DISCLAIMERS: Recency bias is very real in me, especially since I lost all my old rankings (2002 back) from the last year after my old computer broke. Any country listed will have as many as I really like (which helps for those countries where I have multiple favorites *side-eyes at Belgium and Serbia* and the honorable mention question. Been processing all morning but IS LOÏC NOTTET GOING BACK TO ESC? like...

Saw an insta post from ESC News saying Belgian News outlets have said he would (similar to Louane and Remember Monday for their countries this year)

Wallonia IS the Belgian side in charge this year and Loïc IS Wallonian and repped in 2015 when Wallonia chose

Belgium could choose a star to get back to grand final after 2 baffling NQs in a row (both of which I'm still salty about)

Only thing keeping me from going nuts over it happening is that I follow the pages that would say something (songfestival.be, Loïc himself, and ESC itself) and so far none of them have.

how you discovered Katarsis: like a lot of others, eurovizija.lt. heard Tavo Akys in the semi batch it was in and was hooked from the moment, sealed as a favorite at the Tavos, the song became my personality, and then I just dove in.

have you seen them live yes/no (I'm kinda...stuck in the US y'all.)

the member you identify the most with: Lukas. We're both blondes (even with the brown tones although I can 100% say mine aren't intentional idk about him), we both write sad pieces, OH YEAH he's also closest to my age too both in ESC and the band (thank the bands Wikipedia page and the videos on YouTube)

favorite solo project of the members: I have only heard 5penki so far, BUT I have a day planned to just listen to all the solo projects, just need the day!

Sooo...I was watching an interview of Ziferblat where they were showing things that they can't live without. And so Valya said that he hates it when people call him Valik (cuz Valentyn could be shortened to Valya or Valik) because in Ukrainian Valik sounds like paint/lint roller.

And at the same time he was talking about how he can't live without a lint roller and he goes thru like 3 in 1 week.
