she'll begrudgingly agree, excusing her actions as just wanting to show you how much you mean to her. 7/10

Kanaya - Much like Rose, her kisses are usually more chaste than anything else, but will last longer, if you ask her and so desire. There's just something you find so graceful about her, even when she's planting a smooch on you. And, as much as she hates to leave a mess, she loves it when your face is dotted with lipstick marks. It really tickles the more possessive side of her. 8/10

Terezi - There will be drool. Full stop. It is inevitable. Her kisses aren't so much kisses, rather than… Full-blown sloppy makeout sessions every time. Really uncoordinated and sloppy, but, considering Terezi, it might be purposeful? Also, at some point, she just stops kissing entirely and starts licking your face. 1/10

Vriska - Kissing is a rarity for her, and only done when she really, really, reaaaaaaaally likes someone. So, consider yourself l8cky! Vriska's smooches usually don't last long, but are full of force and power. Loves to just grab you by the scruff of your clothes and lay one on you. She more often than not leaves you breathless, and she'll use that to tease you. 7/10

Equius - Probably doesn't kiss you a lot. He's terrified of hurting you, even if he's being as careful as possible. If he isn't being incredibly gentle and careful, he could easily hurt you! And that thought makes him even more sweaty, which, besides getting your jaw broken, is something you'd rather not feel during a kiss. The most you'll get is an extremely quick peck, which feels barely like a kiss at all. 0/10

Gamzee - Really silly and goofy during smooches. Prefers to cuddle while doing so. Loves to hold you in his arms while he peppers kisses all over. Though, he doesn't shy away from deepening kisses, either! After all, he IS a fan of sloppy makeouts ;0O Takes things soft and slow, and always makes sure you're comfortable! 9/10

Eridan - Not very experienced and kind of in disbelief you like him enough to kiss him? Really gentle and affectionate and sweet, but looks kinda goofy while doing it. He just, scrunches up his face and shuts his eyes and leans in. Makes up for it with enthusiasm. Very soft fish lips. 8/10

💜 rose tries so hard to play it cool, she really does. she has all these really cool one liners and suave pick up lines saved, but the minute you begin talking to her all bets are off. emotions and sincerity are really not rose’s forte, but she does make an effort for you. she’s very flustered whenever you broach the subject, but tries her damndest not to show it. this may result in rose coming off as colder and more verbose than usual, but don’t be put off! she’s just nervous, ha ha. 

💚 jade is really surprised when she finds out you like her. she’d been trying to subtly flirt with you for a while, but that had mostly turned into her getting heart eyes whenever you talk and looking like--well, a lovesick puppy. as soon as she catches wind that you like her, she’s ready to confront you and hopefully move from there. despite her previous unlucky relationships, jade tends to tread on the side of optimism and has high hopes for your future together.

💚 kanaya has to do a double take. she hadn’t really thought that her attempts at flirting had… worked?? but here you are. liking her. blood rushes to kanaya’s cheeks at the very thought. anyway, kanaya’s all in at the thought of being with you; dates are planned quickly. assuming you’re on a planet with non-lethal sunlight, happy sunshine picnic dates with your vampire girlfriend are frequent.

💙 terezi likes to play around before getting to the heart of the matter, so she’ll probably flirt with you for a little bit before officiating any relationship with you. terezi just loves the scent of your chagrin when she teases you! it might take a while for her to actually open up to you though. terezi’s had a difficult past where romance is concerned, so be patient with her. 

💙 vriska will probably try cajoling you into making the first move. except she’s not exactly subtle, so it’s super obvious that your crush on her is reciprocated. there are probably a lot of shenanigans leading up to the actual confession: that just comes with the vriska package. kinda random but later on in your guys’ relationship i could see vriska bouncing her various plots and schemes off of you. intentionally or not, you’ll become the person who makes sure all her irons in the fire aren’t getting too hot. 

💗 feferi is SO GLUBBING -EXIT-ED!!! 38D it may take a few moments of giggling before feferi’s calmed enough to really talk. but when she does, it’s all about you. she wants to know what you’re thinking, what’s going through your head. feferi’s just a bit concerned is all. her history of dating cagey, grumpy boys has forced feferi into a habit of being pushy about feelings. bare with her, though, she means well. also probably a big hugger.

❤️ damara is suspicious, at first. she’s been severely jilted in the past, and this has negatively affected her outlook on future relationships. damara will come on super strong to scare you off make sure you’re serious about her and not in it for the wrong reasons. once she’s decided that you’re trustworthy, damara will take things very slow. she’ll want to spend a lot of time with you, being soft and getting to know each other. 

💚 meulin is excited, but inside she’s a little nervous. similar to damara, meulin has been unlucky in love in the past. for as much as she loves love, she had made her peace with it not being in the cards for her future. your confession definitely makes her happy, don’t get me wrong! but she’s also worried and waiting for some tragedy to befall the two of you. be patient with meulin; she just doesn’t want to lose somebody she cares about as much as you. <3

💚 porrim is much happier than she lets on. secretly, she’d worried that her.. salacious reputation had scared you off. she won’t need much reassurance, though. just your presence is enough to comfort porrim and remind her that others’ opinions don’t matter. you ground her, in that way. i could see porrim being a little protective of you too; she might fuss over your scarf when it’s cold out or be really into helping you time manage or something like that. 

💙 latula’s knee jerk reaction is to throw up a palm for the r4dd3st high five, but thought better of it when she remembered her steel palm. if she trusts you with her heart, then latula will likely trust you enough to at least partially drop the cool girl facade. latula’s ultra supportive, too. whether it’s verbal encouragement, a hand on the small of your back while walking, or even just a smile, latula never lets you forget that she’s got you, through thick and thin. 

💙 aranea is a bit smug. she was sure this day would come sooner or later, it was only a matter of when. that doesn’t stop her from being elated, though! which she immediately begins to wax poetic about, haha. aranea probably keeps a diary or two, in which you are a recurring theme. this is a little random, but in private i could see aranea being a fan of giving & receiving surprise kisses.
