Shahd and her family are stranded in Rafah as the occupation forces approach. She lost her cousin only two days ago to the war. She's barely reached 10% of her campaig since February, and the goal doesn't even cover the evacuation expenses to her brothers-in-law. She's younger than me, and she's doing everything she can every day to save her family.

I'm so angry that Netanyahu can come on TV and deny he'll negotiate a ceasefire on the ceasefire deal because he knows the US won't stop their support short of rioting. That Biden only ceased sending 2000 pound bombs to Israel five weeks ago. That my taxpayer dollars as a Brazilian woman are being used to close an arms deal with Israel that will terrorize children in my country and in Palestine. I keep thinking of Rachel Corrie saying this is not the world Palestinians asked to come into, and it's not the world she asked to come into in which, luckily, we would be able to blissfully ignore a genocide.

Digital Art Raffle for Ahmad's Family

Hello everyone. I've decided to host a raffle to raise funds for my friend Ahmad (@ahmadwaleed55) and his family. His campaign is number 167 on the Vetted Gaza Fundraiser List by @/el-shab-hussein and @/nabulsi. Ahmad has been fundraising for his family since April, and still hasn't even reached 50% of the total amount needed. Currently, $9,420 / $25,000 has been raised to support Ahmad's family.

In my previous post, I explained the current situation with Ahmad's family, and that they urgently need to raise enough money to purchase a new tent for winter.

The rules are as follows:

Every donation of at least $10 will count as one entry. If you donate $20, your name will be entered twice. If you donate $30, your name will be entered three times.

Send me proof of your donation by direct message.

I will draw full body or portraits of humanoids and animals. You can request a full color drawing, lineart, or just a sketch. Most of my drawings don't have backgrounds, but I'm happy to do simple backgrounds if requested.

I will set the raffle to run for two weeks. From September 23rd to October 7th. If I decide to do an extension, then I will update this post to reflect the new timeframe. (Raffle has been extended until October 31th)

Journal Raffle for Wafaa's Children and Grandchildren!

Hello! ❤️💚🤍 I wanted to take a moment to share a raffle we're been holding for this fundraiser. Originally it was being hosted by @/rafflesforpalestine, but it's now independent! Unfortunately this means that we don't have the proof of donation that was sent in before this switch happened - if you participated in the raffle before, please resend your proof of donation and we can make sure you're counted among the entries!

The situation Wafaa's family is in continues to worsen. At the start of this raffle, I remember seeing her fundraiser and realizing it wasn't the first time I had - I could remember Wafaa's niece, whose smile looked very much like hope. Two weeks ago, Wafaa received news that her niece and daughter had been martyred just days apart from each other. Please take a moment to read this and remember them.

Wafaa's family is still in danger, and their situation worsens by the day. Their home has now been destroyed, and they suffer from illness and malnutrition. Tumblr continues to shadowban Wafaa's blog, making it even more difficult for her to seek help for her family, and today shadowbanned Wafaa again for what is the third time in recent weeks. Wafaa's campaign has begun to stagnate, and still has a long way to go! Please, if you have a moment, consider donating. If not, please reblog and share Wafaa's story as much as you're able!

We will be raffling some journals to help Wafaa's fundraising efforts!

The situation is dire but I’ll try to be as brief as I can.

Falastin’s family is trying to survive in Gaza and they rely on your donations to feed themselves. Thanks to support from people on Tumblr they've managed to cover some food, but they are still well below the average cost of living in Gaza. This campaign used to support 24 family members but since Falastin’s cousin was martyred on 6th of October his two orphaned children are now also in your care; meaning that they need even more of your attention right now.

To make an extra incentive for people to donate, Falastin’s friend has graciously offered to make a Palestinian thobe (see example in the picture below) for three people; the first winner was chosen yesterday but you still can enter for the chance to win a second one.

A little overview of how this is gonna work! Hazem's campaign has been vetted by el-shab-hussein. This campaign is listed as #281 on the verified fundraiser list by el-shab-hussein and nabulsi. He is also a friend of Bilal-Salah0.

Hazem is a dentistry student who moved to Belgium in 2018 for his studies. Since then, he has not been able to see his family in Northern Gaza. His parents, his four brothers and one sister are in the Jabalia refugee camp. Their home has been bombed and destroyed.

The area his family is staying at was recently bombed and he had lost contact with them when it was happening. He was really really worried, but thankfully they survived and he managed to contact them the next day. Imagine knowing the place your loved one is staying is being bombed, and not being able to reach them! Imagine being so far away, watching all the horrors happening on the news, and not knowing if your loved ones are ok!

We have been chatting a lot lately and he is a really lovely person. He even offered to help me with my dissertation, and that was like just after he managed to contact his family after the bombing. He is trying to raise funds to evacuate his 7 family members (his parents, four brothers, and his sister), so he has to raise a total of €50,000. He aims to reach his next goal of €10,000 by Sunday in order to evacuate his sister.

Currently €7,842 raised of €50,000 target!
