one of the contenders is Red Sebastian with Strobe Lights

and the song has a "LET'S FUCKING GOOOOO" techno outro that has me rooting hard

the sound mixing in the recording that's on Spotify makes it even better

also I love that we haven't picked a song yet but we're somehow favorite to win

Belgium held their Eurosong contest today to determine who would go to Basel in May to represent the country. We had 8 songs enter, but only one song stood above the rest and won the contest and the right to represent Belgium in Eurovision this year.

Eurovision Fact #904:

Red Sebastian will represent Belgium with his song "Strobe Lights" at this year's Eurovision Song Contest. Red Sebastian won both the public vote and the jury vote at Belgium's national final Eurosong.

Red Sebastian, who's real name is Seppe Herreman, studied music at the Conservatory of Ghent where he was taught by Belgium's 2023 representative Gustaph. Herreman also developed his alter ego Red Sebastian while at the Conservatory.
