there is a lot of footage lifted from a Thai action movie spliced into the movie, so if you feel like you're watching two different movies that have nothing to do with each other, it's because you are. Most of the movie is like drug smuggling crime commando yada yada stuff but when the robocop guy comes and starts wrecking shit....it's amazing
