This creamy garlic butter chicken is a rich and flavorful dish that's great for a special dinner or having people over. When you mix garlic, butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese together, you get a rich sauce that goes great with tender chicken breasts.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. For about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, cook the chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides and no longer pink in the middle. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Over medium heat, melt the butter in the same pan. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Add the chicken broth and scrape the pan's bottom to get rid of any browned bits. Bring to a low boil. You can add thyme, oregano, paprika, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese and mix them in. For about two to three minutes, let the sauce simmer and get a little thicker. Add the chicken breasts back to the pan and cover them with sauce. Add two to three more minutes of cooking, until the chicken is fully heated and the sauce has thickened. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Put it on the table hot with your favorite side dishes.

A comforting twist on the classic Swedish meatballs, this slow cooker recipe combines tender meatballs with creamy Alfredo sauce for a rich and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb frozen meatballs. 1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce. 1 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 1 lb cooked fettuccine or pasta of choice. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Put frozen meatballs, beef broth, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, black pepper, and nutmeg in a slow cooker. Mix things together well. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are hot and the flavors have mixed. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, follow the directions on the package and cook the fettuccine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. After cooking the meatballs, add the cooked fettuccine and mix it in with the sauce until it's well mixed. Serve hot with chopped parsley on top. Have fun!

Savor the creamy, rich goodness of this pea and bacon risotto with a cool mint hint. Your taste buds will be aching for more after tasting this delightful combination of flavors and textures.
Ingredients: 1 cup Arborio rice. 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth. 1 cup frozen peas. 6 slices bacon, chopped. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup dry white wine. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: The chicken or vegetable broth should be heated in a saucepan over low heat and kept warm. Cook the chopped bacon in a big skillet or pan over medium heat until it crisps up. Take out the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate covered with paper towels. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the same skillet. Fry them in the bacon grease until they are fragrant and translucent. Add the Arborio rice and cook, stirring frequently, for two to three minutes, or until the rice is lightly toasted. After adding the dry white wine, cook it until most of it evaporates. One ladleful at a time, start adding the heated broth to the rice mixture. Add more broth after the liquid has been thoroughly mixed and absorbed. Continue cooking the rice for another 18 to 20 minutes, or until it is creamy and cooked to your preferred doneness. During the final five minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen peas. Take the skillet off of the burner and mix in the butter, chopped mint leaves, and grated Parmesan cheese. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Spoon the creamy pea and bacon risotto into bowls and top with extra mint leaves and crispy bacon pieces. Savor your mouthwatering risotto with bacon, peas, and a hint of mint!
